本发明涉及一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械,且公开了包括用于承重的底板,所述底板的顶部固定安装有工作台,所述工作台的顶部固定安装有直线滑轨,所述工作台的顶部固定安装有底部托架,所述工作台的顶部固定安装有第一电动推杆,所述第一电动推杆的外部固定安装有切割组件,所述工作台的顶部固定安装有定位组件。该精准切割的冷钢切割机械,通过从动组件来放置钢材板件,根据钢材板件的规格大小以及直线滑轨进行运输调节,使钢材板件靠近并搭接底部托架,在确定好切割长度和角度后通过定位组件下降来对钢材板件进行压合固定,同时第一电动推杆下降带动切割组件与钢材板件贴合进行切割加工。

Description

一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械 技术领域
本发明涉及钢材加工技术领域,具体为一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械。
背景技术
钢结构切割是指在工业生产中,根据需要对钢材结构进行切割加工的过程,冷轧钢是在室温条件下将钢板进一步轧薄至为目标厚度的钢板,和热轧钢板比较,冷轧钢板厚度更加精确,而且表面光滑、漂亮,同时还具有各种优越的机械性能,特别是加工性能方面。
对于大型板材的加工通常是采用数控切割的方式完成,但对于小结构的钢材来说数控机床切割的方式就较为不便了,因此为了适应对小规格钢材灵活调节切割长度的特点,提出一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械来满足这一需求。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械,具备适配性好、废料收集以及易于操作等优点,解决了切割不同规格钢材不易调节的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述精准切割目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:包括用于承重的底板,所述底板的顶部固定安装有工作台,所述工作台的顶部固定安装有直线滑轨,所述工作台的顶部固定安装有底部托架。
所述工作台的顶部固定安装有第一电动推杆,所述第一电动推杆的外部固定安装有切割组件,所述工作台的顶部固定安装有定位组件。
所述直线滑轨的顶部可拆卸安装有驱动组件,所述驱动组件的顶部固定安装有从动组件,所述底板的顶部设置有滑条,所述滑条的外部可拆卸安装 有承接箱,所述承接箱的内部插接有废料箱,所述承接箱的内部固定安装有抽尘组件。
优选的,所述驱动组件包括有滑动座板、第一伺服电机和驱动杆,且滑动座板可拆卸安装于直线滑轨的顶部,第一伺服电机固定安装于滑动座板的顶部,驱动杆的一端与第一伺服电机同轴连接,另一端连接于从动组件。
优选的,所述从动组件包括有轴承座、锥形齿轮、从动杆和托料板,且轴承座固定安装于滑动座板的顶部,从动杆的一端活动安装于轴承座的内部,另一端固定连接于托料板,锥形齿轮固定安装于传动杆的外部,驱动杆固定安装于锥形齿轮的内部。
优选的,所述切割组件包括有固定框、第二伺服电机、传动轴杆和切割刀片,且固定框固定安装于第一电动推杆的外部,第二伺服电机固定安装于固定框的内部,传动轴杆的一端与第二伺服电机同轴连接,另一端的外部固定安装有切割刀片。
优选的,所述定位组件包括有第二电动推杆和压合板,且第二电动推杆固定安装于工作台的顶部,压合板固定安装于第二电动推杆的外部。
优选的,所述工作台的顶部设置有网格栅,且抽尘组件位于网格栅的正下方。
优选的,所述工作台的顶部右侧设置有控制器面板。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械,具备以下有益效果:
1、该精准切割的冷钢切割机械,通过从动组件来放置钢材板件,根据钢材板件的规格大小以及直线滑轨进行运输调节,使钢材板件靠近并搭接底部托架,在确定好切割长度和角度后通过定位组件下降来对钢材板件进行压合固定,同时第一电动推杆下降带动切割组件与钢材板件贴合进行切割加工, 具有多角度调节和多规格原件适配的特点,帮助完成精准切割需求。
2、该精准切割的冷钢切割机械,通过在工作台的内部设置网格栅,并在底板的顶部也就是工作台的下方设置了承接箱形成密闭空间,在加工过程中切割组件与钢材板件的切割点会产生废屑,通过抽尘组件引导坠落的废屑并输送至废料箱中统一存放,能够帮助废料的清理以及防止废屑被人员吸入,具有便于维护、操作以及实用性强的特点。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1和2,本实施例中的一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械,所述底板1的顶部设置有滑条10,所述滑条10的外部可拆卸安装有承接箱11,所述工作台2的顶部右侧设置有控制器面板。
本实施例中的,滑条10的数量为两个,且承接箱11的底部开设有数量为两个的凹槽,凹槽与滑条10相适配,而承接箱11的正面与背面均设置有提拉握把,能够通过滑条10快速的定位安装承接箱11或拆卸承装箱11以便于人员操作对废料箱12进行处理。
需要说明的是,第一电动推杆4、切割组件5、定位组件6、直线滑轨7、驱动组件9和抽尘组件13均与控制器面板电连接,通过控制器面板来操作电连接设备的停启工作。
请参阅图3,为了对废屑进行处理,本实施例中的所述承接箱11的内部插接有废料箱12,所述承接箱11的内部固定安装有抽尘组件13。
本实施例中的,抽尘组件13由集料斗、抽尘管、抽尘风机和输送管组成,其中集料斗位于网格栅的下方来对切割时产生的废屑进行收集,抽尘风机则依靠抽尘管和输送管完成废屑的输送工作。
需要说明的是,输送管的一端固定连接于抽尘风机,另一端可拆卸连接于废料箱12,废料箱12的左侧开设有插槽,插槽的形状与输送管相适配。
综上所述,该精准切割的冷钢切割机械的工作原理为:
通过直线滑轨7配合从动组件8来带动钢材板件调节移动,而驱动组件9则能够带动锥形齿轮转动,以此来改变托料板以及钢材板件的放置角度,而脱料板与底部托架3之间的间距就是切割用切割缝,当确定好切割长度后切割组件5会下降切割钢材板件,于此同时抽尘组件13工作将掉落的废屑集中储存帮助清理,而下压式的定位组件6能够适配夹持不同规格厚度大小的钢材板件,从而使得设备能够切割更广泛规格的钢材板件。

  1. 一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械,包括:
    用于承重的底板(1),所述底板(1)的顶部固定安装有工作台(2),所述工作台(2)的顶部固定安装有直线滑轨(7),所述工作台(2)的顶部固定安装有底部托架(3);
    其特征在于:所述工作台(2)的顶部固定安装有第一电动推杆(4),所述第一电动推杆(4)的外部固定安装有切割组件(5),所述工作台(2)的顶部固定安装有定位组件(6);
    所述直线滑轨(7)的顶部可拆卸安装有驱动组件(9),所述驱动组件(9)的顶部固定安装有从动组件(8),所述底板(1)的顶部设置有滑条(10),所述滑条(10)的外部可拆卸安装有承接箱(11),所述承接箱(11)的内部插接有废料箱(12),所述承接箱(11)的内部固定安装有抽尘组件(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械,其特征在于:所述驱动组件(9)包括有滑动座板、第一伺服电机和驱动杆,且滑动座板可拆卸安装于直线滑轨(7)的顶部,第一伺服电机固定安装于滑动座板的顶部,驱动杆的一端与第一伺服电机同轴连接,另一端连接于从动组件(8)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械,其特征在于:所述从动组件(8)包括有轴承座、锥形齿轮、从动杆和托料板,且轴承座固定安装于滑动座板的顶部,从动杆的一端活动安装于轴承座的内部,另一端固定连接于托料板,锥形齿轮固定安装于传动杆的外部,驱动杆固定安装于锥形齿轮的内部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械,其特征在于:所述切割组件(5)包括有固定框、第二伺服电机、传动轴杆和切割刀片,且固定框固定安装于第一电动推杆(4)的外部,第二伺服电机固定安装于固定框的内部,传动轴杆的一端与第二伺服电机同轴连接,另一端的外部固定安装有切割刀片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械,其特征在于:所述定位组件(6)包括有第二电动推杆和压合板,且第二电动推杆固定安装于工作台(2)的顶部,压合板固定安装于第二电动推杆的外部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械,其特征在于:所述工作台(2)的顶部设置有网格栅,且抽尘组件(13)位于网格栅的正下方。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种精准切割的冷钢切割机械,其特征在于:所述工作台(2)的顶部右侧设置有控制器面板。
