Description

背景技术
现有的带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘包括键盘本体、以及用于供平板电脑固定安装的保护壳;该保护壳通过水平轴可水平转动地安装在键盘本体上,从而使得该保护壳可相对键盘本体绕水平轴线转动进行开合。但该保护壳仅可相对键盘本体绕水平轴线转动,无法绕竖直轴线转动,造成无法调节固定在保护壳上的平板电脑的屏幕的朝向,从而使其使用的灵活性受到限制。为了解决上述问题,虽然近期市面上出现了改良的带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其具有双向旋转功能的功能,以可提高使用灵活性,但该改良的带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘的结构较为复杂、安装较为不便,从而造成成本较高,远不能满足行业的高要求。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其使得保护壳可随同旋转座绕第一旋转轴线转动,并使得保护壳可相对旋转座绕第二旋转轴线转动,可提高使用灵活性的同时,还使得结构较为简单、安装方便,可降低制作成本。

一种带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,包括键盘本体、用于供平板电脑固定安装的保护壳、旋转座、以及锁定件;所述键盘本体上设置有定位套,所述旋转座的下端可转动地插装在定位套内并可相对定位套绕第一旋转轴线转动;所述定位套上设置有绕第一旋转轴线呈圆周排列的多个嵌置槽,所述旋转座设置有安装槽;所述锁定件活动安装在安装槽内,并用于嵌入嵌置槽内;所述安装槽内安装有弹性元件,所述弹性元件抵顶于锁定件上,并用于提供促使锁定件朝向定位套移动的弹性力;所述保护壳上设置有支撑部件,所述支撑部件可转动地安装在旋转座上并可相对旋转座绕第二旋转轴线转动;所述第一旋转轴线为竖直轴线,且第一旋转轴线与第二旋转轴线垂直。
所述锁定件为锁定销,所述锁定销设有横截面呈三角形状并用于嵌入嵌置槽内的销头;所述嵌置槽的形状与销头的形状相匹配。
所述锁定件为波珠。
所述定位套上位于任意相邻的两嵌置槽之间的部位形成为供锁定件抵靠的抵靠部。

如图1-5所示,一种带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,包括键盘本体10、用于供平板电脑固定安装的保护壳20、旋转座30、以及锁定件40;所述键盘本体10上设置有定位套50,所述旋转座30的下端可转动地插装在定位套50内并可相对定位套50绕第一旋转轴线L1转动;所述定位套50上设置有绕第一旋转轴线呈圆周排列的多个嵌置槽51,所述旋转座30上设置有安装槽41;所述锁定件40活动安装在安装槽41内,并用于嵌入嵌置槽51内;所述安装槽41内安装有弹性元件60,所述弹性元件60抵顶于锁定件40上,并用于提供促使锁定件40朝向定位套50移动的弹性力;所述保护壳20上设置有支撑部件70,所述支撑部件70可转动地安装在旋转座30上并可相对旋转座30绕第二旋转轴线L2转动;所述第一旋转轴线为竖直轴线,且第一旋转轴线与第二旋转轴线垂直。具体的,所述定位套50的中心轴线形成为所述第一旋转轴线。
在使用时,平板电脑固定安装在保护壳20上,通过施加推力将保护壳20连同支撑部件70相对旋转座30绕第二旋转轴线转动,以将保护壳20开合,若需调节平板电脑的屏幕的角度,可绕第一旋转轴线推动保护壳20和旋转座30,使旋转座30在定位套50内绕第一旋转轴线转动,此时,锁定件40随着旋转座30转动,而待旋转座30转动至相应角度时,锁定件40在弹性元件60的弹性力作用下朝向定位套50移动,并嵌入对应嵌置槽51内,使得保护壳20和平板电脑保持在相应观看角度,因而,本实用新型提供的一种带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其通过采用键盘本体10、保护壳20、旋转座30、锁定件40、定位套50、弹性元件60的结合设计,使得保护壳20可随同旋转座30绕第一旋转轴线转动,并使得保护壳20可相对旋转座30绕第二旋转轴线转动,可调节固定在保护壳20上的平板电脑的屏幕的朝向,可提高使用灵活性,而且,在安装时,仅需将支撑部件70安装在旋转座30上并设置在保护壳20上,再将安装有弹性元件60和锁定件40的旋转座30与定位套50安装配合,使得结构较为简单、安装方便,可节省安装成本和安装时间,以降低制作成本。
在本实施例中,所述键盘本体10设置有定位套50的端部相对于保护壳20朝外凸出。
所述弹性元件60为弹簧。所述弹性元件60的其中一端抵顶于安装槽41的槽壁上,另一端抵顶于锁定件40上。
当然,除此之外,所述弹性元件60还可采用弹性片等弹性元件60,但将弹性元件60采用弹簧,为本实用新型的最优实施方式,可降低成本,方便于安装。
所述锁定件40上设置有供弹性元件60嵌入的定位槽43,以方便于弹性元件60的安装定位。
所述定位套50上位于任意相邻的两嵌置槽51之间的部位形成为供锁定件40抵靠的抵靠部52,而在锁定件40随着旋转座30转动从嵌置槽51移向相邻抵靠部52时,所述锁定件40在抵靠部52的抵顶作用下后移向安装槽41内,所述弹簧处于压缩状态,而在锁定件40随着旋转座30转动从抵靠部52移向相邻嵌置槽51时,所述弹簧弹性复原,所述锁定件40在弹簧的弹性力作用下朝向定位套50方向移动并相应嵌置槽51内。
所述锁定件40为锁定销,所述锁定销设有横截面呈三角形状并用于嵌入嵌置槽51内的销头42。所述嵌置槽51的形状与销头42的形状相匹配。而通过采用上述结构,可方便于锁定件40嵌入和移出嵌置槽51内。
当然,除此之外,所述锁定件40还可采用柱芯、圆球体等,而作为本实用新型的另一优选实施方式,所述锁定件40可采用波珠,以在锁定件40随着旋转座30转动从抵靠部52移向相邻嵌置槽51时,所述波珠可在弹簧的弹性力作用下回弹,嵌入相应嵌置槽51内与嵌置槽51的槽壁发生碰撞发出响声,方便于使用者根据响声了解旋转座30连同保护壳20的转动情况,提高用户体验感。
所述支撑部件70包括固定在保护壳20上的支撑轴71,所述支撑轴71上设置有限位部72以及限位件80,所述旋转座30设有连接耳31,所述支撑轴71可转动地插装在连接耳31上,且连接耳31夹持在限位部72与限位件80之间,所述支撑轴71的中心轴线形成为所述第二旋转轴线。而通过推动保护壳20连同支撑轴71绕第二旋转轴线相对旋转座30的连接耳31转动,可绕第二旋转轴线调节保护壳20的转动角度,而待保护壳20转动到位,通过连接耳31与限位部72、限位件80之间的摩擦力(或者连接耳31与限位部72、限位件80之间的摩擦力、及支撑轴71与连接耳31之间的摩擦力)使得保护壳20保持在相应开合角度的位置处。
所述限位件80包括以可拆卸的方式连接在支撑轴71上的紧固件81、以及套装在支撑轴71上并位于连接耳31与紧固件81之间的若干个弹性垫圈82。所述限位件80还包括套装在支撑轴71上的第一垫圈83和第二垫圈84;所述第一垫圈83位于连接耳31和与连接耳31相邻的弹性垫圈82之间;所述第二垫圈84位于紧固件81和与紧固件81相邻的弹性垫圈82之间。
其中,所述紧固件81可为螺纹连接在支撑轴71上的锁紧螺母、或者卡装在支撑轴71上的卡圈等等。
所述限位部72包括设置在支撑轴71上的轴肩、以及位于轴肩与连接耳31之间的第三垫圈,以方便于安装、制作。当然,除此之外,所述限位部72还可为设置在支撑轴71上的卡圈等等,但将限位部72采用轴肩和第三垫圈,为本实用新型的最优实施方式,可方便于安装、制作。
而在本实施例中,所述支撑部件70包括固定在保护壳20上并呈相对设置的两支撑轴71,该两支撑轴71的中心轴线重合,所述旋转座30设有与该两支撑轴71分别一一对应的两连接耳31,所述支撑轴71可转动地插装在对应连接耳31上,以提高保护壳20转动的稳定性。
其中,所述键盘本体10的外壳、保护壳20的材质可依据实际需求而设置,作为本实用新型的进一步优选实施方式,所述键盘本体10的外壳、保护壳20可设置为透明闪亮状,可外显出键盘本体10内的元器件,形成赛博朋克风,并可提高外观效果,当然可以做成键盘本体多种颜色变化、灯光闪烁效果等等。
具体的,所述安装槽41沿着旋转座30的径向延伸。
在本实施例中,所述旋转座30包括支撑盘、固定在支撑盘上并插装在定位套50内的圆轮、以及固定在支撑盘上的连接架,所述安装槽41设置在圆轮上,所述连接耳31设置在连接架上,并朝上延伸。而通过采用上述结构,可方便于旋转座30的制作。
当然,除此之外,所述旋转座30还可采用其他结构,但将旋转座30采用支撑盘、圆轮、以及连接架的结合,为本实用新型的最优实施方式,可降低制作成本。
作为本实用新型的进一步优选实施方式,所述键盘本体10为蓝牙键盘本体,以方便于该蓝牙键盘本体10与平板电脑通过蓝牙无线方式连接。
上述实施方式仅为本实用新型的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本实用新型保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本实用新型的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其特征在于:包括键盘本体、用于供平板电脑固定安装的保护壳、旋转座、以及锁定件;所述键盘本体上设置有定位套,所述旋转座的下端可转动地插装在定位套内并可相对定位套绕第一旋转轴线转动;所述定位套上设置有绕第一旋转轴线呈圆周排列的多个嵌置槽,所述旋转座设置有安装槽;所述锁定件活动安装在安装槽内,并用于嵌入嵌置槽内;所述安装槽内安装有弹性元件,所述弹性元件抵顶于锁定件上,并用于提供促使锁定件朝向定位套移动的弹性力;所述保护壳上设置有支撑部件,所述支撑部件可转动地安装在旋转座上并可相对旋转座绕第二旋转轴线转动;所述第一旋转轴线为竖直轴线,且第一旋转轴线与第二旋转轴线垂直。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其特征在于:所述锁定件为锁定销,所述锁定销设有横截面呈三角形状并用于嵌入嵌置槽内的销头;所述嵌置槽的形状与销头的形状相匹配。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其特征在于:所述锁定件为波珠。
  4. 如权利要求1或2或3所述的带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其特征在于:所述定位套上位于任意相邻的两嵌置槽之间的部位形成为供锁定件抵靠的抵靠部。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其特征在于:所述弹性元件为弹簧;所述弹性元件的其中一端抵顶于安装槽的槽壁上,另一端抵顶于锁定件上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其特征在于:所述键盘本体设置有定位套的端部相对于保护壳朝外凸出。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其特征在于:所述支撑部件包括固定在保护壳上的支撑轴,所述支撑轴上设置有限位部以及限位件,所述旋转座设有连接耳,所述支撑轴可转动地插装在连接耳上,且连接耳夹持在限位部与限位件之间,所述支撑轴的中心轴线形成为所述第二旋转轴线。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其特征在于:所述限位件包括以可拆卸的方式连接在支撑轴上的紧固件、以及套装在支撑轴上并位于连接耳与紧固件之间的若干个弹性垫圈。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其特征在于:所述限位件还包括套装在支撑轴上的第一垫圈和第二垫圈;所述第一垫圈位于连接耳和与其相邻的弹性垫圈之间;所述第二垫圈位于紧固件和与其相邻的弹性垫圈之间。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的带有平板电脑保护壳的蓝牙键盘,其特征在于:所述键盘本体为蓝牙键盘本体。
