本申请涉及助行器技术领域,尤其涉及一种助行器。
背景技术
助行即辅助人体支撑体重、保持平衡和行走的器具称为助行器,便于行动不便者借由辅助装置辅助步行,例如老人或伤者等;然而现有助行器的扶手管是固定在架体上,无法调节角度,更无法切换助行器的使用状态,不够灵活,功能较为单一。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种助行器,能够调节第一扶手管与第二扶手管的使用状态,例如在第一倾斜状态与第二倾斜状态之间进行调整,以辅助用户支撑或推动。
本申请提供了一种助行器,包括架体、脚踏组件、靠背组件和坐垫组件,所述架体包括第一车架、第二车架和连接架,所述坐垫组件设置在所述连接架上,所述第一车架通过所述连接架与所述第二车架连接并能够朝所述第二车架折叠,所述脚踏组件转动连接或可拆卸安装在所述第一车架及第二车架上并位于所述连接架的下方,所述靠背组件转动连接或可拆卸安装在所述第一车架及第二车架上并位于所述连接架的上方;
其中,所述第一车架上转动连接有第一扶手管,所述第二车架上转动连接有第二扶手管,所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管具有与所述架体放置的支撑面形成第一夹角的第一倾斜状态和与所述支撑面形成第二夹角的第二倾斜状态,所述第一夹角在80°-90°的范围内,所述第二夹角在65°-75°的范围内。

所述第一调节件和第二调节件包括伸缩管,所述伸缩管的一端与所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管活动连接,所述伸缩管的另一端与所述第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆活动连接且与所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管的转动支点具有大于零的预设距离。
在本申请一实施方式的助行器中,所述第一车架包括与第一定距杆在高度方向间隔设置的第一连接杆,所述第二车架包括与第二定距杆在高度方向间隔设置的第二连接杆,所述靠背组件转动连接在所述第一连接杆与第二连接杆之间。
在本申请一实施方式的助行器中,所述第一滚轮件包括第一前轮和第一后轮,所述第一前轮和第一后轮分别设置在第一支撑杆的两端,且所述第一后轮的直径大于或等于所述第一前轮的直径;和/或,
所述第二滚轮件包括第二前轮和第二后轮,所述第二前轮和第二后轮分别设置在第二支撑杆的两端,且所述第二后轮的直径大于或等于所述第二前轮的直径。
本申请实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:本申请设计了一种助行器,包括架体、脚踏组件和坐垫组件,架体上转动连接有第一扶手管和第二扶手管,以便第一扶手管及第二扶手管能够相对于架体在第一倾斜状态与第二倾斜状态相互切换并进行固定,使得助行器具有不同的使用状态,从而可以满足用户的多方面需求,使用户感到舒适、满意,可以更方便的操作第一扶手管与第二扶手管,进而提高了用户的体验度。

如图1至图27所示,本申请提供一种助行器,包括架体100、脚踏组件300、靠背组件400和坐垫组件200,坐垫组件200安装在架体100上,以供用户端坐,能够根据使用者的需求从辅助行走的状态切换成轮椅状态,即助行器可以进行轮椅状态的切换,方便行动不便者休息,以缓解行动过程中的劳累,或者可以推动乘坐在坐垫组件200上的行动不便者,使得行动不便者拥有更长的出行距离。靠背组件400转动连接或可拆卸安装在架体100上且位于坐垫组件200的上方,用于供使用者依靠休息以减轻疲劳。脚踏组件300转动连接或可拆卸安装在架体100上,以供用户脚踏,以提升了助行器的乘坐时舒适性,同时又可以在不需要脚踏时相对于架体100转动收回或者拆卸下来,节省空间,可以有效的减缓助行器在移动时与障碍物碰撞,方便助行器移动。
在一些实施方式中,架体100包括车架体20,车架体20包括第一车架21、第二车架22和连接架23,第一车架21通过连接架23与第二车架22连接并能够朝第二车架22折叠,从而可以在未使用时进行折叠,方便包装、运输和收纳。其中,坐垫组件200设置在连接架23上,靠背组件和脚踏组件300均转动连接或可拆卸安装在第一车架21及第二车架22上,结构简单,且能够实现展开状态与折叠状态的轻松互换,便于自行随身携带。
在一个可选的实施方式中,连接架23包括交叉设置并能够在交叉位置相对转动的第一交叉杆231和第二交叉杆232,其中,第一交叉杆231和第二交叉杆232的一端与第一车架21连接,第一交叉杆231和第二交叉杆232的另一端与第二车架22连接,坐垫组件200的两端分别连接在第一交叉杆231与第二交叉杆232上,使得第一车架21与第二车架22能够通过连接架23进行展开或折叠。
具体的,连接架23还包括第一连接块233和第二连接块234,第一车架21及第二车架22上均设有第一连接部23和第二连接部25,第一交叉杆231与第二交叉杆232的中部设有交叉杆铰接点,且第一交叉杆231与第二交叉杆232能够绕交叉杆铰接点进行展开或折叠。其中,第一交叉杆231和第二交叉杆232的一端与第二连接部25转动连接,第一交叉杆231的另一端或自交叉杆铰接点靠近另一端的位置通过第一连接块233与第一连接部23转动连接,第二交叉杆232的另一端或自交叉杆铰接点靠近另一端的位置通过第二连接块234与第一连接部23转动连接。
在本实施方式中,架体100包括扶手管10,扶手管10转动连接在第一车架21及第二车架22上,以便使用者能够利用扶手管10使用该助行器,包括辅助站立、行走等辅助功能。同时,扶手管10可相对于第一车架21及第二车架22进行角度旋转调整并定位,以达到符合人体工学操作方便,同时也可以确保安全之功效。
在一个可选的实施方式中,扶手管10包括第一扶手管11和第二扶手管12,第一扶手管11转动连接在第一车架21上,第二扶手管12转动连接在第二车架22上,且第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12具有与架体100放置的支撑面形成第一夹角的第一倾斜状态和与支撑面形成第二夹角的第二倾斜状态。其中,第一夹角在80°-90°的范围内,第二夹角在65°-75°的范围内。
采用以上技术方案后,可以方便第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12在第一倾斜状态与第二倾斜状态之间进行切换并保持,从而可以对第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12进行角度旋转调整并定位,以达到符合人体工学操作方便,使得助行器变得更人性化,可以根据使用者的使用情况在第一倾斜状态与第 二倾斜状态之间进行转换,进而可以提高助行器使用的舒适性,丰富了助行器的功能,也可以缓解使用助行器后的疲惫感。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第一车架21包括设置有第一滚轮件215的第一支撑杆211,第二车架22包括设置有第二滚轮件225的第二支撑杆221,第一扶手管11转动连接在第一支撑杆211的中部,第二扶手管12转动连接在第二支撑杆221的中部,使得使用者能够更轻易的借助助行器行走,同时也可以保证架体100的平衡性。
示例性的,第一滚轮件215和第二滚轮件225的数量为两个,两个第一滚轮件215对应设置在第一支撑杆211的两端,第一扶手管11设置在两个第一滚轮件215之间,两个第二滚轮件225对应设置在第二支撑杆221的两端,第二扶手管12设置在两个第二滚轮件225之间。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第一车架21上设有第一调节件,第一调节件与第一扶手管11及第一车架21连接,用于在被操作时使第一扶手管11在第一倾斜状态与第二倾斜状态之间相互切换,具体可以根据使用者的需求进行设置。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第二车架22上设有第二调节件,第二调节件与第二扶手管12及第二车架22连接,用于在被操作时使第二扶手管12在第一倾斜状态与第二倾斜状态之间相互切换,具体可以根据使用者的需求进行设置。
应当说明的是,第一扶手管11与第二扶手管12相对于第一车架21及第二车架22的倾斜状态相同,这样才能便于助行器的使用,即第一扶手管11处于第一倾斜状态时,第二车架22同样需要通过第二调节件调节到第一倾斜状态,同样的在第一扶手管11处于第二倾斜状态时,第二车架22同样需要通过第二调节件调节到第二倾斜状态。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第一车架21包括第一定距杆212,第一定距杆212与第一支撑杆211沿第一车架21的高度方向间隔设置,其中,第一扶手管11通过第一调节件与第一定距杆212活动连接,使得第一扶手管11能够通过第一调节件调整其与第一定距杆212之间的角度,进而实现第一扶手管11与第一支撑杆211之间的角度调节,即第一扶手管11在第一倾斜状态与第二倾斜状态之间进行切换,具体可以根据使用者的需求进行调整。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第二车架22包括第二定距杆222,第二定距杆222与第二支撑杆221沿第一车架22的高度方向间隔设置,其中,第二扶手管12通过第二调节件与第二定距杆222活动连接,使得第二扶手管12能够通过第二调节件调整其与第二定距杆222之间的角度,进而实现第二扶手管12与第一支撑杆211之间的角度调节,即第二扶手管11在第一倾斜状态与第二倾斜状态之间进行切换,具体可以根据使用者的需求进行调整。
应该说明的是,第二扶手管12和第一扶手管11调节后的倾斜状态可以相同,第二扶手管12和第一扶手管11调节后的倾斜状态也可以不同,具体可以根据使用者的需求进行调节,而且两者是分开进行调节,因此调节过程中是存在一定的误差。因此,对于第二扶手管12和第一扶手管11调节后的倾斜状态,本申请不加以限制。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第一调节件和第二调节件上具有第一调节位置和第二调节位置,在第一扶手管11和第二扶手管12固定在第一调节位置时,第一扶手管11和第二扶手管12处于第一倾斜状态;在第一扶手管11和第二扶手管12固定在第二调节位置时,第一扶手管11和第二扶手管12处于第二倾斜状态。其中,第一调节位置和第二调节位置可以是第一调节件和第二调节件上的两个单独固定部,或者第一调节位置和第二调节位置也可以是第一调节件和第二调节件上的滑轨的任意两个位置,甚至第一调节位置和第二调节位置还可以是伸缩结构的两个伸缩位置,本申请不加以限制。
在一个可选的实施方式中,如图1、图18和图19所示,第一调节件和第二调节件包括与第一定距杆212及第二定距杆222连接的连接结构13,连接结构13具有上述的第一调节位置和上述的第二调节位置,第一调节位置与第二调节位置连通并形成调节轨道132,其中,调节轨道132与第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12之间连接有限位件,限位件用将第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12限制在第一调节位置或第二调节位置上。
应该说明的是,限位件包括但不限于调节螺丝,调节螺丝穿过调节轨道132后与第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12连接。当需要调节第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12的旋转角度时,将调节螺丝扭松,使得第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12能够朝靠近或远离第一定距杆212及第二定距杆222的一侧移动,待第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12调节到第一调节位置或第二调节位置时扭紧调节螺丝,使得第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12能够固定在第一调节位置或第二调节位置上,从而实现了第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12的倾斜状态的调节。
在一个可选的实施方式中,如图1、图22和图25所示,第一调节件和第二调节件包括伸缩杆13b,伸缩杆13b的一端与第一定距杆212及第二定距杆222连接,伸缩杆13b的伸缩端与第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12之间设有滑套结构,滑套结构能够在伸缩杆13b的作用下沿第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12的长度方向滑动,用于调节第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12相对于第一定距杆212及第二定距杆222之间的距离。
示例性的,当伸缩杆13b处于收缩状态时,即第一调节位置,滑套结构位于第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12的其中一个位置,第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12处于第一倾斜状态;当当伸缩杆13b处于伸长状态时,即第二调节位置,滑套结构沿第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12朝向远离第一支撑杆211第二支撑杆221的一侧滑动,第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12处于第二倾斜状态。

在一个可选的实施方式中,如图1、图25和图27所示,第一调节件和第二调节件包括伸缩管13d,伸缩管13d的一端与第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12活动连接,伸缩管13d的另一端与第一支撑杆211及第二支撑杆221活动连接且与第一扶手管11及第二扶手管12的转动支点具有大于零的预设距离。
示例性的,如图1至图27所示,第一扶手管11包括第一扶手部、第一扶手杆及第一固定部,第一扶手杆相对的两端上分别设有第一安装部和第二转动部,第一扶手部穿设在第一安装部上并通过第一固定部调节其伸出第一扶手杆的长度,第一转动部可转动安装在第一支撑杆211上的转动连接部24上。
在本实施方式中,第二扶手管12的结构与第一扶手管11的结构相同,其包括第二扶手部122、第二扶手杆121及第二固定部123,第二扶手杆相对的两端上分别设有第二安装部和第二转动部124,第二扶手部122穿设在第二安装部上并通过第二固定部123调节其伸出第二扶手杆121的长度,第二转动部124可转动安装在第二支撑杆221上的转动连接部24上。
在一个可选的实施方式中,脚踏组件300包括脚踏件301和脚踏支撑件302,脚踏支撑件302具有第一段3021、第二段3022和第三段3023,其中,第一段3021与第二段3022呈预设夹角设置在第三连接段3023的两端,脚踏件301与第一段3021转动连接,第二段3022转动连接在第一支撑杆211靠近第一滚轮215件的一端及第二支撑杆222靠近第二滚轮225件的一端。
示例性的,脚踏组件300包括第一脚踏组件,第一脚踏组件包括第一脚踏件和第一脚踏支撑件,第一脚踏支撑件具有第一连接段、第二连接段和第三连接段,第一连接段与第二连接段呈预设夹角设置在第三连接段的两端,第一脚踏件与第一连接段转动连接,第二连接段转动连接在第一支撑杆靠近第一滚轮件的一端。
示例性的,脚踏组件300包括第二脚踏组件,第二脚踏组件包括第二脚踏件和第二脚踏支撑件,第二脚踏支撑件具有第一衔接段、第二衔接段和第三衔接段,第一衔接段与第二衔接段呈预设夹角设置在第三衔接段的两端,第二脚踏件与第一衔接段转动连接,第二衔接段转动连接在第二支撑杆靠近第二滚轮件的一端。
在本实施方式中,脚踏组件300还包括脚踏调节块304和脚踏调节杆305,第一段3021上间隔设置有脚踏调节孔,脚踏调节块304穿设在第一段3021上,脚踏调节杆305穿过脚踏调节块304及脚踏调节孔并与脚踏件301转动连接,用于调节脚踏件301在第一段3021上的高度,以适应用户脚踏的高度。
其中,脚踏组件300还包括脚踏转动套303,第二段3022转动连接在第一支撑杆211及第二支撑杆222上,脚踏转动套303连接在第二段3022与第一支撑杆211及第二段3022与第二支撑杆222之间,以便脚踏件301能够顺畅从相对于第一车架21及第二车架22处于展开状态收回至折叠状态。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第一车架21包括与第一定距杆212在高度方向间隔设置的第一连接杆213,第二车架22包括与第二定距杆222在高度方向间隔设置的第二连接杆223,靠背组件400转动连接在第一连接杆213与第二连接杆223之间。
示例性的,第一车架21包括第一衔接杆214,第二车架22包括第二衔接杆224,第一连接杆213、第一定距杆212及第一支撑杆211沿第一衔接杆214的高度方向间隔设置,第二连接杆223、第二定距杆222及第二支撑杆222沿第二衔接杆224的高度方向间隔设置。
其中,第一衔接杆214的结构与第二衔接杆224的结构相同并呈弧形弯折形状,第一连接杆213和第一支撑杆211设置在第一衔接杆214的两端,第二连接杆223和第二支撑杆222设置在第二衔接杆224的两端,靠背组件400转动连接在第一连接杆213及第二连接杆223上,用于调整靠背组件400的朝向,以便用户能够在轮椅状态时依靠在靠背组件400上,而在非轮椅状态时则可以朝向另一侧,以腾出足够的空间辅助使用者站立。
在一个可选的实施方式中,靠背组件400具有呈弧形的后表面401,后表面401的两端分别与第一连接杆213及第二连接杆223转动连接,且后表面401内凹的深度与第一连接杆213及第二连接杆223的长度相适配,即在靠背30从其中一个方向转到另一个方向时,后表面31不会突出第一连接杆213及第二连接杆223,同时又可以确保有足够的弧形供用户依靠。
在本实施方式中,靠背组件400包括靠背连接部402,后表面401的两端通过靠背连接部402分别与第一连接杆213及第二连接杆223连接。
应该说明的是,第一连接杆213和第二连接杆223可以为弧形结构,弧形结构的一端与第一衔接杆214及第二衔接杆224连接,后表面401的两端连接在弧形结构的另一端上,其中,后表面401的深度与弧形结构的最远端与最近端的最小距离相适配。
此外,靠背组件400的两端还可以连接在第二扶手管12与第一扶手管11上,即第一车架21及第二车架22上可以不需要设置第一连接杆213及第二连接杆223。
在一个可选的实施方式中,坐垫组件200包括坐垫201和收纳结构202,收纳结构202与坐垫201连接,两者可以采用织布材料制成。其中,坐垫201固定在第一交叉杆231和第二交叉杆232上,其上设有拉手,用于实现助行器的快速折叠。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第一滚轮件215包括第一前轮和第一后轮,第一前轮和第一后轮分别设置在第一支撑杆211的两端,且第一后轮的直径大于或等于第一前轮的直径。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第二滚轮件225包括第二前轮和第二后轮,所述第二前轮和第二后轮分别设置在第二支撑杆221的两端,且第二后轮的直径大于或等于第二前轮的直径。

一种助行器,其中,包括架体、脚踏组件、靠背组件和坐垫组件,所述架体包括第一车架、第二车架和连接架,所述坐垫组件设置在所述连接架上,所述第一车架通过所述连接架与所述第二车架连接并能够朝所述第二车架折叠,所述脚踏组件转动连接或可拆卸安装在所述第一车架及第二车架上并位于所述连接架的下方,所述靠背组件转动连接或可拆卸安装在所述第一车架及第二车架上并位于所述连接架的上方;
其中,所述第一车架上转动连接有第一扶手管,所述第二车架上转动连接有第二扶手管,所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管具有与所述架体放置的支撑面形成第一夹角的第一倾斜状态和与所述支撑面形成第二夹角的第二倾斜状态,所述第一夹角在80°-90°的范围内,所述第二夹角在65°-75°的范围内。
本申请设计了一种助行器,包括架体、脚踏组件和坐垫组件,架体上转动连接有第一扶手管和第二扶手管,以便第一扶手管及第二扶手管能够相对于架体在第一倾斜状态与第二倾斜状态相互切换并进行固定,使得助行器具有不同的使用状态,从而可以满足用户的多方面需求,使用户感到舒适、满意,可以更方便的操作第一扶手管与第二扶手管,进而提高了用户的体验度。

Claims (29)

  1. 一种助行器,其中,包括架体、脚踏组件、靠背组件和坐垫组件,所述架体包括第一车架、第二车架和连接架,所述坐垫组件设置在所述连接架上,所述第一车架通过所述连接架与所述第二车架连接并能够朝所述第二车架折叠,所述脚踏组件转动连接或可拆卸安装在所述第一车架及第二车架上并位于所述连接架的下方,所述靠背组件转动连接或可拆卸安装在所述第一车架及第二车架上并位于所述连接架的上方;
    其中,所述第一车架上转动连接有第一扶手管,所述第二车架上转动连接有第二扶手管,所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管具有与所述架体放置的支撑面形成第一夹角的第一倾斜状态和与所述支撑面形成第二夹角的第二倾斜状态,所述第一夹角在80°-90°的范围内,所述第二夹角在65°-75°的范围内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的助行器,其中,所述连接架包括交叉设置并能够在交叉位置相对转动的第一交叉杆和第二交叉杆,所述第一交叉杆和第二交叉杆的一端与所述第一车架连接,所述第一交叉杆和第二交叉杆的另一端与所述第二车架连接,所述坐垫组件的两端分别连接在所述第一交叉杆与第二交叉杆上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的助行器,其中,所述第一交叉杆与所述第二交叉杆的中部设有交叉杆铰接点,所述第一交叉杆与第二交叉杆能够绕交叉杆铰接点进行展开或折叠。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的助行器,其中,所述连接架还包括第一连接块和第二连接块,所述第一车架及所述第二车架上均设有第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一交叉杆和所述第二交叉杆的一端与所述第二连接部转动连接,所述第一交叉杆的另一端通过所述第一连接块与所述第一连接部转动连接,所述第二交叉杆的另一端通过所述第二连接块与第一连接部转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的助行器,其中,所述第一车架包括设置有第一滚轮件的第一支撑杆,所述第二车架包括设置有第二滚轮件的第二支撑杆,所述第一扶手管转动连接在所述第一支撑杆的中部,所述第二扶手管转动连接在所述第二支撑杆的中部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的助行器,其中,所述第一滚轮件和所述第二滚轮件的数量为两个,两个所述第一滚轮件对应设置在所述第一支撑杆的两端,所述第一扶手管设置在两个所述第一滚轮件之间,两个所述第二滚轮件对应设置在所述第二支撑杆的两端,所述第二扶手管设置在两个所述第二滚轮件之间。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的助行器,其中,所述第一车架上设有第一调节件,所述第一调节件与所述第一扶手管连接,用于在被操作时使第一扶手管在第一倾斜状态与第二倾斜状态之间相互切换;和/或,
    所述第二车架上设有第二调节件,所述第二调节件与所述第二扶手管连接,用于在被操作时使第二扶手管在第一倾斜状态与第二倾斜状态之间相互切换。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的助行器,其中,所述第一扶手管与所述第二扶手管相对于所述第一车架及所述第二车架的倾斜状态相同。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的助行器,其中,所述第一车架包括第一定距杆,所述第一定距杆与所述第一支撑杆沿所述第一车架的高度方向间隔设置,所述第一扶手管通过所述第一调节件与所述第一定距杆活动连接;和/或,
    所述第二车架包括第二定距杆,所述第二定距杆与第二支撑杆沿所述第一车架的高度方向间隔设置,所述第二扶手管通过所述第二调节件与所述第二定距杆活动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的助行器,其中,所述第一调节件和第二调节件上具有第一调节位置和第二调节位置,在所述第一扶手管和所述第二扶手管固定在所述第一调节位置时,所述第一扶手管和所述第二扶手管处于第一倾斜状态;在所述第一扶手管和所述第二扶手管固定在所述第二调节位置时,所述第一扶手管和所述第二扶手管处于第二倾斜状态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的助行器,其中,所述第一调节件和第二调节件包括与第一定距杆及第二定距杆连接的连接结构,所述连接结构具有所述第一调节位置和第二调节位置,所述第一调节位置与第二调节位置连通并形成调节轨道,所述调节轨道与所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管之间连接有限位件,用将所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管限制在所述第一调节位置或第二调节位置上;或,
    所述第一调节件和第二调节件包括伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的一端与所述第一定距杆及第二定距杆连接,所述伸缩杆的伸缩端与所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管之间设有滑套结构,所述滑套结构能够在所述伸缩杆的作用下沿所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管的长度方向滑动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的助行器,其中,所述限位件包括调节螺丝,所述调节螺丝穿过所述调节轨道后与所述第一扶手管及所述第二扶手管连接。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的助行器,其中,所述第一调节件和第二调节件包括与第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆连接的转动台,所述转动台上设有转动轨道,所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管与所述转动台转动连接并能够沿所述转动轨道移动;和/或,
    所述第一调节件和第二调节件包括伸缩管,所述伸缩管的一端与所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管活动连接,所述伸缩管的另一端与所述第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆活动连接且与所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管的转动支点具有大于零的预设距离。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的助行器,其中,所述第一扶手管包括第一扶手部、第一扶手杆及第一固定部,所述第一扶手杆相对的两端上分别设有第一安装部和第二转动部,所述第一扶手部穿设在所述第一安装部上,并通过所述第一固定部调节其伸出所述第一扶手杆的长度,所述第一转动部可转动安装在所述第一支撑杆上的转动连接部上。

  17. 根据权利要求16所述的助行器,其中,所述第一车架包括第一衔接杆,所述第二车架包括第二衔接杆,所述第一连接杆、第一定距杆及第一支撑杆沿所述第一衔接杆的高度方向间隔设置,所述第二连接杆、第二定距杆及第二支撑杆沿所述第二衔接杆的高度方向间隔设置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的助行器,其中,所述第一衔接杆的结构与所述第二衔接杆的结构相同并呈弧形弯折形状,所述第一连接杆和第一支撑杆设置在所述第一衔接杆的两端,所述第二连接杆和所述第二支撑杆设置在所述第二衔接杆的两端,所述靠背组件转动连接在所述第一连接杆及第二连接杆上。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的助行器,其中,所述靠背组件具有呈弧形的后表面,所述后表面的两端分别与所述第一连接杆及第二连接杆转动连接,且所述后表面内凹的深度与所述第一连接杆及第二连接杆的长度相适配。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的助行器,其中,所述靠背组件包括靠背连接部,所述后表面的两端通过靠背连接部分别与第一连接杆及第二连接杆连接。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的助行器,其中,所述第一连接杆和第二连接杆为弧形结构,所述弧形结构的一端与第一衔接杆及第二衔接杆连接,所述后表面的两端连接在弧形结构的另一端上。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的助行器,其中,所述后表面的深度与所述弧形结构的最远端与最近端的最小距离相适配。
  23. 根据权利要求3所述的助行器,其中,所述脚踏组件3包括脚踏件和脚踏支撑件,所述脚踏支撑件具有第一段、第二段和第三段,所述第一段与第二段呈预设夹角设置在第三连接段的两端,所述脚踏件与第一段转动连接,所述第二段转动连接在第一支撑杆靠近第一滚轮件的一端及第二支撑杆靠近第二滚轮件的一端;和/或,
    所述脚踏组件包括第二脚踏组件,第二脚踏组件包括第二脚踏件和第二脚踏支撑件,所述第二脚踏支撑件具有第一衔接段、第二衔接段和第三衔接段,所述第一衔接段与第二衔接段呈预设夹角设置在第三衔接段的两端,所述第二脚踏件与第一衔接段转动连接,所述第二衔接段转动连接在第二支撑杆靠近第二滚轮件的一端。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的助行器,其中,所述脚踏组件还包括脚踏调节块和脚踏调节杆,所述第一段上间隔设置有脚踏调节孔,所述脚踏调节块穿设在第一段上,所述脚踏调节杆穿过脚踏调节块及脚踏调节孔并与脚踏件转动连接,用于所述调节脚踏件在第一段上的高度。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的助行器,其中,所述脚踏组件还包括脚踏转动套,所述第二段转动连接在第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆上,所述脚踏转动套连接在第二段与第一支撑杆及第二段与第二支撑杆之间。
  26. 根据权利要求5所述的助行器,其中,所述第一滚轮件包括第一前轮和第一后轮,所述第一前轮和第一后轮分别设置在第一支撑杆的两端,且所述第一后轮的直径大于或等于所述第一前轮的直径;和/或,
    所述第二滚轮件包括第二前轮和第二后轮,所述第二前轮和第二后轮分别设置在第二支撑杆的两端,且所述第二后轮的直径大于或等于所述第二前轮的直径。
  27. 一种助行器,其中,包括架体、靠背组件和坐垫组件,所述架体包括第一车架、第二车架和连接架,所述坐垫组件设置在所述连接架上,所述第一车架通过所述连接架与所述第二车架连接并能够朝所述第二车架折叠,所述靠背组件转动连接或可拆卸安装在所述第一车架及第二车架上并位于所述连接架的上方;
    其中,所述第一车架上转动连接有第一扶手管,所述第二车架上转动连接有第二扶手管,所述第一扶手管及第二扶手管具有与所述架体放置的支撑面形成第一夹角的第一倾斜状态和与所述支撑面形成第二夹角的第二倾斜状态,其中,所述第一扶手管与所述第二扶手管相对于所述第一车架及所述第二车架的倾斜状态相同;
    其中,所述第一车架上设有第一调节件,所述第一调节件与所述第一扶手管连接,用于在被操作时使第一扶手管在第一倾斜状态与第二倾斜状态之间相互切换;
    所述第二车架上设有第二调节件,所述第二调节件与所述第二扶手管连接,用于在被操作时使第二扶手管在第一倾斜状态与第二倾斜状态之间相互切换。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的助行器,其中,所述第一夹角在80°-90°的范围内,所述第二夹角在65°-75°的范围内。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的助行器,其中,所述第一车架包括设置有第一滚轮件的第一支撑杆,所述第二车架包括设置有第二滚轮件的第二支撑杆,所述第一扶手管转动连接在所述第一支撑杆的中部,所述第二扶手管转动连接在所述第二支撑杆的中部。
