This invention is an intelligent stove containing dual-fuel capacity because of both gas flames and electric elements for cooking even in the oven in which flames specialized for roasting, two-sided skewers, and air frying are available. There are three cameras in this device, one in the oven, stove, and one on the control panel, this panel is adjustable and connected to WiFi for searching recipes plus the speaker to hear the related sounds. The stove has two storage tanks to cool and heat water. There are many sensors in this stove like a thermocouple to turn off the gas when the flames are gone, a fire alarm, a tempreture controller, smoke detection, gas leakage, and a child lock to maintain safety while the parents are not at home. By using this patent, people can cook remotely with no worries with software called Smart Home to monitor their food preparation process.

SMART AND HIGH TECH GAS STOVE
An automated safety device is described for operational control of a knob on a stove or range. An emergency shutoff system for a cooking appliance deactivates a cooking appliance upon the detection of smoke or rapidly rising heat. The embodiments are provided; depending on the presence of a gas model, further comprises a combination heat and smoke detector located on the ceiling immediately above the appliance. The detector is connected to a control panel at the rear of the stove by a section of low voltage wiring. The control panel activates a shut off solenoid valve in gas-powered stove. Such features greatly reduce the effects of a fire at the cooking appliance should one occur.
This invention operates in a similar way to our claimed design, but It is not a dual fuel system and the remote control unit only notifies the user in case of emergency while ours offers flame control and stove top monitoring at all times.

SMART COOKING SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a gas stove 1 having plurality of burners 2, wherein the burners 2 provides a controlled flame of a combustible gas flowing through the stove 1 for cooking food, a gas leakage detection sensor linked to a processing module for sensing leakage of the combustible gas, wherein the module generates a command to actuate a solenoid valve for blocking further leakage of the gas, an AI (Artificial intelligence) camera 3 for monitoring real time images of the food and flame, to detect plurality of modes, wherein the modes are preferably food images and flame mode, a seeback generator 5 for converting heat energy liberated from the flame into an electrical energy for charging a battery, a heating element 6 assembled in proximity to the burners 2 for heating a vessel kept on the burners 2 via the electrical energy.
The mentioned invention functions in a very similar way to our claimed patent, but our design does not utilize artificial intelligence in its smart home remote control mechanism. Also, our invention includes a smart microphone and speaker module for alerting the user as a safety measure while this system does not.
The stove is a total automatic dual-fuel smart stove with 3 gas flames and 2 electric elements. It features embedded sensors for gas leakage, smoke detection, fire alarm, and temperature control. The stove also includes an oven with roasting, skewers, air frying, and a camera, as well as a smart touch panel with WiFi connectivity. The stove's exclusive software, "Smart Home," allows users to control the cooking process, and it has 2 cameras, a smart microphone, and a speaker for real-time monitoring. Additionally, it has a child lock feature for safety.
Children were unsafe with the existing stoves so we designed a child lock for our smart stove. Also, due to lack of time and no chance for people who were out of home but had their ports of food on the stove to be ready until they arrived, an application called Smart Home is installed on their phones to control their food-making process from a long distance. Moreover, people can see the food via the installed cameras too. When there is a gas leak or smoke caused by burning food and improper gas flame - all these cases have caused a fire and warning system to be designed and installed in this smart gas device.
Solution of Problem
This fully automatic smart stove device has different parts, including the part of the gas entry path through the gas hose and the main gas entry into the gas pipes, the oven part and the hot and cold water tank part for food preparation, and the touch panel part that through the Smart Home program works, which can be controlled remotely, and another section called the touch panel section, which has a camera and is connected to Wi-Fi.
This smart stove consists of different parts, and we have explained each part in the following:
Explanation of the path of the gas pipes:
This gas device includes the main gas inlet pipe, the gas inlet, and outlet routes and their connections. One of the parts of the gas entry process is through the gas hose and the main gas entry into the main pipe of this gas device.
The gas distribution inside this main gas pipe is divided into different parts of the gas distribution pipes in this device. These gas pipes are connected to the gas valves placed under the gas flames, and the gas shut-off valves are connected to them.
This fully automatic intelligent gas device is designed in such a way that it consists of two parts (gas and electric) for cooking food and it works dually, so in the absence of electricity, you can use the gas part, and vice versa, in the absence of gas, you can use electricity. The electric part of the gas device can be used to cook food without any worries and it meets all the needs of a housewife.
The main panel of this device consists of 6 flames, 4 of which work via gas, and the other 2 work with electric energy; these two electric flames work through the heat plates under which electric elements are used.
In the electrical part of this device, we used thermal plates, which have electric elements under these thermal plates. When 220 V electricity is connected to it, the plates start to heat up, and the initial part of the thermal plates starts when the electricity is attached to them. It heats up to the maximum and can be used to cook food by increasing the temperature of these plates.
in the gas part of these plates, the four gas flames are connected to gas pipes that work with a valve.
The hot and cold water tank section:
This device has another part called the hot and cold water tank, which has a water outlet pipe, and this hot and cold water is used to cook food while cooking.
This water tank is placed inside our stove, which has a separate section of hot and cold water. The water temperature of this tank can be determined through the touch panel that is located on the gas next to the water tank, and its temperature can be changed and determined by the user.
The way this hot water tank works is that cold water enters the water tank and the water outlet of this tank passes through the elements that are placed in its way, which according to the temperature set by the user through the touch panel that is next to The water tank is placed on the gas, the water is determined, and it can also be controlled remotely through the smart home software program that is installed on the phone, and this temperature on the water tank can be determined and changed by the user.
As a result, after the long-term heating of the water; The heating element is cut off and stops heating, so hot water is given out and this amount of heating of the hot and cold water temperature of the tank is done by the water temperature sensor, which is placed in the water outlet, next to the elements. The heat causes the water temperature to rise. This temperature sensor is placed next to the heating element and it sends a signal to the control panel, then the user commands the touch panel which temperature is usable for us, and based on this input data by the user, it is given to the touch panel that is connected to the water tank, and as a result, the thermal elements that are placed in the water path turn on and off at the set temperature, the required water comes out with the required temperature.
There are also several sensors in this stove:
1. It is a water temperature sensor that is placed in the water tank to determine the required water temperature when cooking food.
2. Temperature sensors are placed next to the gas flames to detect whether the gas flames are on or off and show the temperature.
3. The temperature sensor that is placed inside the gas flame itself and as a result shows whether the amount of gas spread in this gas device is real or not. One of these temperature sensors is a thermocouple and this temperature sensor is used in this device.
The issue of temperature control and temperature stability is very important in this fully automatic smart device, because there is a temperature sensor inside each of the gas flame spreaders, and its function is to detect whether the gas flame is working or not.
When one of the gas flames rusts over time, or because of spilling food on the gas flame, or when the gas flame does not spread naturally and the gas spread evenly, and the flame does not spread in a standard way, as a result, This temperature sensor, which is placed inside the gas flame, does not provide the appropriate temperature required for cooking food. It determines and measures the appropriate temperature and shows it to the user on the touch panel screen.
4. The next sensor that is placed in this device is the zero-second sensor that is placed inside the gas flame itself, which is for quick detection of the gas flame, there is no need to wait, and immediately after opening the gas valve (flame distribution); As a result, when the gas is connected, the gas flame is lit and all the sensors are connected to the touch screen and it is shown on the screen to the human user.
Also through the Smart Home app on the phone, you can see and monitor all the details of the gas how the sensors work, and whether the gas flames are on or off one by one on the screen.
5. Adding a gas leak detection sensor is one of the advantages of our device. By adding this sensor, in case of any gas leakage in the kitchen environment, the safety system immediately operates and a signal is sent to the center and cuts off the gas entering the house, as well as an alarm signal to The person's cell phone will be given. This sensor is next to our gas flame.
The two-way communication is established by a microphone that can be used as a voice assistant. An audio module is responsible for connecting the microphone to the gas controller panel and the microphone is located in the front of the gas panel.
Adding a smart speaker that produces an audio alarm in the house at the same time as a fire or a gas leak, sends an alarm signal to the person's mobile phone by the smart remote control software. This speaker is placed on the side of the gas.
In this modern fully automatic smart device, we don't have any risks such as gas leakage, water spilling on the food, which causes the gas flame to go out, and also the temperature being wrong for cooking food in this gas device, because sensors control it, all these things that It is automatically displayed on the panel and warns the user in case of any danger or problem.
This device can be controlled remotely. All the details can be displayed on the touch panel screen installed on the gas appliance. It is displayed through the smart home software program installed on the phone for when the user even if a person is not in the kitchen, can watch and monitor and remotely control how the food is cooked in all the details on his phone.
This modern fully automatic smart gas device has a very high feature that has a child protection lock on the main valve of this gas, which is a button to cut off and connect the gas. This protector is located on the main gas inlet pipe.
The basic use of this child protection lock is that when the parents are not at home, they can safely continue their work outside the house and there will be no problems for the children.
Explanation of the touch panel part of this modern fully automatic smart gas device:
This touch panel is placed on the top of the gas and designed in 25 x 20 dimensions but this size can be changed and can be made.
This touch panel is connected by a flexible tube that can be moved in different directions. Without a support base, this flexible tube is connected to the touch panel and it can move. It can be suspended in the air so that the user can see and look at the touch panel without holding it.
This touch panel has electrical circuits and a microcontroller, it is connected to the Wi-Fi of the home, as a result of which the user searches the recipe for food on the Internet and can play and see it on this touch screen and through speakers placed in this smart stove can play and hear and see the movie.
Three cameras are used at the top and bottom of the touch panel, one is located above the touch panel and one is located at the bottom of the touch panel - for filming and taking pictures of the user while cooking. The camera at the bottom of the touch panel is for filming and taking pictures of cooking during its process, and the third camera is embedded in the oven to check out the foods in it.
When the user records a video of the cooking process, this video can be saved in the memory of the touch panel card and can be shared on all social pages.
In this touch panel, there is a part to control the gas flames and the time for the gas flame to be on and off is designed. From these flames, it is given manually by the user how long this gas flame should stay on or off. All these data are entered by users by touch.
In this gas device, there is another way to control the food which is by remote control:
This remote control is done through the Smart Home software program, which can be installed and be visible to the users through their phone and can remotely control the cooking process of food, the gas, and the determination of the temperature required to cook the food given to each of the gas flames by the user which will be displayed on the user's phone screen.
Explanation of the oven part in the modern automatic intelligent gas device:
The oven part is placed inside the gas, and its size and dimensions are standard sizes, i.e. 90 and 75 cm in height.
There are two-way gas flames, roasting flames, some rotating skewers, and lamps (to light up) in the oven.

Claims (9)
