Abstract

The present invention relates to an apparatus for fermenting and processing food waste and, more specifically, to an apparatus for fermenting and processing food waste, which comprises: a hopper for receiving food in a casing; a preprocessing part equipped with a pulverizing device in which crushing rollers and grinding rollers are vertically arranged in the lower portion on the inside of the hopper, so as to pulverize the food; a fermentation part, which transfers pulverized food introduced from the preprocessing part to an upper portion and ferments the transferred food; and a discharge part, of which one side is connected to the fermentation part so as to discharge the food fermented by the fermentation part.
