Abstract
마그네틱 기어드 모터는 마그네틱 기어를 포함한다. 마그네틱 기어는 회전동력을 입력받도록 마련되는 내측 로터, 내측 로터의 회전축과 동축상에 배치되고 내측 로터와 이격되도록 배치되는 외측 로터를 포함한다. 또한 내측 로터와 외측 로터의 사이에 내측 로터 및 외측 로터와 이격되도록 배치되는 폴 피스를 포함한다. 폴 피스는, 방사상으로 배치되는 복수의 폴 피스 바디들, 복수의 폴 피스 바디들 각각으로부터 돌출되어 복수의 폴 피스 바디들 중 서로 이웃한 폴 피스 바디들을 연결시키는 복수의 브릿지들을 포함한다. 복수의 폴 피스 바디들은 각각, 내부에 형성되는 관통공, 내측 로터를 향하는 저면에 형성되는 함몰부 및 서로 이웃한 폴 피스 바디들을 향하는 측면들에 형성되어 복수의 브릿지들과 연결되는 필렛들을 포함한다.
Description
본 개시는 폴 피스를 포함하는 마그네틱 기어 및 이를 포함하는 마그네틱 기어드 모터에 관한 것이다.
마그네틱 기어는 자기력을 이용하여 동력을 전달하는 기어 시스템이다. 전통적인 기계식 기어와는 달리, 마그네틱 기어는 물리적인 접촉 없이 내측 로터에서 외측 로터로 동력을 전달할 수 있다. 따라서 노이즈 및 진동이 적고, 기어간의 상호작용에 의한 마모가 없는 장점이 있다. 또한, 기계적인 마찰이 존재하지 않아 에너지 손실을 경감할 수 있어 고효율의 구동이 가능하다. 최근에는 풍력 터빈, 전기 자동차 및 가전기기 등 다양한 산업 전반에 걸쳐 마그네틱 기어가 활용되고 있다.
마그네틱 기어는 모터 등으로부터 동력을 전달받는 내측 로터와, 내측 로터와 이격 배치되고 자기력을 통해 내측 로터의 동력을 전달받는 외측 로터 및 내측 로터와 외측 로터 사이에 내층 로터 및 외측 로터와 이격 배치되는 폴 피스를 포함한다. 폴 피스는 내측 로터와 외측 로터 사이에서 자기장을 조절하고 전달하는 역할을 한다.
본 개시의 일 측면은 토크 리플을 저감시킬 수 있는 마그네틱 기어 및 이를 포함하는 마그네틱 기어드 모터를 제공한다.

도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 마그네틱 기어드 모터(1)는 회전부(20)를 포함할 수 있다. 회전부(20)는 모터(22)를 포함할 수 있다. 회전부(20)는 샤프트(21)를 포함할 수 있다. 회전부(20)는 내측 로터 결합부(23)를 포함할 수 있다.
모터(22)는 회전 동력을 발생시킬 수 있다. 샤프트(21)의 일단은 모터(22)에 결합될 수 있다. 모터(22)는 샤프트(21)에 회전동력을 전달하여 샤프트(21)를 회전시킬 수 있다. 모터(22)의 회전 동력을 전달받아 샤프트(21)는 회전축(R)을 기준으로 회전할 수 있다.
샤프트(21)는 제1 방향으로 연장되도록 마련될 수 있다. 샤프트(21)는 대략 원기둥의 형상을 포함할 수 있다.
내측 로터 결합부(23)는 샤프트(21)의 타단에 결합될 수 있다. 모터(22)가 회전동력을 발생시키고, 모터(22)와 결합된 샤프트(21)가 회전하게 되면, 내측 로터 결합부(23)는 샤프트(21)의 회전을 따라 회전하게 된다. 내측 로터 결합부(23)는 내측 로터 개구(110)에 삽입되어 내측 로터(100, 후술한다)에 회전 동력을 전달할 수 있다.
마그네틱 기어드 모터(1)는 마그네틱 기어(10)를 포함할 수 있다.
마그네틱 기어(10)는 내측 로터(100)를 포함할 수 있다. 내측 로터(100)는 내측 로터 바디(140)를 포함할 수 있다. 내측 로터 바디(140)는 대략 원기둥 형상을 포함할 수 있다. 내측 로터 바디(140)는 제1 방향으로 연장되도록 마련될 수 있다. 내측 로터 바디(140)는 자성체 재료를 포함할 수 있다.
내측 로터 바디(140)는 내측 로터 개구(110)를 포함할 수 있다. 내측 로터 개구(110)는 내측 로터 바디(140)의 내부에 제1 방향을 따라 연장되도록 형성될 수 있다. 회전부(20)의 내측 로터 결합부(23)는 내측 로터 개구(110)에 삽입되어 내측 로터(100)와 결합될 수 있다. 내측 로터 개구(110)에 내측 로터 결합부(23)가 결합됨으로써, 내측 로터(100)는 모터(22)의 회전동력을 전달받아 회전할 수 있게 된다.
내측 로터 결합부(23)가 내측 로터 바디(140)에 결합되면, 샤프트(21)는 내측 로터(100)의 회전중심(G)에 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 내측 로터(100)의 회전중심(G)은 회전축(R) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 따라서, 내측 로터(100)는 회전축(R)을 기준으로 회전할 수 있다. 따라서, 회전축(R)은 내측 로터(100)의 회전축(R)일 수 있다.
내측 로터 결합부(23)는 내측 로터 개구(110)에 억지 끼워맞춤으로 결합할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 다양한 방식으로 내측 로터(100)와 결합될 수 있다.
내측 로터(100)는 내측 자석(120)을 포함할 수 있다. 내측 자석(120)은 내측 로터 바디(140)의 외주면을 따라 내측 로터 바디(140)에 결합될 수 있다. 즉, 내측 자석(120)은 회전축(R)을 중심으로 내측 로터 바디(140)의 외주면에 방사상으로 배치될 수 있다. 내측 자석(120)은 내측 로터 바디(140)의 외주면측이 N극인 자석과 내측 로터 바디(140)의 외주면 측이 S극인 자석이 내측 로터 바디(140)의 원주 방향을 따라서 대략 등 간격으로 배치되도록 마련될 수 있다. 하나의 N극 자석과 하나의 S극 자석은 한 쌍의 쌍극을 이룰 수 있다.
내측 자석(120)은 내측 로터 바디(140)의 외주면을 커버하도록 배치될 수 있다. 내측 자석(120)은 제1 방향을 따라 연장되도록 형성될 수 있다.

외측 로터(300)는 외측 자석(320)을 포함할 수 있다. 외측 자석(320)은 외측 로터 바디(310)의 내주면을 따라 외측 로터 바디(310)에 결합될 수 있다. 즉, 외측 자석(320)은 회전축(R)을 중심으로 외측 로터 바디(310)의 내주면에 방사상으로 배치될 수 있다. 외측 자석(320)은 외측 로터 바디(310)의 내주면측이 N극인 자석과 외측 로터 바디(310)의 내주면 측이 S극인 자석이 외측 로터 바디(310)의 원주 방향을 따라서 대략 등 간격으로 외측 로터 바디(310)의 내주면에 배치되도록 마련될 수 있다. 하나의 N극 자석과 하나의 S극 자석은 한 쌍의 쌍극을 이룰 수 있다.
외측 자석(320)은 외측 로터 바디(310)의 내주면을 커버하도록 배치될 수 있다. 외측 자석(320)은 제1 방향을 따라 연장되도록 형성될 수 있다.
마그네틱 기어(10)는 폴 피스(200)를 포함할 수 있다.
폴 피스(200)는 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들을 포함할 수 있다. 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들은 각각 제1 방향으로 연장되도록 마련될 수 있다. 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들은 방사상으로 배치될 수 있다. 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들은 서로 대략 등 간격으로 이격되어 방사상으로 배치될 수 있다. 폴 피스(200)는 자성체 재료를 포함할 수 있다.

폴 피스 바디(210)와 복수의 브릿지(220)들은 일체로 형성될 수 있다.
폴 피스(200)는 폴 피스 개구(201)를 포함할 수 있다. 폴 피스 개구(201)는 폴 피스(200)를 따라 제1 방향으로 연장되어 폴 피스(200)의 내측에 형성될 수 있다.

내측 로터(100)는 모터(22)의 회전동력을 전달받아 회전중심(G)를 기준으로 제1 회전방향으로 회전할 수 있다. 내측 로터(100)가 제1 회전방향으로 회전하는 경우 폴 피스(200)는 정지해 있는데, 폴 피스(200)는 내측 로터(100)의 내측 자석(120)과, 외측 로터(300)의 외측 자석(320)을 자기적으로 결합시켜줄 수 있다.

일 실시예에 따른 마그네틱 기어(10)는, 회전동력을 입력받도록 마련되는 내측 로터(100)를 포함한다. 상기 마그네틱 기어(10)는 상기 내측 로터(100)의 회전축(R)과 동축상에 배치되고, 상기 내측 로터(100)와 이격되도록 배치되는 외측 로터(300)를 포함한다. 상기 마그네틱 기어(10)는 상기 내측 로터(100)와 상기 외측 로터(300)의 사이에 상기 내측 로터(100) 및 상기 외측 로터(300)와 이격되도록 배치되는 폴 피스(200)를 포함한다. 상기 폴 피스(200)는, 방사상으로 배치되는 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들을 포함한다. 상기 폴 피스(200)는 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들 각각으로부터 돌출되어 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들 중 서로 이웃한 폴 피스 바디(210)들을 연결시키는 복수의 브릿지(220)들을 포함한다. 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들은 각각, 내부에 형성되는 관통공(215)을 포함한다. 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들은 각각 상기 내측 로터(100)를 향하는 저면(213)에 형성되는 함몰부(214)를 포함한다. 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들은 각각 서로 이웃한 폴 피스 바디(210)들을 향하는 측면(212)들에 형성되어 상기 복수의 브릿지(220)들과 연결되는 필렛들(216, 217)을 포함한다.
상기 함몰부(214)는, 상기 내측 로터(100)에서 상기 외측 로터(300)를 향하는 방향으로 함몰될 수 있다.
상기 복수의 브릿지(220)들은 각각 상기 측면(212)들로부터 돌출되어 형성될 수 있다.
상기 복수의 브릿지(220)들은 상기 내측 로터(100)를 향하는 제1 브릿지 면(222)으로서, 상기 저면(213)과 단차를 형성하지 않도록 마련되는 제1 브릿지 면(222)을 각각 포함할 수 있다.
상기 관통공(215)은, 상기 회전축(R)과 나란한 방향으로 상기 폴 피스 바디(210)에 형성될 수 있다.
상기 관통공(215)은, 상기 폴 피스 바디(210)의 일측에 형성되는 제1 관통공(215a) 및 상기 함몰부(214)를 기준으로 상기 제1 관통공(215a)의 반대편에 형성되는 제2 관통공(215b)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 관통공(415)은 슬릿 형태를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 관통공(215)은 비투자율이 1.1 이하로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 함몰부(514)의 깊이는, 상기 복수의 브릿지(520)들의 두께보다 크게 형성될 수 있다.
상기 복수의 브릿지(220)들은 상기 외측 로터(300)를 향하는 제2 브릿지 면(221)을 각각 더 포함할 수 있다. 상기 필렛들(216, 217)은, 상기 측면(212)으로부터 상기 제2 브릿지 면(221)으로 연장되도록 형성될 수 있다.
상기 폴 피스 바디(710)는 상기 외측 로터(300)를 향하는 상면(711)을 더 포함하고, 상기 복수의 브릿지(720)들은, 상기 저면(713)과 상기 상면(711)의 사이에서 돌출되도록 형성될 수 있다.
상기 복수의 브릿지(720)들 각각은, 상기 내측 로터(100)를 향하는 제1 브릿지 면(722) 및 상기 외측 로터(300)를 향하는 제2 브릿지 면(721)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 필렛들(716, 717)은, 상기 측면(712)으로부터 상기 제1 브릿지 면(722)으로 연장되도록 형성되는 제1 필렛(716b, 717b) 및 상기 측면(712)으로부터 상기 제2 브릿지 면(721)으로 연장되도록 형성되는 제2 필렛(716a, 717a)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 복수의 브릿지(820)들은 상기 외측 로터(300)를 향하는 브릿지(820) 일면(821)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 폴 피스 바디(810)는 상기 외측 로터(300)를 향하는 상면(811)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 브릿지(820) 일면(820)은 상기 상면(811)과 단차를 형성하지 않도록 마련될 수 있다.
상기 함몰부(814)는 상기 브릿지(820) 일면보다 상기 내측 로터(100)에 가깝게 형성될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따른 마그네틱 기어드 모터(1)는 모터(22)를 포함한다. 상기 마그네틱 기어드 모터(1)는 상기 회전축(R)에 연결되어 상기 모터(22)에 의해 회전하도록 마련되는 내측 로터(100)를 포함한다. 상기 마그네틱 기어드 모터(1)는 상기 내측 로터(100)를 수용하고, 상기 내측 로터(100)와 이격되도록 배치되는 외측 로터(300)를 포함한다. 상기 마그네틱 기어드 모터(1)는 상기 내측 로터(100)와 상기 외측 로터(300)의 사이에 상기 내측 로터(100) 및 상기 외측 로터(300)와 이격되도록 배치되는 폴 피스(200)를 포함한다. 상기 폴 피스(200)는, 방사상으로 배치되는 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들을 포함한다. 상기 폴 피스(200)는 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들 각각으로부터 돌출되어 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들 중 서로 이웃한 폴 피스 바디(210)들을 연결시키는 복수의 브릿지(220)들을 포함한다. 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들은 각각, 내부에 형성되는 관통공(215)을 포함한다. 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들은 각각 상기 내측 로터(100)를 향하는 제1 바디면(213)에 상기 내측 로터(100)에서 상기 외측 로터(300)를 향하는 방향으로 형성되는 함몰부(214)를 포함한다. 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들은 각각 서로 이웃한 폴 피스 바디(210)들을 향하는 제2 바디면(212)에 형성되어 상기 복수의 브릿지(220)들과 연결되는 필렛들(216, 217)을 포함한다.
상기 복수의 브릿지(220)들은 각각 상기 제2 바디면(212)으로부터 돌출되어 형성될 수 있다.
상기 복수의 브릿지(220)들은 상기 내측 로터(100)를 향하는 제1 브릿지 면(222)으로서, 상기 제1 바디면(213)과 단차를 형성하지 않도록 마련되는 제1 브릿지 면(222)을 각각 포함할 수 있다.
상기 폴 피스 바디(710)는 상기 외측 로터(300)를 향하는 제3 바디면(711)을 더 포함하고, 상기 복수의 브릿지(720)들은, 상기 제1 바디면(713)과 상기 제3 바디면(711)의 사이에서 돌출되도록 형성될 수 있다.
상기 복수의 브릿지(820)들은 상기 외측 로터(300)를 향하는 브릿지(820) 일면을 각각 포함할 수 있다. 상기 폴 피스 바디(810)는 상기 외측 로터(300)를 향하는 상면(811)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 브릿지(820) 일면은 상기 상면(811)과 단차를 형성하지 않도록 마련될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따른 마그네틱 기어(10)는 회전하도록 마련되는 내측 로터(100)를 포함한다. 상기 마그네틱 기어(10)는 상기 내측 로터(100)와 이격되어 상기 내측 로터(100)를 수용하도록 배치되는 외측 로터(300)를 포함한다. 상기 마그네틱 기어(10)는 상기 내측 로터(100)와 상기 외측 로터(300)의 사이에 상기 내측 로터(100) 및 상기 외측 로터(300)와 이격되도록 배치되는 폴 피스(200)를 포함한다. 상기 폴 피스(200)는, 방사상으로 배치되는 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들을 포함한다. 상기 폴 피스(200)는 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들 중 서로 이웃한 폴 피스 바디(210)들을 연결시키는 복수의 브릿지(220)들을 포함한다. 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들은 각각, 관통공(215)을 포함한다. 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들은 각각 상기 내측 로터(100)를 향하는 일면에 형성되는 함몰부(214)들을 포함한다. 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디(210)들은 각각 상기 서로 이웃한 폴 피스 바디(210)들을 향하는 다른 일면에 형성되는 필렛들(216, 217)을 포함한다.
본 개시의 사상에 따르면, 폴 피스에 관통공 및 함몰부가 형성하여, 마그네틱 기어의 토크에 기여하지 않는 공극 자속 밀도의 고조파를 개선하여 토크 리플을 저감할 수 있다.
본 개시의 사상에 따르면, 필렛이 형성되어 공기의 투자율을 가진 부분을 폴 피스 재질로 채울 수 있어, 더 많은 자속이 흐름에 따라 외측 로터로의 전달 토크를 증가시켜 출력밀도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
본 개시에서 얻을 수 있는 효과는 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급하지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 개시가 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
이상에서는 특정의 실시예에 대하여 도시하고 설명하였다. 그러나, 상기한 실시예에만 한정되지 않으며, 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이하의 청구범위에 기재된 발명의 기술적 사상의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 얼마든지 다양하게 변경 실시할 수 있을 것이다.
Claims (14)
- 회전동력을 입력받도록 마련되는 내측 로터;상기 내측 로터의 회전축과 동축상에 배치되고, 상기 내측 로터와 이격되도록 배치되는 외측 로터; 및상기 내측 로터와 상기 외측 로터의 사이에 상기 내측 로터 및 상기 외측 로터와 이격되도록 배치되는 폴 피스; 를 포함하고,상기 폴 피스는,방사상으로 배치되는 복수의 폴 피스 바디들; 및상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디들 각각으로부터 돌출되어 상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디들 중 서로 이웃한 폴 피스 바디들을 연결시키는 복수의 브릿지들; 을 포함하고,상기 복수의 폴 피스 바디들은 각각,내부에 형성되는 관통공;상기 내측 로터를 향하는 저면에 형성되는 함몰부; 및서로 이웃한 폴 피스 바디들을 향하는 측면들에 형성되어 상기 복수의 브릿지들과 연결되는 필렛들; 을 포함하는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 함몰부는, 상기 내측 로터에서 상기 외측 로터를 향하는 방향으로 함몰되는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 브릿지들은 각각 상기 측면들로부터 돌출되어 형성되는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 브릿지들은 상기 내측 로터를 향하는 제1 브릿지 면으로서, 상기 저면과 단차를 형성하지 않도록 마련되는 제1 브릿지 면을 각각 포함하는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 관통공은, 상기 회전축과 나란한 방향으로 상기 폴 피스 바디에 형성되는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 관통공은,상기 폴 피스 바디의 일측에 형성되는 제1 관통공 및상기 함몰부를 기준으로 상기 제1 관통공의 반대편에 형성되는 제2 관통공을 포함하는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 관통공은 슬릿 형태를 포함하는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 관통공은 비투자율이 1.1 이하로 마련되는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 함몰부의 깊이는, 상기 복수의 브릿지들의 두께보다 크게 형성되는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 복수의 브릿지들은 상기 외측 로터를 향하는 제2 브릿지 면을 각각 더 포함하고,상기 필렛들은, 상기 측면으로부터 상기 제2 브릿지 면으로 연장되도록 형성되는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 폴 피스 바디는 상기 외측 로터를 향하는 상면을 더 포함하고,상기 복수의 브릿지들은, 상기 저면과 상기 상면의 사이에서 돌출되도록 형성되는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 복수의 브릿지들 각각은,상기 내측 로터를 향하는 제1 브릿지 면 및상기 외측 로터를 향하는 제2 브릿지 면을 포함하고,상기 필렛들은,상기 측면으로부터 상기 제1 브릿지 면으로 연장되도록 형성되는 제1 필렛 및상기 측면으로부터 상기 제2 브릿지 면으로 연장되도록 형성되는 제2 필렛을 포함하는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 브릿지들은 상기 외측 로터를 향하는 브릿지 일면을 포함하고,상기 폴 피스 바디는 상기 외측 로터를 향하는 상면을 포함하며,상기 브릿지 일면은 상기 상면과 단차를 형성하지 않도록 마련되는 마그네틱 기어.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 함몰부는 상기 브릿지 일면보다 상기 내측 로터에 가깝게 형성되는 마그네틱 기어.
