- the dimensions of the tabs and the connecting portion in FIG. 8 and subsequent drawings of the specification are schematic and are not drawn according to the actual proportional relationship.
- FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram of a connection portion between adjacent pole tabs on a pole piece in a disconnected state and a connected state according to some embodiments of an electrode assembly of the present disclosure.
- connection parts 113 in the previous embodiments may have different states, such as a disconnected state or a connected state.
- all the connection parts 113 connecting one or more groups of the paired tabs 112 include a connection part 113A in a disconnected state.
- the disconnected connection portion 113 can enable the adjacent electrode tabs 112 to overlap in an orderly manner when being flattened or after being flattened, so as to form a relatively dense electrode tab overlapping structure that is conducive to welding.
- connection portions 113 connecting one or more groups of paired tabs 112 are connection portions 113A in a disconnected state.
- each group of adjacent pole tabs 112 can be flattened or overlapped in a more orderly manner after being flattened, so as to form a dense pole tab overlapping structure that is conducive to welding.
- all the connecting portions 113 connecting one or more groups of paired tabs 112 further include connecting portions 113B in a connected state. That is, the connecting portions 113 connecting one or more groups of paired tabs 112 include both connecting portions 113A in a disconnected state and connecting portions 113B in a connected state. This allows a certain proportion of the connecting portions in the electrode assembly to remain in a connected state, which helps to reduce the process difficulty.
- the connecting portion 113B in a connected state can affect the overlapping order of two or more adjacent tabs, the more connecting portions 113B in a connected state, the greater the impact on the compactness of the tab stacking structure. Therefore, the number of the connecting portions 113B in a connected state can be defined as n1, and the number of all connecting portions 113 connecting one or more groups of paired tabs 112 can be defined as n0.
- n1/n0 satisfy: n1/n0 ⁇ 1/2, that is, making the number of connecting portions 113B in a connected state less than or equal to half of the total number of connecting portions 113, the smoothed tabs 112 can be overlapped in an orderly manner, thereby improving the welding quality.
- n1/n0 satisfies: n1/n0 ⁇ 1/4, for example, n1/n0 is equal to 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, etc.
- the multiple adjacent tabs that are continuously connected by the connected portions are easily wrinkled because the connecting portions are not disconnected, thereby making the density of the overlapping areas of the tabs 112 uneven, affecting the welding quality. Therefore, among all the connecting portions 113 that connect one or more groups of paired tabs 112, the number of the connected portions 113B that are continuously adjacent in the winding direction wd can be defined as nc.
- nc ⁇ 4 that is, the number of the plurality of consecutively adjacent connecting portions 113B in a connected state is less than or equal to 4, the overlapping uniformity of the tabs 112 can be improved, and the welding quality can be enhanced.

- FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram of the angle ranges corresponding to a plurality of consecutive adjacent groups of pole ears connected respectively by connecting portions in a connected state on each pole piece winding coil in some embodiments of the electrode assembly disclosed herein.
- Continuous multiple unbroken connections 113 may cause wrinkles in the smoothed pole lugs 112, resulting in uneven density of the overlapping areas of the pole lugs 112. Moreover, for the winding structure, since the diameters of the pole piece windings 110 of different layers are different, the curvatures of the corresponding pole piece windings are different. The pole piece windings that are farther away from the winding axis have a smaller overlap between adjacent pole lugs, and the resulting pole lug wrinkles are less obvious. On the contrary, the pole piece windings that are closer to the winding axis have a greater overlap between adjacent pole lugs, and the resulting pole lug wrinkles are more obvious. Therefore, the number of continuous multiple unbroken connections 113 allowed for pole piece windings of different layers may be different.
- the pole piece winding closest to the winding axis corresponds to i 1, i.e., R 1
- the outermost pole piece winding corresponds to i N, i.e., RN .
- R i satisfies: R i ⁇ 30°, for example, R i can be equal to 10°, 15°, 20°, 25°, or 30°.
- the angle range occupied by the continuous plurality of unbroken connection portions 113 corresponding to each layer of the pole piece winding coils 110 is less than or equal to 30°, which can effectively improve the overlap uniformity of the pole tabs 112 and further enhance the welding quality.

- the number of connection portions 113 included in each tab group can be designed according to factors such as the size, shape, and working environment of the electrode assembly 1 to meet more needs and improve the adaptability of the electrode assembly 1.
- the curvature of the pole piece winding coil 110 closer to the winding starting end WS in the wound electrode assembly 1 is greater, the degree of overlap between adjacent pole ears 112 is higher, and the unbroken connection is more likely to cause pole ear wrinkles at this position, while the curvature of the pole piece winding coil 110 close to the winding ending end WE is smaller, the degree of overlap between adjacent pole ears 112 is reduced, and the unbroken connection is relatively less likely to cause pole ear wrinkles at this position.

提供多个极片和隔离件,其中所述多个极片中的至少一个包括:集流体基材、多个极耳和连接部,所述集流体基材的表面设有活性物质层,所述多个极耳连接在所述集流体基材沿所述集流体基材的长度方向延伸的至少一个侧边上,所述多个极耳沿所述集流体基材的长度方向间隔排布,并且相邻两个极耳形成一组成对极耳,所述连接部连接在一组或多组所述成对极耳中的所述相邻两个极耳之间,且处于连接状态;
将所述隔离件设置在所述多个极片中极性相反的相邻两个极片之间,并将所述多个极片和所述隔离件沿卷绕方向卷绕成卷绕结构;
