Description

미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치
본 발명은 증발 시스템을 포함하는 농도차 에너지 발전 기반 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 인체에 약물을 투입하는 방식은 경구 투입 혹은 피하 주사 바늘을 통해 이루어졌다. 효과적인 약물 전달을 위해 신체 내부 작용에 따른 손실이 많은 경구 투입보다 액상 형태로 직접 주사하는 방식이 널리 적용되고 있다. 그러나, 약물 주입 과정에서의 피부 자극 및 환자의 통증이 유발되어 마이크로 니들을 통한 새로운 주입 방식이 대두되었다. 마이크로 니들 시장은 현재 미용 목적 제품이 거점인 상황이지만, 향후 여드름 치료나 약물주입 등의 치료용으로 영역을 넓혀가는 중이다.
시중의 여드름 패치의 경우, 수십 마이크로의 직경과 수백 마이크로의 길이를 가진 마이크로 니들이 현 시장에 출시되고 있으며, 약물의 확산을 통한 경피(Epidermis)로의 유효 성분 전달을 목적으로 한다. 히알루론산, 아스코르브산, 젖산, 글리콜산 등 피부 미용을 위한 활성 성분들은 주로 분자량이 500 Da 이상으로 기존의 마이크로 니들로만 확산을 통해 침투시키는 것은 6시간 이상의 패치 부착시간이 필요했다. 이러한 유효성분 중에 전하를 띠는 이온의 경우는 기전력 시스템의 도입을 통해 성분의 투과속도 향상이 가능하고, 전기 자극을 이용한 유효성분의 발현을 비교적 빠르게 활성화할 수 있다.
또한 인체에 미세한 전류를 가하는 것이 피부의 콜라겐 생성을 촉진하는데 도움이 된다는 보고가 있으며, 이를 적용한 미세전류 마스크팩과 같은 제품들이 상용화되기도 하였다. 이와 같은 원리로 기전력 시스템을 도입한 마이크로 니들 패치는 기존의 미용 및 치료효과와 더불어 피부에 직접적인 전류를 가함으로써 피부 개선 및 치료를 활성화하는데 기여할 수 있다. 마이크로 니들 패치의 형태로 인체에 직접 부착되어 작동할 때 모든 구성 요소에 있어서 생체 적합성 및 신체 안정성이 매우 중요하다.
그러나, 현재 개발 중인 전력 기기 내 전력 공급원은 주로 수 V 수준의 전압이 사용된다. 제품 사용의 간편화를 위해 소형 리튬 이온 배터리가 보편적으로 사용되며 이에 따라 전류를 제어하기 위한 별도의 회로기판이 필요하다.
또한 마이크로 니들을 통해 직접적인 전류가 신체 내부에 흐를 수 있는 만큼 회로 내 오류 발생 시 전기적 흐름에 의한 부작용이 우려된다. 또한 일반적 배터리는 전류가 누출되었을 때 인체에 해로울 뿐아니라 폐기할 때 환경에 유해하므로 주의를 요하는 단점이 있다.
본 발명은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 100 μA수준의 미세한 생체전류를 안정적으로 생산하며, 동시에 친환경적인 에너지 소자인 농도차 발전 기반 배터리를 전원으로 이용해 피부 개선 및 치료 효과를 극대화하기 위한 농도차 발전 소자가 구비된 마이크로 니들 장치를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 농도차 발전 소자의 양쪽 전극파트에 각각 분리된 제1, 제2 마이크로니들을 전기적으로 연결되도록 배치하여 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들을 통한 약물 전달과 동시에 미세전류를 가하여 약물의 발현을 효과적으로 향상시키는 마이크로 니들 장치를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 일 관점에 의하면, 형성된 기전력이 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들을 통해 전기적 자극을 제공하면서 피부 개선 성분의 침투 및 피부 개선을 효과적으로 구현하는 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따라, 농도차 발전 기반 배터리; 상기 농도차 발전 기반 배터리의 하측에 침형상으로 돌출되고, 미용 또는 치료 목적의 약물을 함유하는 전도성 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들; 상기 농도차 발전 기반 배터리 내의 제1, 제2 전해질 시트와 접하여 수분 증발을 가능하도록 하는 통기성 커버; 및 상기 농도차 발전 기반 배터리의 외주연을 감싸서 지지하는 접착 시트;를 포함하는, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 농도차 발전 기반 배터리에 식염수를 도포하였을 경우, 고체 상태의 염이 용해되어 액상의 제1, 제2 전해질 시트로 변화하며 배터리가 작동하는, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 농도차 발전 기반 배터리는, 고체 상태의 염을 포함하는 제1 전해질 시트; 및 상기 제1 전해질 시트의 용해 시 농도보다 적은 농도의 전해질을 포함하는 제2 전해질 시트;를 포함하는, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 농도차 발전 기반 배터리는 제1, 제2 전해질 시트 사이에 배치되어, 제1, 제2 전해질 시트 간 이온을 선택적으로 투과시키는 이온 교환막;을 더 포함하는, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1 전해질 시트의 하측에는 농도차 발전 기반 배터리와 경피 조직을 전기적으로 연결하는 전도성의 제1 마이크로 니들이 형성되고, 상기 제2 전해질 시트의 하측에는 농도차 발전 기반 배터리와 경피 조직을 전기적으로 연결하는 전도성의 제2 마이크로 니들이 형성되는, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1 전해질 시트의 표면에 통기성 커버가 설치되어 식염수의 수분을 증발시키면서 염의 고농도를 유지하는, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1, 제2 전해질 시트는 나트륨, 칼륨, 칼슘, 염소 이온을 포함하는 신체 내부에 존재하는 물질들 중 하나로서, 생체 적합성의 고체 상태 염을 포함하는, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1, 제2 전해질 시트는 일반적인 마스크팩 시트 원단 또는 다공성 폴리머 중 어느 하나를 포함하되, 부직포(Non-woven fabric), 면(Cotton), 하이드로겔(Hydro-gel), 바이오셀룰로오스(Bio cellulose), 아가로즈겔(Agarose-gel) 중 어느 하나를 포함하는, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들은 히알루론산(Hyaluronic acid), 아스코르브산(Vitamin C), 젖산(Lactic acid), 글리콜산(Glycolic acid), 살리실산(Salicylic acid), AHA(Alpha-hydroxy axid), BHA(Bera-hydroxy acid), 레티노산(Retinoic acid) 중 어느 하나의 유효성분을 포함하는; 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들은 치료용 주사약물로서, 펜타닐(Fentanyl), 리도카인(Lidocaine), 에피네프린(Epinephrine), Dex-P(Dexamethasone sodium phosphate), 트라넥사민산(Tranexamic acid), 덱사메타손(Dexamethasone), 에토돌락(Lodine) 중 어느 하나를 포함하는, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 통기성 커버는 제1 전해질 시트 위에 부착되어, 제1 전해질 시트의 면적만큼 수분 증발 통로를 제공하는, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
본 발명의 기술적 사상에 의할 경우, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치는 전도성 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들을 피부에 침투시켜 피부 내 전기장을 형성함으로써, 경피층 및 진피층으로의 유효 성분 투과속도를 향상시키며 전기적 자극을 통해 피부 개선을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있다.
본 발명의 기술적 사상에 따른 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치는 통기성 커버를 접착 시트의 중앙부에 위치시켜 제1 전해질 시트의 상단부 수분 증발을 유도함으로써, 제1 전해질 시트와 제2 전해질 시트 내 전해질 농도차로 인한 이온 교환막 양단의 전위차를 비교적 오래 유지시킬 수 있고, 이에 따라 제1 전해질 시트의 염이 제2 전해질 시트의 염보다 많은 경우가 비교적 길게 유지되고 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치의 미세전류 방출 시간이 늘어나면서 화장품 유효 성분의 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 기술적 사상에 따른 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치는 기존에 사용하던 리튬 이온 배터리를 대체하여 농도차 발전 기반 배터리를 사용함으로써, 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들 전극에 직접적으로 생체 전류와 유사한 크기의 미세전류를 출력할 수 있으며, 친환경적인 전해질 소재를 이용함으로써 인체와 환경에 무해하고, 1회용으로 사용 후 폐기가 가능한 효과가 있다.

도 1을 참조하면, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치(100)는, 농도차 발전 기반 배터리(110), 제1 마이크로 니들(120), 제2 마이크로 니들(130), 절연성 물질(140), 배터리 커버(150), 통기성 커버(160), 접착 시트(170)를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 농도차 발전 기반 배터리(110)는 제1 전해질 시트(111), 제2 전해질 시트(112), 및 이온 교환막(113)을 더 포함한다.
상기 농도차 발전 기반 배터리(110)는 제1, 제2 전해질 시트(111,112)와 이온 교환막(113)의 적층 구조를 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 이온 교환막(113)은 제1 전해질 시트(111)와 제2 전해질 시트(112) 사이에 배치될 수 있다.
상기 농도차 에너지 발전 방식은 이온 교환막(113)에 의한 이온의 선택적 투과로 인해 막 양단에 전위차를 형성한다. 형성된 전위차는 전도성을 가진 제1, 제2 전해질 시트(111,112)와 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들(120,130)을 통해 경피까지 전달되어 피부층 내 전기장을 유도할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1 전해질 시트(111)와 제2 전해질 시트(112) 사이에는 절연성 물질(140)로 채워질 수 있다. 절연성 물질(140)은 제1 전해질 시트(111)의 이온이 이온 교환막(113) 외의 통로를 통해 제2 전해질 시트(112)로 이동하는 것을 방지하여, 전기적 손실을 최소화할 수 있다.
도 2를 참조하면, 미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치(100)는 원형의 패치 형태로 구성될 수 있다. 이때, 농도차 발전 기반 배터리(110)의 외주연을 감싸서 지지하는 접착 시트(170)를 형성할 수 있다.
상기 접착 시트(170)는 농도차 발전 기반 배터리(110)의 지지 역할을 하며 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들(120,130)의 안정적인 약물 주입을 목적으로 한다. 접착 시트(170) 하단부는 피부와의 접합부이며 별도의 접착재(171)를 배치할 수 있다. 상기 접착 시트(170)의 일부는 통기성 커버(160)를 덮도록 형성될 수 있다. 상기 통기성 커버(160)는 농도차 발전 기반 배터리(110)의 상측에서 제1 전해질 시트(111)의 표면에 접하도록 설치될 수 있다.
도 3을 참조하면, 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들(120,130)은 제1, 제2 전해질 시트(111,112)의 각 하면에 전기적으로 연결된 상태로 설치될 수 있다.
상기 제1 마이크로 니들(120)은 제2 전해질 시트(112)의 외측에 배치되어 상단의 제1 전해질 시트(111)와 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제2 마이크로 니들(130)은 제2 전해질 시트(112)의 하부에 배치되어 제2 전해질 시트(112)와 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다.
상기 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들(120,130)은 피부층 내로 침투되어 경피까지의 직접적인 전기적 통로를 제공하며, 저항이 작은 회로를 형성하기 때문에 농도차 발전 기반 배터리(110)로 생체전류 크기의 전류를 형성할 수 있다.
상기 이온 교환막(113) 및 농도차 발전 기반 배터리(110)에 대해 설명하자면, 이온 교환막(113)의 종류에 따라 배터리(110) 내의 제1, 제2 전해질 시트(111,112)에 걸리는 전압의 부호가 변화할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 양이온 교환막(113)을 배치했을 경우, 제1 전해질 시트(111)의 양이온이 제2 전해질 시트(112)로 이동하여 제2 마이크로 니들(130)을 양전극으로 사용할 수 있다. 이와 반대로 음이온 교환막(113)을 배치했을 경우에는, 제1 전해질 시트(111)의 음이온이 제2 전해질 시트(112)로 이동하여 제2 마이크로 니들(130)을 음전극으로 사용할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 음전하를 띠는 유효성분을 제2 마이크로 니들(130)이 내재할 경우, 음이온 교환막(113)을 사용함으로써 피부 내 방향으로의 유효성분 이동이 가속화될 수 있다.
상기 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들(120,130)은 피부 개선을 위한 유효 성분을 포함할 수 있다. 농도차 발전 기반 배터리(110)로 형성된 전기장의 영향을 받아 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들(120,130)의 유효성분은 동일한 전하를 가진 전극에서 반발력을 받을 수 있다. 이때, 전하를 가진 미용 목적의 유효성분에는 히알루론산(Hyaluronic acid), 젖산(Lactic acid), 글리콜산(Glycolic acid), 살리실산(Salicylic acid), AHA(Alpha-hydroxy axid), BHA(Bera-hydroxy acid), 레티노산(Retinoic acid) 중 어느 하나가 포함될 수 있다. 유효 성분은 콜라겐 생성 촉진을 통한 피부 노화 방지 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
상기 농도차 발전 기반 배터리(110)는 식염수의 도포를 통해 작동할 수 있다. 상기 통기성 커버(160)는 제1 전해질 시트(111)까지의 식염수 도포를 위한 경로를 제공할 수 있다.
도 4를 참조하면, 식염수를 도포하지 않은 경우, 제1 전해질 시트(111)는 다양한 고체 염을 포함할 수 있다. 식염수를 도포한 경우, 제1 전해질 시트(111)의 고체 염이 식염수에 용해되며 제1 전해질 시트(111)는 액체 상태의 전해질을 포함할 수 있다. 제1 전해질 시트(111)는 제2 전해질 시트(112)보다 고농도의 전해질을 내재하며, 제2 전해질 시트(112)는 식염수의 도포와 무관하게 액체 상태의 전해질을 포함할 수 있다. 제1 전해질 시트(111) 내지 제2 전해질 시트(112)는 예를 들어, 다공성 폴리머 또는 패브릭 물질 중 어느 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 부직포(Non-woven fabric), 면(Cotton), 하이드로겔(Hydro-gel), 바이오셀룰로오스(Bio cellulose), 아가로즈겔(Agarose-gel) 중 어느 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
고체 염의 이온은 직접 신체 내로 이동하여 전기장을 유도할 수 있기 때문에 생체 적합성이 높은 성분으로 구성된다. 고체 염으로 형성되는 액상 전해질은 나트륨, 칼륨, 칼슘, 염소 이온 등 신체 내부에 존재하는 물질로 이루어진 염화마그네슘, 염화칼륨, 염화칼슘 및 염화나트륨을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 통기성 커버(160)를 통해 배터리(110) 작동 중에 제1 전해질 시트(111)의 수분을 증발시킬 수 있다. 또한, 배터리 커버(150)가 제1 전해질 시트(111)의 외곽부에 배치되어 통기성 커버(160) 등 선택적 영역에서의 증발을 유도할 수 있다.
상기 제1 전해질 시트(111)와 통기성 커버(160)의 접합부에서부터 수분이 증발되어 남은 수분량에 염이 용해될 수 있다. 상기 제1 전해질 시트(111)와 이온 교환막(113)의 접합부에서 제2 전해질 시트(112)와 이온 교환막(113)의 접합부보다 상대적 고농도 상태로의 유지를 제공할 수 있다.
도 5를 참조하면, 농도차 발전 기반 배터리(110)로 전압을 생성하였을 경우, 양전극에서 음전극으로의 전류 방향을 가진 전기장을 형성할 수 있다. 농도차 발전 기반 배터리(110) 및 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들(120,130)의 규격에 따라 경피 및 진피의 전기적 저항이 상이할 수 있다. 배터리(110)가 생성한 전압이 0.1 V인 경우, 1000 Ω의 전기적 저항을 가진 구조로 제작하면 100 μA 내외의 전류를 형성할 수 있다.
본 발명은 첨부된 도면에 도시된 일 실시예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 보호 범위는 첨부된 청구 범위에 의해서만 정해져야 할 것이다.

    상기 농도차 발전 기반 배터리의 외주연을 감싸서 지지하는 접착 시트;를 포함하는,

  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 농도차 발전 기반 배터리에 식염수를 도포하면 고체 상태의 염이 용해되어 액상의 제1, 제2 전해질 시트로 변화하며 배터리가 작동하는,

  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 농도차 발전 기반 배터리는, 고체 상태의 염을 포함하는 제1 전해질 시트; 및

  9. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들은 히알루론산(Hyaluronic acid), 아스코르브산(Vitamin C), 젖산(Lactic acid), 글리콜산(Glycolic acid), 살리실산(Salicylic acid), AHA(Alpha-hydroxy axid), BHA(Bera-hydroxy acid), 레티노산(Retinoic acid) 중 어느 하나의 유효성분을 포함하는;
    미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치.
  10. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1, 제2 마이크로 니들은 치료용 주사약물로서, 펜타닐(Fentanyl), 리도카인(Lidocaine), 에피네프린(Epinephrine), Dex-P(Dexamethasone sodium phosphate), 트라넥사민산(Tranexamic acid), 덱사메타손(Dexamethasone), 에토돌락(Lodine) 중 어느 하나를 포함하는,
    미세전류 마이크로 니들 장치.
  11. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 통기성 커버는 제1 전해질 시트 위에 부착되어, 제1 전해질 시트의 면적만큼 수분 증발 통로를 제공하는,
