- Embodiments herein may bring the advantage of an increased operational efficiency by an automated cable handling system. This may be achieved by, as mentioned above, making it possible to pull the electrical cable towards the connection point to the remote source of electrical power by using a winch cable that is applied through a trundle in proximity to the connection point, and then pull the electrical cable towards the connection point. Further, embodiments herein may bring the advantage of a reduced risk of injuries, since there is no need to manually pull the electrical cable from the electrically powered mining and/or construction machine to the connection point.
