技术领域
本申请涉及电池生产技术领域,例如涉及一种贴标设备。
背景技术
圆柱电池是指外形结构呈圆柱状的锂电池,圆柱电池被广泛应用于多类电子设备及电动汽车内。圆柱电池在生产过程中需要在其外侧壁上贴附一层标签纸,相关技术中通常为操作人员手动将标签纸贴附到圆柱电池的外壁上。具体的贴附过程为:操作人员将标签纸从离型纸上剥离,然后将其贴附在圆柱电池外壁的对应位置上。
技术问题
通过操作人员手动将标签纸贴附到圆柱电池的外壁上的方式,贴附效率较低,操作人员的工作量较大,人工成本较高,严重影响产能;此外,人工贴附时会因不同操作人员的熟练度不同而导致贴附质量存在差异。
技术解决方案
本申请提供一种贴标设备,包括:
供膜机构,包括安装架和均设置于安装架上的送带组件和剥标组件,送带组件设置为输送标带,标带包括离型纸和贴附于离型纸上的标签纸,剥标组件能够将输送至自身上的标带的标签纸从离型纸上剥离;
承载机构,位于剥标组件的一侧,承载机构设置为承载待贴标件,且待贴标件在承载机构上可转动;
滚标机构,位于承载机构的上方,滚标机构包括滚标升降驱动件、连接于滚标升降驱动件的输出端的滚标旋转驱动件和连接于滚标旋转驱动件的输出端的滚标辊,滚标升降驱动件能够通过滚标旋转驱动件驱动滚标辊沿竖直方向升降,以带动被剥离出的标签纸靠近承载机构上的待贴标件,并压紧标签纸于待贴标件上,滚标旋转驱动件能驱动滚标辊转动,以将标签纸贴附于待贴标件上。
在一些实现方式中,送带组件包括放卷轴、收卷轴和收卷驱动部,放卷轴和收卷轴间隔布置且均可转动地设置于安装架上,放卷轴设置为释放标带,收卷轴设置为收卷被剥离标签纸的离型纸,收卷驱动部设置于安装架上,且被配置为驱动收卷轴转动,从而带动标带经过剥标组件。
在一些实现方式中,送带组件还包括位于剥标组件和收卷轴之间的拉带结构和压带结构;
拉带结构包括拉带辊和拉带驱动件,拉带驱动件设置于安装架上,且拉带驱动件的输出端与拉带辊相连接,拉带驱动件被配置为驱动拉带辊转动;
压带结构包括压带驱动件、压带移动架和压带辊,压带辊转动设置于压带移动架上,压带驱动件设置于安装架上,且压带驱动件的输出端与压带移动架相连接,以通过压带移动架驱动压带辊靠近拉带辊,以使拉带辊和压带辊共同压紧标带。
在一些实现方式中,收卷驱动部包括收卷驱动件、主动滑轮、从动滑轮和传动带,收卷驱动件设置于安装架上,收卷驱动件的输出端与主动滑轮相连接,收卷驱动件被配置为驱动主动滑轮转动,从动滑轮与收卷轴同轴连接,传动带绕设于主动滑轮和从动滑轮上。
在一些实现方式中,送带组件还包括多个间隔设置且均可转动地位于放卷轴和收卷轴之间的张紧辊,标带能依次经过多个张紧辊,至少一个张紧辊沿竖直方向的位置可调。
在一些实现方式中,承载机构包括顶升组件和夹持组件,顶升组件的输出端与夹持组件相连接,顶升组件被配置为驱动夹持组件沿竖直方向移动,夹持组件的夹持端设置为夹持待贴标件,且待贴标件在夹持端处可转动。
在一些实现方式中,剥标组件包括剥标板,剥标板朝向承载机构的一侧设置有尖角部。
在一些实现方式中,剥标组件还包括限位块,限位块设置于剥标板的上游,且限位块朝向剥标板的一侧设置有限位槽,标带能从限位槽与剥标板之间通过。
在一些实现方式中,剥标组件还包括两个限位挡板,两个限位挡板分别设置于剥标板沿垂直于标带的传输方向的两侧,标带能从两个限位挡板之间通过。
在一些实现方式中,贴标设备还包括纠偏机构,纠偏机构包括:
偏移检测组件,被配置为检测标带的传输位置是否存在偏移;
纠偏驱动组件,纠偏驱动组件的输出端与安装架相连接,纠偏驱动组件被配置为驱动安装架沿垂直于标带传输方向的方向移动。
有益效果
本申请提供的贴标设备,在贴标时,将待贴标件承载于承载机构上,送带组件将标带输送至剥标组件处,剥标组件可将标签纸从离型纸上剥离;然后,滚标升降驱动件通过滚标旋转驱动件驱动滚标辊沿竖直方向向下运动,以带动被剥离出的标签纸靠近承载机构上的待贴标件,并压紧标签纸于待贴标件上;滚标旋转驱动件再驱动滚标辊转动,同时待贴标件随动,以将位于滚标辊和待贴标件之间的标签纸贴附于待贴标件的外表面。通过供膜机构、承载机构和滚标机构之间的相互配合,可以实现标签纸的自动化贴标操作,相较于相关技术的人工手动贴标,不仅能够提高贴标效率,降低人工成本,还能够保证贴标质量,提高成品的良品率。

图1示出了本实施例提供的贴标设备在一个视角下的结构示意图。图2示出了本实施例提供的贴标设备在另一个视角下的结构示意图。图3是图1在A处的局部放大图。如图1-图3所示,本实施例提供一种贴标设备,该贴标设备包括供膜机构100、承载机构200和滚标机构300,供膜机构100包括安装架110和均设置于安装架110上的送带组件和剥标组件130,送带组件设置为输送标带1000,标带1000包括离型纸和贴附于离型纸上的标签纸,剥标组件130能够将输送至其上的标带1000的标签纸从离型纸上剥离;承载机构200位于剥标组件130的一侧,待贴标件2000可转动地承载于承载机构200上;滚标机构300位于承载机构200的上方,滚标机构300包括滚标升降驱动件310、连接于滚标升降驱动件310的输出端的滚标旋转驱动件320和连接于滚标旋转驱动件320的输出端的滚标辊330,滚标升降驱动件310能够通过滚标旋转驱动件320驱动滚标辊330沿竖直方向升降,以带动被剥离出的标签纸靠近承载机构200上的待贴标件2000,并压紧标签纸于待贴标件2000上,滚标旋转驱动件320能驱动滚标辊330转动,以将标签纸贴附于待贴标件2000上。
在本实施例中,待贴标件2000主要是指圆柱电池。在其他实施例中,待贴标件2000还可以是其他需要在自身表面贴附标签纸的圆柱形产品。
本实施例提供的贴标设备,在贴标时,将待贴标件2000承载于承载机构200上,送带组件将标带1000输送至剥标组件130处,剥标组件130可将标签纸从离型纸上剥离;然后,滚标升降驱动件310通过滚标旋转驱动件320驱动滚标辊330沿竖直方向向下运动,以带动被剥离出的标签纸靠近承载机构200上的待贴标件2000,并压紧标签纸于待贴标件2000上;滚标旋转驱动件320再驱动滚标辊330转动,同时待贴标件2000随动,以将位于滚标辊330和待贴标件2000之间的标签纸贴附于待贴标件2000的外表面。通过供膜机构100、承载机构200和滚标机构300之间的相互配合,可以实现标签纸的自动化贴标操作,相较于相关技术的人工手动贴标,不仅能够提高贴标效率,降低人工成本,还能够保证贴标质量,提高成品的良品率。
可选地,在本实施例中,滚标升降驱动件310为气缸;滚标旋转驱动件320为第一电机。在其他实施例中,滚标升降驱动件310还可以为油缸、电缸等具有直线驱动功能的驱动装置。
如图1和图3所示,剥标组件130包括剥标板131,剥标板131朝向承载机构200的一侧设置有尖角部1311。当送带组件带动标带1000经过剥标板131时,标带1000在尖角部1311的作用下,可以使标签纸从离型纸上剥离;随着标带1000的继续传输,被剥离的标签纸会继续移动至承载机构200和滚标机构300之间;然后滚标辊330即可向下移动将标签纸按压于承载机构200上的待贴标件2000上,并通过转动将标签纸贴附于待贴标件2000的表面。
剥标组件130还包括限位块132,限位块132设置于剥标板131的上游,且限位块132朝向剥标板131的一侧设置有限位槽1321,标带1000能从限位槽1321与剥标板131之间通过。通过设置带有限位槽1321的限位块132,可以对经过剥标板131的标带1000进行限位,以防止标带1000在经过剥标板131时位置发生偏移,影响贴标效果。
剥标组件130还包括限位挡板133,两个限位挡板133分别设置于剥标板131沿垂直于标带1000的传输方向的两侧,标带1000能从两个限位挡板133之间通过。两个限位挡板133可以对经过剥标板131的标带1000进行二次限位,以确保标签纸与待贴标件2000的贴合质量。
可选地,两个限位挡板133之间的间距可调,该设计可以使供膜机构100能适用多种规格尺寸的标带1000的送料,两个限位挡板133之间的间距可以根据标带1000的宽度进行适应性调整,从而提高了该贴标设备的通用性。示例性的,两个限位挡板133中的至少一个活动设置于剥标板131上,剥标板131上设置有沿垂直于标带1000的传输方向延伸的腰型孔,活动设置的限位挡板133上设置有连接孔,连接件能依次穿设于腰型孔和连接孔内,实现限位挡板133和剥标板131之间的固定。其中,连接件为连接螺栓,连接孔为螺纹孔,螺栓连接具有结构简单、方便操作且连接稳固的优势。
继续如图1-图3所示,为保证标带1000传输位置的精确性,该贴标设备还包括纠偏机构400,纠偏机构400包括纠偏驱动组件410和偏移检测组件420,偏移检测组件420被配置为检测标带1000的传输位置是否存在偏移;纠偏驱动组件410的输出端与安装架110相连接,以驱动安装架110沿垂直于标带1000传输方向的方向移动。在标带1000被传输至剥标组件130之前,偏移检测组件420会先对标带1000的传输位置进行检测,当检测到标带1000偏离预设位置时,会将该检测结果传输至贴标设备的传输系统中,传输系统则控制纠偏驱动组件410启动,以通过安装架110驱动整个供膜机构100沿垂直于标带1000传输方向的方向移动,从而起到调整标带1000的传输位置的效果。
纠偏驱动组件410包括纠偏支架411和纠偏驱动器412,安装架110滑动设置于纠偏支架411上,纠偏驱动器412设置于纠偏支架411上,且纠偏驱动器412的输出端与安装架110相连接,以驱动安装架110沿垂直于标带1000传输方向的方向移动。可选地,纠偏驱动组件410还包括纠偏滑动部413,纠偏滑动部413设置于纠偏支架411和安装架110之间,纠偏滑动部413包括设置于纠偏支架411上的纠偏滑轨和设置于安装架110上的纠偏滑块,纠偏滑轨沿垂直于标带1000传输方向的方向延伸,纠偏滑块滑动配合于纠偏滑轨上。通过设置纠偏滑动部413,可以为安装架110沿纠偏支架411的滑动提供导向,并保证其滑动过程的顺畅性及标带1000位置调节的精确性。可选地,纠偏驱动器412可以为直线电机、气缸、电缸、电机加丝杠螺母副等具有直线驱动功能的驱动装置。
在本实施例中,偏移检测组件420包括偏移检测件421和检测支架422,检测支架422位于安装架110的一侧,偏移检测件421设置于检测支架422上,偏移检测件421能够获取标带1000的图像信息并将该图像信息传输至贴标设备的控制系统中,控制系统通过对比标准图像信息与当前图像信息来判断标带1000的传输位置是否存在偏移。可选地,偏移检测件421为超声波电眼。
如图1-图2所示,送带组件包括放卷轴121、收卷轴122和收卷驱动部123,放卷轴121和收卷轴122间隔布置且均可转动地设置于安装架110上,放卷轴121设置为释放标带1000,收卷轴122设置为收卷被剥离标签纸的离型纸,收卷驱动部123设置于安装架110上,且被配置为驱动收卷轴122转动,从而带动标带1000经过剥标组件130。可选地,放卷轴121和收卷轴122均通过轴承安装在安装架110上,使得放卷轴121和收卷轴122能够相对于安装架110顺畅地转动。其中,放卷轴121设置为释放标带1000,收卷轴122设置为回收被剥离标签纸的离型纸,收卷驱动部123能驱动收卷轴122转动,进而使得标带1000从放卷轴121中释放后,经过剥标组件130以将标签纸剥离,然后将离型纸由收卷轴122回收。
示例性的,如图6所示,收卷驱动部123包括收卷驱动件1231、主动滑轮1233、从动滑轮1234和传动带1232,收卷驱动件1231设置于安装架110上,收卷驱动件1231的输出端与主动滑轮1233相连接,以驱动主动滑轮1233转动,从动滑轮1234与收卷轴122同轴连接,传动带1232绕设于主动滑轮1233和从动滑轮1234上。当收卷驱动件1231工作时,可以驱动主动滑轮1233转动,并通过传动带1232带动从动滑轮1234以及与从动滑轮1234同轴连接的收卷轴122转动,从而实现对离型纸的回收。在本实施例中,收卷驱动件1231为第二电机。
可选地,在本实施例中,送带组件还包括放卷驱动部127,放卷驱动部127设置于安装架110上,放卷驱动部127的输出端与放卷轴121相连接,以驱动收卷轴122转动,从而实现标带1000的释放。
图4示出了图1在B处的局部放大图。如图4并结合图1所示,送带组件还包括位于剥标组件130和收卷轴122之间的拉带结构124和压带结构125,拉带结构124包括拉带辊1241和拉带驱动件1242,拉带驱动件1242设置于安装架110上,且拉带驱动件1242的输出端与拉带辊1241相连接,以驱动拉带辊1241转动;压带结构125包括压带驱动件1251、压带移动架1252和压带辊1253,压带辊1253转动设置于压带移动架1252上,压带驱动件1251设置于安装架110上,且压带驱动件1251的输出端与压带移动架1252相连接,以通过压带移动架1252驱动压带辊1253靠近拉带辊1241,以使拉带辊1241和压带辊1253共同压紧标带1000。由于拉带辊1241和压带辊1253能共同压紧标带1000,当拉带驱动件1242工作时,能够带动拉带辊1241转动,进而带动标带1000移动。可选地,在本实施例中,压带驱动件1251为气缸、电缸等具有直线驱动功能的驱动装置。
该贴标设备在工作时,收卷驱动部123一直处于工作状态;而拉带驱动件1242每次只驱动预设长度的离型纸移动,收卷驱动部123驱动收卷轴122转动以将该预设长度的离型纸收卷后,传动带1232则与主动滑轮1233和从动滑轮1234打滑,以保持该贴标设备的正常运行。此外,标带1000在放卷轴121和拉带结构124之间进行传输时,需要完成剥标及贴标操作,即该过程中标带1000需要保持稳定的张力,以避免标带1000发生松弛导致的成品上的标签纸出现褶皱、气泡以及重合度和对齐度不满足要求的情况,因此,放卷驱动部127和拉带驱动件1242均选用精度较高的伺服电机。而标带1000在拉带结构124和收卷轴122之间进行传输时,只需要完成离型纸的回收即可,对标带1000的张力要求不高,因此,收卷驱动部123选用电机加滑轮皮带结构,方便安装,且能降低制造成本。其中,图1中标带1000上的箭头方向为标带1000的传输方向。
可选地,送带组件还包括多个间隔设置且均可转动地位于放卷轴121和收卷轴122之间的张紧辊126,标带1000能依次经过多个张紧辊126,至少一个张紧辊126沿竖直方向的位置可调。多个张紧辊126的设置,可以保证标带1000在传输过程中保持稳定的张力,以使标带1000始终处于张紧状态,从而保证贴标质量。
在一些实施例中,送带组件还包括张力调节部128,每个沿竖直方向可调的张紧辊126均对应一个张力调节部128,张力调节部128能驱动对应的张紧辊126沿竖直方向移动。张力调节部128包括张力调节气缸、调节滑轨和调节滑块,调节滑轨沿竖直方向延伸并设置于安装架110上,调节滑块滑动配合于调节滑轨上,张力调节气缸的输出端与调节滑块相连接,以驱动调节滑块沿调节滑轨的延伸方向移动,对应的张紧辊126转动设置于调节滑块上。张力调节气缸的电磁阀可以根据此时标带1000的张紧度控制张力调节气缸的输出端伸缩,以通过调节滑块带动对应的张紧辊126沿竖直方向运动,从而实现对张紧辊126的位置调节,以保证标带1000在整个传输过程中均处于张紧状态。
图5示出了本实施例提供的承载机构200的结构示意图。如图5并结合图3所示,承载机构200包括顶升组件210和夹持组件220,顶升组件210的输出端与夹持组件220相连接,以驱动夹持组件220沿竖直方向移动,待贴标件2000可转动地夹持于夹持组件220的夹持端。滚标升降驱动件310通过滚标旋转驱动件320驱动滚标辊330将被剥离的标签纸按压于待贴标件2000上,然后,滚标旋转驱动件320再驱动滚标辊330转动,滚标辊330转动的同时,还能带动待贴标件2000转动,从而实现将标签纸贴附于待贴标件2000的表面上的效果。
在一些实施例中,夹持组件220包括两个夹持驱动件221和两个夹持块222,每个夹持驱动件221的输出端均通过轴承转动连接一夹持块222,两个夹持块222相对设置,夹持驱动件221能驱动对应的夹持块222向靠近另一个夹持块222的方向移动,以使两个夹持块222同时夹紧待贴标件2000。其中,两个夹持块222即为夹持组件220的夹持端。在本实施例中,夹持驱动件221可以为气缸、电缸、直线电机等具有直线驱动功能的驱动装置。
可选地,顶升组件210的数量为两个,每个顶升组件210的输出端均连接一夹持驱动件221,顶升组件210能驱动对应的夹持驱动件221及夹持块222沿竖直方向运动,以靠近或者远离滚标辊330。当一个待贴标件2000贴标完成后,顶升组件210会驱动对应的夹持驱动件221及夹持块222向远离滚标辊330的方向运动,以方便待贴标件2000的下料及重新上料。在本实施例中,顶升组件210可以为气缸、电缸、直线电机等具有直线驱动功能的驱动装置。
在本实施例中,安装架110上还设置有到位检测件140,到位检测件140设置为检测标带1000是否被传输至剥标组件130上。当到位检测件140检测到标带1000已被传输至剥标组件130上,可以将该信号传输至控制系统,控制系统即控制承载机构200和滚标机构300动作。可选地,到位检测件140为色标传感器。
下面结合图1-图5简述该贴标设备的工作流程:
1)操作人员将待贴标件2000安装于承载机构200上;
2)收卷驱动部123和放卷驱动部127同时启动,以使放卷轴121释放标带1000并向剥标板131的位置传输,传输过程中,偏移检测组件420实时检测标带1000的传输位置,当检测到标带1000的传输位置发生偏移时,即向该贴标设备的控制系统传输偏移信号,控制系统则控制纠偏驱动组件410通过安装架110带动整个供膜机构100沿垂直于标带1000传输方向的方向移动,以实现对标带1000的纠偏操作;
3)当标带1000传输至剥标板131处时,其上的标签纸能在剥标板131的尖角部1311的作用下从离型纸上剥离;
4)拉带驱动件1242启动,以驱动拉带辊1241转动并与收卷驱动部123配合将预设长度的离型纸进行收卷,与此同时,被剥离的标签纸会继续移动至承载机构200和滚标机构300之间;
5)顶升组件210驱动夹持组件220并带动其上夹持的待贴标件2000向上运动,同时,滚标升降驱动件310通过滚标旋转驱动件320驱动滚标辊330将被剥离的标签纸按压于待贴标件2000上,然后,滚标旋转驱动件320再驱动滚标辊330转动,滚标辊330转动的同时,还能带动待贴标件2000转动,从而将标签纸贴附于待贴标件2000的表面上;
6)滚标升降驱动件310通过滚标旋转驱动件320驱动滚标辊330向上运动,同时顶升组件210驱动夹持组件220并带动其上夹持的待贴标件2000向下运动,操作人员可以将完成贴标作业的待贴标件2000从承载机构200上取下,再重新安装一新的待贴标件2000;
7)重复步骤2)~6),直至放卷轴121上卷绕的标带1000中的标签纸被贴完。
Claims (10)
- 一种贴标设备,包括:供膜机构(100),包括安装架(110)和均设置于所述安装架(110)上的送带组件和剥标组件(130),所述送带组件设置为输送标带(1000),所述标带(1000)包括离型纸和贴附于所述离型纸上的标签纸,所述剥标组件(130)能够将输送至自身上的标带(1000)的标签纸从离型纸上剥离;承载机构(200),位于所述剥标组件(130)的一侧,所述承载机构(200)设置为承载待贴标件(2000),且所述待贴标件(2000)在所述承载机构(200)上可转动;滚标机构(300),位于所述承载机构(200)的上方,所述滚标机构(300)包括滚标升降驱动件(310)、连接于所述滚标升降驱动件(310)的输出端的滚标旋转驱动件(320)和连接于所述滚标旋转驱动件(320)的输出端的滚标辊(330),所述滚标升降驱动件(310)能够通过所述滚标旋转驱动件(320)驱动所述滚标辊(330)沿竖直方向升降,以带动被剥离出的标签纸靠近所述承载机构(200)上的待贴标件(2000),并压紧所述标签纸于所述待贴标件(2000)上,所述滚标旋转驱动件(320)能驱动所述滚标辊(330)转动,以将所述标签纸贴附于所述待贴标件(2000)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴标设备,其中,所述送带组件包括放卷轴(121)、收卷轴(122)和收卷驱动部(123),所述放卷轴(121)和所述收卷轴(122)间隔布置且均可转动地设置于所述安装架(110)上,所述放卷轴(121)设置为释放所述标带(1000),所述收卷轴(122)设置为收卷被剥离所述标签纸的离型纸,所述收卷驱动部(123)设置于所述安装架(110)上,且被配置为驱动所述收卷轴(122)转动,从而带动所述标带(1000)经过所述剥标组件(130)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的贴标设备,其中,所述送带组件还包括位于所述剥标组件(130)和所述收卷轴(122)之间的拉带结构(124)和压带结构(125);所述拉带结构(124)包括拉带辊(1241)和拉带驱动件(1242),所述拉带驱动件(1242)设置于所述安装架(110)上,且所述拉带驱动件(1242)的输出端与所述拉带辊(1241)相连接,所述拉带驱动件(1242)被配置为驱动所述拉带辊(1241)转动;所述压带结构(125)包括压带驱动件(1251)、压带移动架(1252)和压带辊(1253),所述压带辊(1253)转动设置于所述压带移动架(1252)上,所述压带驱动件(1251)设置于所述安装架(110)上,且所述压带驱动件(1251)的输出端与所述压带移动架(1252)相连接,以通过所述压带移动架(1252)驱动所述压带辊(1253)靠近所述拉带辊(1241),以使所述拉带辊(1241)和所述压带辊(1253)共同压紧所述标带(1000)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的贴标设备,其中,所述收卷驱动部(123)包括收卷驱动件(1231)、主动滑轮(1233)、从动滑轮(1234)和传动带(1232),所述收卷驱动件(1231)设置于所述安装架(110)上,所述收卷驱动件(1231)的输出端与所述主动滑轮(1233)相连接,所述收卷驱动件(1231)被配置为驱动所述主动滑轮(1233)转动,所述从动滑轮(1234)与所述收卷轴(122)同轴连接,所述传动带(1232)绕设于所述主动滑轮(1233)和所述从动滑轮(1234)上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的贴标设备,其中,所述送带组件还包括多个间隔设置且均可转动地位于所述放卷轴(121)和所述收卷轴(122)之间的张紧辊(126),所述标带(1000)能依次经过多个所述张紧辊(126),至少一个所述张紧辊(126)沿竖直方向的位置可调。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴标设备,其中,所述承载机构(200)包括顶升组件(210)和夹持组件(220),所述顶升组件(210)的输出端与所述夹持组件(220)相连接,所述顶升组件(210)被配置为驱动所述夹持组件(220)沿竖直方向移动,所述夹持组件(220)的夹持端设置为夹持所述待贴标件(2000),且所述待贴标件(2000)在所述夹持端处可转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴标设备,其中,所述剥标组件(130)包括剥标板(131),所述剥标板(131)朝向所述承载机构(200)的一侧设置有尖角部(1311)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的贴标设备,其中,所述剥标组件(130)还包括限位块(132),所述限位块(132)设置于所述剥标板(131)的上游,且所述限位块(132)朝向所述剥标板(131)的一侧设置有限位槽(1321),所述标带(1000)能从所述限位槽(1321)与所述剥标板(131)之间通过。
- 根据权利要求7所述的贴标设备,其中,所述剥标组件(130)还包括两个限位挡板(133),两个所述限位挡板(133)分别设置于所述剥标板(131)沿垂直于所述标带(1000)的传输方向的两侧,所述标带(1000)能从两个所述限位挡板(133)之间通过。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的贴标设备,还包括纠偏机构(400),所述纠偏机构(400)包括:偏移检测组件(420),被配置为检测所述标带(1000)的传输位置是否存在偏移;纠偏驱动组件(410),所述纠偏驱动组件(410)的输出端与所述安装架(110)相连接,所述纠偏驱动组件(410)被配置为驱动所述安装架(110)沿垂直于所述标带(1000)传输方向的方向移动。
