Abstract

灯带连接器
本申请要求了申请日为2023年12月29日,申请号为202323662544.8,发明名称为“灯带连接器”的中国专利申请的优先权,该专利申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及一种灯带连接器,属于照明灯具技术领域。
背景技术
随着LED照明行业的快速发展以及人们生活水平的逐步提高,LED柔性灯带也被应用得越来越广泛。灯带裁剪后,需要提供快接端子来实现电气连接。
目前的灯带连接器的端子压力都是靠面盖提供的,但面盖在长期受热或压力变形后容易产生变形而导致失去压力,从而使连接失效。特别是翻盖式端子,面盖与底座的扣合只在一边设置卡扣,面盖在长期受热压力作用下容易变形而失去对端子的压力,进而影响连接可靠性。
有鉴于此,确有必要对现有的灯带连接器提出改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种灯带连接器,该灯带连接器将电连接结构与底座相互紧配,实现电连接结构与灯带的电气连接,即使盖合部失去压力也不影响电气连接,极大地提高了电气连接的可靠性。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种灯带连接器,用于连接灯带,所述灯带连接器包括盖合部、底座和电连接结构,所述盖合部与所述底座连接并且内部形成收容空间,所述盖合部与所述底座之间能够活动打开收容空间,以允许灯带自底座的两侧进入,并且所述盖合部与所述底座能够相互夹持灯带;所述电连接结构收容在所述收容空间内,所述电连接结构包括本体和导电端子,所述导电端子固定在本体上并暴露于本体两侧,以与自底座两侧进入的灯带电性连接;其中,所述底座的相对两侧壁上设有限位部,所述本体上对应设有配合部,所述限位部配置为与所述配合部相互配合,以至少在灯带连接器的厚度方向上将所述电连接结构限位固定在所述底座内。
可选的,所述本体包括相互垂直的第一本体部和第二本体部,所述第二本体部垂直于所述侧壁设置,所述导电端子固定在所述第一本体部上并在第一本体部的两端暴露,所述配合部设置在所述第二本体部上。
可选的,所述导电端子呈片状铺设在所述第一本体部的下表面并分设在所述第二本体部的两侧,所述灯带包括灯带主体和固定在灯带主体内部的焊盘,所述导电端子能够插入所述灯带主体内与所述焊盘电性接触。
可选的,所述限位部包括设置在所述侧壁上的定位槽和固定在所述定位槽内的限位柱,所述配合部为设置在所述本体顶部边缘处的凹槽,当所述电连接结构装入所述底座内时,所述限位柱限位收容在所述凹槽内。
可选的,所述定位槽在所述底座的侧壁上凹陷形成,所述限位柱将所述定位槽的相对两内壁面连接。
可选的,所述定位槽的靠近盖合部一侧设有引导面,所述本体的底部边缘处对应设有配合面,所述引导面和所述配合面均为倾斜面,用于引导所述本体进入所述定位槽内并在越过所述限位柱后,使所述限位柱限位收容在所述凹槽内。
可选的,所述限位部为设置在所述侧壁上的反斜面,所述配合部为形成在所述本体端部的斜面,当所述电连接结构装入所述底座内时,所述斜面与所述反斜面相互挤压贴合,以在灯带连接器的厚度方向和宽度方向上对所述电连接结构进行限位。
可选的,所述侧壁上设有固定槽,所述反斜面形成在所述固定槽的靠近盖合部一侧,且在灯带连接器的厚度方向上逐渐朝向侧壁内倾斜。
可选的,所述固定槽呈倒凸形设置,包括靠近底座设置的第一固定槽和靠近盖合部设置的第二固定槽,所述反斜面形成在所述第二固定槽内;所述本体的端部对应设有倒凸形的凸块,包括靠近底座设置的第一突出部和靠近盖合部设置的第二突出部,所述斜面为所述第二突出部的外壁面,当所述电连接结构装入所述底座内时,所述第一突出部收容于所述第一固定槽,所述第二突出部收容于所述第二固定槽。
可选的,所述底座的外壁面上设置有第一卡扣部,所述第一卡扣部设有多个且至少一个位于所述限位部的外侧,所述盖合部上对应设置有第二卡扣部,所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部相互配合,使所述盖合部与所述底座卡扣固定,并在灯带连接器的宽度方向上夹紧所述本体。
本申请的有益效果是:本申请的灯带连接器通过在底座的相对两侧壁上设置限位部,同时在电连接结构的本体上对应设置配合部,从而可以利用限位部与配合部的相互配合,将电连接结构限位固定在底座内,使电连接结构与底座相互紧配,实现电连接结构与灯带的电气连接。相较于现有技术,本申请的灯带连接器即使盖合部失去压力也不影响电连接结构与灯带的电气连接,极大地提高了电气连接的可靠性。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请进行详细描述。
如图1至图3所示,本申请揭示了一种灯带连接器100,用于连接相邻的两根灯带200。其中,所述灯带200包括灯带主体201和固定在灯带主体201内部的焊盘202,所述灯带主体201的内部开设有容纳空间203,所述焊盘202固定在所述容纳空间203内,以便在灯带连接器100插入容纳空间203时,实现灯带连接器100与灯带200的电性连接。
如图4至图8并结合图2所示,所述灯带连接器100包括盖合部10、底座20和电连接结构30,所述盖合部10与所述底座20连接并且内部形成收容空间21,所述盖合部10与所述底座20之间能够活动打开收容空间21,以允许灯带200自底座20的两侧进入,并且所述盖合部10与所述底座20能够相互夹持灯带200。具体地,所述电连接结构30收容在所述收容空间21内。所述收容空间21的端部为开口结构,以便于将电连接结构30和灯带主体201固定在收容空间21内。所述电连接结构30包括本体31和与本体31固定连接的导电端子32,所述导电端子32用于与所述焊盘202电性连接。优选的,所述导电端子32固定在本体31上并暴露于本体31两侧,以与自底座20两侧进入的灯带200电性连接。
所述盖合部10和所述底座20之间构成转动结构,且其转动范围为0~180°,盖合部10和底座20能够通过转动结构打开或闭合收容空间21,从而方便放入灯带200和灯带连接器100,便于操作。在一较佳实施例中,转动结构为一薄板,优选的,该薄板为塑料薄板。在其他实施例中,转动结构可以为转轴或其他能够实现转动功能的元件,具体可以根据实际使用需求设定,对此不作限制。
本实施例中,所述盖合部10和所述底座20的材质均为塑料,以增强产品的塑性;所述盖合部10、薄板及底座20为一体注塑成型,从而有利于生产者进行批量生产,生产效率高,同时,也方便使用者使用。
所述底座20包括底壁23以及设置于所述底壁23两侧的侧壁24,所述底壁23和所述侧壁24围设形成所述收容空间21,以收容灯带200。所述侧壁24的外壁面上设置有第一卡扣部241,所述盖合部10用以与所述底座20相配合,以将所述灯带200固定在所述收容空间21内。所述盖合部10设置有与所述第一卡扣部241相配合的第二卡扣部11,从而可通过第一卡扣部241与第二卡扣部11的相互卡扣配合,将所述盖合部10固定在所述底座20上。
在本实施例中,所述第一卡扣部241为突起,所述第二卡扣部11为与所述突起相配合的凹槽。当然,在其它实施例中,所述第一卡扣部241亦可以为凹槽,所述第二卡扣部11为与凹槽相配合的突起;或者,第一卡扣部241和第二卡扣部11也可以为其他相互配合的结构,此处不作限制。
所述盖合部10的内壁面上设置有若干第一抵持部12,以抵持压紧所述灯带200,使得所述灯带200牢牢固定在所述收容空间21内。优选地,所述第一抵持部12设置有两组,且分设在所述盖合部10的两端,从而可以对相邻两根灯带200进行固定。所述盖合部10的内壁面上还设置有位于两组第一抵持部12之间的第二抵持部13,该第二抵持部13用于抵持压紧电连接结构30,使电连接结构30牢牢固定在所述收容空间21内。
进一步地,所述侧壁24的外壁面上还设置有若干围骨242,能够防止用户徒手拆卸,进而避免用户触电的风险。
考虑到盖合部10在长期受热或压力变形后容易产生变形而导致失去压力,从而使电连接结构30和灯带200之间连接失效,故本申请对底座20和电连接结构30也做了改进,使电连接结构30与底座20相互紧配,实现电连接结构30与灯带200的电气连接,即使盖合部10失去压力也不影响电连接结构30与灯带200的电气连接,极大地提高了电气连接的可靠性。
具体地,所述底座20的相对两侧壁24上设有限位部,所述电连接结构30的本体31上对应设有配合部,从而可以利用限位部与配合部的相互配合,至少在灯带连接器100的厚度方向上将电连接结构30限位固定在底座20内。
如图5至图9所示,在本申请的第一实施例中,所述限位部包括设置在所述底座20的侧壁24上的定位槽221和固定在所述定位槽221内的限位柱222,所述配合部为设置在所述本体31顶部边缘处的凹槽311,当所述电连接结构30装入所述底座20内时,所述限位柱222限位收容在所述凹槽311内,如此,使电连接结构30限位在收容空间21内。
具体来讲,所述定位槽221在所述底座20的侧壁24上凹陷形成,所述限位柱222将所述定位槽221的相对两内壁面连接。所述定位槽221的靠近盖合部10一侧设有引导面223,所述限位柱222固定在所述引导面223的下方一定距离处。所述本体31包括相互垂直的第一本体部312和第二本体部313,所述第二本体部313垂直于所述底座20的侧壁24设置。所述导电端子32固定在所述第一本体部312上并在所述第一本体部312的两端暴露,从而方便与灯带主体201内部的焊盘202电性连接。优选的,所述第一本体部312设置有两排,且相互间隔设置;所述导电端子32呈片状铺设在第一本体部312的下表面并分设在第二本体部313的两侧,从而导电端子32能够插入灯带主体201内与焊盘202电性接触。
所述凹槽311设置在所述第二本体部313上,所述第二本体部313与所述第一本体部312呈十字形交叉设置,使所述导电端子32在所述第二本体部313的两侧均暴露,以将相邻的两根灯带200电性连接。所述第二本体部313的底部边缘处还对应设有配合面314,所述引导面223和所述配合面314均为倾斜面,从而可以利用引导面223与配合面314的相互配合,来引导所述第二本体部313进入所述定位槽221内并在越过所述限位柱222后,使所述限位柱222限位收容在所述凹槽311内。如此,即实现了电连接结构30与底座20的相互紧配,确保电连接结构30能够与灯带200保持电气连接。
此外,本申请中,所述第一卡扣部241设置有三个,且其中一个位于所述定位槽221和所述限位柱222的外侧,从而在底座20与盖合部10相互扣合时,还能够在灯带连接器100的宽度方向上,即第二本体部313的延伸方向上,夹紧所述第二本体部313,使电连接结构30更加稳定的固定在底座20内。
如图11至图14所示,在本申请的第二实施例中,所述限位部为设置在侧壁24上的反斜面2521,所述配合部为形成在本体31端部的斜面,当所述电连接结构30装入所述底座20内时,所述斜面与所述反斜面2521相互挤压贴合,从而可以在灯带连接器100的厚度方向和宽度方向上对电连接结构30进行限位。所述底座20的侧壁24上设有固定槽25,所述反斜面2521形成在所述固定槽25的靠近盖合部10一侧,且在灯带连接器100的厚度方向上逐渐朝向侧壁24内倾斜。
具体来讲,所述固定槽25呈倒凸形设置,包括靠近所述底壁23设置的第一固定槽251和靠近所述盖合部10设置的第二固定槽252,所述第一固定槽251与所述第二固定槽252相互连通,且所述第二固定槽252的内径大于所述第一固定槽251的内径;所述反斜面2521形成在所述第二固定槽252内。所述第二本体部313的端部对应设有倒凸形的凸块315,包括靠近所述底壁23设置的第一突出部3151和靠近所述盖合部10设置的第二突出部3152,所述斜面为所述第二突出部3152的外壁面,从而当所述电连接结构30装入所述底座20内时,所述第一突出部3151收容于所述第一固定槽251,所述第二突出部3152收容于所述第二固定槽252,此时,可利用斜面与反斜面2521的斜面压力将所述第二本体部313限位在底座20内,确保导电端子32与灯带200接触时有足够的电气正压力。
此时,所述第一卡扣部241也设置有三个,且其中一个位于所述反斜面2521的外侧,从而在底座20与盖合部10相互扣合时,还能够在灯带连接器100的宽度方向上,即第二本体部313的延伸方向上,夹紧所述第二本体部313,使电连接结构30更加稳定的固定在底座20内。
如图10与图15并结合图1和图2所示,组装时,先将电连接结构30分别插入两侧的灯带200内,并使得导电端子32在容纳空间203内与焊盘202电性连接;然后,将电连接结构30和灯带200整体装入底座20内,并利用限位部与配合部的相互配合,使电连接结构30与底座20相互紧配;最后,将盖合部10翻折至与底座20卡扣固定,对灯带200再次夹持固定,此时即安装完成。
综上所述,本申请的灯带连接器100通过在底座20的相对两侧壁24上设置限位部,同时在电连接结构30的本体31上对应设置配合部,从而可以利用限位部与配合部的相互配合,将电连接结构30限位固定在底座20内,使电连接结构30与底座20相互紧配,实现电连接结构30与灯带200的电气连接。相较于现有技术,本申请的灯带连接器100即使盖合部10失去压力也不影响电连接结构30与灯带200的电气连接,即电气压力不依靠盖合部10的扣合来提供,极大地提高了电气连接的可靠性。
以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本申请进行了详细说明,本领域普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯带连接器,用于连接灯带(200),其中,所述灯带连接器(100)包括:
    盖合部(10)和底座(20),所述盖合部(10)与所述底座(20)连接并且内部形成收容空间(21),所述盖合部(10)与所述底座(20)之间能够活动打开收容空间(21),以允许灯带(200)自底座(20)的两侧进入,并且所述盖合部(10)与所述底座(20)能够相互夹持灯带(200);
    电连接结构(30),收容在所述收容空间(21)内,所述电连接结构(30)包括本体(31)和导电端子(32),所述导电端子(32)固定在本体(31)上并暴露于本体(31)两侧,以与自底座(20)两侧进入的灯带(200)电性连接;
    其中,所述底座(20)的相对两侧壁(24)上设有限位部,所述本体(31)上对应设有配合部,所述限位部配置为与所述配合部相互配合,以至少在灯带连接器(100)的厚度方向上将所述电连接结构(30)限位固定在所述底座(20)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述本体(31)包括相互垂直的第一本体部(312)和第二本体部(313),所述第二本体部(313)垂直于所述侧壁(24)设置,所述导电端子(32)固定在所述第一本体部(312)上并在第一本体部(312)的两端暴露,所述配合部设置在所述第二本体部(313)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述导电端子(32)呈片状铺设在所述第一本体部(312)的下表面并分设在所述第二本体部(313)的两侧,所述灯带(200)包括灯带主体(201)和固定在灯带主体(201)内部的焊盘(202),所述导电端子(32)能够插入所述灯带主体(201)内与所述焊盘(202)电性接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述限位部包括设置在所述侧壁(24)上的定位槽(221)和固定在所述定位槽(221)内的限位柱(222),所述配合部为设置在所述本体(31)顶部边缘处的凹槽(311),当所述电连接结构(30)装入所述底座(20)内时,所述限位柱(222)限位收容在所述凹槽(311)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述定位槽(221)在所述底座(20)的侧壁(24)上凹陷形成,所述限位柱(222)将所述定位槽(221)的相对两内壁面连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述定位槽(221)的靠近盖合部(10)一侧设有引导面(223),所述本体(31)的底部边缘处对应设有配合面(314),所述引导面(223)和所述配合面(314)均为倾斜面,用于引导所述本体(31)进入所述定位槽(221)内并在越过所述限位柱(222)后,使所述限位柱(222)限位收容在所述凹槽(311)内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述限位部为设置在所述侧壁(24)上的反斜面(2521),所述配合部为形成在所述本体(31)端部的斜面,当所述电连接结构(30)装入所述底座(20)内时,所述斜面与所述反斜面(2521)相互挤压贴合,以在灯带连接器(100)的厚度方向和宽度方向上对所述电连接结构(30)进行限位。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述侧壁(24)上设有固定槽(25),所述反斜面(2521)形成在所述固定槽(25)的靠近盖合部(10)一侧,且在灯带连接器(100)的厚度方向上逐渐朝向侧壁(24)内倾斜。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述固定槽(25)呈倒凸形设置,包括靠近所述底座(20)设置的第一固定槽(251)和靠近所述盖合部(10)设置的第二固定槽(252),所述反斜面(2521)形成在所述第二固定槽(252)内;所述本体(31)的端部对应设有倒凸形的凸块(315),包括靠近所述底座(20)设置的第一突出部(3151)和靠近所述盖合部(10)设置的第二突出部(3152),所述斜面为所述第二突出部(3152)的外壁面,当所述电连接结构(30)装入所述底座(20)内时,所述第一突出部(3151)收容于所述第一固定槽(251),所述第二突出部(3152)收容于所述第二固定槽(252)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述底座(20)的外壁面上设置有第一卡扣部(241),所述第一卡扣部(241)设有多个且至少一个位于所述限位部的外侧,所述盖合部(10)上对应设置有第二卡扣部(11),所述第一卡扣部(241)与所述第二卡扣部(11)相互配合,使所述盖合部(10)与所述底座(20)卡扣固定,并在灯带连接器(100)的宽度方向上夹紧所述本体(31)。
