Definitions

  • the present application relates to the field of vehicle technology, and in particular to a roller assembly, a sunshade assembly and a vehicle.
  • the reel assembly of the existing sunshade is usually composed of two springs (as shown in Figure 1).
  • the sunshade is manually opened, the pull cord wound on the wire wheel is released, the fabric at the pull rod is recovered, the side strip is recovered, and the inner tube follows.
  • the wire wheel at the end of the reel rotates in the same direction as the inner tube and the same length.
  • the spring inside the reel has no relative displacement relative to the inner tube and the wire wheel, and the force balance is always maintained.
  • the sunshade remains stationary.
  • the sunshade is closed, the wire wheel will reel in the pull cord in the opposite direction and the same force, thereby realizing the function of pulling and stopping.
  • the reel assembly in Figure 1 uses two springs to apply reeling force to the wire wheel respectively.
  • the two springs are subject to processing and assembly errors, and the reeling force is easily inconsistent, which may cause the curtain to get stuck when the pull rod pulls the curtain.
  • the two reeling mechanisms are subjected to different forces, resulting in inconsistent movements at both ends of the curtain, which in turn causes the sunshade to get stuck and tilted.
  • Patent document: CN208812942U discloses a sunshade, in which a single spring is used to solve the above-mentioned problems.
  • the two ends of the spring are respectively connected to the fixed block and the winding wheel; in the reel assembly of Figure 1, one end of the spring is also directly connected to the wire wheel. Since the spring is in a stretched state, the spring generates axial tension, which pulls the wire wheel toward the reel. The position of the wire wheel is affected by the length of the reel.

(1)弹簧处于拉伸状态产生的轴向张力使得两个线轮在其轴向方向上分别被连接杆和弹簧固定座向外推动至两个卷轴支座,避免了内管和线轮转动时在自身轴向窜动造成拉绳偏磨的现象,提升了线轮的位置准确度,降低了内管的尺寸加工精度,提高了遮阳帘总成的使用寿命;
(2)弹簧预旋后的产生的卷收力能够绷紧卷绕在卷轴总成上的帘布,保证帘布在打开或者关闭的过程中始终处于绷紧状态,避免其向中部下垂,同时还能够防止褶皱的产生;
(3)通过一根弹簧同时对两个线轮施加卷收力,且两个线轮在连接杆的旋转方向上与连接杆刚性连接,保证了帘布的运动一致性。因此,无论拉杆拉动帘布的哪一侧,帘布的两侧都能够共同运动,解决了拉杆受力不均时,帘布两侧运动不一致,拉杆倾斜,导致帘布卡在导轨内无法继续运行的问题;

内管11;
连接杆12,可转动的内嵌并贯穿于内管11;
两个线轮13,分别设置于连接杆12的两端并且位于内管11的外侧;两个线轮13与连接杆12在连接杆12的旋转方向上固定连接,两个线轮13与连接杆12在连接杆12的轴向上活动连接;
弹簧固定座141,设置于内管11与连接杆12之间且固定于内管11的一端,弹簧固定座141与连接杆12在连接杆12的轴向方向上活动连接;
弹簧固定轴142,固定于连接杆12且位于内管11的内部;
安装时,弹簧14卷绕在连接杆12上,弹簧14的一端固定于弹簧固定座141,弹簧14的另一端固定于弹簧固定轴142;连接杆12带着弹簧14穿过内管11,弹簧固定座141固定在内管11的一端;推动连接杆12,连接杆12的另一端穿过内管11的另一端,使弹簧14处于拉伸状态,弹簧14产生轴向张力,由于两个线轮13与连接杆12在连接杆12的轴向上活动连接并且弹簧固定座141与连接杆12在连接杆12的轴向方向上活动连接,该轴向张力分别通过连接杆12和弹簧固定座141将设置于连接杆12两侧的线轮13向外侧推至卷轴支座15,避免了内管11和线轮13转动时在自身轴向窜动造成拉绳27偏磨的现象,提升了线轮13的位置准确度,降低了内管11的尺寸加工精度,提高了遮阳帘总成20的使用寿命;
玻璃21;
如上的卷轴总成10;卷轴总成10固定于玻璃21;
两个导轨22,平行设置于玻璃21的两侧;每个导轨22的一端与对应侧的线轮13对齐;
拉杆23,拉杆23与卷轴总成10相对间隔设置,拉杆23的两端分别设置滑块24;滑块24包括相连的安装部241和滑动部242,安装部241固定于拉杆23,滑动部242可滑动地安装在对应侧的导轨22内;
帘布25,帘布25的一端卷绕在内管11上,帘布25的另一端与拉杆23连接,帘布25的两个侧边分别设置在对应侧的导轨22内;
两个滑轮26,每个滑轮26设置于对应侧的导轨22的另一端;
