Description

一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置 技术领域
本申请属于镇痛装置,具体涉及一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置。
背景技术
针灸是一种传统的中医疗法,包括针法和灸法两部分。其中,针法是指将特制的针具按照一定的角度刺入患者体内,运用捻转与提插等针刺手法对人体特定部位进行刺激,从而达到治疗疾病的目的。
目前,针对一些慢性疼痛型疾病,针灸的阵痛效果已经得到了世界公认,在部分国家,已经成为治疗痛症的补充或替代方法,特别是在治疗炎性痛方面有着显著疗效。例如,对于膝关节痛,电针足三里可加强针感,消炎止痛,促进炎性吸收和膝部的血液循环,改善软骨及周围组织的营养,促进代谢和组织修复,进而起到镇痛作用,目前已在临床治疗上普遍应用。
但是,现有针对疼痛型疾病的针灸方法,在针刺过程中,患者容易产生紧张情绪,对疼痛感或精神状态造成负面影响,进而影响治疗效果。
技术问题
本申请的目的在于解决现有技术中的上述问题,提供一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述目的,本申请采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,包括:同时处于工作状态的电针模块和视觉刺激模块;
所述电针模块,用于向疼痛部位相对应穴位施加电针;
所述视觉刺激模块,用于通过显示装置提供多组视觉刺激,每组视觉刺激包括多次looming刺激和两次looming刺激之间的显示空白;一次所述looming刺激包括显示黑色圆盘,使所述黑色圆盘的视角在第一预设时间内扩展,再保持第二预设时间。
进一步地,所述电针的脉冲电流的频率为2Hz,电流强度为2mA。
进一步地,所述脉冲电流的波形为疏密波。
进一步地,所述施加电针的时间为20min。
进一步地,所述第一预设时间为0.25s,第二预设时间为0.05s;所述显示空白的时间为0.03s。

looming刺激是一种视觉刺激,模拟了飞行捕食者快速前进的视觉效果。视觉刺激在治疗方法已有一定应用。研究发现,视觉刺激可缓解患者的疼痛感觉,降低患者的疼痛阈值,提高耐受性,2022年Science子刊发布一篇文献,指出光刺激可通过小鼠视网膜-腹侧外膝投射通路起到镇痛作用,解析了从视觉信号传入到痛觉信息调控的功能环路。2022年Neuron上发布一篇文献指出,白光可通过调控导水管周围灰质区相关的视觉回路起到镇痛作用。
本申请提出一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,包括同时处于工作状态的电针模块和视觉刺激模块。
所述电针模块,用于施加电针。
实际应用中,施加电针为电刺,为施加电针疗法,将针刺入后,在针具上通以接近人体生物电的微量电流,利用针和电两种刺激相结合,进行治疗。
所述视觉刺激模块,用于通过显示装置提供多组视觉刺激,每组视觉刺激包括多次looming刺激和两次looming刺激之间的显示空白;一次所述looming刺激包括显示黑色圆盘,使所述黑色圆盘的视角在第一预设时间内扩展,再保持第二预设时间。
需要说明的是,looming刺激是一种视觉刺激。视觉信息具有较强的刺激度时,容易为人的视觉所感知,视线就会被吸引而成为有意识的注意,视觉流动反复多次,视觉在物像上停留的时间越长,次数越多,获得的信息量就越大,特定的视觉刺激有助于降低痛感和缓解紧张情绪。
如下通过两个实施例,结合说明书附图,对本申请的电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置及其效果进行详细说明:
作为本申请电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置的第一个实施例,以治疗膝关节疼痛为目的。
膝关节痛是一种以慢性关节疼痛为主要临床表现的疾病,近年来,膝关节痛的治疗取得了重大进展,但仍有许多患者无法耐受其药物的副作用或服药后疼痛仍无法缓解。中医认为膝关节疼痛属于“痹证”中的“历节”或“尪痹”等范畴,针灸对治疗痛症有显著疗效,其镇痛效果已经得到了世界公认,在西方国家,已经成为治疗痛症的补充和替代医疗方法,特别是在治疗炎性痛方面有着明显的疗效。其中,电针足三里可加强针感,消炎止痛,促进炎性吸收和膝部的血液循环,改善软骨及周围组织的营养,促进代谢和组织修复,进而起到镇痛的作用。但是,现有治疗膝关节痛时,针刺后给予电刺激,通过电针足三里进行治疗,针刺时,患者可能会感到疼痛,电针过程中患者容易产生紧张情绪,紧张焦虑的情绪对疼痛会产生负面影响,影响治疗效果。另外,单纯的视觉刺激,如白光或绿光的理疗方法,在临床上仅能起到辅助效果,不能起到明显的镇痛作用。
采用本申请的电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,通过将传统的电针足三里与视觉刺激联合治疗膝关节痛,特别是慢性膝关节痛。通过电针联合视觉刺激的方法可抑制炎症反应,同时,可降低实施电针时患者的紧张焦虑情绪,促进膝关节疼痛的恢复。
实际应用中,电针模块对足三里施加电针,电针频率为2HZ,电流强度为2mA,波形选用疏密波,电针时长为20分钟。同时,视觉刺激模块通过显示装置提供多组视觉刺激,每组视觉刺激包括多次looming刺激和两次looming刺激之间的显示空白,实施looming刺激时,患者前方放置了一个LCD显示器,以显示looming刺激。通过前方放置的LCD显示器,进行多次looming刺激,显示器上的显示为黑色圆盘,实施过程为:
(1)如图2所示,为黑色圆盘的显示过程示意图,在0.25 s内从2°视角扩展到30°视角,扩展速度为112°/s;
(2)扩展后保持最大30°视角0.05 s;
(3)以空白屏幕作为两次looming刺激之间的间隔,维持0.03s。
每组视觉刺激中,looming刺激快速连续重复15次(共4.5 s),加上每次进行looming刺激后通过空白屏幕停顿0.03 s,每组视觉刺激持续4.92s,每间隔5 min进行一次,共进行4次。
借助本申请的电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,采用电针联合视觉刺激治疗膝关节疼痛,视觉刺激采用looming刺激,通过视觉刺激不仅能缓解焦虑,还能减轻疼痛。
实际应用中,使用本申请的治疗装置,可以针对不同疼痛位置,选择不同刺激穴位,因个体差异不同还可以调整刺激参数和刺激时间,以达到镇痛效果。另外,looming刺激可以通过患者的个体差异进行参数调整,例如looming刺激的刺激频率和刺激时长等参数,以达到镇痛效果。
作为本申请电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置的第二个实施例,以治疗踝关节疼痛为目的。电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置包括同时处于工作状态的电针模块和视觉刺激模块。
所述电针模块,用于向疼痛部位相对应穴位施加电针。施加电针的穴位可以是太溪穴、昆仑穴或照海穴等。
所述视觉刺激模块,用于通过显示装置提供多组视觉刺激,每组视觉刺激包括多次looming刺激和两次looming刺激之间的显示空白;一次所述looming刺激包括显示黑色圆盘,使所述黑色圆盘的视角在第一预设时间内扩展,再保持第二预设时间。
与第一个实施例的区别在于,电针模块施加电针时,脉冲电流的频率、电流强度和施加电针的时间,均根据患者的病情进行了调整。另外,视觉刺激的时间,以及相邻两次looming刺激之间显示空白的时间,也根据患者的疼痛情况进行了调整。
实际应用中,可以将本申请的电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置制作成图1所示的便携装置,配置相应的显示屏和按钮,该显示屏一方面能够对电针模块的相关参数进行设置和显示,另一方面,可以作为视觉刺激模块的显示装置。并将电针模块的工作端设置在便携装置的箱体上方,便于实施相应的电针。
若将本申请的电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置制作为上述的便携装置,可以包括电针模块、视觉刺激模块、显示模块、波形选择模块和参数调整模块等。其中,电针模块和视觉刺激模块分别用于实现前述的功能,显示模块用于显示当前电针模块和视觉刺激模块的工作状态,并可用于与本申请的镇痛装置进行用户操作交互,波形选择模块,可以用于选择施加电针时的脉冲电流波形,参数调整模块,可以用于调整电针模块和视觉刺激模块的工作参数。实际应用中,还可以根据使用者的需要,调整波形选择模块和参数调整模块的操作方式,并设置相应的开关。
以上仅为本申请的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,其特征在于,包括:同时处于工作状态的电针模块和视觉刺激模块;
    所述电针模块,用于向疼痛部位相对应穴位施加电针;
    所述视觉刺激模块,用于通过显示装置提供多组视觉刺激,每组视觉刺激包括多次looming刺激和两次looming刺激之间的显示空白;一次所述looming刺激包括显示黑色圆盘,使所述黑色圆盘的视角在第一预设时间内扩展,再保持第二预设时间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,其特征在于,所述电针的脉冲电流频率为2Hz,电流强度为2mA。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,其特征在于,所述脉冲电流的波形为疏密波。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,其特征在于,所述施加电针的时间为20min。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,其特征在于,所述第一预设时间为0.25s,第二预设时间为0.05s;所述显示空白的时间为0.03s。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,其特征在于,所述黑色圆盘的视角在第一预设时间内扩展,包括:
    黑色圆盘的视角在第一预设时间内以112°/s的速度扩展。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,其特征在于,所述黑色圆盘的视角在第一预设时间内扩展,包括:
    黑色圆盘的视角在第一预设时间内从2°扩展到30°。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,其特征在于,一组所述视觉刺激包括15次looming刺激。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,其特征在于,所述多组视觉刺激为四组视觉刺激,且每两组视觉刺激之间间隔第三预设时间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述一种电针联合视觉刺激镇痛装置,其特征在于,所述第三预设时间为5min。
