Description

作業車両
 本発明は、作業車両に関する。本出願は、2023年6月30日出願の日本出願第2023-107681号に基づく優先権を主張し、前記日本出願に記載された全ての内容を援用するものである。
 特許文献1に、水素ガスを溜めるタンクと、燃料電池と、モータとを有する作業車両が開示されている。燃料電池は、タンクの水素ガスを用いて電力を発生させ、モータは、その電力で回転する。作業車両は、モータの回転力を駆動力として走行する。

 本開示の一態様に係る作業車両は、車体と、水素ガスを溜めるタンクを有し前記車体に設けられるタンクユニットと、前記車体に搭載されている燃料電池と、前記タンクと前記燃料電池とを繋ぐ水素ガス用の配管と、を有し、前記タンクユニットの下部に、前記タンクと繋がる前記配管が通る配管領域が設けられている。

 <本開示が解決しようとする課題>
 水素ガスを溜めるタンクは、車体の上方に設けられる。燃料電池、及び水素ガスを充填するための充填口等の水素用搭載品は、車体に搭載される。タンクと水素用搭載品とは、配管によって接続される。配管はできるだけ短くすることが好ましい。
 そこで、本開示では、水素ガスを溜めるタンクと繋がる配管をできるだけ短くすることが可能となる作業車両を提供することを目的とする。
 <本開示の効果>
 本開示の作業車両によれば、水素ガス用の配管をできるだけ短くすることが可能となる。
 <本開示の実施形態の概要>
 以下、本開示の実施形態の概要を列記して説明する。
 (1)本実施形態の作業車両は、車体と、水素ガスを溜めるタンクを有し前記車体に設けられるタンクユニットと、前記車体に搭載されている燃料電池と、前記タンクと前記燃料電池とを繋ぐ水素ガス用の配管と、を有し、前記タンクユニットの下部に、前記タンクと繋がる前記配管が通る配管領域が設けられている。
 前記構成を有する作業車両によれば、タンクユニットは、車体の上に設けられる。タンクユニットの下部に、前記配管領域が設けられている。タンクユニットにおける前記配管領域を、車体に搭載されている燃料電池にできるだけ近づけ、水素ガス用の配管をできるだけ短くすることが可能となる。
 (2)好ましくは、前記作業車両は、前記配管として、前記タンクユニットの下部でかつ前部の前記配管領域を通って前記燃料電池に繋がる前配管を有する。
 前記構成によれば、タンクから燃料電池に繋がる前配管をできるだけ、短くすることが可能となる。
 (3)好ましくは、前記(1)又は(2)の作業車両は、充填部を有し、前記タンクユニットの下部でかつ後部の前記配管領域を通って前記充填部に繋がる後ろ配管を有する。
 前記構成によれば、充填部からタンクに繋がる後ろ配管をできるだけ、短くすることが可能となる。
 (4)好ましくは、前記(2)の作業車両において、前記車体は、前記車体の前寄りに位置する搭載品を覆うカバーを有し、前記カバーは、前記前配管を通過させる開口部を有する。
 前記構成によれば、前配管は、カバーを迂回しないで済み、前配管をできるだけ効率よくレイアウトすることが可能となる。
 (5)好ましくは、(1)から(4)のいずれか一つの作業車両は、前記車体に前記タンクユニットを搭載するための搭載フレームを有し、前記配管は、前記搭載フレームが有する柱状のフレーム材の一部に沿って取り付けられる。
 前記構成によれば、タンクユニットから前記水素用搭載品までの間において、搭載フレームが、配管を支えるために用いられる。
 (6)好ましくは、前記(5)の作業車両は、前記配管を前記フレーム材の一部に固定するためのクランプ部材を有する。
 クランプ部材により、配管は、フレーム材に固定され、位置ずれしない。
 (7)又は、好ましくは、前記(5)の作業車両において、前記フレーム材は、中空の管状部材であり、前記配管の少なくとも一部は、前記管状部材の中を通る。
 前記構成によれば、フレーム材(管状部材)は、配管を保護するカバーとして機能する。
 (8)好ましくは、前記(3)の作業車両は、前記車体に連結されているフレームを有し、前記フレームは、前記後ろ配管を前記フレームの一部に取り付けるためのクランプ部材を有し、前記フレームは、前記充填部を取り付けるための取り付け部を有する。
 前記構成によれば、車体に連結されているフレームは、後ろ配管のクランプ部材による固定用部材であると共に、充填部の取り付け用部材である。
 (9)好ましくは、前記(8)の作業車両において、前記フレームは、前記車体に前記タンクを搭載するための搭載フレームの一部である。
 前記構成によれば、タンクユニットを車体に搭載するための搭載フレームは、水素ガスの充填部を車体に取り付けるための部材としても用いられる。
 (10)好ましくは、前記(1)から(9)のいずれか一つの作業車両において、前記配管は、一部に可撓性配管を有する。
 前記構成によれば、作業車両に対する配管の取り付けが容易となる。配管の取り付け後、振動等によって配管に外力が作用しても、それを吸収することが可能となる。
 (11)好ましくは、前記(1)から(10)のいずれか一つの作業車両は、前記タンクより後ろに位置する水素ガスの充填部と、前記タンクより前に位置する前記燃料電池と、前記充填部と前記タンクとを繋ぐ後ろ配管と、前記タンクと前記燃料電池とを繋ぐ前配管と、
を有し、前記後ろ配管のための前記配管領域は、車幅方向の前記第一側に位置し、前記前配管のための前記配管領域は、車幅方向の前記第二側に位置する。
 前記構成によれば、充填部から充填された水素ガスは、車幅方向の第一側の配管領域を通過する後ろ配管を通って、タンクに供給される。タンクから、水素ガスは、車幅方向の他方側の配管領域を通過する前配管を通って、燃料電池に供給される。タンクユニットにおいて、後ろ配管及び前配管を効率よくレイアウトすることが可能となる。
<本開示の実施形態の詳細>
 以下、図面を参照して、本開示の実施形態の詳細を説明する。なお、以下に記載する実施形態の少なくとも一部を任意に組み合わせてもよい。
〔作業車両の全体構成〕
 図1は、本開示の作業車両の実施の一形態を示す斜視図である。図2から図7は、図1に示す作業車両の正面図、背面図、側面図(左側面図)、側面図(右側面図)、平面図、及び底面図である。
 本実施形態の作業車両10は、農作業に用いることが可能である車両であり、図1に示す作業車両10は、トラクタである。作業車両は、トラクタに限定されない。例えば、本発明に係る作業車両は、トラクタ以外の農業機械、建設機械、ユーティリティビークル等であってもよい。
 本開示の作業車両10の方向について定義する。作業車両10が前進する方向を前、作業車両10が後退する方向を後ろ、前方を向いて左側を左、前方を向いて右側を右と定義する。前後方向に直交する左右方向を車幅方向と定義する。前後方向及び車幅方向(左右方向)の双方に直交する方向を上下方向と定義する。上下方向は、高さ方向とも呼ばれる。
 各図において、直交三次元座標が示されていて、前の方向を、矢印X1で示し、後ろの方向を、矢印X2で示す。左の方向を、矢印Y1で示し、右の方向を、矢印Y2で示す。上の方向を、矢印Z1で示し、下の方向を、矢印Z2で示す。
 図1に示す作業車両10は、車体11、車体11を走行可能に支持する走行装置12、運転席15、キャビン16、燃料を貯蔵するタンク13を有するタンクユニット21、及び、タンク13に貯蔵された燃料により駆動する駆動装置14を有する。前記燃料は水素であり、タンク13は、水素ガスを貯蔵する水素タンクである。本実施形態の作業車両10は、燃料電池車両(FCV;Fuel Cell Vehicle)であり、水素と酸素とを用いて燃料電池(燃料電池モジュール)24が発生する電力を用いて走行する。
 作業車両10は、駆動装置14として、燃料電池24、電池ユニット30、及び電動のモータ31を有する。電池ユニット30は、燃料電池24が発生する電力を蓄積する電池300を有し、蓄電した電力を、モータ31に供給する。作業車両10は、水素ガス用の配管(水素配管)22、及び充填部25(図3参照)を有する。充填部25は、作業車両10と別である水素ガス供給機(図示せず)の充填ノズルを接続する充填口(レセプタクル)26を有する。水素ガスは、充填口26から供給され、配管22(後ろ配管22r)を通じて、タンク13に供給される。タンク13の水素ガスは、配管22(前配管22f)を通じて、燃料電池24に供給される。充填部25、及び配管22の具体的構成については、後に説明する。
 作業車両10は(図1参照)、搭載フレーム17、及び支持構造部37を有する。搭載フレーム17は、車体11にタンクユニット21(タンク13)を搭載するためのフレームである。支持構造部37は、電池ユニット30を車体11に支持させるための部品である。作業車両10は(図7参照)、排出経路35を有する。排出経路35は、燃料電池24の動作により発生した水又は水蒸気を外部に排出する。搭載フレーム17、支持構造部37、及び排出経路35の具体的構成については、後に説明する。
〔車体11〕
 車体11は、シャーシ41、ボンネット34、カバー111、後輪122を上から覆うフェンダ47を有する。
 シャーシ41は、走行装置12、駆動装置14、及びキャビン16を支持する。図8は、図1に示す作業車両10の一部を分解して示す斜視図である。シャーシ41は、車幅方向の中央に位置し、車両前後方向に長い形状を有する。シャーシ41は、シャーシ41の前部を構成する前フレーム32と、シャーシ41の後部を構成するギアケース33とを有する。前フレーム32は、金属製のフレーム材などを組み合わせて構成され、高い剛性を有する。ギアケース33は、金属製の箱体を有して構成される。ギアケース33は、前フレーム32の後部と結合されていて、ギアケース33と前フレーム32とにより車体11の骨格が形成される。
 前フレーム32は、モータ31を搭載する。ギアケース33は、内部にトランスミッション、クラッチ、デファレンシャルギヤ等の動力伝達機構333を有する。動力伝達機構333は、モータ31の出力軸の回転を、減速又は増速し、走行装置12(前輪121及び後輪122の一方又は双方)に出力する。
 ギアケース33は、車幅方向の中央に位置する主ケース337と、主ケース337の後部であって車幅方向の両側に位置する後輪122用の車軸ケース335とを有する。主ケース337及び車軸ケース335は、例えば鋳鋼製であり、高い剛性を有する。
 動力伝達機構333は、モータ31の動力の一部を、PTO軸334(図3参照)に出力する。PTO軸334は、ギアケース33の後部に設けられている出力軸である。作業車両10は、車体11の後ろに別機器を連結するための連結装置43を有する。PTO軸334は、連結装置43に連結された前記別機器にモータ31の動力を伝達する。前記別機器は、作業装置(図示せず)であり、インプルメントとも呼ばれる。作業装置は、モータ31の動力によって動作する。作業装置は、例えば、耕運機等である。
 図9は、作業車両10の左側面図であるが、ボンネット34、カバー111、タンクユニット21が有するタンクケース211の一部を外した状態を示す。車両前方から順に、第一ラジエータ48、燃料電池24、及び第二ラジエータ49が、この順で並んで、シャーシ41に搭載される。
 図4及び図9に示すように、ボンネット34、及びカバー111は、車体11の前寄りに位置する搭載品を覆う。ボンネット34は、燃料電池24及び第一ラジエータ48を、上から及び車幅方向の両側から覆う。カバー111は、燃料電池24の後ろに位置する第二ラジエータ49を、上から及び車幅方向の両側から覆う。
 第一ラジエータ48の上面48aは、燃料電池24の上面24aよりも低い。燃料電池24の上面24aは、第二ラジエータ49の上面49aよりも低い。
 カバー111の上面111aは、ボンネット34の上面34aよりも高いが、運転席15に座る作業者が操舵のために操作するステアリング151の上端よりも低い。ボンネット34の上面34aは、前に向かうにしたがって低くなる。このため、運転席15に座る作業者にとって、視界が妨げられ難い。
〔運転席15及びキャビン16〕
 運転席15及びキャビン16は、シャーシ41の上であって後ろ寄りの位置に設けられている(図1参照)。キャビン16は、運転席15を内部に有する。
 キャビン16は、運転席15よりも前方に位置する前柱162と、前柱162よりも後ろに位置する後ろ柱163と、運転席15よりも上に位置するルーフ164とを有する。前柱162は、運転席15の左前方及び右前方に設けられている。後ろ柱163は、運転席15の左後方及び右後方に設けられている。ルーフ164は、前柱162及び後ろ柱163によって支持される。
 キャビン16は、運転席15の前に位置するフロントガラス165を有する。フロントガラス165は、左右の前柱162の間に設けられている。キャビン16は、車幅方向両側に、開閉可能なドア166を有する。ドア166は、前柱162と後ろ柱163との間に設けられている。
 キャビン16の車体幅方向の一方側(左側)に、ステップ167が設けられている(図5参照)。ステップ167は、キャビン16に乗降する作業者が足を掛ける部材である。
 キャビン16の前に、カバー111及びボンネット34が設けられる。図2及び図6に示すように、カバー111及びボンネット34それぞれの車幅方向の寸法は、キャビン16の車幅方向の寸法よりも小さい。ボンネット34の車幅方向の寸法は、カバー111の車幅方向の寸法よりも小さい。
 本実施形態の作業車両10は、キャビン16を有するが、キャビン16を有していなくてもよい。作業車両10は、キャビン16の代わりに、キャノピやロプスを有していてもよい。作業車両10がキャビン16を有さない場合、タンクユニット21は、搭載フレーム17に支持されて運転席15の上方に位置する。
〔走行装置12〕
 走行装置12は、前輪121と後輪122とを有する(図6参照)。前輪121は、車体11の前部の左右に設けられている。後輪122は、車体11の後部の左右に設けられている。左右の後輪122の車幅方向の最大寸法は、左右の前輪121の車幅方向の最大寸法よりも大きい。左右の後輪122の車幅方向の最大寸法が、作業車両10の最大車幅寸法となる。
 前輪121及び後輪122のうちの一方又は双方が、モータ31の動力によって回転する。モータ31の動力により回転する前輪121及び後輪122のうちの一方又は双方(駆動輪)は、クローラ(無限軌道)であってもよい。
〔駆動装置14〕
 前記のとおり、駆動装置14は、燃料電池24、電池ユニット30、及びモータ31を有して構成される。
 燃料電池24は、車体11の前寄りにおいて、シャーシ41の上に位置する(図9参照)。モータ31は、燃料電池24の後ろに位置する(図8参照)。電池ユニット30は、車体11の車幅方向の外側寄りに位置する(図1参照)。電池ユニット30は、支持構造部37によって、シャーシ41に取り付けられる。
 燃料電池24は、水素ガスを燃料として電力を発生する。つまり、燃料電池24は、水素ガスにより発電し、モータ31を回転させるための電力を得る。燃料電池24は(図9参照)、略矩形箱状の電池ケーシング241と、電池ケーシング241の内部に設けられている燃料電池スタック242とを有する。燃料電池スタック242は、複数の電池セルを有する。電池セルは、正極の電極と負極の電極とを有する。複数の単セルが積層状態にある。電池セルそれぞれで発電した電力は、集約され、電池ユニット30に出力される。
 モータ31は、回転するロータと、複数のコイルを有するステータとを有する。モータ31の出力軸は、ギアケース33内の動力伝達機構333に連結される(図8参照)。モータ31は、燃料電池24の後ろで、かつ、第二ラジエータ49の下に位置する(図9参照)。
〔タンクユニット21〕
 タンクユニット21は、タンク13と、タンク13を収容するタンクケース211とを有する。タンク13は、略円筒状の高圧容器である。タンク13は、炭素繊維又はガラス繊維により強化された繊維強化樹脂等によって構成される。本実施形態の場合、3つのタンク13が、その円筒部の軸方向を車幅方向に平行として、タンクケース211に固定されている。タンク13の数は、3つに限定されない。
 タンクケース211は、単数又は複数のタンク13を収容可能な箱体である。タンクケース211は、収容するタンク13の全体を覆う箱形状を有する。タンクケース211は、開閉扉213(図1参照)を車幅方向の一方又は両方に有し、車幅方向で開口する。タンクケース211は、ルーフ164の上方において、ルーフ164と上下方向に間隔をあけて設置される。タンクケース211は、搭載フレーム17が有する上フレーム部171に固定される。タンクケース211は、アルミ又は鋼等の金属製であり、外部からの熱的及び物理的な影響に対して、タンク13を保護する。
 タンク13は、キャビン16(運転席15)の上方に配置される。このため、車体11における、燃料電池24、充填部25、モータ31、電池ユニット30の配置の自由度が高い。従来の内燃機関による作業車両を、本実施形態のような燃料電池24及びモータ31を有する作業車両10に改造する場合、各機器の配置構成を大幅に変更する必要がない。
 タンク13は、バルブユニット212(図9参照)を介して後ろ配管22r及び前配管22fに連結される。後ろ配管22rは(図3参照)、水素ガスの充填口26とバルブユニット212とを繋ぐガス導入管路であり、充填口26に導入される水素ガスをタンク13へ導く。前配管22fは(図2参照)、燃料電池24とバルブユニット212とを繋ぐガス導出管路であり、タンク13内に貯蔵された水素ガスを燃料電池24へ導く。タンク13は、車両外部から充填口26に導入される水素ガスを貯蔵し、燃料電池24に供給する。バルブユニット212は、開閉弁や減圧弁等を有しており、タンク13に貯蔵された水素ガスを所定の流量に調整し、前配管22fを通じて燃料電池24に導出する。
〔搭載フレーム17〕
 搭載フレーム17は(図1参照)、車体11にタンク13を搭載するためのフレーム構造体である。搭載フレーム17は、鋼製である。本実施形態の搭載フレーム17は、タンク13を支持する上フレーム部171と、上フレーム部171を支持するためのフレームとして、第一前フレーム部172、第二前フレーム部175、及び後ろフレーム部173を有する。上フレーム部171に、タンクケース211が取り付けられている。つまり、上フレーム部171は、タンクケース211を介してタンク13を支持する。搭載フレーム17の具体的構成については、後に説明する。
 後ろフレーム部173に、充填部25が設けられている(図3参照)。充填部25は、タンク13に水素ガスを充填する際に、車両外部に設置された水素ガス供給機(図示せず)のガス充填ノズルを接続する充填口26を有する。
〔ラジエータ〕
 作業車両10は(図4及び図5参照)、燃料電池24、モータ31、昇圧回路80、インバータ81、及びDC/DCコンバータ82,83等を冷却液により冷却させる冷却システムを有する。前記冷却システムの一部として、作業車両10は、第一ラジエータ48と、第二ラジエータ49とを有する。図9に示すように、第一ラジエータ48は、燃料電池24の前に位置し、第二ラジエータ49は、燃料電池24の後ろに位置する。
 第一ラジエータ48は、燃料電池24以外の機器を冷却するためのラジエータである。第二ラジエータ49は、燃料電池24を冷却するためのラジエータである。
 第一ラジエータ48は、循環ポンプを有する第一冷却流路(図示せず)を介して、モータ31、昇圧回路80(図5参照)、インバータ81、及びDC/DCコンバータ82,83の冷却を要する電装品(発熱部品)に接続される。第一ラジエータ48は、前記第一冷却流路を通じて供給される冷却液を、外部空気との熱交換により冷却する。
 第二ラジエータ49は、循環ポンプを有する第二冷却流路(図示せず)を介して、燃料電池24に接続される。第二ラジエータ49は、前記第二冷却流路を通じて供給される冷却液を、外部空気との熱交換により冷却する。
 第一ラジエータ48は、第一ファン481を有する(図9参照)。第二ラジエータ49は、第二ファン491を有する。第一ファン481及び第二ファン491は、回転することによって、第一ラジエータ48及び第二ラジエータ49に空気を通過させ、冷却液との熱交換を促進する。
〔電池ユニット30〕
 電池ユニット30は、燃料電池24が発電し、モータ31に供給する電力を蓄積する。電池ユニット30は、電池(バッテリパック)300と、電池300を収容する筐体307とを有する。電池300は、燃料電池24が発生する電力を一時的に蓄え、その蓄えた電力をモータ31等の電機品に出力する。電池300は、複数の電池セルにより構成される。電池300は、リチウムイオン電池又は鉛蓄電池等の充放電型の二次電池である。
〔電気系統〕
 作業車両10は、ジャンクションボックス75を有する。ジャンクションボックス75は、電池ユニット30から出力される電力の中継接続、及び分配を行うための電気接続箱である。
 燃料電池24は、昇圧回路を介してインバータ81(図5参照)に接続される。電池ユニット30は、ジャンクションボックス75を通じて、インバータ81に接続される。インバータ81は、モータ31と電気的に接続される。インバータ81は、昇圧回路から出力される直流電力を三相交流電力に変換してモータ31に出力する。
 作業車両10は、モータ31よりも低電圧で作動する弱電の電装品を有する。その弱電の電装品に対して、ジャンクションボックス75を通じて、降圧回路により降圧された電力が供給される。本実施形態の作業車両10は、上記弱電の電装品として(図9参照)、電池ユニット30、ラジエータ48,49、及び空調装置74である。作業車両10は、前記降圧回路として、第一DC/DCコンバータ82、及び第二DC/DCコンバータ83を有する(図5参照)。
 作業車両10は、測位装置65を有する(図2参照)。測位装置65は、複数のGNSS衛星から送信される衛星信号を受信し、衛星信号に基づいて測位を行う。GNSSは、GPS(Global Positioning System)、QZSS(Quasi-Zenith Satellite System:例えば「みちびき」)、GLONASS(ロシア)、Galileo(欧州)、及びBeiDou(中国)などの衛星測位システムの総称である。
 測位装置65は、衛星信号を受信する受信機65aと、演算処理部65bとを有する。受信機65aは、GNSS衛星からの信号を受信するアンテナを有する。演算処理部65bは、受信機65aが受信した信号に基づいて作業車両10の位置(座標)を計算して求める。このように、測位装置65は、作業車両10の位置を示す位置情報を取得する。
〔搭載フレーム17の具体的構成〕
 搭載フレーム17は(図1及び図8参照)、水素ガスを溜めるタンク13を車体11に搭載するための部材である。搭載フレーム17は、車体11に固定される。そのために、車体11は、支持部として、第一前支持部51、第二前支持部53、及び後ろ支持部52(図10参照)を有する。図10は、車体11から右の後輪122を外した斜視図である。
 第一前支持部51は(図1及び図8参照)、車体11の前側であって車幅方向両側に位置する。第二前支持部53は、前支持部51よりも前であって車幅方向両側に位置する。第一前支持部51及び第二前支持部53は、前フレーム32から車幅方向の両側に突出する梁状の部材である。
 車体11は、前記のとおり(図8参照)、前フレーム32と、ギアケース33とを有する。ギアケース33は、車幅方向の中央に位置する主ケース337と、後輪122用の車軸ケース335とを有する。車軸ケース335は、主ケース337に固定されている。
 後ろ支持部52は(図10参照)、車体11の後ろ側であって車幅方向両側に位置する。本実施形態の場合、後ろ支持部52は、車軸ケース335の上に固定されている連結ブラケット46である。
 搭載フレーム17は(図1及び図8参照)、上フレーム部171、左右一対の第一前フレーム部172、左右一対の第二前フレーム部175、及び、一組の後ろフレーム部173を有する。
 上フレーム部171は、前後左右の4本の直線部材により構成された矩形のフレームである。上フレーム部171は、タンク13を支持する。本実施形態の場合、上フレーム部171にタンクケース211が取り付けられていて、そのタンクケース211の内部にタンク13は収容される。
 第一前フレーム部172は、柱部材であり、車幅方向両側の前支持部51それぞれから上に延びて設けられている。一対の第一前フレーム部172は、上フレーム部171の前部171fの車幅方向両側と連結される。一対の第一前フレーム部172は、上フレーム部171の前部171fを車幅方向両側で下から支える。第一前フレーム部172は、前支持部51から上フレーム部171に向かって直線形状を有する。
 後ろフレーム部173は、複数の直線部材により構成される。後ろフレーム部173は、車幅方向両側の後ろ支持部52(図10に示す連結ブラケット46)それぞれから上に延びて設けられる。後ろフレーム部173は、上フレーム部171の後部171rの車幅方向両側と連結される。後ろフレーム部173は、上フレーム部171の後部171rを車幅方向両側で下から支える。
 タンク13を支持する上フレーム部171は、その車幅方向両側で、第一前フレーム部172及び後ろフレーム部173によって、シャーシ41に支持される。タンク13の荷重は、搭載フレーム17を通じてシャーシ41によって支持される。
 タンク13の重量の一部は、第一前フレーム部172により支持される。第一前フレーム部172は、長尺部材となるが、直線形状を有していて途中で折れ曲がり部がなく、圧縮力が負荷されても座屈し難い。
 第二前フレーム部175は(図1及び図8参照)、柱部材であり、車幅方向両側の第二前支持部53それぞれから上かつ後ろに延びて設けられている。一対の第二前フレーム部175は、上フレーム部171の前部171fの車幅方向両側と連結される。第二前フレーム部175は、上フレーム部171ではなく、第一前フレーム部172の上部と連結されてもよい。作業車両10が加速又は減速した際に、タンク13の慣性力が、搭載フレーム17に作用する。第二前フレーム部175は、その慣性力に抗することが可能となる。
 第一前フレーム部172及び第二前フレーム部175それぞれは、シャーシ41の一部である前フレーム32に、第一前支持部51及び第二前支持部53を介して固定される。
 後ろ支持部52は、シャーシ41の他部であるギアケース33が有する車軸ケース335に、後ろ支持部52(連結ブラケット46)を介して固定される。
 シャーシ41は、ボンネット34及び駆動装置14等を搭載するための骨格を成し、強固な構造を有し、高い剛性を有する。タンク13は、このようなシャーシ41に搭載フレーム17を介して支持され、作業車両10は安定して走行可能となる。
 搭載フレーム17は、一対の傾斜フレーム部174を有する。傾斜フレーム部174は、第一前フレーム部172の一部172pから後ろかつ上に延び、上フレーム部171の一部171bと連結される。傾斜フレーム174は、直線部材である。傾斜フレーム部174によれば、搭載フレーム17の車両前後方向についての剛性が高まる。
 後ろフレーム部173は(図10参照)、一対の第一フレーム材173aと、梁材173bと、一対の第二フレーム材173cとを有する。一対の第一フレーム材173aは、車幅方向両側の後ろ支持部52(連結ブラケット46)それぞれから上に延びる。梁材173bは、一対の第一フレーム材173aを車幅方向に繋ぐ。一対の第二フレーム材173cは、梁材173bの車幅方向両側の位置から上に延びていて、上フレーム部171の後部171rと連結する。後ろフレーム部173は、梁材173bにより補強される。
 一対の第一フレーム材173aの間隔と、一対の第二フレーム材173cの間隔とは、相違する。一対の第一フレーム材173aは、車幅方向両側の後輪122の間に位置していて、これらの間隔は狭い。これに対して、一対の第二フレーム材173cは、運転席15の後方に位置し、視界の確保のために、これらの間隔は広い。
 キャビン16は、上部を支点として後ろへ開く後窓161を有する。一対の第二フレーム材173cは、車幅方向に間隔が広く、開いた状態にある後窓161の車幅方向の両側に位置する。後窓161の開閉は、後ろフレーム部173によって阻害されない。
 第一フレーム材173aは、後ろ支持部52から上かつ後ろに向かって延びて設けられている。これに対して、第二フレーム材173cは、梁材173bから上かつ前に向かって延びて設けられている。この構成により、後ろフレーム部173は、作業車両10の後部形状に沿った形状となる。
 運転席15は、キャビン16が有するマウント部168に搭載される。前記のとおり、シャーシ41の後部を構成するギアケース33は、後輪122用の車軸ケース335を有する。車軸ケース335の上に連結ブラケット46が固定される。連結ブラケット46は、弾性ブッシュ45を有する。運転席15を載せるマウント部168は、弾性ブッシュ45を介して、連結ブラケット46に取り付けられる。つまり、運転席15は、弾性ブッシュ45を有する連結ブラケット46を介して、シャーシ41(車軸ケース335)に搭載される。
 これに対して、搭載フレーム17が有する後ろフレーム部173は、連結ブラケット46(後ろ支持部52)を介して、シャーシ41(車軸ケース335)に直接的に固定されている。
 また、搭載フレーム17が有する第一前フレーム部172及び第二前フレーム部175についても、第一前支持部51及び第二前支持部53を介して、シャーシ41(前フレーム32)に直接的に固定されている。
 このように、運転席15は、弾性ブッシュ45を介してシャーシ41に搭載されているのに対して、搭載フレーム17は、シャーシ41に剛体結合されている。シャーシ41と搭載フレーム17とは一つの剛体となる。
 作業車両10が悪路を走行する場合、タンク13を支持する搭載フレーム17は、シャーシ41と同じ挙動をすることで、ふらつかない。その一方で、運転席15は、シャーシ41との間に弾性ブッシュ45が介在するため、乗り心地が良い。
 連結ブラケット46は、搭載フレーム17の一部である後ろフレーム部173を連結する。運転席15は、連結ブラケット46に弾性ブッシュ45を介して取り付けられている。つまり、運転席15及び後ろフレーム部173は、連結ブラケット46を介して、車体11(シャーシ41)に支持される。連結ブラケット46は、運転席15及び搭載フレーム17の一部(後ろフレーム部173)の取り付け部材として、共用される。
〔搭載フレーム17の配置〕
 上フレーム部171は、車体11に搭載されている運転席15の上に位置する(図4、図5及び図9参照)。作業車両10はキャビン16を有し、上フレーム部171は、キャビン16の上に位置する。
 第一前フレーム部172は、運転席15(キャビン16)よりも前に位置する。タンク13は、運転席15(キャビン16)の上であって、運転席15(キャビン16)の前に位置する第一前フレーム部172から、後ろの範囲に位置する。
 後ろフレーム部173は、運転席15(キャビン16)よりも後ろに位置する。タンク13は、運転席15(キャビン16)の上であって、運転席15(キャビン16)の後ろに位置する後ろフレーム部173から、前の範囲に位置する。
 第一前フレーム部172と後ろフレーム部173との間隔は広く、タンク13の設置スペースに自由度が得られる。
 タンク13は、タンクケース211に収容されている。上フレーム部171は、キャビン16の上に位置しており、タンクケース211の前端211fは、キャビン16よりも前に位置する。この配置により、タンク13の車両前後方向についての位置を、車両重心に近づけることが可能となる。
 第一前支持部51は、前輪121と後輪122との間に位置し、第一前フレーム部172は、前輪121と後輪122との間に位置する。
 運転席15は、前輪121よりも後ろの位置で車体11に搭載されている。第一前支持部51は、前輪121と運転席15との間に位置し、第一前フレーム部172は、前輪121と運転席15との間に位置する。
 第一前フレーム部172の設置に関し、前輪121と後輪122との間のスペースが有効活用され、特に、前輪121と運転席15との間のスペースが有効活用される。
 第一前フレーム部172は(図2、図6参照)、車幅方向両側の前輪121の車幅方向の範囲内に位置する。第一前フレーム部172は、前輪121よりも車幅方向の外側にはみ出さない。
 前記のとおり(図3参照)、後ろフレーム部173は、車幅方向両側の後輪122の車幅方向の範囲内に位置する。特に、後ろフレーム部173が有する第一フレーム材173aは、車幅方向両側の後輪122の間に位置する。
 後ろフレーム部173は(図4参照)、車両前後方向について後輪122の範囲内に位置する。
 以上より、後ろフレーム部173は、後輪122よりも車幅方向の外側にはみ出さず、後輪122よりも後ろにはみ出さない。
 キャビン16は(図4、図5参照)、車幅方向両側で一対の前柱162と、車幅方向両側で一対の後ろ柱163とを有する。第一前フレーム部172は、前柱162と別部材である。後ろフレーム部173は、後ろ柱163と別部材である。このため、キャビン16は、タンク13の重量を負担する必要がなく、キャビン16の前柱162及び後ろ柱163を剛性の高い部材にしなくて済む。
 第一前フレーム部172は、前柱162よりも前に位置する。後ろフレーム部173は、後ろ柱163よりも後ろに位置する。第一前フレーム部172と後ろフレーム部173との車両前後方向の間隔が広く、これらの間にキャビン16が位置する。そのキャビン16の上にタンクユニット21が位置する。
 本実施形態の場合(図1参照)、水素配管22である前配管22fは、搭載フレーム17が有する第一前フレーム部172に沿って設けられている。更に、前配管22fは、傾斜フレーム部174に沿って設けられている。水素配管22である後ろ配管22rは、後ろフレーム部173の第二フレーム材173cに沿って設けられている。第一前フレーム部172、傾斜フレーム部174、及び後ろフレーム部173は、水素配管22を取り付けるための部材として用いられる。
 なお、タンク13に繋がる水素配管22(前配管22f、後ろ配管22r)は、第一前フレーム部172及び後ろフレーム部173のうちの少なくとも一方に沿って設けられていてればよい。
〔水素ガス用の配管22〕
 図11は、図5に示す作業車両10において、後輪122及び第一前フレーム部172を外した状態の側面図である。なお、図11は、第一前フレーム部172を仮想線(二点鎖線)で示す。
 タンクユニット21は、水素ガスを溜めるタンク13を有し、車体11の上に設けられる。作業車両10は、車体11に搭載されている水素用搭載品として、燃料電池24及び水素ガスの充填部25を有する。燃料電池24は、タンク13より前に位置する。つまり、燃料電池24は、車体11の前寄りに位置する。充填部25は、タンク13より後ろに位置する。つまり、充填部25は、車体11の後ろ寄りに位置する。
 作業車両10は、タンク13と前記水素用搭載品(燃料電池24、充填部25)とを繋ぐ水素ガス用の配管22を有する。その配管22として、充填部25とタンク13とを繋ぐ後ろ配管22rと、タンク13と燃料電池24とを繋ぐ前配管22fとを有する。
 前配管22fは、タンクユニット21の下部でかつ前部の配管領域23fを通って燃料電池24に繋がる。本実施形態の場合、前配管22fは、タンクユニット21の下面に位置する配管領域23fを通る。
 後ろ配管22rは、タンクユニット21の下部でかつ後部の配管領域23rを通って充填部25に繋がる。本実施形態の場合、後ろ配管22rは、タンクユニット21の後面に位置する配管領域23rを通る。
 このように、タンクユニット21の下部21bに、タンク13と繋がる配管22(前配管22f及び後ろ配管22r)が通る配管領域23f、23rが設けられている。タンクユニット21の下部21bは、タンクユニット21(タンクケース211)のうち上下方向の中間位置から下側の部分であり、底面部(下面部)も含む。
 このため、タンクユニット21における配管領域23f、23rを、車体11上の水素用搭載品(燃料電池24、充填部25)にできるだけ近づけ、配管22をできるだけ短くする。つまり、タンク13から燃料電池24に繋がる前配管22fをできるだけ短くし、充填部25からタンク13に繋がる後ろ配管22rをできるだけ短くする。
 図1に示すように、後ろ配管22rのための配管領域23rは、右側(車幅方向の第一側)に位置する。前配管22fのための配管領域23fは、左側(車幅方向の第二側)に位置する。後ろ配管22rは、右側後部の配管領域23rを通過し、タンク13に繋がる。前配管22fは、左側前部の配管領域23fを通過し、燃料電池24に繋がる。タンクユニット21において、後ろ配管22r及び前配管22fは効率よくレイアウトされる。
 なお、前後の配管領域23f、23rは、共に右側に位置していてもよく、又は、共に左側に位置していてもよい。
 車体11は(図11参照)、車体11の前寄りに位置する搭載品である第二ラジエータ49を覆うカバー111を有する。カバー111は、前配管22fを通過させる開口部112を有する。本実施形態の場合、開口部112は、金属製であるカバー111の一部に設けられている切り欠きである。開口部112によれば、燃料電池24に繋がる前配管22fは、カバー111を迂回しないで済み、前配管22fをできるだけ効率よくレイアウトすることが可能となる。
 前記のとおり、作業車両10は、車体11にタンクユニット21を搭載するための搭載フレーム17を有する。本実施形態の場合(図10参照)、後ろ配管22rは、搭載フレーム17が有する後ろフレーム部173の一部(第二フレーム材173c)に沿って取り付けられる。後ろフレーム部173は、後ろ配管22rを、第二フレーム材173cに固定するためのクランプ部材221を有する。クランプ部材221は、配管を固定部材となる後ろフレーム部173の一部に取り付ける構成であればよく、従来知られている部品が採用される。
 前配管22fは(図11参照)、搭載フレーム17が有する第一前フレーム部172の一部に沿って取り付けられる。第一前フレーム部172は、前配管22fを、第一前フレーム部172の一部に固定するためのクランプ部材を有する。そのクランプ部材は、後ろ配管22r用のクランプ部材221と同じ形式である。
 このように、配管22(前配管22f、後ろ配管22r)は、搭載フレーム17が有する柱状のフレーム材(第一前フレーム部172、後ろフレーム部173)の一部に沿って取り付けられる。タンクユニット21から水素用搭載品である燃料電池24及び充填部25それぞれまでの間において、搭載フレーム17が、配管22を支えるために用いられる。クランプ部材221により、配管22は、搭載フレーム17の各部に固定され、位置ずれしない。
 搭載フレーム17を構成する各部材は、中空の管状部材である。そこで、配管22の少なくとも一部は、前記管状部材の中を通る構成であってもよい。例えば、後ろ配管22rは(図1参照)、後ろフレーム部173の外側において、その後ろフレーム部173に沿って設けられている。その変形例として、後ろ配管22rの一部は、中空の管状部材である後ろフレーム部173の一部の内部を通過してもよい。この場合、フレーム材(管状部材)は、配管22を保護するカバーとして機能する。
 これと同様に、前配管22fの一部は、中空の管状部材である傾斜フレーム部174又は第一前フレーム部172の内部を通過してもよい。
 後ろ配管22rは、その一部に可撓性配管222を有する(図10参照)。可撓性配管222は、水素ガスを通すと共に可撓性を有する構成であればよく、従来知られている部品が採用される。同様に、前配管22fは、その一部に可撓性配管を有する。その可撓性配管は、後ろ配管22r用の可撓性配管222と同じ形式である。
 このように、配管22(後ろ配管22r、前配管22f)は、その一部に可撓性配管222を有することで、作業車両10に対する配管22の取り付けが容易となる。可撓性配管222によれば、配管22の取り付け後、振動等によって配管22に外力が作用しても、それを吸収することが可能となる。
〔充填部25〕
 前記のとおり(図10参照)、充填部25は、タンク13に水素ガスを充填する際に、車両外部に設置された水素ガス供給機(図示せず)のガス充填ノズルを接続する充填口26を有する。後ろ配管22rは、充填部25(充填口26)からタンク13に繋がる。作業車両10は、タンク13をキャビン16の上に設置するための搭載フレーム17を有する。搭載フレーム17が有する後ろフレーム部173は、充填部25(充填口26)を取り付けるための取り付け部としてブラケット27を有する。
 後ろフレーム部173は、後ろ配管22rの固定用部材であると共に、充填部25の取り付け用部材となる。そして、後ろフレーム部173は、車体11にタンク13を搭載するための搭載フレーム17の一部である。タンクユニット21を車体11に搭載するための搭載フレーム17は、充填部25を車体11に取り付けるための部材としても用いられる。
 タンク13は、車体11の上方に設置されているが、車体11に連結されているフレーム(後ろフレーム部173)の比較的低い位置に、充填部25の取り付けのためのブラケット27が設けられる。その充填部25から水素ガスを充填することで、水素ガスは、後ろ配管22rを通じてタンク13に供給される。
 ブラケット27は、後ろフレーム部173に設けられる場合の他に、図示しないが、搭載フレーム17が有する他のフレーム部に設けられていてもよく、又は、搭載フレーム17以外であり車体11が有する別のフレームに設けられていてもよい。つまり、車体11に連結されているフレームが、充填部25(充填口26)を取り付けるための取り付け部(ブラケット27)を有していればよい。そして、そのフレームは、車体11(シャーシ41)から起立するフレーム材を有する。本実施形態の場合、前記フレーム材は、車体11の車幅方向の一方側に位置する第一フレーム材173aと、車体11の車幅方向の他方側に位置する第一フレーム材173aとである。
 このように、ブラケット27を有するフレームが用いられることで、充填口26の設置位置に自由度が与えられ、水素ガスの充填作業を容易とする作業車両10が得られる。
 ブラケット27を有する後ろフレーム部173は、車体11の後ろ寄りに位置する。この構成により、充填部25(充填口26)は、作業車両10の後部に位置する。これに対して、燃料電池24は、車体11の前側に位置する。充填部25(充填口26)は、燃料電池24から離れた位置となり、安全性が高まる。
 作業車両10は、車体11に搭載されている運転席15と、運転席15を内部に有するキャビン16とを有する。燃料電池24は、キャビン16の前に位置する。ブラケット27を有する後ろフレーム部173は、キャビン16の後ろに位置する。この配置により、充填部25(充填口26)と燃料電池24との間に、キャビン16が介在し、充填部25(充填口26)は燃料電池24から離れた位置となる。
 図12は、ブラケット27に取り付けられた充填部25、及びその周囲の説明図である。充填部25は、充填口26を収容する筐体28を有する。筐体28は、ケース28aと、蓋28bとを有する。ケース28aは、上下、左右、及び前に壁を有し、後ろに開口する。蓋28bは、開閉式であり、ケース28aの開口を閉じることができる。充填口26は、車両後方又は側方に開口するように、筐体28に設けられている。後ろ配管22rは、筐体28の前から充填部25(充填口26)と連結されている。
 この構成により、充填口26は、筐体28により保護される。後ろ配管22rは、筐体28と、車体11の後部との間に形成される空間から、充填部25に連結される。後ろ配管22rと筐体28との接続部29が、車両後方の広い空間に露出せず、その接続部29は保護される。
 本実施形態の場合、充填部25(充填口26)は、キャビン16の後ろであって、車幅方向両側の後輪122の間に位置する。充填部25(充填口26)は、後輪122によって左右方向から保護され、キャビン16によって前方から保護される。
 後ろフレーム部173は、車幅方向両側に位置する一対の第一フレーム材173aと、一対の第一フレーム材173aを車幅方向に繋ぐ第三フレーム材としての梁材173bとを有する。充填部25(充填口26)は、梁材173bの下に位置する。充填部25(充填口26)は、梁材173bによって上から保護される。
 図示しないが、車体の車幅方向の一方側に位置する第一フレーム材173aと、車体の車幅方向の他方側に位置する第一フレーム材173aとの双方に跨って、充填部25(充填口26)のための取り付け部(ブラケット27)が設けられていてもよい。
 本実施形態の作業車両10はトラクタであり、車体11の後ろに連結装置43を有する(図10参照)。連結装置43は、別機器である耕運機等のインプルメントを連結するための装置である。ブラケット27は、車幅方向の中央ではなく、車幅方向の一方となる右側に偏って位置する。このため、充填口26も、右側に偏って位置する。なお、ブラケット27(充填口26)は、左側に偏って位置していてもよい。
 この構成により、作業者が水素ガスの充填作業を行う際、前記のようなインプルメント又は連結装置43の存在により、作業車両10の後方に接近し難い場合であっても、作業者は、充填口26に手が届きやすい。
 車体11を後ろから見た場合に、充填部25(充填口26)は、連結装置43の上に位置する。連結装置43は、その一部が例えば姿勢変化したり位置変化したり動作する場合がある。この場合であっても、充填部25(充填口26)は、連結装置43によって隠され難い。充填口26からの水素ガスの充填作業が容易となる。
 前記のとおり、車体11は、キャビン16のマウント部168を取り付ける連結ブラケット46を有する。その連結ブラケット46に、後ろフレーム部173の第一フレーム材173aは、連結されている。第一フレーム材173aは、充填部25(充填口26)を取り付けるためのブラケット27を有する。つまり、キャビン16を取り付けるための連結ブラケット46は、後ろフレーム部173を介して、充填部25(充填口26)を車体11に取り付けるための部材としても用いられる。
〔排出経路35〕
 図13は、燃料電池24及び排出経路35の説明図である。排出経路35は、燃料電池24と繋がり、燃料電池24の動作により発生した水又は水蒸気を外部に排出する。排出経路35は、排出管351と、接続管353とを有する。接続管353は、燃料電池24と排出管351とを繋ぐ配管である。排出管351は、排出口352を有し、排出口352から、水又は水蒸気が外部に排出される。
 排出口352は、車両後方に向かって開口する。作業車両10が走行している状態で、排出管351から水又は水蒸気を排出する場合に、向かい風が、その排出を阻害しない。
 排出管351を含む排出経路35の前後方向及び上下方向の配置について説明する。排出管351は、後輪122側となる車体11の後部ではなく、前輪121と後輪122との間に位置する。前輪121と後輪122との間のスペースが、排出管351の設置スペースとして用いられる。
 燃料電池24は、車両前後方向について、後輪122よりも前輪121に近い位置にある。燃料電池24は、前輪121の車軸の上に位置する。排出管351は、前輪121と後輪122との間に位置する。燃料電池24と排出管351とは前後方向に近く、接続管353は、無駄に長くならない。排出管351を含めた排出経路35を、できるだけ効率よくレイアウトすることが可能となる。
 重量物となる燃料電池24は、前輪121の車軸の上に位置することから、作業車両10は安定する。排出管351は、燃料電池24の近くに設置されるのが好ましいが、燃料電池24の下ではなく、燃料電池24よりも後ろに位置する。これにより、排出管351は前輪121の車軸と干渉しない。
 排出管351は、燃料電池24よりも低い位置に設けられる。排出経路35において生じた水は、その自重により排出管351へ到達しやすい。排出管351は、車体11の下に位置することから、路面に近く、排出された水は、その路面に落下する。
 前記のとおり、作業車両10は、車体11にタンク13を搭載するための搭載フレーム17を有する。車体11は、シャーシ41と、前支持部51とを有する。シャーシ41は、燃料電池24を前寄りの位置で搭載する。前支持部51は、燃料電池24よりも後ろのシャーシ41の一部に固定されている。前支持部51は、搭載フレーム17の一部である第一前フレーム部172を下から支持する。
 燃料電池24は、第一前フレーム部172及び前支持部51よりも前に位置する。排出管351は、前支持部51よりも後ろに位置する。つまり、燃料電池24及び排出管351は、前支持部51を間に挟んで、その前後に位置する。
 接続管353は、燃料電池24から、前支持部51の下を通過して、排出管351に繋がる。以上の構成により、排出管351は、シャーシ41(前フレーム32)の下であって、路面に近く位置し、排出された水は、その路面に落下する。
 接続管353は、燃料電池24と接続される上流側の第一接続口355と、排出管351と接続される下流側の第二接続口356とを有する。接続管353は、燃料電池24から後ろに延びる第一管353aと、第一管353aの後端から下に延びる第二管353bと、第二管353bの下端から後ろに延びる第三管353cとを有する。第一接続口355は、第一管353aの前端に位置し、第二接続口356は、第三管353cの後端に位置する。
 第三管353cは、その上流側の第二管353bよりも低く、第二管353bは、その上流側の第一管353aよりも低い。第二接続口356は、第一接続口355よりも低い位置にある。このように、第一接続口355から第二接続口356までの間の管の各部分は、その各部分の上流側の部分よりも低い。このため、接続管353において水が発生しても、その水は、自重により排出管351へと運ばれる。
 又は、第一接続口355から第二接続口356までの間の管の各部分は、その各部分の上流側の部分と同じ高さであってもよい。
 前記のとおり(図7及び図13参照)、車体11は、燃料電池24及びモータ31を搭載する前フレーム32と、前フレーム32の後ろに設けられていてモータ31の回転を変速するギアを収容するギアケース33とを有する。排出管351は、ギアケース33の前部の下に位置する。ギアケース33の下が、排出管351の設置スペースとなる。このため、排出管351の設置スペースのために、機器レイアウトを平面的に広げなくて済む。
 排出管351は、運転席15の下に位置する。なお、排出管351の位置は、運転席15の直下でなくてよい。排出管351は、運転席15よりも下であればよく、車幅方向の中心ではなく、本実施形態のように、車幅方向の一方側に偏って位置していてもよい。この構成により、運転席を濡らすことがない。
 本実施形態の作業車両10は、前記のとおり、運転席15(キャビン16)に作業者が乗降するためのステップ167を有する(図5参照)。排出管351は、ステップ167よりも下に位置する。なお、排出管351の上側の一部と、ステップ167の下側の一部とは、同じ高さ位置にあってもよい。つまり、排出管351が、ステップ167よりも下に位置するとは、排出管351の最も下の部分が、ステップ167の最も下の部分よりも下に位置することである。排出管351は、ステップ167よりも下に位置していればよく、ステップ167の直下ではなく、本実施形態のように、車幅方向に位置ずれしていてもよい。この構成によれば、排出管351は路面近く位置し、排出された水は、路面に落下し、運転席15及びステップ167を濡らすことがない。
 排出経路35の車両における車幅方向の配置について説明する。作業車両10が走行するための駆動軸61、及び、駆動軸61と連結される変速等のためのギアケース33は、車体11の下部であって車幅方向の中央領域に存在する(図7参照)。そこで、排出管351は、車幅方向の中心よりも、車幅方向の一方側となる右側に寄って位置する。排出管351は、駆動軸61、及びギアケース33を避けて設けられる。
 以上のように、排出管351は、ギアケース33の前部の下であって、車幅方向の中心よりも、車幅方向の一方側となる右側に寄って、位置する。
 電池ユニット30は、車幅方向の外側寄りに位置する。電池ユニット30は、車幅方向の右側に位置する。排出管351は、電池ユニット30の車幅方向の中央側に位置する。つまり、排出管351は、車幅方向の中央領域の機器(駆動軸61及びギアケース33)と、電池ユニット30との間に位置する。排出管351は、電池ユニット30の隣の空いているスペースに設置される。
 前記のとおり(図8参照)、作業車両10は、車体11に電池ユニット30を支持させるための支持構造部37を有する。支持構造部37は、排出管351を取り付けるための補助部材371を有する。電池ユニット30のための支持構造部37は、排出管351を取り付けるための部材として兼用される。支持構造部37の具体的構成について後に説明する。
 前記のとおり(図2参照)、作業車両10は、測位装置65を有し、測位装置65は、作業車両10の位置を示す位置情報を取得する。また、作業車両10は、走行装置12及び駆動装置14等を制御する制御装置(図示せず)を有し、その制御装置は、メモリ等からなる記憶装置を有する。その記憶装置は、車庫、道路、及び圃場等の位置を含む地図についてのマップ情報を記憶する。
 排出経路35は(図13参照)、ドレインバルブ354と、ドレインバルブ354の開閉制御を行う制御装置70とを有する。制御装置70は、ECU(Electronic Control Unit)により構成される。制御装置70は、前記位置情報及び前記マップ情報を用いてドレインバルブ354の開閉動作の制御を行う。
 例えば、作業車両10(前記制御装置)は、位置情報及びマップ情報に基づいて、車庫内に居るのか、圃場等の車庫外の場所に居るのかを判定する。作業車両10が車庫内に居て、水又は水蒸気を外部へ排出するべきではない場合、制御装置70は、ドレインバルブ354を閉じる。作業車両10が道路又は圃場に居て、水又は水蒸気を排出してもよい場合、制御装置70は、ドレインバルブ354を開き、水又は水蒸気を外部へ排出する。
 制御装置70によれば、排出経路35は、自動的に、水又は水蒸気を外部に排出することが可能となる。制御装置70による自動動作以外に、例えば、キャビン16内に設置されている操作パネルに、排出用のボタン等の操作部が設けられていて、その操作部を運転者が操作することで、制御装置70は、ドレインバルブの開閉制御を行ってもよい。
〔支持構造部37〕
 支持構造部37は(図8参照)、電池ユニット30を車体11の車幅方向の外側寄りの位置に取り付けるための部材である。図14は、支持構造部37が支持する電池ユニット30及び排出管351の斜視図である。図15は、電池ユニット30、排出管351、及び支持構造部37の分解斜視図である。図16は、支持構造部37が支持する電池ユニット30及び排出管351の正面図である。図17は、電池ユニット30を支持構造部37から分離させた状態を示す正面図である。
 支持構造部37は、電池ユニット30を下から支持する下支持体38と、電池ユニット30を車幅方向の一方側(左側)から支持する横支持体39とを有する。横支持体39は、電池ユニット30の車幅方向の一方側(左側)の側壁301を保持する。下支持体38及び横支持体39それぞれは、複数の鋼製の部材が溶接等によって組み立てられて構成される。
 電池ユニット30は、車体11の車幅方向の外側寄り(右側寄り)に位置する。その電池ユニット30は、下支持体38により下から支持され、横支持体39により車幅方向から保持された状態で、車体11に取り付けられる。
 横支持体39は(図15、図16及び図17参照)、固定フレーム391と着脱フレーム392とに分割されている。つまり、横支持体39は、固定フレーム391と、着脱フレーム392と、着脱フレーム392を固定フレーム391に締結する取り外し可能な締結部材とを有する。前記締結部材は、ボルト(第一ボルト)390である。
 本実施形態の場合、ボルト390は、着脱フレーム392を固定フレーム391に上から締結する。ボルト390と噛み合うナット395は(図17参照)、固定フレーム391の下面に固定されている。ボルト390を外してもナット395は固定フレーム391に残される。再びボルト390を締結する作業が容易となる。
 電池ユニット30が支持構造部37に取り付けられる前において(図17参照)、支持構造部37のうち、着脱フレーム392及びボルト390以外の部品は、車体11に固定される。本実施形態の場合、前記部品は、車体11が有するシャーシ41の一部(ギアケース33)に固定される。
 電池ユニット30が支持構造部37に取り付けられる前に、固定フレーム391は、予め車体11(ギアケース33)に固定されており、また、着脱フレーム392は、予め電池ユニット30が有する側壁301に固定されている。
 ボルト390は、車体11に固定の固定フレーム391に対して、電池ユニット30に固定の着脱フレーム392を締結する。ボルト390による締結は、車幅方向の中央側(図17の場合、右側)からではなく、上から行われる。このため、車体11に対する電池ユニット30の取り付けは容易となる。
 なお、着脱フレーム392が、固定フレーム391にボルト390によって上から締結される構成以外として、着脱フレーム392が、固定フレーム391にボルト390によって下から、又は車幅方向の外側(図17の場合、左側)から締結される構成であってもよい。
 ボルト390による締結が、車幅方向の中央側(図17の場合、右側)からの場合、その作業は困難である。しかし、ボルト390による締結が、上から、下から、又は車幅方向の外側(図17の場合、左側)からの場合、作業は容易となる。
 電池ユニット30の上にジャンクションボックス75が搭載される。ジャンクションボックス75は、電池ユニット30から出力される電力の中継接続、及び分配を行うための電気接続箱である。ジャンクションボックス75は、電池ユニット30と共に支持構造部37によって車体11に搭載される。
 ジャンクションボックス75は、図示しないボルトによって、電池ユニット30に取り付けられる。そのボルトを外すことにより、ジャンクションボックス75を電池ユニット30から取り外し可能である。ジャンクションボックス75を電池ユニット30から取り外すことで、電池ユニット30の上の空間から、ボルト390の締結作業が容易となる。
 着脱フレーム392は、固定フレーム391の上に位置するブラケット393を有する(図16及び図17参照)。ボルト390は、ブラケット393の上から、ブラケット393を固定フレーム391に締結可能である。電池ユニット30は下支持体38に載ると、ブラケット393は、固定フレーム391の上に位置する。このため、ブラケット393の上からボルト390を締結する作業を行うことが可能であり、作業性が良い。
 ボルト390は、着脱可能であることから、電池ユニット30を、着脱フレーム392と一緒に車体11から取り外すことが可能となり、電池ユニット30の保守作業が容易となる。
 下支持体38は、電池ユニット30を載せる載置フレーム381と、取り外し可能な第二締結部材とを有する。前記第二締結部材は、ボルト(第二ボルト)380である。ボルト380は、載置フレーム381に電池ユニット30の下壁302を締結することが可能である。電池ユニット30は、下支持体38の上に載った状態で(図16参照)、ボルト380によって下支持体38に固定される。作業者は、第二ボルト380を下から締結する作業を行うことが可能である。また、電池ユニット30の保守作業のために、第二ボルト380は、載置フレーム381から、取り外し可能である。
 電池ユニット30は、第二ボルト380により載置フレーム381に締結されることで、位置決め状態となる。その位置決め状態で、側壁301に固定の着脱フレーム392は、車体11に固定の固定フレーム391に対して、第一ボルト390により締結可能な位置関係となる。つまり、着脱フレーム392のブラケット393に設けられている穴と、固定フレーム391に固定のナット395のねじ穴とが、上下方向に並ぶ位置関係となる。
 以上より、電池ユニット30は、下支持体38の載置フレーム381に載って第二ボルト380により締結されると、分割されていた固定フレーム391と着脱フレーム392とは、第一ボルト390の締結のために位置合わせされた状態にある。このため、第一ボルト390の締結作業が容易となる。
 支持構造部37の各部の構成について更に説明する。
 前記のとおり、支持構造部37が有する横支持体39は、固定フレーム391と着脱フレーム392とに分割されている(図15参照)。
 固定フレーム391は、車体11に固定される固定部材399と、固定部材399と一体である第一側柱398とを有する。第一側柱398は、車両前後方向に延びる長尺形状を有する。
 着脱フレーム392は、電池ユニット30の側壁301に沿って設けられ側壁301に固定される第二側柱394と、第二側柱394と一体である複数のブラケット393とを有する。ブラケット393は、第一側柱398の上に載る。第二側柱394は、車両前後方向に延びる長尺形状を有する。ボルト390は、複数のブラケット393それぞれの上から、ブラケット393を第一側柱398に締結可能である。
 電池ユニット30の側壁301が車両前後方向に長くても、その長さに応じて、第一側柱398及び第二側柱394それぞれは、車両前後方向に長い。更に、その第二側柱394と一体である複数(図例では3つ)のブラケット393において、ボルト390は、着脱フレーム392を固定フレーム391に締結する。ブラケット393は、車両前後方向に間隔をあけて分散して設けられている。
 前記のとおり(図8)、車体11は、車両前後方向に長く車幅方向の中央に位置するシャーシ41を有する。支持構造部37が有する下支持体38は(図15、図16、図17参照)、シャーシ41の一部に固定される下固定部材382と、複数本(図例では2本)のアーム383と、複数本(図例では3本)の下柱384とを有する。
 本実施形態の場合、下固定部材382は、シャーシ41の一部に固定される取り付けフレーム386と、取り付けフレーム386から下に延びる複数の連結柱387とを有する。
 アーム383は、下固定部材382の一部である連結柱387に連結される。アーム383は、連結柱387の下部から車幅方向の外側に延びる部材である。
 下柱384は、複数本のアーム383を車両前後方向に繋ぐ部材である。下柱384は、その上面に、電池ユニット30を載せる載置面385を有する。なお、アーム383が、その上面に載置面385を有していてもよい。つまり、下柱384及びアーム383の一方又は双方が、その上面に、電池ユニット30を載せる載置面385を有する。
 重量物となる電池ユニット30の荷重は、下支持体38を介して、シャーシ41により支持される。アーム383の位置は、連結柱387により低くなり、電池ユニット30の位置を低くすることが可能となる。この構成は、作業車両10として、低重心化に貢献する。
 下支持体38は、電池ユニット30の他に、排出管351を支持する。そのために、下支持体38は、排出管351を取り付けるための補助部材371を有する。補助部材371は、排出管351を電池ユニット30の車幅方向の隣に取り付けるための部材となる。排出管351は、補助部材371にボルトによって固定される。補助部材371は、連結柱387と連結されている。
 この下支持体38の構成により、電池ユニット30の隣の空間は、排出管351の設置位置として有効活用される。
〔その他〕
 車体11にタンク13を搭載するための搭載フレーム17において、第二前フレーム部175は省略されていてもよい。搭載フレーム17を構成する各部の部材は、図示する形状以外であってもよい。
 充填部25の形状は、図示する形状以外であってもよい。充填部25からタンク13までの後ろ配管22rの経路、及び、タンク13から燃料電池24までの前配管22gの経路は、図示する経路以外であってもよい。
 排出経路35は、図示する形状以外であってもよい。排出管351は、電池ユニット30を支持する支持構造部37の一部に取り付けられているが、支持構造部37以外である別部材により、車体11に取り付けられていてもよい。
 支持構造部37を構成する各部の部材は、図示する形状以外であってもよい。
 前記実施形態は、すべての点で例示であって制限的なものではない。本発明の権利範囲は、前記実施形態ではなく請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲に記載された構成と均等の範囲内でのすべての変更を含む。

Claims (11)

  1.  車体と、
     水素ガスを溜めるタンクを有し前記車体に設けられるタンクユニットと、
     前記車体に搭載されている燃料電池と、
     前記タンクと前記燃料電池とを繋ぐ水素ガス用の配管と、
     を有し、
     前記タンクユニットの下部に、前記タンクと繋がる前記配管が通る配管領域が設けられている、
     作業車両。
  2.  前記配管として、前記タンクユニットの下部でかつ前部の前記配管領域を通って前記燃料電池に繋がる前配管を有する、
     請求項1に記載の作業車両。
  3.  充填部を有し、
     前記タンクユニットの下部でかつ後部の前記配管領域を通って前記充填部に繋がる後ろ配管を有する、
     請求項1又は請求項2に記載の作業車両。
  4.  前記車体は、前記車体の前寄りに位置する搭載品を覆うカバーを有し、
     前記カバーは、前記前配管を通過させる開口部を有する、
     請求項2に記載の作業車両。
  5.  前記車体に前記タンクユニットを搭載するための搭載フレームを有し、
     前記配管は、前記搭載フレームが有する柱状のフレーム材の一部に沿って取り付けられる、
     請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の作業車両。
  6.  前記配管を前記フレーム材の一部に固定するためのクランプ部材を有する、
     請求項5に記載の作業車両。
  7.  前記フレーム材は、中空の管状部材であり、
     前記配管の少なくとも一部は、前記管状部材の中を通る、
     請求項5に記載の作業車両。
  8.  前記車体に連結されているフレームを有し、
     前記フレームは、前記後ろ配管を前記フレームの一部に取り付けるためのクランプ部材を有し、
     前記フレームは、前記充填部を取り付けるための取り付け部を有する、
     請求項3に記載の作業車両。
  9.  前記フレームは、前記車体に前記タンクを搭載するための搭載フレームの一部である、
     請求項8に記載の作業車両。
  10.  前記配管は、一部に可撓性配管を有する、
     請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の作業車両。
  11.  前記タンクより後ろに位置する水素ガスの充填部と、
     前記タンクより前に位置する前記燃料電池と、
     前記充填部と前記タンクとを繋ぐ後ろ配管と、
     前記タンクと前記燃料電池とを繋ぐ前配管と、
    を有し、
     前記後ろ配管のための前記配管領域は、車幅方向の前記第一側に位置し、
     前記前配管のための前記配管領域は、車幅方向の前記第二側に位置する、
     請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の作業車両。
