Abstract

Description
本发明属于洗衣机领域,具体地说,涉及一种洗涤桶组件及波轮洗衣机。
现有技术中,随着生活品质的提高,人们对洗涤设备的要求也越来越高,更是希望同一个洗涤设备能洗涤多种衣物,或者能将不同家庭成员的衣物进行区分,防止交叉污染。对于用户家中只有一台洗涤设备,在洗涤不同成员的衣物或不同种类的衣物前后需要对洗涤桶进行清理,操作麻烦。
现有方案中,为了解决上述问题,通过一台洗涤设备配备多个洗涤桶,洗涤桶可拆卸的设置在洗涤设备中,实现分桶洗涤。通过将洗涤桶的中下部设置为无孔,可以独立盛水进行洗涤,在上部开口外周壁上设置排水孔,利用洗涤桶高速转动时将水从脱水孔排走,满足了一台洗涤设备具有多种洗涤分区的需求。
申请号为CN 201721197718.X的中国专利公开了一种洗涤桶组件,包括:内桶,内桶的桶体具有第一开口端,桶体具有与中桶配合的结构;中桶,中桶的桶体具有第二开口端,第二开口端设有平衡环,桶体具有与内桶配合的结构;内桶的桶壁向外倾斜预定角度;内桶位于中桶内,二者可拆卸连接,二者的桶体接触配合,以便二者能够同步转动。内桶可替换,每个使用者可以使用自己的内桶,洗衣过程中,内桶的桶体形成了独立的空间,洗衣过程中衣物处于隔离状态,能够保证衣服的干净清洁,也保证了洗衣过程中的卫生安全。但是,该方案虽然洗涤桶可更换,但增设置有中桶,结构复杂,成本高,并且存在内
桶脱水时,水流沿内桶周壁爬升速度较慢,脱水效率较低。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的至少其中一个不足,目的在于提供一种洗涤桶组件,在内桶的内部增设引导部,内桶靠近顶部的平衡环处设置脱水孔,在内桶脱水转动时,利用引导部的延伸方向的第一侧壁将内桶中水倾斜向上引导至脱水孔处,实现快速脱水,提高脱水效率,结构成本低,还能增加洗涤效果,提高洗净比。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种洗涤桶组件,增设支撑架,引导部自内桶的内侧向外侧凸出形成凸出部,在内桶外侧的相邻凸出部之间形成滑槽,内桶的底端可滑动卡接在所述支撑架内的凸起上,引导部的设置既能在桶的内侧实现引导水流脱水,还能在内桶的外侧方便的与支撑架进行快拆连接,结构设计巧妙、加工方便、结构成本低。
本发明的再一目的在于,提供一种波轮洗衣机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:提供一种洗涤桶组件,包括:
内桶,开口端设有平衡环,内桶高于最高水位的周壁设有脱水孔;
所述内桶的内周壁设有凹陷设置的引导部,自所述内桶的底部向开口端方向延伸设置,所述引导部的延伸方向一侧的第一侧壁倾斜延伸设置,用于脱水时引导水流向脱水孔方向流动。
发明通过在无孔内桶的内周壁上设凹陷的引导部,引导部自内桶的底部向开口端方向延伸的第一侧壁倾斜延伸设置,在内桶脱水转动时,桶内的水流在
离心力的作用下,容易在引导部内沿倾斜的第一侧壁逐渐上升,从内桶的开口端的脱水孔排出,大大提升了脱水率,洗涤时引导部内凸出的侧壁,还能够提升洗净性能。并且内桶的开口端上的平衡环能够起到阻挡沿第一侧壁上升的水流外溢的作用。
进一步地,所述引导部自所述内桶的底部延伸至所述内桶的脱水孔处,所述引导部的第一侧壁倾斜延伸至所述脱水孔中。
进一步地,所述引导部的第一侧壁的倾斜方向与所述内桶的脱水转动方向相反;
优选的,所述引导部的第一侧壁与水平面的倾斜夹角为20°-80°。
进一步地,所述引导部的延伸方向另一侧的第二侧壁自所述内桶的桶底沿轴向竖直向所述内桶的开口端方向延伸设置;
所述引导部向开口端延伸的过程中,所述引导部的第一侧壁倾斜延伸逐渐远离所述引导部的第二侧壁设置。
进一步地,所述内桶包括连接的桶底壁和两端开口的筒体,所述桶底壁与所述筒体一体注塑成型设置,所述引导部设置在所述筒体的内周壁上。
进一步地,所述平衡环的底部固定在所述内桶的一端开口上,所述脱水孔靠近所述平衡环设置;
所述平衡环向内凸出于所述开口的部分底壁为导流板,自所述开口的内周壁向内倾斜向下延伸至所述脱水孔处。
进一步地,所述平衡环的部分底壁向外凸出于所述内桶开口端的外周壁;

优选的,所述支撑架的上端边沿低于所述内桶的脱水孔的高度,所述支撑架的容纳腔的内周侧上具有延伸至轴向两端的凸起,所述内桶底端的外周壁上设有凹陷的滑槽,滑动卡接在所述支撑架内的凸起上。
进一步地,所述内桶的开口端的周壁上沿周向间隔设有多个脱水孔,所述内桶设有多个沿周向间隔设置的引导部;

采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
(1)发明通过在无孔内桶的内周壁上设凹陷的引导部,引导部自内桶的底部向开口端方向延伸的第一侧壁倾斜延伸设置,在内桶脱水转动时,桶内的水流在离心力的作用下,容易在引导部内沿倾斜的第一侧壁逐渐上升,从内桶的开口端的脱水孔排出,大大提升了脱水率,洗涤时引导部内凸出的侧壁,还能够提升洗净性能。并且内桶的开口端上的平衡环能够起到阻挡沿第一侧壁上升的水流外溢的作用。
(2)本发明在平衡环的底壁的外环端向下延伸的挡水板,挡水板向下延伸设置超过所述脱水孔,在洗衣机为双桶洗衣机时,内桶设置在外桶中,在洗涤
时内桶和外桶之间无水,在内桶脱水时,水从脱水孔中排出后,能够使水直接向下通过外桶排出,能够防止排出的水打到外桶上溅水。
(3)本发明通过增设支撑架,可将支撑架可转动的固定在洗衣机外桶内,将内桶的底端可拆卸的固定在支撑架中,减少支撑架占用洗衣机中的空间,将内桶的开口端设有平衡环,相对于现有的将平衡环设置在内桶和外桶之间的中桶上,可以避免减少内桶的洗涤容量,支撑架可以起到固定内桶的作用,结构体积较小、成本低,可实现更换内桶分开洗涤衣物,避免交叉感染。
(4)本发明通过将引导部自内桶的内侧向外侧凸出设置在外侧形成多个凸出部,在内桶的内周壁上形成多个凹陷区域,方便水流沿每个凹陷区域的第一侧壁上升从脱水孔排出,加快水流排出,也能在内桶的外周壁上形成多个凸出部,相邻凸出部之间形成了所述滑槽,与支撑架配合安装,方便一体注塑成型,同时形成了滑槽和引导部,不需要单独加工滑槽,加工简单、成本低。

如图1至图3所示,本发明提供一种洗涤桶组件,洗涤桶组件包括内桶1,可用于波轮洗衣机。
所述内桶1的一端开口设置,所述内桶1的开口端设有平衡环11。所述内桶1高于最高水位的周壁设有脱水孔12,所述内桶1为无孔内桶1,可实现盛
水洗涤以及洗衣机脱水时转动带动水流沿内桶1的内周壁上升到脱水孔12处排走,实现了内桶1的外部不容易长期沾水,避免沉积污垢。
所述内桶1的内周壁设有凹陷设置的引导部13,所述引导部13自所述内桶1的底部向开口端方向延伸设置。所述引导部13的延伸方向一侧的第一侧壁131倾斜延伸设置,用于脱水时引导水流向脱水孔12方向上升流动。

所述内桶1呈喇叭口倾斜式设置,自桶底向开口端延伸内径逐渐增大,配合内桶1的内周壁上设置凹陷的引导部13,更有利于脱水时内桶1中的水流能够容易向上流动,更快速的从脱水孔12排出。
内桶1的周壁以中心轴竖直方向向外侧倾斜设置1°-5°。
所述脱水孔12为圆孔或方孔等,脱水孔12下方的内桶1周壁上不设另外的排水孔。
如图1至图2所示,所述引导部13自所述内桶1的底部延伸至所述内桶1的脱水孔12处,所述引导部13的第一侧壁131倾斜延伸至所述脱水孔12中。
本发明中,通过将引导部13自内桶1的底部延伸至内桶1的脱水孔12处,第一侧壁131的末端直接延伸至所述脱水孔12中,能够在脱水时,使内桶1底部的水流沿第一侧壁131直接上升至脱水孔12中,进一步提高了内桶1的脱水
效率。
所述引导部13的第一侧壁131的倾斜方向与所述内桶1的脱水转动方向相反。
当内桶1脱水转动时,衣物上水分在惯性的作用下脱离,向与内桶1转动方向相反的方向移动,沿与内桶1转动方向相反的第一侧壁131,沿第一侧壁131上升至开口端的脱水孔12中,与内桶1的转动方向配合,加快脱水速率,引导衣物脱离的水快速排出。
所述第一侧壁131可以是沿直线倾斜向上延伸设置,所述引导部13的第一侧壁131与水平面的倾斜夹角为20°-80°。
所述第一侧壁131也可以是呈弧形倾斜向上延伸设置,所述第一侧壁131的底端与水平面的倾斜夹角为20°-80°,或者所述第一侧壁131的底端和顶端的连接线与水平面的倾斜夹角为20°-80°。
优选的,所述引导部13的第一侧壁131与水平面的倾斜夹角为30°-60°。所述第一侧壁131自内桶1的桶底沿逆时针方向倾斜延伸设置。
所述引导部13的延伸方向另一侧的第二侧壁132自所述内桶1的桶底沿轴向竖直向所述内桶1的开口端方向延伸设置。所述引导部13向开口端延伸的过程中,所述引导部13的第一侧壁131倾斜延伸逐渐远离所述引导部13的第二侧壁132设置。
本发明的引导部13的底部较窄、上端较宽,能够在底部汇集脱离的水,然后将脱离的水沿第一侧壁131上升排出。
进一步地,所述内桶1包括连接的桶底壁17和两端开口的筒体16。所述桶底壁17与所述筒体16一体注塑成型设置,所述引导部13设置在所述筒体16
的内周壁上。
所述内桶1为塑料材质,一体注塑成型,通过将引导部13设置在所述筒体16的内周壁上,能够提高内桶1的强度,在塑料桶生产时能够很方便的脱模,大大提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
如图2至图3所示,所述平衡环11的底部固定在所述内桶1的一端开口上,所述脱水孔12靠近所述平衡环11设置。所述平衡环11向内凸出于所述开口的部分底壁为导流板111,自所述开口的内周壁向内倾斜向下延伸至所述脱水孔12处,能够引导内桶1中达到脱水孔12处的水流向下流动至内桶1中,避免水飞溅到开口端外部,防止水外溢。
所述导流板111为环形,所述导流板111的内环端与所述脱水孔12基本平齐或者略微向下超过所述脱水孔12。
所述平衡环11的部分底壁向外凸出于所述内桶1开口端的外周壁。所述平衡环11还设有挡水板112,自所述平衡环11的底壁的外环端向下延伸设置超过所述脱水孔12。
本发明在平衡环11的底壁的外环端向下延伸的挡水板112,挡水板112向下延伸设置超过所述脱水孔12,在洗衣机为双桶洗衣机时,内桶1设置在外桶中,在洗涤时内桶1和外桶之间无水,在内桶1脱水时,水从脱水孔12中排出后,能够使水直接向下通过外桶排出,能够防止排出的水打到外桶上溅水。
所述平衡环11的底壁上还设有开口朝下的环形的卡槽113,所述卡槽113可在所述内桶1的开口端上,用于将平衡环11固定在内桶1上。所述脱水孔12位于所述卡槽113的开口端的下方,所述导流板111、挡水板112向下延伸均超过所述卡槽113的开口端。
进一步地,所述洗涤桶组件还包括支撑架(图中未示出)。所述支撑架内具有容纳腔。所述内桶1的另一端,即底端可拆卸的固定在所述支撑架的容纳腔中,与所述支撑架周向限位设置。
本发明通过增设支撑架,可将支撑架可转动的固定在洗衣机外桶内,将内桶1的底端可拆卸的固定在支撑架中,减少支撑架占用洗衣机中的空间,将内桶1的开口端设有平衡环11,相对于现有的将平衡环11设置在内桶1和外桶之间的中桶上,可以避免减少内桶1的洗涤容量,支撑架可以起到固定内桶1的作用,结构体积较小、成本低,可实现更换内桶1分开洗涤衣物,避免交叉感染。
优选的,所述支撑架的上端边沿低于所述内桶1的脱水孔12的高度。所述支撑架的容纳腔的内周侧上具有延伸至轴向两端的凸起。所述内桶1底端的外周壁上设有凹陷的滑槽15,沿轴向延伸设置,滑动卡接在所述支撑架内的凸起上。
所述滑槽15自容纳腔的进口端滑动卡接在所述支撑架内的凸起上,既方便内桶1与支撑架快速拆装,又能够防止内桶1相对于支撑架周向转动,防止内桶1转动、移位、晃动。
所述内桶1的开口端的外周壁上设有可转动的提手,位于所述平衡环11的外周,可通过提手将内桶1从洗衣机提出来。
进一步地,所述支撑架的高度低于所述内桶1的脱水孔12的高度,能够方便内桶1脱水,避免从脱水孔12脱离的水反射到支撑架导致溅水。
优选的,所述支撑架的高度低于内桶1的二分之一高度,既能够提供足够的周向支撑,防止内桶1向外周方向晃动的作用力,也能在轴向具有足够的强
度。
具体的高度可以是,所述支撑架的上端沿高于内桶1的四分之一高度的位置、低于内桶1的四分之三高度的位置。
优选的是,所述支撑架的上端沿可以是高于内桶1的二分之一高度的位置、低于内桶1的四分之三高度的位置,还可以是所述支撑架的上端沿高于内桶1的四分之一高度的位置、低于内桶1的二分之一高度的位置。
所述支撑架可以为桶状或篮状。
优选的,所述支撑架包括底板、多个连接臂和环形臂。
多个连接臂的一端沿周向间隔设置在所述底板的外周边沿上,另一端沿轴向延伸设置,或者向内桶1的开口侧延伸设置。所述环形臂与所述多个连接臂的另一端连接,形成所述容纳腔。所述凸起设置在所述连接臂的内侧上。优选的,所述凸起自所述连接臂及其连接处的环形臂由外向内凸出设置形成。
进一步地,所述内桶1的开口端的周壁上沿周向间隔设有多个脱水孔12,所述内桶1设有多个沿周向间隔设置的引导部13。
所述引导部13自内桶1的内侧向外侧凸出设置在外侧形成凸出部14,避让位于所述支撑架相邻的两连接臂之间。所述内桶1外侧的相邻的凸出部14之间的凹陷部分形成所述滑槽15。
本发明通过将引导部13自内桶1的内侧向外侧凸出设置在外侧形成多个凸出部14,在内桶1的内周壁上形成多个凹陷区域,方便水流沿每个凹陷区域的第一侧壁131上升从脱水孔12排出,加快水流排出,也能在内桶1的外周壁上形成多个凸出部14,相邻凸出部14之间形成了所述滑槽15,与支撑架配合安装,方便一体注塑成型,同时形成了滑槽15和引导部13,不需要单独加工滑槽

优选的,所述滑槽15自所述内桶1的底部向所述开口端延伸内径逐渐减小,在内桶1安装到支撑架中时,内桶1的底端的滑槽15对准支撑架上的凸起,自上向下滑动内径逐渐减小卡接在所述凸起上。
所述内桶1的内周壁上设有2-6个引导部13。
本发明还提供一种波轮洗衣机,具有上述任一所述的洗涤桶组件。
所述洗衣机还包括外桶、波轮18和减速离合器。所述减速离合器固定在外桶底的外部。所述波轮18通过波轮轴可转动的设置在所述内桶1内部。所述支撑架可转动的固定在所述外桶中,所述内桶1可拆卸的设置在所述支撑架中,所述支撑架和所述内桶1通过脱水轴同步可转动的设置在所述外桶中,可实现更换内桶1进行不同的衣物单独洗涤。
脱水轴套设在所述减速离合器的输出轴的外部,自外穿设至外桶内,与支撑架和内桶1连接。减速离合器的输出轴穿设出脱水轴的上端设置外花键,与波轮轴下端设置的内花键匹配安装。所述波轮轴的上端穿设至所述内桶1中,上端设置外花键,与波轮内衬匹配安装。
所述洗衣机还包括排水阀,设置在外桶的桶底外部,用于排放从内桶1脱离排放到外桶中的水。
所述洗衣机还包括箱体,所述箱体包括上部的控制盘座,所述控制盘座上设有衣物投放口。所述控制盘座上设有可转动的上盖,用于封闭或打开所述衣物投放口。
所述外桶的桶口设有环形的外桶盖,所述外桶盖的内径大于所述平衡环11的最大外径。所述外桶盖和所述平衡环11位于所述控制盘座的下方,所述平衡
环11与所述衣物投放口相对设置。

- 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种洗涤桶组件,其特征在于,还包括:支撑架,具有容纳腔,所述内桶的另一端可拆卸的固定在所述支撑架的容纳腔中,与所述支撑架周向限位设置;优选的,所述支撑架的上端边沿低于所述内桶的脱水孔的高度,所述支撑架的容纳腔的内周侧上具有延伸至轴向两端的凸起,所述内桶底端的外周壁上设有凹陷的滑槽,滑动卡接在所述支撑架内的凸起上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗涤桶组件,其特征在于,所述内桶的开口端的周壁上沿周向间隔设有多个脱水孔,所述内桶设有多个沿周向间隔设置的引导部;所述引导部自内桶的内侧向外侧凸出设置在外侧形成凸出部,所述内桶外侧的相邻的凸出部之间的凹陷部分形成所述滑槽;优选的,所述滑槽自所述内桶的底部向所述开口端延伸内径逐渐减小,自上向下滑动卡接在所述凸起上。
- 一种波轮洗衣机,其特征在于:具有权利要求1-9任一所述的洗涤桶 组件。
