本发明涉及电机加工技术领域,具体为一种电机加工切割装置。
背景技术
电机是指依据电磁感应定律实现电能转换或传递的一种电磁装置。分为电动机(符号为M)和发电机(符号为G),按工作电源种类划分:可分为直流电机和交流电机;直流电动机按结构及工作原理可划分:无刷直流电动机和有刷直流电动机有刷直流电动机可划分:永磁直流电动机和电磁直流电动机,电磁直流电动机划分:串励直流电动机、并励直流电动机、他励直流电动机和复励直流电动机;永磁直流电动机划分:稀土永磁直流电动机、铁氧体永磁直流电动机和铝镍钴永磁直流电动机。
根据中国实用新型公开说明书“CN215145326U”中记载的“该节能环保型步进电机加工用切割装置,四个承压板的移动使夹具内部固定的被切割后的板材边角底部失去固定落入加工平台内部,随后电动推杆将推料板拉回原位,通过伸缩杆连接的侧杆和连接套最终将多个竖杆顶部固定连接的承压板拉回夹具底部,有利于快速地将夹具内部固定的切割后的板材边角卸下,避免了工作人员接触切割后边角锋利的板材边角,减少了工作人员操作夹具的次数,降低了夹具磨损的速度,延长夹具的使用寿命;该节能环保型步进电机加工用切割装置,推料板与加工平台之间固定连接有弹性布接住落下的废料、零件成品和碎屑,保证推料板移动后将废料和零件成品聚集到较小的区域内,减少工作人员收集零件成品和废料要搜集的区域,提高工作人员工作的效率,减少工作人 员的劳动量”。
根据上述专利可得知,步进电机生产用板材在进行切割加工时,加工过程中产生的碎屑、切割出的零件成品和废料会脱离被固定的板材主体,直接下落到加工平台内部,需要工作人员在较大区域内收集成品零件和清理废料,降低了工作人员的劳动效率,并且固定在夹具内部的废料需要工作人员一个一个地手动脱离夹具,提高了工作人员的劳动量,被切割的锋利边角可能会对工作人员造成一定伤害。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种电机加工切割装置,具备便于加工电机零件的优点,解决了电机零件在加工过程中产生的碎屑、切割出的零件成品和废料会脱离被固定的板材主体,直接下落到加工平台内部,需要工作人员在较大区域内收集成品零件和清理废料,降低了工作人员的劳动效率的问题。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机加工切割装置,其特征在于:所述工作台(16)的底部设置有辅助组件(3),所述辅助组件(3)包括;
    海绵垫(31),设置于所述工作台(16)的底部;
    收集盒(32),对称设置于所述框体(13)的顶部两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电机加工切割装置,其特征在于:所述收集盒(32)的底部设置有凸块(33),所述框体(13)的顶部两侧对称开设有滑道(331)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电机加工切割装置,其特征在于:所述工作台(16)的底部开设有插槽(34),所述插槽(34)的内侧壁设置有防滑垫(35),所述电机二(25)与所述工作台(16)通过螺栓连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电机加工切割装置,其特征在于:所述限位板(171)的底部设置有橡胶垫(37)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电机加工切割装置,其特征在于:所述L型板(161)的底部轴承设置有活动杆(36)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种电机加工切割装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(11)的内侧顶部对称设置有照明灯(38)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电机加工切割装置,其特征在于:所述门体(12)的正面对称设置有透明玻璃(39)。
