金属零件在制作加工过程中,表面或内壁上存在一些废渣和残屑,若没有进行清理,会影响其正常的使用,而现有技术中,金属零件的清洗通常是由人工或机械进行清洗,人工清洗费时费力,效率不高且效果不佳;机械清洗过程中耗水量较多,不能够循环利用,易造成水资源浪费,同时缺少烘干机构,金属零件表面的水渍依然需要人工进行擦拭,而金属零件的内壁人工很难擦拭到,导致水渍残留会影响其使用。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种金属零件喷淋清洗机,清洗效率高且清洗效果好,清洗过程中的水可循环利用,节约水资源,同时可对金属零件进行烘干,避免水渍残留影响其使用。
本实用新型提供的技术方案为:一种金属零件喷淋清洗机,包括底板,所述底板上固定连接有第一立架和第二立架,所述第一立架和第二立架之间安装有传动组件,所述底板上设有清水箱、集水箱、废水箱,所述第一立架和第二立架上均设有支架一、伸缩杆、支架二,两个所述支架一、两个伸缩杆、两个支架二顶端分别安装有喷淋管一、固定板、喷淋管二,所述第一立架和第二立架上固定连接有U形架,所述底板上设有第一水泵和第二水泵,所述第一水泵的吸入端设有与集水箱相连通的连接管一,所述第一水泵的排出端设有与喷淋管一相连通的排水管一,所述第二水泵的吸入端设有与清水箱相连通的连接管二,所述第二水泵的排出端设有与喷淋管二相连通的排水管二,所述喷淋管一和喷淋管二底部均设有多个喷淋头,所述固定板上安装有清理组件,所述U形架上安装有多个热风机。

如图4所示,本实用新型中第一立架2上设有供转动轴一4.2通过的通孔一,转动轴一4.2远离第一电机4.1一端通过轴承一4.7与第二立架3转动连接,提高转动轴一4.2转动时的稳定性;转动轴二4.4两端均通过轴承二4.8分别与第一立架2和第二立架3转动连接,提高转动轴二4.4转动时的稳定性。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,本实用新型中传动带4.6上设有若干个沥水孔4.9,方便清洗的水进入集水箱6,同时方便清洗的水以及金属零件表面的杂质和碎屑落入废水箱7。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型中废水箱7内设有过滤网24,用于过滤落入废水箱7内的杂质和碎屑。
如图5所示,本实用新型中清理组件22包括设置与固定板12固定连接的直角板22.1,直角板22.1顶部固定连接有第二电机22.2,第二电机22.2的输出轴贯穿通过直角板22.1顶壁且固定连接有主动齿轮22.3,主动齿轮22.3一侧依次设有多个相互啮合的从动齿轮22.4,从动齿轮22.4底部固定连接有贯穿通过固定板12的转动杆22.5,转动杆22.5底端固定连接有清理刷22.6。
第二电机22.2启动时带动主动齿轮22.3转动,主动齿轮22.3转动带动与其临近的从动齿轮22.4转动,然后依次带动另外的从动齿轮22.4转动,从动齿轮22.4转动时带动转动杆22.5转动,转动杆22.5转动带动清理刷22.6转动对金属零件表面进行清洁,进一步对金属零件进行清理,清理效果好。
如图5所示,本实用新型中直角板22.1顶壁上设有供第二电机22.2输出轴通过的通孔二;主动齿轮22.3与从动齿轮22.4相啮合;转动杆22.5通过轴承三22.7与固定板12转动连接,固定板12上设有供转动杆22.5通过和供轴承三22.7安装的通槽;轴承三22.7内圈与转动杆22.5固定连接,轴承三22.7外圈与固定板12固定连接,对转动杆22.5起到了支撑的作用,同时提高了转动杆22.5转动时的稳定性。
工作原理:本实用新型在具体实施时,首先向清水箱5和集水箱6均加入水,其中清水箱5接入可稳定提供的水源,在对金属零件进行清洗时,首先控制第一电机4.1启动,带动转动轴一4.2转动,转动轴一4.2转动带动转动辊一4.3转动,转动辊一4.3转动带动传动带4.6转动,实现传动效果,然后将金属零件放在传动带4.6上,此时控制第一水泵15启动,通过连接管一17将集水箱6内的水吸出并通过排水管一18进入喷淋管一11中,然后利用喷淋头21喷洒至金属零件上对金属零件进行第一次清洗,清洗的水以及金属零件表面的杂质和碎屑会通过传动带4.6上的沥水孔4.9进入废水箱7,杂质和碎屑会过滤在废水箱7内的过滤网24上,方便清理,然后控制第二电机22.2启动,带动主动齿轮22.3转动,主动齿轮22.3转动带动与其相啮合的从动齿轮22.4转动,从而通过转动杆22.5带动清理刷22.6转动,对金属零件进行清洁,进一步对金属零件进行清理,同时伸缩杆9活动轴的伸缩可带动固定板12升降,从而调节清理刷22.6的高度,适用于对不同的金属零件进行清洁,然后控制第二水泵16启动,通过连接管二19将清水箱5内的水吸出,并通过排水管二20进入喷淋管二13中,然后利用喷淋头21喷洒至金属零件上对金属零件进行第二次清洗,清洗效果好,清洗的水会通过传动带4.6上的沥水孔4.9进入集水箱6,可用于对金属零件第一清洗使用,实现了水的循环利用,节约水资源,金属零件清洗完成后,控制热风机23启动,对金属零件进行烘干,可以有效避免金属零件表面的水渍残留影响其使用,实用性强。

  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种金属零件喷淋清洗机,其特征在于:所述传动带(4.6)上设有若干个沥水孔(4.9)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种金属零件喷淋清洗机,其特征在于:所述废水箱(7)内设有过滤网(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种金属零件喷淋清洗机,其特征在于:所述清理组件(22)包括设置与固定板(12)固定连接的直角板(22.1),所述直角板(22.1)顶部固定连接有第二电机(22.2),所述第二电机(22.2)的输出轴贯穿通过直角板(22.1)顶壁且固定连接有主动齿轮(22.3),所述主动齿轮(22.3)一侧依次设有多个相互啮合的从动齿轮(22.4),所述从动齿轮(22.4)底部固定连接有贯穿通过固定板(12)的转动杆(22.5),所述转动杆(22.5)底端固定连接有清理刷(22.6)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种金属零件喷淋清洗机,其特征在于:所述直角板(22.1)顶壁上设有供第二电机(22.2)输出轴通过的通孔二;所述主动齿轮(22.3)与从动齿轮(22.4)相啮合;所述转动杆(22.5)通过轴承三(22.7)与固定板(12)转动连接,所述固定板(12)上设有供转动杆(22.5)通过和供轴承三(22.7)安装的通槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种金属零件喷淋清洗机,其特征在于:所述轴承三(22.7)内圈与转动杆(22.5)固定连接,所述轴承三(22.7)外圈与固定板(12)固定连接。
