通过采用上述技术方案,当加工头的温度过高时,启动马达,马达就会带动扇叶进行转动,扇叶的转动就会对加工头进行吹风降温,提高加工头的使用寿命。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明通过设置控制台、工作台、竖板、移动框、活动板、加工头、安装架、气缸、移动板、第一电动推杆、清理刷、电机、丝杆和第二电动推杆等结构,启动电机,电机的运作就会带动丝杆进行转动,丝杆的转动就会通过螺纹作用来对滑块施加作用力,滑块受到作用力就会做竖直方向运动,滑块的运动就会带动移动框做竖直方向运动,启动第二电动推杆,第二电动推杆的运作就会带动活动板进行运动,活动板的运动就会带动加工头进行运动,当加工头调节到指定位置时,通过加工头来对零部件进行加工,当加工完成后,会有碎屑遗留在工作台上,此时,启动气缸,气缸的运作就会带动移动板进行运动,移动板的运动就会带动第一电动推杆进行运动,第一电动推杆的运动就会带动清理刷进行运动,再启动第一电动推杆,使清理刷 贴合到工作台上,使清理刷来对工作台上的碎屑进行清理,通过上述结构可以对零部件加工后产生的碎屑进行自动清理,减轻清洁人员的负担,从而,提高设备的适用性。
(2)本发明通过设置吸尘器、吸尘管、吸尘头和连接杆等结构,启动吸尘器,吸尘器的运作就会对吸尘管进行吸器,吸尘管就会通过吸尘头来对激起的粉尘进行吸收,防止粉尘被工作人员吸收,危害工作人员的身体健康,从而,提高设备的实用性。
(3)本发明通过设置安装板、马达和扇叶等结构,当加工头的温度过高时,启动马达,马达就会带动扇叶进行转动,扇叶的转动就会对加工头进行吹风降温,提高加工头的使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,一种带有自动排屑功能的数控立式钻床,包括控制台1,控制台1上端固定安装有工作台2,控制台1上端固定连接有竖板3,竖板3一侧的侧壁上滑动连接有移动框4,竖板3上安装有用于驱使移动框4做竖直方向运动的升降组件,升降组件包括滑块16,竖板3一侧的侧壁上开设有滑槽17,滑块16滑动连接在滑槽17上,竖板3上端安装有电机18,电机18输出端贯穿竖板3的顶端并向下延伸且通过联轴器连接有丝杆19,丝杆19下端转动连接在滑槽17对应的侧壁上,滑块16的一端穿过滑槽17槽口并连接在移动框4,启动电机18,电机18的运作就会带动丝杆19进行转动,丝杆19的转动就会通过螺纹作用来对滑块16施加作用力,滑块16受到作用力就会做竖直方向运动,滑块16的运动就会带动移动框4做竖直方向运动。
具体的,参阅图2-3和图5-6,移动框4内滑动连接有活动板5,移动框4内安装有用于驱使活动板5做水平运动的移动组件,移动组件包括固定安装在移动框4内侧壁上的第二电动推杆20,第二电动推杆20伸缩端 连接在活动板5上,启动第二电动推杆20,第二电动推杆20的运作就会带动活动板5进行运动,活动板5的运动就会带动加工头6进行运动,移动框4内侧壁上对称连接有两根导向杆21,且两根导向杆21贯穿活动板5设置,且活动板5滑动连接在导向杆21上,对活动板5进行限位,提高活动板5运动的稳定性。
具体的,参阅图2-3、图4和图7,活动板5下端固定安装有加工头6,移动框4一侧的外侧壁上连接有安装板24,安装板24一侧的侧壁上安装有马达25,马达25输出端贯穿安装板24的侧壁上并向外延伸且通过联轴器连接有扇叶26,且扇叶26位于加工头6的位置,当加工头6的温度过高时,启动马达25,马达25就会带动扇叶26进行转动,扇叶26的转动就会对加工头6进行吹风降温,提高加工头6的使用寿命,控制台1一侧的侧壁上连接有截面为L型的安装架7,安装架7一侧的侧壁上固定安装有气缸8,气缸8活塞端固定连接有移动板9,移动板9下端固定安装有第一电动推杆10,第一电动推杆10伸缩端连接有清理刷11,移动板9上安装有吸尘组件,在使用时,将需要加工的零部件放入到工作台2上,通过电机18、丝杆19和第二电动推杆20来调节加工头6的位置,当加工头6调节到指定位置时,通过加工头6来对零部件进行加工,当加工完成后,会有碎屑遗留在工作台2上,此时,启动气缸8,气缸8的运作就会带动移动板9进行运动,移动板9的运动就会带动第一电动推杆10进行运动,第一电动推杆10的运动就会带动清理刷11进行运动,再启动第一电动推杆10,使清理刷11贴合到工作台2上,使清理刷11来对工作台2上的碎屑进行清理,通过上结构可以对零部件加工后产生的碎屑进行自动清理, 减轻清洁人员的负担,从而,提高设备的适用性。
控制台1两侧对称的侧壁上均安装有收集盒22,且两个收集盒22位于工作台2两侧位置,对清理的碎屑进行收集,提高设备的清洁度,工作台2与两个收集盒22之间共同设置有两个斜板23,斜板23安装在控制台1上,方便将碎屑引入到收集盒22
具体的,请参阅图3-5,吸尘组件包括固定安装在移动板9上端的吸尘器12,吸尘器12两侧对称的侧壁上安装有吸尘管13,吸尘管13另一端连接有吸尘头14,且两个吸尘头14位于清理刷11两侧的位置,启动吸尘器12,吸尘器12的运作就会对吸尘管13进行吸器,吸尘管13就会通过吸尘头14来对激起的粉尘进行吸收,防止粉尘被工作人员吸收,危害工作人员的身体健康,从而,提高设备的实用性,移动板9下端对称连接有两个连接杆15,连接杆15另一端连接在吸尘头14上,对吸尘头14进行固定,防止吸尘头14发生晃动。
工作原理:在使用时,将需要加工的零部件放入到工作台2上,通启动第二电动推杆20,第二电动推杆20的运作就会带动活动板5进行运动,活动板5的运动就会带动加工头6进行运动,启动电机18,电机18的运作就会带动丝杆19进行转动,丝杆19的转动就会通过螺纹作用来对滑块16施加作用力,滑块16受到作用力就会做竖直方向运动,滑块16的运动就会带动移动框4做竖直方向运动,当加工头6调节到指定位置时,通过加工头6来对零部件进行加工,当加工完成后,会有碎屑遗留在工作台2上,此时,启动气缸8,气缸8的运作就会带动移动板9进行运动,移动板9的运动就会带动第一电动推杆10进行运动,第一电动推杆10的运动 就会带动清理刷11进行运动,再启动第一电动推杆10,使清理刷11贴合到工作台2上,使清理刷11来对工作台2上的碎屑进行清理。
最后应说明的是:在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“竖直”、“上”、“下”、“水平”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,还需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

  1. 一种带有自动排屑功能的数控立式钻床,包括控制台(1),其特征在于:所述控制台(1)上端安装有工作台(2),所述控制台(1)上端连接有竖板(3),所述竖板(3)一侧的侧壁上滑动连接有移动框(4),所述竖板(3)上安装有用于驱使移动框(4)做竖直方向运动的升降组件,所述移动框(4)内滑动连接有活动板(5),所述移动框(4)内安装有用于驱使活动板(5)做水平运动的移动组件,所述活动板(5)下端安装有加工头(6),所述控制台(1)一侧的侧壁上连接有截面为L型的安装架(7),所述安装架(7)一侧的侧壁上安装有气缸(8),所述气缸(8)活塞端连接有移动板(9),所述移动板(9)下端安装有第一电动推杆(10),所述第一电动推杆(10)伸缩端连接有清理刷(11),所述移动板(9)上安装有吸尘组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动排屑功能的数控立式钻床,其特征在于:所述吸尘组件包括固定安装在移动板(9)上端的吸尘器(12),所述吸尘器(12)两侧对称的侧壁上安装有吸尘管(13),所述吸尘管(13)另一端连接有吸尘头(14),且两个吸尘头(14)位于清理刷(11)两侧的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带有自动排屑功能的数控立式钻床,其特征在于:所述移动板(9)下端对称连接有两个连接杆(15),所述连接杆(15)另一端连接在吸尘头(14)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动排屑功能的数控立式钻床,其特征在于:所述升降组件包括滑块(16),所述竖板(3)一侧的侧壁上开设有滑槽(17),所述滑块(16)滑动连接在滑槽(17)上,所述竖板(3) 上端安装有电机(18),所述电机(18)输出端贯穿竖板(3)的顶端并向下延伸且通过联轴器连接有丝杆(19),所述丝杆(19)下端转动连接在滑槽(17)对应的侧壁上,所述滑块(16)的一端穿过滑槽(17)槽口并连接在移动框(4)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动排屑功能的数控立式钻床,其特征在于:所述移动组件包括固定安装在移动框(4)内侧壁上的第二电动推杆(20),所述第二电动推杆(20)伸缩端连接在活动板(5)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种带有自动排屑功能的数控立式钻床,其特征在于:所述移动框(4)内侧壁上对称连接有两根导向杆(21),且两根导向杆(21)贯穿活动板(5)设置,且活动板(5)滑动连接在导向杆(21)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动排屑功能的数控立式钻床,其特征在于:所述控制台(1)两侧对称的侧壁上均安装有收集盒(22),且两个收集盒(22)位于工作台(2)两侧位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种带有自动排屑功能的数控立式钻床,其特征在于:所述工作台(2)与两个收集盒(22)之间共同设置有两个斜板(23),所述斜板(23)安装在控制台(1)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动排屑功能的数控立式钻床,其特征在于:所述移动框(4)一侧的外侧壁上连接有安装板(24),所述安装板(24)一侧的侧壁上安装有马达(25),所述马达(25)输出端贯穿安装板(24)的侧壁上并向外延伸且通过联轴器连接有扇叶(26),且扇叶(26)位于加工头(6)的位置。
