随着电商类APP(Application,应用程序)相关技术的不断发展,人们对电商类APP相关功能的需求越来越多样化,尤其是与人们的使用体验紧密相关的信息展示方法和交互方法等。
因此,如何满足用户多样化的电商类APP的功能需求,从而提升用户的使用体验,是目前亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题或者至少部分地解决上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种交互方法、装置、电子设备以及存储介质。
第一方面,本公开提供了一种交互方法,包括:
展示信息流页面;所述信息流页面与待展示对象对应;
若所述信息流页面的页面关联信息满足预设触发条件,在所述信息流页面中展示交互邀请信息;所述交互邀请信息用于邀请用户对所述待展示对象执行预设处理操作;所述预设处理操作为用于反映对所述待展示对象关注的操作;
响应于对所述交互邀请信息的触发操作,在所述信息流页面中展示交互参与信息,所述交互参与信息为对所述待展示对象执行预设处 理操作的操作结果反馈信息。
第二方面,本公开还提供了一种交互装置,包括:
第一展示模块,用于展示信息流页面;所述信息流页面与待展示对象对应;

预设触发条件例如可以是预先设置的用于衡量是否在信息流页面中展示交互邀请信息的判断条件。预设触发条件具体可以根据页面关联信息具体包括的内容设置。示例性地,若页面关联信息包括直播间账号的账号等级,预设触发条件包括直播间账号的账号等级达到30级。若页面关联信息包括直播间单位时间的商品销售量,预设触发条件包括直播间单位时间的商品销售量达到1000件。
交互邀请例如可以用于邀请用户通过交互的方式表达对与信息流页面对应的某一个或多个待展示对象的喜爱或关注。交互邀请信息例如可以是用于描述交互邀请内容的信息。可选地,交互邀请信息用于邀请用户对待展示对象执行预设处理操作;该预设处理操作为用于表达对待展示对象关注的操作信息。示例性地,预设处理操作包括投票类操作和非投票类操作,投票类操作具体可以包括对优先讲解某个待展示对象进行投票或对优先上架某一个待展示对象进行投票。非投票类操作具体可以包括求上架操作、求讲操作或求补货操作。
需要说明的是,投票类操作通常涉及两个或两个以上的待展示对象,其投票的目的包括对比、比拼以及PK的含义,后续会关注两个或两个以上的待展示对象的比拼结果。

交互邀请由主播发出,是指,在主播端客户端中配置有允许主播向用户发出交互邀请的功能。该交互邀请功能用于邀请用户对某一个或多个待展示对象做出用于表达其是否关注某一个或多个待展示对象的处理操作。示例性地,若主播希望了解用户是否期待上架商品5,主播可以使用交互邀请功能向看播用户发出针对商品5的求上架邀请。在看播用户客户端,该“针对商品A的求上架邀请”将以交互邀请信息的形式展示在直播间展示页面(即信息流页面)中。
交互邀请由客户端自动生成,是指看播用户客户端根据直播相关信息(如所有看播用户对某个待展示对象的评论量、某个待展示对象的历史交易量等)自动生成交互邀请,该交互邀请将以交互邀请信息的形式展示看播用户客户端的直播间展示页面(即信息流页面)中。
在一些实施例中,交互邀请信息可以包括待展示对象的标识信息,也可以不包括待展示对象的标识信息。待展示对象的标识信息是指用于将一个待展示对象与其他待展示对象相区别的信息。示例性地,待展示对象的标识信息包括待展示对象的图像和/或名称。图2和图3中,该信息流页面为直播间展示页面,在该信息流页面中展示有交互邀请信息。在图2中,该交互邀请信息包括待展示对象的标识信息(即商品3的图像和名称)。在图3中,该交互邀请信息不包括待展示对象的标识信息。

在上述实施例中,之所以设置操作完成信息包括两种,分别为第一子操作完成信息和第二子操作完成信息,是因为,两种操作完成信息的受众不同。具体而言,假设用户Z和用户Y同时通过其各自所持终端观看同一直播。用户Z所持终端中信息流页面包括交互邀请信息,用户Z点击交互邀请信息中的参与选项后,第一子操作完成信息仅展示在用户Z所持终端中,并不展示在用户Y所持终端中,其用于向用户Z传达其对交互邀请信息中的参与选项的点击操作生效。第二子操作完成信息既展示在用户Z所持终端中,也展示在用户Y所持终端中,其用于营造互动氛围。
情况二,预设处理操作为投票类操作

待展示对象包括多种属性。待展示对象的属性例如可以是因待展示对象自身构造、组成等所具有的特征。如果待展示对象为物品,待展示对象的属性包括待展示对象的名称、品牌、品类、样式、尺寸、材质、功能、商标、类型、价格、颜色和包装等。如果待展示对象为服务,其属性为对象所包括的内容,品牌、品类、注意事项以及价格等。待展示对象的属性信息例如可以是用于对待展示对象的属性进行描述的信息。
待展示对象的摘要信息例如可以是由待展示对象的部分属性信息构成的集合。待展示对象的摘要信息用于简略地以文字和/或图像的形 式向用户展示待展示对象的概况。在电商场景下,待展示对象的摘要信息可以理解为商品列表中的商品卡。
对象汇总展示页面例如可以是用于汇总展示与信息流页面对应的待展示对象的摘要信息的页面。可选地,对象汇总展示页面可以为对象展示列表。在对象汇总展示页面中,各待展示对象的摘要信息可以以卡片的形式展示。在一个卡片中展示一个待展示对象的摘要信息。在电商场景下,对象展示页面可以商品列表。
对一待展示对象的选择操作,例如可以用于表达将哪个待展示对象作为处理对象的操作。示例性地,对一待展示对象的选择操作具体可以为对一待展示对象的商品卡中指定区域、或控件的点击操作。

状态变化信息与交互参与信息具有关联关系,具体而言,预设处理操作是影响状态变化信息的一个因素。在一些场景下,用户接受交互邀请后,主播可以查看所有用户的交互邀请接受情况,进行决策是否或何时上架、讲解或补货目标待展示对象,进而通过对主播端客户端进行操作,上架、讲解或补货目标待展示对象。在主播通过对主播端客户端进 行操作,上架、讲解或补货目标待展示对象后,形成目标待展示对象的状态变化信息,在信息流页面展示目标待展示对象的状态变化信息。

上述技术方案若信息流页面的页面关联信息满足预设触发条件,在信息流页面中展示交互邀请信息;交互邀请信息用于邀请用户对待展示对象执行预设处理操作;预设处理操作为用于反映对待展示对象关注的操作;响应于对交互邀请信息的触发操作,在信息流页面中展示交互参与信息,交互参与信息为对待展示对象执行预设处理操作的操作结果反馈信息。其实质是通过邀请用户进行交互的方式,一方面可以营造直播间热闹的氛围,另一方面可以帮助主播了解看播用户关注哪些待展示对象,进而决策是否或何时上架、讲解或补货待展示对象等,动态调整直播流程,达到提高看播用户体验的目的。
在上述技术方案的基础上,可选地,交互参与信息包括状态变化信息;状态变化信息包括第一子状态变化信息和/或第二子状态变化信息;第一子状态变化信息的展示位置位于评论摘要区域和弹幕区域之间;第二子状态变化信息的展示位置位于弹幕区域内。

倒计时信息是用于限定可接受邀请的时段。示例性地,在倒计时结束前,该交互邀请有效,允许用户接受邀请;在倒计时结束后,该交互邀请无效,不允许用户接受邀请。
由于在实际中,交互邀请往往不是针对一个看播用户的,而是针对部分或全部的看播用户,也就是说,对于同一个交互邀请,可能存在多 个看播用户均接受邀请的情况。邀请参与汇总信息用于描述在交互邀请有效的时段内,所有看播用户接受邀请的总情况。例如有多少用户接受了交互邀请。
示例性地,若交互邀请为对于商品3的求讲解处理,参见图9,邀请参与汇总信息描述在交互邀请有效的时段内,有600用户对商品3执行了求讲解操作。
需要说明的是,若交互邀请信息包括两个或两个以上的待展示对象的标识信息,对与交互邀请信息中限定的部分或全部待展示对象执行预设处理操作,均可视为对交互邀请信息的触发操作。

本公开实施例提供的技术方案与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
本公开实施例提供的技术方案中,若所述信息流页面的页面关联信息满足预设触发条件,在所述信息流页面中展示交互邀请信息;所述交互邀请信息用于邀请用户对所述待展示对象执行预设处理操作;所述预设处理操作为用于反映对所述待展示对象关注的操作;响应于对所述交互邀请信息的触发操作,在所述信息流页面中展示交互参与信息,所述交互参与信息为对所述待展示对象执行预设处理操作的操作结果反馈信息。其实质是通过邀请用户进行交互的方式,一方面可以营造直播间热闹的氛围,另一方面可以帮助主播了解看播用户关注哪些待展示对象,进而决策是否或何时上架、讲解或补货待展示对象,动态调整直播流程,达到提高看播用户体验的目的。
图15为本公开实施例中的一种电子设备的结构示意图。下面具体参考图15,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例中的电子设备1000的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的电子设备1000可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)、可穿戴电子设备等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机、智能家居设备等等的固定终端。图15示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图15所示,电子设备1000可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)1001,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)1002中的程序或者从存储装置1008加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)1003中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理以实现如本公开所述的实施例的交互方法。在RAM 1003中,还存储有电子设备1000操作所需的各种程序和信息。处理装置1001、ROM 1002以及RAM 1003通过总线1004彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口1005也连接至总线1004。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口1005:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置1006;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置1007;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置1008;以及通信装置1009。通信装置1009可以允许电子设备1000与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换信息。虽然图15示出了具有各种装置的电子设备1000,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。

可选的,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,该电子设备还可以执行上述实施例所述的其他步骤。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的操作的计算机程序代码,上述程序设计语言包括但不限于面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如本公开提供的任一所述的交互方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,本公开提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如本公开提供的任一所述的交互方法。
本公开实施例还提供了一种计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品包括计算机程序或指令,该计算机程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如上所述的交互方法。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种交互方法,包括:
    展示信息流页面;所述信息流页面与待展示对象对应;
    若所述信息流页面的页面关联信息满足预设触发条件,在所述信息流页面中展示交互邀请信息;所述交互邀请信息用于邀请用户对所述待展示对象执行预设处理操作;所述预设处理操作为用于反映对所述待展示对象关注的操作;
    响应于对所述交互邀请信息的触发操作,在所述信息流页面中展示交互参与信息,所述交互参与信息为对所述待展示对象执行预设处理操作的操作结果反馈信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    所述信息流页面还包括评论摘要区域以及弹幕区域;所述评论摘要区域和所述弹幕区域竖向排列,所述弹幕区域位于所述评论摘要区域上方;
    所述交互邀请信息的展示位置位于所述评论摘要区域和所述弹幕区域之间;
    所述交互参与信息的展示位置位于下述位置中至少一处:所述弹幕区域内,以及所述评论摘要区域和所述弹幕区域之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述信息流页面与至少一个待展示对象对应;所述交互邀请信息不包括任意一个所述待展示对象的标识信息,所述响应于对所述交互邀请信息的触发操作,在所述信息流页面中展示交互参与信息,包括:
    响应于对所述交互邀请信息的触发操作,展示对象汇总展示页面,所述对象汇总展示页面包括与所述信息流页面对应的所有待展示对象的摘要信息;
    响应于对一所述待展示对象的选择操作,在所述信息流页面中展示交互参与信息,所述交互参与信息包括目标待展示对象的标识信息, 所述目标待展示对象为被选择的所述待展示对象。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述信息流页面与至少一个待展示对象对应;所述至少一个待展示对象包括目标待展示对象;所述交互邀请信息包括所述目标待展示对象的标识信息以及参与选项;所述响应于对所述交互邀请信息的触发操作,在所述信息流页面中展示交互参与信息,包括:
    响应于对所述参与选项的选择操作,在所述信息流页面中展示交互参与信息,所述交互参与信息包括所述目标待展示对象的标识信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述交互参与信息包括操作完成信息,所述参与选项的状态包括可选状态和不可选状态;在所述交互邀请信息中,所述参与选项的状态为可选状态;
    所述交互参与信息包括操作完成信息;所述操作完成信息用于提示对所述待展示对象执行预设处理操作成功;所述操作完成信息包括第一子操作完成信息和/或第二子操作完成信息;所述第一子操作完成信息的展示位置位于评论摘要区域和弹幕区域之间,所述第一子操作完成信息包括处于不可选状态的所述参与选项;所述第二子操作完成信息以弹幕形式展示在弹幕区域。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述预设处理操作为投票类操作,所述交互参与信息包括操作完成信息,所述交互邀请信息包括至少两个目标待展示对象的标识信息以及与各所述目标待展示对象的参与选项;在所述交互邀请信息中,各所述参与选项的状态均为可选状态;
    所述交互参与信息包括操作完成信息;所述操作完成信息用于提示对所述待展示对象执行预设处理操作成功;所述操作完成信息包括第一子操作完成信息和/或第二子操作完成信息;所述第一子操作完成信息的展示位置位于评论摘要区域和弹幕区域之间,所述第一子操作完成信息包括截止至当前时刻的投票结果信息;所述第二子操作完成信息以弹幕形式展示在弹幕区域。
  7. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其中,所述交互参与信息包括状态变化信息;所述状态变化信息用于提示在对所述待展示对象执行预设处理后,所述目标待展示对象的状态变化情况;所述状态变化信息包括第一子状态变化信息和/或第二子状态变化信息;所述第一子状态变化信息的展示位置位于评论摘要区域和弹幕区域之间;所述第二子状态变化信息的展示位置位于弹幕区域内;
    若所述状态变化信息包括第一子状态变化信息,所述方法还包括:
    响应于对所述第一子状态变化信息的触发操作,展示对象汇总展示页面;在所述对象汇总展示页面中,所述目标待展示对象的摘要信息位于所述对象汇总展示页面的首位展示位。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在所述信息流页面中展示交互邀请信息,包括:
    在所述信息流页面中展示交互邀请信息以及倒计时信息;
    在倒计时结束后,在所述信息流页面中展示邀请参与汇总信息,所述邀请参与汇总信息用于提示对所述待展示对象执行预设处理操作的用户数量。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述预设处理操作包括下述中的至少一种:
    求上架操作、求讲操作、对待展示对象进行投票的操作以及求补货操作。
  10. 一种交互装置,包括:
    第一展示模块,用于展示信息流页面;所述信息流页面与待展示对象对应;
    第二展示模块,用于若所述信息流页面的页面关联信息满足预设触发条件,在所述信息流页面中展示交互邀请信息;所述交互邀请信息用于邀请用户对所述待展示对象执行预设处理操作;所述预设处理操作为用于反映对所述待展示对象关注的操作;
    第三展示模块,用于响应于对所述交互邀请信息的触发操作,在所 述信息流页面中展示交互参与信息,所述交互参与信息为对所述待展示对象执行预设处理操作的操作结果反馈信息。
  11. 一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的方法。
