Description
本发明涉及物体安放展示设备技术领域,具体涉及一种使用电路板提供电路连通的灵活安装架系统。
在展厅、商场、超市和杂物店等场合,经常需要将某些物体安装到相应的安装架上进行放置或展示,并且因为需要经常取放,因此在安装架上的安装方式需要灵活方便。同时有很多需要接电的物件(以下称用电装置)在安装架上安装时还需要考虑方便接电。很多常规安装架虽然能够灵活安放和取下的问题,但难以解决接电问题,常规方式是通过拉出电线进行接电,使用非常不便。例如申请号为CN2022233578898的实用新型专利中公开了一种简易旋转展示台,为了让旋转展示台能够在不同高度上进行展示,设置了升降支撑板作为安装架,在升降支撑板设置有多个不同高度的连接槽孔,用于连接用电装置(其中的支撑架、支撑轮组、展示板和转动驱动机构构成了一种用电装置),支撑架通过连接部安装在不同高度的连接槽孔中,即可完成展示板在不同高度的调节,同时也可以在不同高度的连接槽孔中安装多个用电装置,用电装置在升降支撑板上的安装方便。然而,这种设计目前存在以下缺陷:由于用电装置需要通电,因此需要从用电装置中拉出电线,沿着升降支撑板进行布线,当需要调整用电装置高度时,所接电线对应地也会需要移动,操作麻烦,此外,当升降支撑板上安装多个展示板装置时,电线数量增多,会出现杂乱的问题,整洁度差,既不方便布线,又影响美观。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种使用电路板提供电路连通的灵活安装架系统,能够解决用电装置在安装时接电麻烦的问题,方便用电装置在支撑板上的取放和位置调整,同时更为美观整洁。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种使用电路板提供电路连通的灵活安装架系统,用于安放需要接电的用电装置,所述用电装置中具有装置侧连接结构,所述灵活安装架系统包括支撑板,所述支撑板的两侧板面分别为支撑正面和支撑背面,所述用电装置安装在支撑正面上,所述支撑正面上设有多个用于安装用电装置的安装工位,且安装工位处设有能够与装置侧连接结构实现可拆卸连接的支撑侧连接结构,所述用电装置具有第一接触电联结构;所述灵活
安装架系统还包括接线电路板,所述接线电路板设置在支撑板的支撑背面一侧,所述接线电路板上设有多个接电单元,所述接电单元包括第二接触电联结构以及与第二接触电联结构相连的线路,所述支撑板在安装工位处设有连通支撑背面和支撑正面的接电通孔,所述第二接触电联结构与接电通孔相对准;所述用电装置安装在安装工位时装置侧连接结构连接在支撑侧连接结构上,且第一接触电联结构与第二接触电联结构经由接电通孔保持相接触并导通。
进一步地,所述第二接触电联结构包括X个pin针,所述第一接触电联结构包括Y个接触点,Y≤X,所述用电装置安装时每个接触点都分别与一个pin针接触;或者,所述第二接触电联结构包括X个接触点,所述第一接触电联结构包括Y个pin针,Y≤X,所述用电装置安装时每个pin针都分别与一个接触点接触。
进一步地,所述pin针为具有弹性伸缩能力的弹性针,且pin针与接触点接触时处于弹性压缩状态。
进一步地,所述用电装置具有第一接电座,所述第一接触电联结构设置在第一接电座上,所述接电单元还包括第二接电座,所述第二接触电联结构设置在第二接电座上。
进一步地,所述接线电路板为集成电路板。
进一步地,所述接线电路板上还设有汇总接线座,每个接电单元的线路都连接到汇总接线座。
进一步地,所述支撑板上的支撑侧连接结构包括若干连接槽孔,所述装置侧连接结构上设有卡接在连接槽孔中的卡接结构。
进一步地,还包括多个贴片板,所述贴片板能够安装在支撑板的支撑正面上并覆盖住支撑侧连接结构和接电通孔。
进一步地,所述贴片板朝向支撑正面的背面设有第三接触电联结构,所述贴片板正面具有显示屏,所述贴片板在支撑正面上安装好时第三接触电联结构与第二接触电联结构相接触实现电连接。
进一步地,所述贴片板背面设有贴片板连接结构,所述贴片板连接结构能够可拆卸地连接在支撑侧连接结构上。
如上所述,本发明涉及的灵活安装架系统,具有以下有益效果:
1、通过在支撑板的背面一侧设置接线电路板,并设有多个与安装工位处对应的接电单元,当安装工位上安装用电装置时,用电装置的第一接触电联结构与接线电路板上的第二接触电联结构接触而导通,因此当接电单元的线路接电时即可实现用电装置1的接电,能够解决其安装时接电麻烦的问题,方便用电装置在支撑板上取放和位置调整,不需要对接线做任何调
整,拆装方便,并且整个支撑板更为美观整洁,安全性高。
2、灵活安装架系统能够用于展会、商场、超市和杂物店等各种场合,能够用于多种的用电装置的使用,使用范围广。
3、通过设置贴片板,能够对没有安装用电装置的地方进行覆盖,起到美观和保护作用,并且贴片板还能够采用具有显示功能的显示板,在支撑板上的安装和接线也方便。

参见图1至图7,本发明提供了一种使用电路板提供电路连通的灵活安装架系统,用于安放需要接电的用电装置1,用电装置1中具有装置侧连接结构,灵活安装架系统包括支撑板2,支撑板2的两侧板面分别为支撑正面21和支撑背面22,用电装置1安装在支撑正面21上,支撑正面21上设有多个用于安装用电装置1的安装工位,且安装工位处设有能够与装置侧连接结构实现可拆卸连接的支撑侧连接结构。在本发明中,用电装置1具有第一接触电联结构,灵活安装架系统还包括接线电路板3,接线电路板3设置在支撑板2的支撑背面22一侧,接线电路板3上设有多个接电单元,接电单元数量优选与安装工位数量相同,保持一一对应关系。接电单元包括第二接触电联结构以及与第二接触电联结构相连的线路(附图中未示出),支撑板2在安装工位处设有连通支撑背面22和支撑正面21的接电通孔23,第二接触电联结构与接电通孔23相对准;用电装置1安装在安装工位时装置侧连接结构连接在支撑侧连接结构上,保持稳定安装,第一接触电联结构与第二接触电联结构经由接电通孔23保持相接触并导通。
本发明的灵活安装架系统,可以用于各种用电装置1的安放和展示。使用前,支撑板2与接线电路板3组装好,各个安装工位都与接线电路板3上的一个接电单元保持对应。使用时,根据安装需要,将用电装置1安装在支撑板2的支撑正面21上对应的安装工位上,通过装置侧连接结构与该处的支撑侧连接结构配合连接,将用电装置1稳定安装好,并且用电装置1上的第一接触电联结构,经由该安装工位处的接电通孔23与对应接电单元的第二接触电
联结构保持接触,实现导通,此时将接电单元的线路的另外一端接电时,用电装置1即完成了接电。用电装置1的拆装方便,当需要调整用电装置1位置时,只需要将用电装置1拆下再安装到对应安装工位即可,自动完成了接电,相对于现有设计,不需要频繁地调整电线。因此,本发明的灵活安装架系统,能够很好地解决用电装置1在支撑板2上安装时接电麻烦的问题,方便用电装置1在支撑板2的取放和位置调整,拆装方便,同时更为美观整洁,安全性高。
参见图1至图7,以下以一个具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明:
在本实施例中,参见图5、图6和图7,作为优选设计,第二接触电联结构包括X个pin针32,第一接触电联结构包括Y个接触点15,Y≤X,用电装置1安装时每个接触点15都分别与一个pin针32接触,从而实现接触导通。当需要安装不同用电装置1时,用电装置1中的接触点15数量可能不同,优选地,pin针32数量X较大时,能够满足不同情况下的使用需要。进一步优选地,pin针32为弹性针,具有良好弹性伸缩能力,pin针32与接触点15接触时处于压缩状态,两者间具有一定接触压力,从而确保接触良好。当然,在其他的实施例中,pin针32和接触点15也可以对换过来,也即用电装置1上设置pin针32,而接线电路板3上设置接触点15。此外,第一接触电联结构和第二接触电联结构也可以采用其他合适结构。
在本实施例中,参见图7,用电装置1包括支架11和用电部件12,支架11可以为多种结构形状,用电部件12安装在支架11上,支架11上设有装置侧连接结构,并在装置侧连接结构处设有第一接电座14,第一接触电联结构的接触点15设置在第一接电座14上,接触点15与用电部件12保持电连接,因此接触点15与带电的pin针32接触时用电部件12实现接电。参见图6,接线电路板3上的接电单元包括第二接电座31,第二接触电联结构设置在第二接电座31上,第二接电座31和第二接触电联结构都不伸出接电通孔23。用电装置1安装时,参见图5,用电装置1的第一接电座14伸入到接电通孔23中,接触点15与pin针32接触。第一接电座14和第二接电座31能够提高接触点15和pin针32结构稳定,确保接触稳定,且安装方便。
在本实施例中,参见图1和图6,作为优选设计,接线电路板3为集成电路板,接电单元的线路集成在接线电路板3上。当然,在其他实施例中,线路也可以采用普通电线,稳定布置在接线电路板3的基板上。接线电路板3通过多个连接柱4固定安装在支撑板2的支撑背面22,并与支撑背面22保持适当距离。可以通过更换接线电路板3来满足不同场合下的接电需求。
在本实施例中,参见图1和图6,作为优选设计,接线电路板3上还设有汇总接线座33,每个接电单元的线路都连接到汇总接线座33,汇总接线座33再通过一条带状电线与外部电源或者信号源连接,方便接线。
在本实施例中,作为优选设计,参见图1和图3,支撑板2上的支撑侧连接结构包括若干连接槽孔24,装置侧连接结构上设有卡接在连接槽孔24中的卡接结构,其中连接槽孔24数量可以根据需要设置,具体在本实施例中,一个支撑侧连接结构包括四个连接槽孔24,接电通孔23位于四个连接槽孔24之间位置处。卡接结构可以采用多种结构,具体地,卡接结构可以采用四个卡接块13,具有一定弹性,参见图2和图7,四个卡接块13分别直接卡入到四个连接槽孔24中且紧密接触。卡接结构也可以采用其他合适结构,例如采用四个卡钩,分别插入在到四个连接槽孔24中,并卡扣在连接槽孔24的边缘,实现稳定安装,并且可以灵活拆卸。
在本实施例中,参见1和图3,支撑板2为方形板,具有一定的厚度和结构强度,在使用时,支撑板2可以竖向放置,也可以横向或者斜向放置。支撑板2竖向时,其前后两个方形板面分别构成支撑正面21和支撑背面22。在本实施例中,支撑侧连接结构在支撑正面21矩形阵列布置,得到多行多列的支撑侧连接结构,方便用电装置1的安装和位置调整。此外,支撑板2也可以为圆筒形,其外圆柱面构成支撑正面21,内圆柱面构成支撑背面22,支撑侧连接结构在支撑正面21表面按照多行多列的形式布置,每行中的多个支撑侧连接结构绕着外圆柱面周向环形阵列布置。当然,在其他实施例中,支撑板2也可以为其他形状。
在本实施例中,作为优选设计,还包括多个贴片板(附图中未示出),贴片板能够安装在支撑板2的支撑正面21上并覆盖住支撑侧连接结构和接电通孔23,具体而言,贴片板安装在安装工位处,覆盖住安装位处的支撑侧连接结构和接电通孔23。在未安装用电装置1时,可在支撑正面21的所有安装工位上都安装好相对应的贴片板,并且所有贴片板相互拼靠,相邻贴片板边缘可以相抵,也可以有细小间距,从而形成一个大面积的拼接组合板,将支撑正面21覆盖住,同时能够将支撑板2上的支撑侧连接结构和接电通孔23遮盖住,避免因其露出而影响美观性,并发挥保护第二接触电联结构的作用。贴片板的背面朝向支撑正面21,贴片板的正面上可以具有各种图案、颜色等,所有贴片板的正面可以构成平成一个整体图案,可以起到提升美观性的作用。当需要安装用电装置1时,将需要安装用电装置1的位置处的贴片板取下,然后将用电装置1安装在该安装工位上,未安装用电装置1地方的贴片板依旧保留,从而保证展示柜在展示工作时支撑板2的整体美观性。贴片板同时也起到保护作用,避免杂物从接电通孔23和连接槽孔24进入而损伤接线电路板3。
本实施例中,贴片板可以采用卡接的方式安装到支撑板2的连接槽孔24中,具体地,在贴片板背面设置有贴片板连接结构,贴片板连接结构可以采用与装置侧连接结构上的卡接结构相同的形式,从而方便贴片板的安装和拆下。贴片板也可以采用磁吸方式固定安装在支撑板2上,例如,可在贴片板背面内嵌有磁体块,支撑件采用铁质材料或者其中设有磁体块,贴片板可以吸附固定在支撑件的支撑正面21上。
在本实施例中,进一步地,贴片板为具有显示功能的显示板,贴片板的背面设有第三接触电联结构,贴片板正面具有显示屏,贴片板在支撑正面21上安装好时第三接触电联结构与第二接触电联结构相接触实现导通。贴片板具体可以采用市场上现有的液晶拼接屏,每个贴片板独立进行线路连接和显示,所有的贴片板构成一个大的显示屏幕,显示技术部分为现有技术,此处不再详述。贴片板背面的第三接触电联结构,可以与用电装置1中具有第一接触电联结构相同,工作原理相同,不再详述。
本发明的灵活安装架系统,具有以下有益效果:
1、通过在支撑板2的背面一侧设置接线电路板3,并设有多个与安装工位处对应的接电单元,当安装工位上安装用电装置1时,用电装置1的第一接触电联结构与接线电路板3上的第二接触电联结构接触而导通,因此当接电单元的线路接电时即可实现用电装置1的接电,能够解决其安装时接电麻烦的问题,方便用电装置1在支撑板2上取放和位置调整,不需要对接线做任何调整,拆装方便,并且整个支撑板2更为美观整洁,安全性高。
2、灵活安装架系统能够用于展会、商场、超市和杂物店等各种场合,能够用于多种的用电装置1的使用,使用范围广。
3、通过设置贴片板,能够对没有安装用电装置1的地方进行覆盖,起到美观和保护作用,并且贴片板还能够采用具有显示功能的显示板,在支撑板2上的安装和接线也方便。综上所述,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具有高度产业利用价值。

Claims (10)
- 一种使用电路板提供电路连通的灵活安装架系统,用于安放需要接电的用电装置(1),所述用电装置(1)中具有装置侧连接结构,所述灵活安装架系统包括支撑板(2),所述支撑板(2)的两侧板面分别为支撑正面(21)和支撑背面(22),所述用电装置(1)安装在支撑正面(21)上,所述支撑正面(21)上设有多个用于安装用电装置(1)的安装工位,且安装工位处设有能够与装置侧连接结构实现可拆卸连接的支撑侧连接结构,其特征在于:所述用电装置(1)具有第一接触电联结构;所述灵活安装架系统还包括接线电路板(3),所述接线电路板(3)设置在支撑板(2)的支撑背面(22)一侧,所述接线电路板(3)上设有多个接电单元,所述接电单元包括第二接触电联结构以及与第二接触电联结构相连的线路,所述支撑板(2)在安装工位处设有连通支撑背面(22)和支撑正面(21)的接电通孔(23),所述第二接触电联结构与接电通孔(23)相对准;所述用电装置(1)安装在安装工位时装置侧连接结构连接在支撑侧连接结构上,且第一接触电联结构与第二接触电联结构经由接电通孔(23)保持相接触并导通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灵活安装架系统,其特征在于:所述第二接触电联结构包括X个pin针(32),所述第一接触电联结构包括Y个接触点(15),Y≤X,所述用电装置(1)安装时每个接触点(15)都分别与一个pin针(32)接触;或者,所述第二接触电联结构包括X个接触点(15),所述第一接触电联结构包括Y个pin针(32),Y≤X,所述用电装置(1)安装时每个pin针(32)都分别与一个接触点(15)接触。
- 根据权利要求2所述的灵活安装架系统,其特征在于:所述pin针(32)为具有弹性伸缩能力的弹性针,且pin针(32)与接触点(15)接触时处于弹性压缩状态。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的灵活安装架系统,其特征在于:所述用电装置(1)具有第一接电座(14),所述第一接触电联结构设置在第一接电座(14)上,所述接电单元还包括第二接电座(31),所述第二接触电联结构设置在第二接电座(31)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灵活安装架系统,其特征在于:所述接线电路板(3)为集成电路板。
- 根据权利要求1或5所述的灵活安装架系统,其特征在于:所述接线电路板(3)上还设有汇总接线座(33),每个接电单元的线路都连接到汇总接线座(33)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灵活安装架系统,其特征在于:所述支撑板(2)上的支撑侧连接结构包括若干连接槽孔(24),所述装置侧连接结构上设有卡接在连接槽孔(24)中的卡接结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灵活安装架系统,其特征在于:还包括多个贴片板,所述贴片板能够安装在支撑板(2)的支撑正面(21)上并覆盖住支撑侧连接结构和接电通孔(23)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的灵活安装架系统,其特征在于:所述贴片板朝向支撑正面(21)的背面设有第三接触电联结构,所述贴片板正面具有显示屏,所述贴片板在支撑正面(21)上安装好时第三接触电联结构与第二接触电联结构相接触实现电连接。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的灵活安装架系统,其特征在于:所述贴片板背面设有贴片板连接结构,所述贴片板连接结构能够可拆卸地连接在支撑侧连接结构上。
