香薰机、加湿器产品是人们日常生活中较为常见的产品,其外形多样,大小不同,且有的具有灯光效果,有的具有喷圈喷雾效果,给了消费者较多的可选择性,尤其是近几年,利用雾化雾气部件与灯光部件相结合的结构特征,使得加湿器香薰机类产品的使用体验度得到了大幅度提升。
如申请号为CN202310080449.2,专利名称为《一种带雨滴效果的香薰机》的发明专利,就具体公开了一种带雨滴效果的香薰机,其包括底壳、设于底壳内的水箱及设于水箱上的雾化模组,水箱上方设有云朵形壳体,水箱设有用于将水箱内部的液体抽取至云朵形壳体内的水泵模组,云朵形壳体下端设有排孔,且云朵形壳体内部还设有可发出不同颜色灯光的光源。在工作时,由水泵模组将水箱装的水抽取至云朵形壳体,云朵形壳体内的水会从排孔向下排出,并形成雨滴落下到水箱内,再被水泵模组抽取至云朵形壳体内,以此形成循环,以达到模仿云朵下雨形成雨滴的场景,同时,云朵形壳体内的光源可发出不同颜色的灯光,达到模拟云朵变换颜色的场景,且雾化模组产生的雾气向上飘动至云朵形壳体下端或外围,在灯光作用下以形成模拟彩虹的效果。
上述香薰机产品利用水泵将水抽至高位,然后滴落下来,最终实现类似彩虹的雾化效果,然而,上述现有技术产品的结构由于具有水泵模组,不仅增加了产品的成本,而且不利于维护,且观赏性不高,无法更好的满足消费者的使用需求。

本申请所解决的现有技术所存在的问题是:
现有技术的香薰机产品一般利用水泵将水抽至高位,然后滴落下来,最终实现类似彩虹的雾化效果,然而,这样的产品结构由于具有水泵模组,不仅增加了产品的成本,而且不利于维护,且观赏性不高,无法更好的满足消费者的使用需求。

还包括靠近所述蓄雾仓设置的、可轴向转动的旋转叶轮;所述旋转叶轮包括若干可蓄水的蓄水叶瓣;
所述蓄雾仓上开设出水口或所述蓄雾仓连接出水管道,将雾气凝水流至所述蓄水叶瓣中,利用所述蓄水叶瓣的重力,驱动所述旋转叶轮持续轴向转动;
所述加湿器主机体上开设有与所述旋转叶轮位置对应、用于回收流水的回水进气槽。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器通过同时设置加湿器主机体、设置于所述加湿器主机体内部的控制电路板111以及雾化组件12;所述雾化组件12与所述控制电路板111电性连接,在所述加湿器主机体上部设置有与所述加湿器主机体相连通、用于蓄积雾气雾水的蓄雾仓;还包括用于将所述雾化组件12所产生的雾气输送至所述蓄雾仓中的雾气导向筒16;所述雾气导向筒16与所述蓄雾仓一体成型或所述雾气导向筒16上部与所述蓄雾仓相连通,还包括靠近所述蓄雾仓设置的、可轴向转动的旋转叶轮18;所述旋转叶轮18包括若干可蓄水的蓄水叶瓣181;所述蓄雾仓上开设出水口173或所述蓄雾仓连接出水管道,将雾气凝水流至所述蓄水叶瓣181中,利用所述蓄水叶瓣181的重力,驱动所述旋转叶轮18持续轴向转动,所述加湿器主机体上开设有与所述旋转叶轮18位置对应、用于回收流水的回水进气槽151,实际应用过程中,可以较好的利用雾气凝水滴落于蓄水叶瓣181中,实现对旋转叶轮18的持续驱动,不仅可以提升观赏性,而且制造成本低,没有额外的水泵结构,便于产品的维护。

请参阅图1至图5,本实用新型一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器1包括加湿器主机体、设置于所述加湿器主机体内部的控制电路板111以及雾化组件12;所述雾化组件12与所述控制电路板111电性连接,
在所述加湿器主机体上部设置有与所述加湿器主机体相连通、用于蓄积雾气雾水的蓄雾仓;
还包括用于将所述雾化组件12所产生的雾气输送至所述蓄雾仓中的雾气导向筒16;所述雾气导向筒16与所述蓄雾仓一体成型或所述雾气导向筒16上部与所述蓄雾仓相连通;
实际设计中,所述雾气导向筒16可以为中空的管道结构,也可以是与所述加湿器主机体外形匹配的壳体结构;
还包括靠近所述蓄雾仓设置的、可轴向转动的旋转叶轮18;所述旋转叶轮18包括若干可蓄水的蓄水叶瓣181;
本申请不具体限定所述蓄水叶瓣181的数量,该蓄水叶瓣181主要起蓄积水的作用;
所述蓄雾仓上开设出水口173或所述蓄雾仓连接出水管道,将雾气凝水流至所述蓄水叶瓣181中,利用所述蓄水叶瓣181的重力,驱动所述旋转叶轮18持续轴向转动;
所述加湿器主机体上开设有与所述旋转叶轮18位置对应、用于回收流水 的回水进气槽151。
本申请通过同时设置加湿器主机体、设置于所述加湿器主机体内部的控制电路板111以及雾化组件12;所述雾化组件12与所述控制电路板111电性连接,在所述加湿器主机体上部设置有与所述加湿器主机体相连通、用于蓄积雾气雾水的蓄雾仓;还包括用于将所述雾化组件12所产生的雾气输送至所述蓄雾仓中的雾气导向筒16;所述雾气导向筒16与所述蓄雾仓一体成型或所述雾气导向筒16上部与所述蓄雾仓相连通,还包括靠近所述蓄雾仓设置的、可轴向转动的旋转叶轮18;所述旋转叶轮18包括若干可蓄水的蓄水叶瓣181;所述蓄雾仓上开设出水口173或所述蓄雾仓连接出水管道,将雾气凝水流至所述蓄水叶瓣181中,利用所述蓄水叶瓣181的重力,驱动所述旋转叶轮18持续轴向转动,所述加湿器主机体上开设有与所述旋转叶轮18位置对应、用于回收流水的回水进气槽151,实际应用过程中,可以较好的利用雾气凝水滴落于蓄水叶瓣181中,实现对旋转叶轮18的持续驱动,不仅可以提升观赏性,而且制造成本低,没有额外的水泵结构,便于产品的维护。
在一些其他实施例中,所述加湿器主机体的蓄水箱13底部还设置有用于提升喷雾喷水高度的雾化聚能筒131;
所述雾化组件12处于所述雾化聚能筒131底部;
所述雾化聚能筒131的顶部出口朝向所述雾气导向筒16。
所述加湿器主机体内部设置有用于发出灯光的LED灯或LED灯板,或在所述加湿器主机体外侧环绕设置LED灯带14。
所述加湿器主机体包括外壳体11、处于所述外壳体11内侧或上部的蓄水箱13以及处于所述蓄水箱13上部的上盖15;
所述回水进气槽151开设于所述上盖15;
所述旋转叶轮18处于所述上盖15上部;
所述雾气导向筒16下部贯穿所述上盖15后伸入所述蓄水箱13内侧。
所述雾气导向筒16上部设置有引水盖板17;所述引水盖板17内侧形成所述蓄雾仓;
所述雾气导向筒16上部开口与所述引水盖板17匹配连接;且在所述雾气导向筒16的上部开口位置还设置有用于避免雾气雾水往上喷出的挡水盖174。
所述引水盖板17上部还匹配设置有喷雾盖171;所述引水盖板17与所述喷雾盖171一体成型设置或活动连接;
在所述喷雾盖171上开设有喷气出雾口172。
所述出水口173开设于所述引水盖板17;
实际设计中,所述出水口173可以开设于所述引水盖板17的左右两侧部位;
所述旋转叶轮18通过旋转轴182与所述引水盖板17外侧活动连接。
所述控制电路板111及所述雾化组件12处于所述蓄水箱13底部与所述外壳体11之间的内部空间中;
还包括设置于所述加湿器主机体内部的无水检测开关;所述无水检测开关与所述控制电路板111电性连接。
所述回水进气槽151呈长条状结构;且所述回水进气槽151的长度与所述旋转叶轮18的直径相对应,避免流水外溅。
所述雾气导向筒16呈由下至上尺寸逐渐增大的倒锥形结构。
运行原理如下:
本设计利用雾化片工作所喷出的水输送到引水盖板17上,再从引水盖板17上的出水口173流道旋转叶轮18的蓄水叶瓣181中,其中叶瓣上的水增加重力使叶轮得到动力从而旋转起来,加上雾化片所雾化的雾气从喷气出雾口172往外飘逸成雾气,再增加灯光效果,从而达到视觉观赏效果。
本申请解决技术问题所产生的技术效果如下:
与现有技术相比,本实用新型一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器1通过同时设置加湿器主机体、设置于所述加湿器主机体内部的控制电路板111以及雾化组件12;所述雾化组件12与所述控制电路板111电性连接,在所述加湿器主机体上部设置有与所述加湿器主机体相连通、用于蓄积雾气雾水的蓄雾仓;还包括用于将所述雾化组件12所产生的雾气输送至所述蓄雾仓中的雾气导向筒16;所述雾气导向筒16与所述蓄雾仓一体成型或所述雾气导向筒16上部与所述蓄雾仓相连通,还包括靠近所述蓄雾仓设置的、可轴向转动的旋转叶轮18;所述旋转叶轮18包括若干可蓄水的蓄水叶瓣181;所述蓄雾仓上开设出水口173或所述蓄雾仓连接出水管道,将雾气凝水流至所述蓄水叶瓣181中,利用所述蓄水叶瓣181的重力,驱动所述旋转叶轮18持续轴向转动,所述加湿器主机体上开设有与所述旋转叶轮18位置对应、用于回收流水的回水进气槽151,实际应用过程中,可以较好的利用雾气凝水滴落于蓄水叶瓣181中,实现对旋转叶轮18的持续驱动,不仅可以提升观赏性,而且制造成本低,没有额外的水泵结构,便于产品的维护。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器,包括加湿器主机体、设置于所述加湿器主机体内部的控制电路板以及雾化组件;所述雾化组件与所述控制电路板电性连接,其特征在于:
    在所述加湿器主机体上部设置有与所述加湿器主机体相连通、用于蓄积雾气雾水的蓄雾仓;
    还包括用于将所述雾化组件所产生的雾气输送至所述蓄雾仓中的雾气导向筒;所述雾气导向筒与所述蓄雾仓一体成型或所述雾气导向筒上部与所述蓄雾仓相连通;
    还包括靠近所述蓄雾仓设置的、可轴向转动的旋转叶轮;所述旋转叶轮包括若干可蓄水的蓄水叶瓣;
    所述蓄雾仓上开设出水口或所述蓄雾仓连接出水管道,将雾气凝水流至所述蓄水叶瓣中,利用所述蓄水叶瓣的重力,驱动所述旋转叶轮持续轴向转动;
    所述加湿器主机体上开设有与所述旋转叶轮位置对应、用于回收流水的回水进气槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述加湿器主机体的蓄水箱底部还设置有用于提升喷雾喷水高度的雾化聚能筒;
    所述雾化组件处于所述雾化聚能筒底部;
    所述雾化聚能筒的顶部出口朝向所述雾气导向筒。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述加湿器主机体内部设置有用于发出灯光的LED灯或LED灯板,或在所述加湿器主机体外侧环绕设置LED灯带。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任意一项权利要求所述的一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述加湿器主机体包括外壳体、处于所述外壳体内侧或上部的蓄水箱以及处于所述蓄水箱上部的上盖;
    所述回水进气槽开设于所述上盖;
    所述旋转叶轮处于所述上盖上部;
    所述雾气导向筒下部贯穿所述上盖后伸入所述蓄水箱内侧。
  5. 如权利要求1至3中任意一项权利要求所述的一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述雾气导向筒上部设置有引水盖板;所述引水盖板内侧形成所述蓄雾仓;
    所述雾气导向筒上部开口与所述引水盖板匹配连接;且在所述雾气导向筒的上部开口位置还设置有用于避免雾气雾水往上喷出的挡水盖。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述引水盖板上部还匹配设置有喷雾盖;所述引水盖板与所述喷雾盖一体成型设置或活动连接;
    在所述喷雾盖上开设有喷气出雾口。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述出水口开设于所述引水盖板;
    所述旋转叶轮通过旋转轴与所述引水盖板外侧活动连接。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述控制电路板及所述雾化组件处于所述蓄水箱底部与所述外壳体之间的内部空间中;
    还包括设置于所述加湿器主机体内部的无水检测开关;所述无水检测开关与所述控制电路板电性连接。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述回水进气槽呈长条状结构;且所述回水进气槽的长度与所述旋转叶轮的直径相对应,避免流水外溅。
  10. 如权利要求1至3以及6至9中任意一项权利要求所述的一种旋转叶轮式香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述雾气导向筒呈由下至上尺寸逐渐增大的倒锥形结构。
