本发明涉及教学展示技术领域,尤其涉及一种创新创业用指导展示装置。
背景技术
创新创业是指基于技术创新、产品创新、品牌创新、服务创新、商业模式创新、管理创新、组织创新、市场创新、渠道创新等方面的某一点或几点创新而进行的创业活动,既不同于单纯的创新,也不同于单纯的创业,创新是创新创业的特质,创业是创新创业的目标。
目前,随着社会的发展和国家教育文化水平的提高,每年步入大学的新生越来越多,大学生的教育也越来越显得十分重要,而在大学生创新创业指导教学课中,指导教师往往会将最近的相关创新创业图表、宣传海报等固定在对应的展示板上,供同学们查看,以便进行指导教学。
现有的创新创业用指导展示板大都结构单一,不具备折叠收纳的功能,导致占用的空间资源较多,从而不便于在闲置不用时对其进行运输转移以及存储,使用不方便,且现有的创新创业用指导展示板虽然具备升降调节功能,但大都需要人工手动调节,无法自动升降,自动化程度较低,另外现有的创新创业用指导展示板用于固定相关创新创业图表和宣传海报的结构还不便于调节,不能适用于不同尺寸的相关创新创业图表和宣传海报进行固定,适用性较低,因此,本发明提出一种创新创业用指导展示装置用以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提出一种创新创业用指导展示装置,解决现有的创新创业用指导展示板不具备折叠收纳的功能,导致占用的空间资源较多,无法自动升降,以及不能适用于不同尺寸的相关创新创业图表和宣传海报进行固定的问题。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种创新创业用指导展示装置,包括箱体,所述箱体设有两组且相对一侧的后端相互铰接,所述箱体正面通过螺栓固定有展示面板,两组所述箱体相对一侧的顶端和底端均焊接有第一半圆螺纹柱,相邻两组所述第一半圆螺纹柱外部螺纹套接有螺纹环,所述箱体内部远离第一半圆螺纹柱的一侧设有通过马达驱动旋转的丝杆,所述丝杆上螺纹套接有螺纹块,所述螺纹块靠近第一半圆螺纹柱的一端固定有滑动贯穿箱体的支撑柱,所述展示面板正面上下两侧均滑动连接有L形支架,所述L形支架正面滑动贯穿有拉杆,所述拉杆后端固定有压板,所述压板正面对称固定有滑动贯穿L形支架的第一滑杆,所述第一滑杆外部活动套设有连接于压板和L形支架之间的第一限位弹簧,所述箱体底端设有滑轮组件。
进一步改进在于:所述滑轮组件包括底板和对称固定于底板底端的万向轮,所述箱体底端开设有与底板适配的通孔,所述底板顶端对称固定有L形吊板,所述L形吊板上滑动贯穿有固定于箱体内部底端的第二滑杆,所述第二滑杆顶端固定有与箱体内壁焊接的顶板,所述顶板底端和L形吊板顶端之间连接有活动套设于第二滑杆上的第二 限位弹簧,所述通孔两侧内壁均设有定位机构。
进一步改进在于:所述通孔两侧均设有开设于箱体底部的空腔,所述定位机构包括滑动贯穿至通孔内的定位销和与定位销固定连接的推拉板,所述推拉板下部滑动贯穿箱体,所述推拉板靠近定位销的一侧通过第三限位弹簧与箱体底部空腔的内壁连接,所述底板两侧外壁均开设有与定位销适配的定位孔。

本发明的有益效果为:本发明包括两组相互铰接的箱体和固定于箱体正面的展示面板,通过在展示面板正面上下两侧滑动连接L形支架,并在L形支架内侧设置通过拉杆拉动并具备回弹复位功能的压板来对相关创新创业图表和宣传海报进行固定,从而使该指导展示装置便于调节,能对不同尺寸的相关创新创业图表和宣传海报进行固定,适用性较高,且通过马达驱动丝杆上螺纹套接的螺纹块带动支撑柱伸出或缩回箱体适当长度,从而使该装置具备自动调节支撑高度的功能,无需用户人工手动操作,自动化程度较高,使用方便,还便于将支撑柱收纳至箱体内,另外通过将两组箱体相互铰接的设置,并通过螺纹环对两组箱体顶端和底端的第一半圆螺纹柱进行固定锁紧,从而使该指导展示装置便于折叠合并,不会占用过多的空间资源,进而便于在不使用时进行移动运输以及存储。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参见图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7,本实施例提供了一种创新创业用指导展示装置,包括两组呈左右对称分布的箱体1,两组箱体1相对一侧的后端通过呈上下对称分部的两个合页相互铰接,使两组箱体1可以沿着合页铰接处折叠合并,箱体1正面为开口设计并通过螺栓固定有展示面板2,打开展示面板2即可对箱体1内部进行检修,两组箱体1相对一侧的顶端和底端均焊接固定有第一半圆螺纹柱3,左右相邻两组第一半圆螺纹柱3共同构成一个完整的螺纹柱并螺纹套接有螺纹环4,通过螺纹环4对两组第一半圆螺纹柱3进行固定锁紧,通过将两组箱体1相互铰接的设置,并通过螺纹环4 对两组箱体1顶端和底端的第一半圆螺纹柱3进行固定锁紧,从而使该指导展示装置便于折叠合并,箱体1内部顶端通过螺栓固定有马达5,箱体1内部远离第一半圆螺纹柱3的一侧通过轴承转动连接有丝杆6,且丝杆6通过马达5驱动旋转,丝杆6上螺纹套接有螺纹块7,两组螺纹块7相对一端均固定有用于为箱体1提供支撑的支撑柱8,支撑柱8下部滑动贯穿箱体1底端,箱体1底端开设有与支撑柱8适配的通槽,以供支撑柱8滑动贯穿,通过马达5驱动丝杆6上螺纹套接的螺纹块7带动支撑柱8伸出或缩回箱体1适当长度,从而使该装置具备自动调节支撑高度的功能,无需用户人工手动操作,自动化程度较高,使用方便,还便于将支撑柱8收纳至箱体1内,展示面板2正面滑动连接有两组呈上下对称分布的L形支架9,L形支架9正面中间位置滑动贯穿有拉杆10,拉杆10后端固定有压板11,拉杆10左右两侧均设有与压板11固定连接且滑动贯穿L形支架9的第一滑杆12,第一滑杆12外部活动套设有第一限位弹簧13,第一限位弹簧13前后两端分别与压板11以及L形支架9固定连接,通过第一限位弹簧13为压板11提供弹力,使其在自然状态下始终抵触展示面板2,并具备回弹复位功能,在展示面板2正面上下两侧滑动连接L形支架9,并在L形支架9内侧设置通过拉杆10拉动并具备回弹复位功能的压板11来对相关创新创业图表和宣传海报进行固定,从而使该指导展示装置便于调节,能对不同尺寸的相关创新创业图表和宣传海报进行固定,箱体1底端设有滑轮组件,便于对箱体1进行移动。
滑轮组件包括底板14和万向轮15,万向轮15通过罗伞对称固 定于底板14底端前后两侧,箱体1底端开设有与底板14适配的通孔16,使底板14可通过通孔16上升至箱体1内,底板14顶端固定焊接有呈对称分布的L形吊板17,L形吊板17上滑动贯穿有第二滑杆18,第二滑杆18底端固定于箱体1内部底端,第二滑杆18顶端固定有顶板19,顶板19后端与箱体1后侧内壁焊接固定,通过在第二滑杆18上滑动套设L形吊板17,从而使底板14可以沿着第二滑杆18上下滑动,顶板19底端和L形吊板17顶端之间连接有第二限位弹簧20,且第二限位弹簧20活动套设于第二滑杆18上,通过第二限位弹簧20为底板14提供收缩弹力,从而使自然状态下底板14可以带着万向轮15回缩至箱体1内,通孔16两侧内壁均设有用于对底板14进行固定的定位机构,先将万向轮15从箱体1内拉出,使底板14处于通孔16内,再利用定位机构对其固定,从而使万向轮15伸出箱体1外部。
通孔16两侧均设有空腔且空腔开设于箱体1底部,定位机构包括从空腔内滑动贯穿至通孔16内的定位销21以及位于空腔内并与定位销21固定连接的推拉板22,推拉板22下部滑动贯穿箱体1,便于用户通过推拉板22拉动定位销21,推拉板22靠近定位销21的一侧通过第三限位弹簧23与箱体1底部空腔的内壁连接,且第三限位弹簧23活动套设于定位销21上,底板14左右两侧外壁均开设有与定位销21适配的定位孔24,通过第三限位弹簧23为推拉板22提供收缩弹力,从而带动定位销21自然状态下插入定位孔24内,以实现对底板14的固定。
马达5的输出端固定有第一锥形齿轮25,丝杆6上部固定有第二锥形齿轮26,且第二锥形齿轮26与第一锥形齿轮25啮合连接,通过马达5驱动器输出端的第一锥形齿轮25转动,第一锥形齿轮25再通过与之啮合的第二锥形齿轮26带动丝杆6转动。
支撑柱8远离螺纹块7的一端固定有滑板27,滑板27上滑动贯穿有第三滑杆28,且第三滑杆28上下两端分别固定焊接与箱体1内部顶端和底端,通过第三滑杆28对滑板27限位导向,从而使支撑柱8升降过程中更稳定。
L形支架9后端固定有呈左右对称分布的T形滑块29,展示面板2正面开设有与T形滑块29适配的T形滑轨30,通过T形滑轨30和T形滑块29的配合,实现L形支架9与展示面板2的滑动连接,位于上方的L形支架9的顶端和位于下方的L形支架9的底端均设有锁紧定位机构,用于将L形支架9固定锁紧在展示面板2上,避免其自由滑动。
锁紧定位机构包括固定板31和螺纹杆32,固定板31设有两组并分别固定于位于上方的L形支架9顶端和位于下方的L形支架9底端,螺纹杆32螺纹贯穿固定板31,螺纹杆32前端固定有转盘33,螺纹杆32后端固定有防滑块34,通过转动转盘33驱动螺纹杆32向展示面板2方向转动,并带动防滑块34抵住展示面板2,实现对L形支架9的固定。
箱体1靠近丝杆6一侧外壁的后侧固定有第二半圆螺纹柱35,在两组箱体1折叠合并后两组第二半圆螺纹柱35也会合并,此时利 用螺纹环4对两组第二半圆螺纹柱35锁紧固定,支撑柱8底端固定有水平设置的支撑板36,提高支撑柱8与地面的接触面积,以增加支撑柱8的稳定性,支撑柱8前后两侧的下部均固定有三角形加强板37,且三角形加强板37底端固定连接于支撑板36顶端,通过三角形加强板37提高支撑柱8和支撑板36之间的结构稳定性。
实际使用时,用户先根据相关创新创业图表和宣传海报的高度尺寸分别将展示面板2正面上下两侧的L形支架9滑动调节至适当位置,接着拉动拉杆10将压板11向远离展示面板2的一侧拉动,同时将待指导展示的相关创新创业图表和宣传海报放入压板11和展示面板2之间,此时再松开拉杆10使压板11回弹并对相关创新创业图表和宣传海报进行压制固定;
当需要对展示面板2的高度进行自动调节时,启动马达5驱动丝杆6转动,使丝杆6上螺纹套接的螺纹块7升降,并根据实际需要的使用高度将支撑柱8伸出或缩回箱体1适当长度,实现对箱体1支撑高度的自动化调整,箱体1升降调节的同时自然带动展示面板2进行升降,直至满足用户需要的指导展示高度;
当不需要使用该展示装置而要对其进行折叠收纳时,先启动马达5驱动丝杆6转动,以通过螺纹块7带动支撑柱8最大程度的缩回箱体1内(此时支撑柱8位于箱体1内,而其底端的支撑板36则与箱体1底端接触),实现支撑柱8的收纳,此时可通过滑轮组件对箱体1进行移动转移,再将螺纹环4从第一半圆螺纹柱3上旋转取下,然后将两组箱体1沿着二者的铰接处折叠合并,即完成箱体1的折叠, 待两组箱体1合并后再将螺纹环4螺纹套接在合并的两组第二半圆螺纹柱35上,实现对两组箱体1合并后的固定锁紧;
当需要使用时先将螺纹环4从第二半圆螺纹柱35上取下,再将两组箱体1展开,并时两组箱体1相对一侧完全合并,随后将螺纹环4螺纹套接在第一半圆螺纹柱3上,即实现对两组箱体1展开后的固定锁紧。

  1. 一种创新创业用指导展示装置,其特征在于:包括箱体(1),所述箱体(1)设有两组且相对一侧的后端相互铰接,所述箱体(1)正面通过螺栓固定有展示面板(2),两组所述箱体(1)相对一侧的顶端和底端均焊接有第一半圆螺纹柱(3),相邻两组所述第一半圆螺纹柱(3)外部螺纹套接有螺纹环(4),所述箱体(1)内部远离第一半圆螺纹柱(3)的一侧设有通过马达(5)驱动旋转的丝杆(6),所述丝杆(6)上螺纹套接有螺纹块(7),所述螺纹块(7)靠近第一半圆螺纹柱(3)的一端固定有滑动贯穿箱体(1)的支撑柱(8),所述展示面板(2)正面上下两侧均滑动连接有L形支架(9),所述L形支架(9)正面滑动贯穿有拉杆(10),所述拉杆(10)后端固定有压板(11),所述压板(11)正面对称固定有滑动贯穿L形支架(9)的第一滑杆(12),所述第一滑杆(12)外部活动套设有连接于压板(11)和L形支架(9)之间的第一限位弹簧(13),所述箱体(1)底端设有滑轮组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种创新创业用指导展示装置,其特征在于:所述滑轮组件包括底板(14)和对称固定于底板(14)底端的万向轮(15),所述箱体(1)底端开设有与底板(14)适配的通孔(16),所述底板(14)顶端对称固定有L形吊板(17),所述L形吊板(17)上滑动贯穿有固定于箱体(1)内部底端的第二滑杆(18),所述第二滑杆(18)顶端固定有与箱体(1)内壁焊接的顶板(19),所述顶板(19)底端和L形吊板(17)顶端之间连接有活动套设于第二滑杆(18)上的第二限位弹簧(20),所述通孔(16)两侧内壁均设有定位机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种创新创业用指导展示装置,其特征在于:所述通孔(16)两侧均设有开设于箱体(1)底部的空腔,所述定位机构包括滑动贯穿至通孔(16)内的定位销(21)和与定位销(21)固定连接的推拉板(22),所述推拉板(22)下部滑动贯穿箱体(1),所述推拉板(22)靠近定位销(21)的一侧通过第三限位弹簧(23)与箱体(1)底部空腔的内壁连接,所述底板(14)两侧外壁均开设有与定位销(21)适配的定位孔(24)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种创新创业用指导展示装置,其特征在于:所述马达(5)固定于箱体(1)内部顶端,所述马达(5)的输出端固定有第一锥形齿轮(25),所述丝杆(6)上部固定有与第一锥形齿轮(25)啮合的第二锥形齿轮(26)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种创新创业用指导展示装置,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(8)远离螺纹块(7)的一端固定有滑板(27),所述滑板(27)上滑动贯穿有固定于箱体(1)上下内壁的第三滑杆(28)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种创新创业用指导展示装置,其特征在于:所述L形支架(9)靠近展示面板(2)的一侧对称固定有T形滑块(29),所述展示面板(2)正面开设有与T形滑块(29)适配的T形滑轨(30),位于上方的所述L形支架(9)的顶端和位于下方的所述L形支架(9)的底端均设有锁紧定位机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种创新创业用指导展示装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧定位机构包括固定于L形支架(9)上的固定板(31) 和螺纹贯穿固定板(31)的螺纹杆(32),所述螺纹杆(32)前后两端分别固定有转盘(33)和防滑块(34)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种创新创业用指导展示装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)靠近丝杆(6)一侧外壁的后侧固定有第二半圆螺纹柱(35),所述支撑柱(8)底端固定有支撑板(36),所述支撑柱(8)前后两侧的下部均固定有三角形加强板(37),所述三角形加强板(37)底端固定连接于支撑板(36)顶端。
