- an isolated power supply 42 is set between the redundant power supply submodule and the CAN protocol transceiver 11 to protect the CAN protocol transceiver 11 and provide the isolated power supply 42 for the CAN protocol transceiver 11.
- the power conversion module 43 is configured to provide the power required for operation to the protocol conversion module 2, the drive module 321, the port physical layer 311, the first optoelectronic module 312, and the second optoelectronic module 322.
- the power input interface is configured to receive input of an external power supply, and the multiple power input interfaces are mutually redundant. When one of the power input interfaces fails, it automatically switches to other power input interfaces for power input.
- the conversion device in the present application can realize multiple working modes.
- the conversion modes of the conversion device in the present application are described below:
- One way, for example, is to convert CAN protocol data into IEC 60044-8 protocol:
- the CAN protocol communication interface receives CAN protocol data, and multiple CAN protocol transceivers 11 are redundant. When any one of them fails, it will switch to another one, and transmit it to the control unit 23, the programmable logic gate array 24, the custom protocol conversion submodule 242, and the drive module 321 in sequence. Finally, multiple second photoelectric modules 3221 are mutually redundant, and when any one of them fails, it will automatically switch to another output.
- the first working mode in the transmission process can be set to: transparent transmission mode or mapping mode according to the configuration file; the second working mode is set to: immediate transmission, change transmission or cache transmission, etc.; the CAN protocol communication interface supports baud rate setting, message filtering, numerical linear change and other functions through the configuration file.
- One way, for example, is to convert CAN protocol data to IEC 60044-8 protocol data:
- the CAN protocol communication interface is set to include a first CAN protocol communication interface and a second CAN protocol communication interface; the custom protocol data interface includes a first custom protocol data interface and a second custom protocol data interface; wherein the first CAN protocol communication interface corresponds to the first custom protocol data interface, and the second CAN protocol communication interface corresponds to the second custom protocol data interface, that is, the transmission paths are independent of each other.
- the transmission process is: the first CAN protocol communication interface receives CAN protocol data, and finally outputs IEC 60044-8 protocol data through the first custom protocol data interface; the second CAN protocol communication interface receives CAN protocol data, and finally outputs IEC 60044-8 protocol data through the second custom protocol data interface.
- One way for example, is to convert CAN protocol data to IEC 61850MMS protocol data as an example:
- the multiple CAN protocol data communication interfaces are mutually redundant, and the CAN protocol data is input from the CAN protocol data communication interface and output from the Ethernet protocol data communication interface.
- the control unit 23 uses a heterogeneous dual-core ARM processor, one ARM core runs a Linux operating system, and the other ARM core runs a real-time operating system.
- the Linux kernel loads the ICD model file required for the MMS protocol to run, and transmits the configuration file to the real-time kernel through shared memory.
- the real-time kernel parses the configuration file and sets the CAN interface (for example, baud rate, message filtering, and protocol mapping).
- the real-time kernel receives the CAN message, parses the message according to the configuration file, converts it into variables in the MMS model file, and transmits it to the Linux kernel through shared memory.
- Linux The MMS driver sends the data through the Ethernet protocol data communication interface; similarly, when the Ethernet protocol data communication interface receives data, it can be converted into CAN protocol data and sent out through the CAN protocol data communication interface.
- the set custom protocol data interface includes a first custom protocol data interface, a second custom protocol data interface and a third custom protocol data interface.
- the transmission process is: custom protocol data interface routing mode, when the protocol conversion module 2 receives the custom protocol data from the first custom protocol data interface or the second custom protocol data interface, it forwards it to the third custom protocol data interface; conversely, it is also possible to implement the third custom protocol data interface sending the received data to the first custom protocol data interface or the second custom protocol data interface, wherein the communication protocol can be selected from IEC 60044-8, serial port, etc.
- the embodiment of the present application also provides a substation, including the conversion device in any of the above embodiments. It can be understood that the substation has the beneficial effects of the conversion device provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the specific description of the conversion device in the above embodiments can be referred to, and this embodiment will not be repeated here.
