Claims (18)
- 一种塔机换步装置,其中,所述塔机换步装置包括:换步架(1),包括两个支撑臂(11)以及连接两个所述支撑臂(11)的连接横梁(12),两个所述支撑臂(11)的上端均铰接于爬升架(6)的上直腹杆(61)上,并且下端均形成有与塔机标准节上的踏步(7)对应的卡装口(111);换步摆杆(2),上端铰接于所述上直腹杆(61)上并用于在施力于下端的情况下推动或拉动所述连接横梁(12),使得所述换步架(1)的两个所述支撑臂(11)挂入或脱出踏步(7)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的塔机换步装置,其中,所述换步摆杆(2)上设有摆转滑移柱(21),所述连接横梁(12)的内侧伸出设置有卡板(13),所述卡板(13)上开设有供所述摆转滑移柱(21)进行摆转滑移的滑移槽(131)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的塔机换步装置,其中,所述卡板(13)的数量为两个并相对间隔设置在所述连接横梁(12)的内侧,所述换步摆杆(2)置于两个所述卡板(13)之间,并在相对两侧均设有一一对应地穿设于两个所述卡板(13)的滑移槽(131)内的摆转滑移柱(21)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的塔机换步装置,其中,所述滑移槽(131)为竖向延伸设置并具有上端开口或下端开口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的塔机换步装置,其中,所述塔机换步装置还包括设于所述爬升架(6)的下直腹杆(62)上的连接座(3),所述换步摆杆(2)的下端可拆卸地连接于所述连接座(3)上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的塔机换步装置,其中,所述连接座(3)包括相对间隔设置的两个连接耳板,所述换步摆杆(2)置于两个所述连接耳板之间并通过插销(4)进行可拆卸串连。
- 根据权利要求6所述的塔机换步装置,其中,所述插销(4)用于通过链接件(5)与所述下直腹杆(62)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的塔机换步装置,其中,所述连接横梁(12)的内侧还伸出设置有用于与所述爬升架(6)的主弦杆(63)抵接的抵接块(121)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的塔机换步装置,其中,所述支撑臂(11)包括臂主体和连接杆(112),所述连接杆(112)自所述连接横梁(12)的内侧伸出设置,所述臂主体包括由上至下倾斜向内设置的铰接段(113)以及自所述 铰接段(113)的下端竖向延伸设置的卡装段(114),并且所述铰接段(113)与所述卡装段(114)的相接处与所述连接杆(112)远离所述连接横梁(12)的一端连接,所述铰接段(113)用于与所述爬升架(6)的上直腹杆(61)铰接,所述卡装段(114)的下端形成所述卡装口(111)。
- 一种塔机,其中,所述塔机包括塔机换步装置,所述塔机换步装置包括:换步架(1),包括两个支撑臂(11)以及连接两个所述支撑臂(11)的连接横梁(12),两个所述支撑臂(11)的上端均铰接于爬升架(6)的上直腹杆(61)上,并且下端均形成有与塔机标准节上的踏步(7)对应的卡装口(111);换步摆杆(2),上端铰接于所述上直腹杆(61)上并用于在施力于下端的情况下推动或拉动所述连接横梁(12),使得所述换步架(1)的两个所述支撑臂(11)挂入或脱出踏步(7)。
- 根据权利要求10所述的塔机,其中,所述换步摆杆(2)上设有摆转滑移柱(21),所述连接横梁(12)的内侧伸出设置有卡板(13),所述卡板(13)上开设有供所述摆转滑移柱(21)进行摆转滑移的滑移槽(131)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的塔机,其中,所述卡板(13)的数量为两个并相对间隔设置在所述连接横梁(12)的内侧,所述换步摆杆(2)置于两个所述卡板(13)之间,并在相对两侧均设有一一对应地穿设于两个所述卡板(13)的滑移槽(131)内的摆转滑移柱(21)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的塔机,其中,所述滑移槽(131)为竖向延伸设置并具有上端开口或下端开口。
- 根据权利要求10所述的塔机,其中,所述塔机换步装置还包括设于所述爬升架(6)的下直腹杆(62)上的连接座(3),所述换步摆杆(2)的下端可拆卸地连接于所述连接座(3)上。
- 根据权利要求14所述的塔机,其中,所述连接座(3)包括相对间隔设置的两个连接耳板,所述换步摆杆(2)置于两个所述连接耳板之间并通过插销(4)进行可拆卸串连。
- 根据权利要求15所述的塔机,其中,所述插销(4)用于通过链接件(5)与所述下直腹杆(62)连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的塔机,其中,所述连接横梁(12)的内侧还 伸出设置有用于与所述爬升架(6)的主弦杆(63)抵接的抵接块(121)。
- 根据权利要求10所述的塔机,其中,所述支撑臂(11)包括臂主体和连接杆(112),所述连接杆(112)自所述连接横梁(12)的内侧伸出设置,所述臂主体包括由上至下倾斜向内设置的铰接段(113)以及自所述铰接段(113)的下端竖向延伸设置的卡装段(114),并且所述铰接段(113)与所述卡装段(114)的相接处与所述连接杆(112)远离所述连接横梁(12)的一端连接,所述铰接段(113)用于与所述爬升架(6)的上直腹杆(61)铰接,所述卡装段(114)的下端形成所述卡装口(111)。
