本公开涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法、装置、设备和存储介质。
背景技术
目前,可以利用多媒体形式记录一些内容信息,得到多媒体内容。当用户想要从多媒体内容中获取信息时,往往是用户主动地对多媒体内容进行阅览和信息提取。该过程较为繁琐,耗时耗力,降低了多媒体内容的信息获取效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种信息处理方法、装置、设备和存储介质。
第一方面,本公开提供了一种信息处理方法,该方法包括:
获取多媒体内容;
确定与所述多媒体内容关联的关键信息和目标用户;
将所述关键信息推送至所述目标用户。
第二方面,本公开提供了一种信息处理装置,该装置包括:
多媒体内容获取模块,用于获取多媒体内容;
关键信息确定模块,用于确定与所述多媒体内容关联的关键信息和目标用户;
关键信息推送模块,用于将所述关键信息推送至所述目标用户。
第三方面,本公开提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括:

相关技术中,在获取多媒体内容中的关键信息时,主要是用户自 行进行信息提取。例如可以是用户阅览多媒体内容后自行总结关键信息,或者是用户对多媒体内容执行具有信息提取功能的交互操作,由信息提取功能输出关键信息。以会议场景为例,当关键信息为多媒体会议中布置的待办任务时,其通常是在会议结束后由人工对多媒体会议的会议内容进行信息提取和任务创建。但是,上述关键信息的获取方式较为繁琐,耗时耗力,降低了多媒体内容的信息获取效率。
可以理解的是,会议场景仅仅是本公开技术方案的一种可选的应用场景,但并非唯一的应用场景。
基于上述情况,本公开实施例提供一种信息处理方案,以从多媒体内容中自动获得关键信息,并将该关键信息自动推送至与多媒体内容关联的目标用户,无需目标用户繁琐的手动操作与信息提取,便可获得多媒体内容的关键信息,提高了获取多媒体内容中的关键信息的便捷性和效率,更好地提升了用户体验。
本公开实施例提供的信息处理方法,可适用于对多媒体内容中的信息进行提取与推送的情形。该方法可以由信息处理装置来执行,该装置可以由软件和/或硬件的方式实现,该装置可以集成在具有一定的计算能力的电子设备中。该电子设备可以包括但不限于诸如智能手机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、平板电脑(Tablet Personal Computer,Tablet PC)、笔记本电脑等的移动终端以及诸如台式计算机、服务器等的固定终端。
图1示出了本公开实施例提供的一种信息处理方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,该信息处理方法可以包括如下步骤:
S110、获取多媒体内容。
具体地,电子设备检测到多媒体内容后,便可执行获取该多媒体内容的操作。例如,在多媒体内容生成后,或者多媒体内容上传至服务端后,电子设备执行获取该多媒体内容的操作。电子设备可以非实时地获得完整的多媒体内容,也可以实时地从云端获取多媒体内容中的流信息,以实时且动态地获得多媒体内容。
这里的多媒体内容可以是文本形式的内容、图片形式的内容、音频形式的内容和视频形式的内容中的至少一种。例如,多媒体内容可以是对多媒体会议进行录制而生成的音视频内容,也可以是对音视频内容进行语音识别及相关处理而生成的文本内容等。
S120、确定与多媒体内容关联的关键信息和目标用户。
其中,关键信息是较为重要的信息,例如可以是多媒体内容相关的摘要信息,也可以是多媒体内容中涉及的待办任务的相关内容等。目标用户是与多媒体内容相关的用户,其可以接收关键信息。
具体地,为了可以自动地将多媒体内容中的关键信息推送至该多媒体内容涉及到的目标用户,电子设备可自动地对多媒体内容中的关键信息和目标用户进行提取与推送。
对于非实时地获取多媒体内容的示例,电子设备可在获得多媒体内容后,对多媒体内容进行信息处理,得到其中涉及的关键信息和目标用户。对于实时地获取多媒体内容中的流信息的示例,电子设备可以在获取流信息的过程中,实时地或者动态地对获得的多媒体内容进行信息处理,生成其关联的关键信息和目标用户。
在一些实施例中,S120中“确定与多媒体内容关联的关键信息”包括:基于对多媒体内容对应的文本内容进行语义提取,确定关键信息,该文本内容基于对多媒体内容进行语音识别而生成。
具体地,电子设备获得多媒体内容之后,可以对该多媒体内容进行语音识别的处理。例如,可以对音视频内容进行前处理、自动语音识别(Automatic Speech Recognition,ASR)和后处理,以得到该多媒体内容的文本内容。这里的前处理主要是对送至ASR的音频进行预处理,包括定位人声、去除噪音和静音、语种识别等。ASR可以是执行语音转文本的转录引擎。后处理可以是对转录引擎处理后的文本内容进行纠错、打标点等处理,增强文本内容的可读性。
获得多媒体内容对应的文本内容之后,可以根据预先设置的信息维度或者用户指定的信息维度对该文本内容进行相应维度的语义识别 与信息提取,得到关键信息。例如,可以对文本内容进行分句和句子分类,得到多个类别的句子;再利用预先训练的人工智能文本分析算法,按照预先设置的信息维度,对多个类别的句子进行信息提取,得到相应的信息提取结果;最后,为了完善信息提取结果,可以根据信息提取结果来定位对应的上下文信息,并根据定位的上下文信息对信息提取结果进行信息补充,生成较为精炼的、内容较为完整的关键信息。这样便可获得与多媒体内容关联的关键信息。
上述人工智能文本分析算法例如可以是利用大量的文本样本,对自然语言处理相关的机器学习算法进行训练而得到的。
在另一些实施例中,S120中“确定与多媒体内容关联的关键信息”包括:基于多媒体内容对应的输入信息确定关键信息。
具体地,在对多媒体内容进行信息处理的中,可获取针对该多媒体内容的输入信息。该输入信息例如可以是用户通过多媒体内容对应的交互界面而输入或选择的信息。对于实时地获取多媒体内容中的流信息的示例,该输入信息可以是多媒体内容生成过程中、用户通过会话窗口输入的聊天信息。例如,当多媒体内容为对多媒体会议进行录制而得到,且该多媒体内容为实时获取时,该输入信息可以是参会人员在会议过程中输入的聊天信息。
上述输入信息也可用于生成多媒体内容对应的关键信息。例如,输入信息为文本信息时,可将其进行一定的处理后作为多媒体内容对应的关键信息;再如,输入信息为图片信息或音视频信息时,可对其进行语义识别,得到对应的文本信息,作为关键信息。
在又一些实施例中,S120中“确定与多媒体内容关联的关键信息”包括:基于对多媒体内容对应的文本内容进行语义提取的结果和针对多媒体内容的输入信息,确定关键信息。
具体地,参照上述各实施例,可以将对多媒体内容进行语义提取而得到的文本信息与针对多媒体内容的输入信息进行综合,得到该多媒体内容对应的关键信息。例如,在多媒体会议的录制过程中获得的 输入信息,可将该输入信息对应的文本内容,按照时间维度、人员维度和内容维度等中的至少一项,将其结合至语义识别而得到的文本信息中,得到多媒体内容对应的关键信息。这样可以更进一步地提高上述关键信息的丰富性和全面性。
在一些实施例中,S120中“确定与多媒体内容关联的目标用户”包括:对多媒体内容和/或关键信息进行用户识别,确定目标用户。
具体地,电子设备可以对多媒体内容和/或关键信息中涉及的用户标识(如用户姓名、用户别名、用户角色等)进行识别,得到目标用户。
示例性地,目标用户包括多媒体内容中的发言用户和/或多媒体内容中提及的用户。电子设备可以对多媒体内容中的发言人(即发言用户)进行识别,确定为目标用户。电子设备也可以对多媒体内容中提及的用户标识进行识别,确定为目标用户。例如,对于多媒体会议对应的多媒体内容,目标用户可以是会议中的发言用户,也可以是发言用户提到的其他用户,还可以是会议中的至少部分参会人员等。这可以确保目标用户为多媒体内容关联的、且很可能对其关键信息感兴趣的用户,从而确保多媒体内容的关键信息的推送准确性。
S130、将关键信息推送至目标用户。
具体地,电子设备可以将其获得的关键信息直接推送至目标用户,以使目标用户可以快速获知多媒体内容中的重要内容。电子设备也可以先对关键信息进行结构化处理,再将结构化处理的结果推送至目标用户,以简化目标用户处理关键信息的过程。
上述关键信息的推送时机,对于非实时地获取多媒体内容的示例,电子设备可在获得多媒体内容的关键信息后,将其推送至目标用户;对于实时地获取多媒体内容中的流信息的示例,电子设备可以在实时地生成多媒体内容关联的关键信息的过程中,实时地将生成的关键信息推送至目标用户。
本公开上述各实施例所提供的信息处理方法,能够获取多媒体内 容;确定与多媒体内容关联的关键信息和目标用户;将关键信息推送至目标用户;实现了从多媒体内容中自动获得关键信息,并将该关键信息自动推送至与多媒体内容关联的目标用户,无需目标用户繁琐的手动操作与信息提取,便可获得多媒体内容的关键信息,提高了获取多媒体内容中的关键信息的便捷性和效率,更好地提升了用户体验。
在一些实施例中,S130包括:将关键信息发送至任务处理模块,以使任务处理模块基于关键信息生成待办任务,并由任务处理模块将待办任务推送至目标用户。
其中,任务处理模块是具有待办任务的相关处理功能(如创建任务、管理任务等)的计算机功能模块,其可以集成在电子设备中,也可以集成在电子设备之外的其他设备中。
具体地,对于多媒体内容中涉及到待办任务的情况,相关技术中主要是由人工进行任务创建与跟进。这样,这些创建的任务和多媒体内容之间就处于割裂、无关联的状态。如果用户想要了解多媒体内容中与某一任务相关的更多信息,就需要人工查找该任务对应的多媒体内容,再对该多媒体内容进行阅览来获取所需的信息。该过程比较繁琐,且耗时耗力,尤其是在多媒体内容和创建的任务均较多的情况下,用户很难快速且精准地找到任务对应的多媒体内容,这样无疑会进一步加重信息获取效率低下的问题。
基于上述情况,电子设备可以将其获得的关键信息和目标用户发送至任务处理模块。任务处理模块可利用该关键信息来自动创建新的待办任务,并建立多媒体内容、关键信息、目标用户和待办任务之间的关联关系。然后,任务处理模块根据上述关联关系,将待办任务推送至目标用户。这样,不仅可自动地创建并跟进多媒体内容的关键信息对应的代办任务,省略人工处理待办任务的过程,而且可建立上述各种信息之间的关联关系,避免人工查找过程,极大地提高了与多媒体内容中涉及的待办任务的处理效率和信息获取效率。
在一些实施例中,目标用户为待办任务的属性。在任务处理模块 创建待办任务的过程中,其可获得多媒体内容、关键信息、目标用户和待办任务之间的关联关系,故任务处理模块可自动地将多媒体内容关联的各目标用户确定为待办任务的属性之一。具体实施时,可根据目标用户与待办任务之间的关系,自动地将目标用户添加为待办任务的任务执行者、任务关注者等属性。该属性可以在待办任务的任务内容详情页中进行显示。如图2中所示的任务内容详情页200中可显示有任务执行者204和任务关注者208。这样,相对于相关技术中用户手动添加任务执行者和任务关注者的方式,不仅可以减少用户操作,提升用户体验,而且可以避免人工添加操作而导致的遗漏关联用户的情况,提高任务关注者的准确性和全面性。
进一步地,至少一部分目标用户具有修改待办任务的属性值的权限。任务模块可提供任务管理与跟进的功能。所以,待办任务的至少部分目标用户(如任务执行者、任务关注者等)可以对待办任务进行触发操作。电子设备检测到该触发操作后,可显示待办任务的属性界面,用户可通过该属性界面进行属性值的修改操作。例如,目标用户可以对待办任务是否完成的任务状态、任务截止日期等中的至少一项进行修改,还可以对待办任务发表评论等。这样,电子设备检测到目标用户的修改操作后,可将待办任务的相应属性的属性值更新为修改后的属性值。
在一些实施例中,在上述自动创建待办任务的实施例的基础上,本公开实施例提供的信息处理方法还包括:响应于对待办任务的触发操作,跳转至与多媒体内容关联的内容页面。
具体地,当电子设备为目标用户对应的终端设备时,其在接收到推送的待办任务后,可显示图3所示的任务模块中的任务列表300。在该任务列表300中显示有该目标用户的至少一个待办任务。示例性地,对于任务处理模块自动创建的待办任务显示在任务列表页面的情况,电子设备可在该待办任务的显示位置处显示自动生成标识。如图3中,待办任务是根据多媒体会议的多媒体内容中的关键信息自动创建,则 在任务列表300中的该待办任务的任务标题处显示“会后任务”的自动生成标识,以表征待办任务为任务处理模块自动生成的任务。这样可使得目标用户更加清晰地了解自己所要执行的任务情况。
目标用户可以对任务列表300中的待办任务进行诸如点击、语音控制、眼动控制等触发操作。电子设备检测到该触发操作后,可根据上述建立的多种信息之间的关联关系,跳转至被选中的待办任务对应的多媒体内容的内容页面。
在一些实施例中,多媒体内容基于对多媒体会议的录制得到,与多媒体内容关联的内容页面包括:录制多媒体会议得到的会议内容详情页;或者,呈现多媒体会议的会议信息页面。
具体地,对多媒体会议进行录制而得到多媒体内容的场景中,上述内容页面可以是用于显示多媒体会议的会议记录的会议内容详情页,也可以是用于显示多媒体会议的会议开展相关信息的会议信息页面。这样,电子设备便可由任务模块的任务列表跳转至会议内容详情页或会议信息页面。
在一示例中,电子设备响应于对待办任务的触发操作,可直接跳转至多媒体内容关联的内容页面。
以多媒体会议场景为例,电子设备检测到目标用户对任务列表300中的某一待办任务的触发操作后,可跳转至如图4所示的会议内容详情页400。该会议内容详情页400用于显示多媒体会议的会议记录,该会议记录可以是音视频形式,也可以是文本形式。如会议内容详情页400中的左侧区域410中显示多媒体会议的会议录制视频,会议内容详情页400中的右侧区域420中显示有各标签页(如文字记录、会议任务等)、以及被选中的标签页(如加粗显示)对应的文本内容。可以理解的是,会议内容详情页400中的各标签页可以被触发切换。相应地,右侧区域420中的显示内容也会跟随选中的标签页的不同而切换。例如,响应于用户对“会议任务”标签的触发操作,电子设备可将右侧区域420中显示的文本内容由“文字记录”标签对应的文字版会议记 录切换至会议中涉及的各待办任务的相关内容,如图6中的右侧区域620所示。
或者,电子设备检测到目标用户对任务列表300中的某一待办任务的触发操作后,可跳转至如图5所示的会议信息页面500。会议信息页面500中可显示有多媒体会议的会议标题、会议开展时间、参会人员、会议记录510、会议中的待办任务520等信息。
在另一示例中,电子设备响应于对待办任务的触发操作,可先跳转至该待办任务的任务内容详情页,再响应于对该任务内容详情页中显示的多媒体内容的关联控件的触发操作,跳转至多媒体内容关联的内容页面。
再以多媒体会议场景为例,电子设备检测到目标用户对任务列表300中的某一待办任务的触发操作后,可先跳转至图2所示的待办任务的任务内容详情页200。在该任务内容详情页200中显示有任务进度控件201、任务标题202、任务内容203、任务执行者204、任务时间信息205、任务关注者208等。同时,任务内容详情页200中也可以显示有多媒体内容的内容页面的查看入口206。该查看入口206以绑定了多媒体内容的内容页面的访问地址的超链接形式展示。可以理解的是,该查看入口还可以按钮、文本控件等交互控件的形式呈现,本公开实施例中不予限定。
当电子设备检测到目标用户对内容页面的查看入口206的触发操作后,便由任务内容详情页200跳转至多媒体内容的内容页面。例如,当目标用户触发了会议信息页面对应的第一查看入口2061时,电子设备跳转至如图5所示的会议信息页面500;当目标用户触发了会议内容详情页对应的第二查看入口2062时,电子设备跳转至图4所示的会议内容详情页400。
在一些实施例中,电子设备跳转至与多媒体内容关联的内容页面时,可以定位至某一具体位置进行显示,以将该具体位置处的内容快速呈现给用户,进一步提高用户获取信息的便捷性和效率。那么,上 述跳转至内容页面具体可以包括以下示例A~示例C中的至少一者。
示例A、跳转至内容页面的待办任务展示区域。
具体地,用户是对待办任务进行触发操作的,其可能更关注于该待办任务,所以,电子设备跳转至内容页面后,可直接将页面的显示位置定位至该待办任务的展示区域,以使用户可直接在内容页面中查看待办任务的相关信息。
例如,上述多媒体会议的示例中,电子设备可由任务列表300跳转至如图6所示的会议内容详情页600。该会议内容详情页600的右侧区域620中可以直接选中显示“会议任务”的标签页,并在其下方区域中显示会议中涉及的各任务的相关信息。
再如,待办任务与内容页面中的其他内容混合排列显示时,待办任务可能因排列位置靠后而无法直接显示在用户的视觉区域中。此时,可以将内容页面定位至待办任务所在的区域,并将该待办任务展示区域显示在用户的视觉区域中。
示例B、跳转至内容页面中与待办任务具有语义关系的文本呈现位置。
具体地,如果内容页面中显示的是多媒体内容对应的文本内容,那么,电子设备可确定出文本内容中与待办任务具有语义关系的位置(即文本呈现位置),并且在跳转至内容页面时,可直接定位至文本呈现位置进行显示。这样可使得用户在大量文本内容中快速定位待办任务相关的上下文内容,从而进一步提高信息获取效率。
示例C、跳转至内容页面中与待办任务具有语义关系的音视频呈现位置。
具体地,在内容页面中包含多媒体内容对应的音视频内容时,电子设备可确定出音视频内容中、与待办任务具有语义关系的位置(即音视频呈现位置),并且在跳转至内容页面时,可直接将音视频内容定位至音视频呈现位置进行显示或播放。这样可使得用户在时长较长的音视频内容中快速定位与待办任务相关的播放位置,从而进一步提高 信息获取效率。
在一些实施例中,信息处理方法还包括:响应于对内容页面中、与待办任务对应的交互控件的触发操作,跳转至待办任务的任务内容详情页。
具体地,根据上述各实施例的说明,电子设备可响应于目标用户对待办任务的触发操作而显示内容页面,该内容页面中显示有待办任务相关的信息。为了进一步增强待办任务与内容页面之间的关联关系,从而进一步提高用户查看相关信息的便捷性,电子设备可在内容页面中增加显示跳转至任务内容详情页的功能控件,即与待办任务对应的交互控件。该交互控件可以是绑定了待办任务的任务内容详情页的访问地址的文本类控件,也可以是显示有“查看任务”等文本提示的跳转按钮。这样,当目标用户对内容页面中的该交互控件执行了触发操作后,电子设备便可响应于该触发操作,跳转至待办任务的任务内容详情页。
例如,对于图5所示的会议信息页面500,其中显示有待办任务520,每个待办任务可显示有超链接形式的任务文本内容521和/或“查看任务”按钮522。当目标用户对任务文本内容521和/或“查看任务”按钮522执行了触发操作后,电子设备可跳转至图2所示的任务内容详情页200。
可以理解的是,为了进一步增强信息查看的便捷性,电子设备可响应于目标用户对会议信息页面500中显示的会议记录510的触发操作,跳转至图4或图6所示的会议内容详情页。
再如,对于图6所示的会议内容详情页600,其中可以超链接方式显示会议任务内容621,和/或显示有“查看任务”等文本提示的跳转按钮622。当检测到目标用户对某个以超链接方式显示的会议任务内容621或某个跳转按钮622执行了触发操作后,电子设备便可响应于该触发操作,跳转至图2所示的任务内容详情页200。
在一些实施例中,信息处理方法还包括:响应于待办任务的属性 更新,同步更新内容页面中所呈现的待办任务的属性。
具体地,根据前述各实施例的说明,任务列表、任务内容详情页和内容页面(如会议内容详情页、会议信息页面)中均显示有待办任务,并且可显示待办任务的属性,如任务状态、任务进度、任务执行者、任务关注者等。那么,为了提高各页面中待办任务的同步性,电子设备可响应于对任一处的待办任务的属性更新,同步更新其他各处的待办任务的属性。
例如,目标用户对任务列表300中的某一待办任务的任务状态由未完成更新为完成(如复选框打钩)后,电子设备可同步地将任务内容详情页200的待办任务的任务状态更新为完成(如复选框打钩),将会议内容详情页600中的相应待办任务的任务状态更新为完成(如会议任务内容621变为灰度),将会议信息页面500中的相应待办任务的任务状态更新为完成(如复选框打钩)。
以下是本发明实施例提供的信息处理装置的实施例,该装置与上述各实施例的信息处理方法属于同一个发明构思,在信息处理装置的实施例中未详尽描述的细节内容,可以参考上述信息处理方法的实施例。
图7示出了本公开实施例提供的一种信息处理装置的结构示意图。如图7所示,该信息处理装置700可以包括:
多媒体内容获取模块710,用于获取多媒体内容;
关键信息确定模块720,用于确定与多媒体内容关联的关键信息和目标用户;
关键信息推送模块730,用于将关键信息推送至目标用户。
本公开实施例的信息处理装置,能够获取多媒体内容;确定与多媒体内容关联的关键信息和目标用户;将关键信息推送至目标用户;实现了从多媒体内容中自动获得关键信息,并将该关键信息自动推送至与多媒体内容关联的目标用户,无需目标用户繁琐的手动操作与信息提取,便可获得多媒体内容的关键信息,提高了获取多媒体内容中 的关键信息的便捷性和效率,更好地提升了用户体验。
在一些实施例中,关键信息确定模块720具体用于:
基于对多媒体内容对应的文本内容进行语义提取,确定关键信息;其中,文本内容基于对多媒体内容进行语音识别而生成;
和/或,基于多媒体内容对应的输入信息确定关键信息。
在一些实施例中,关键信息确定模块720还具体用于:
对多媒体内容和/或关键信息进行用户识别,确定目标用户。
进一步地,目标用户包括:多媒体内容中的发言用户和/或多媒体内容中提及的用户。
在一些实施例中,关键信息推送模块730具体用于:
将关键信息发送至任务处理模块,以使任务处理模块基于关键信息生成待办任务,并由任务处理模块将待办任务推送至目标用户。
在一些实施例中,信息处理装置700还包括内容页面跳转模块,用于:
响应于对待办任务的触发操作,跳转至与多媒体内容关联的内容页面。
在一些实施例中,多媒体内容基于对多媒体会议的录制得到;

本发明实施例所提供的信息处理装置可执行本发明任意实施例所提供的信息处理方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。
值得注意的是,上述信息处理装置的实施例中,所包括的各个模块和子模块只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,各功能模块/子模块的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本公开的保护范围。
本公开实施例还提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备可以包括处理器和存储器,存储器可以用于存储可执行指令。其中,处理器可以用于从存储器中读取可执行指令,并执行可执行指令以实现上述实施例中的信息处理方法。
图8示出了本公开实施例提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。
如图8所示,该电子设备800可以包括处理装置801(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等),其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)802中的程序或者从存储装置808加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)803中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 803中,还存储有电子设备800操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置801、ROM 802以及RAM 803通过总线804彼此相连。输入/输出接口(I/O接口)805也连接至总线804。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口805:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置806;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置807;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置808;以及通信装置809。通信装置809可以允许电子设备800与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。
需要说明的是,图8示出的电子设备800仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。即虽然图8示出了具有各种装置的电子设备800,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。
特别地,根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在非暂态计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信装置809从网络上被下载和安装,或者从存储装置808被安装,或者从ROM 802被安装。在该计算机程序被处理装置801执行时,执行本公开任意实施例的信息处理方法中限定的上述功能。
本公开实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该存储介质存储有计算机程序,当计算机程序被处理器执行时,使得处理器实现本公开任意实施例中的信息处理方法。
需要说明的是,本公开上述的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光 纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本公开中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本公开中,计算机可读信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读信号介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:电线、光缆、RF(射频)等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
在一些实施方式中,客户端、服务器可以利用诸如HTTP之类的任何当前已知或未来研发的网络协议进行通信,并且可以与任意形式或介质的数字数据通信(例如,通信网络)互连。通信网络的示例包括局域网(“LAN”),广域网(“WAN”),网际网(例如,互联网)以及端对端网络(例如,ad hoc端对端网络),以及任何当前已知或未来研发的网络。
上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中。
上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备执行本公开任意实施例所说明的信息处理方法的步骤。
在本公开实施例中,可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的操作的计算机程序代码,上述程序设计语言包括但不限于面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机 上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取多媒体内容;
    确定与所述多媒体内容关联的关键信息和目标用户;
    将所述关键信息推送至所述目标用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,确定与所述多媒体内容关联的所述关键信息,包括以下至少一项:
    基于对所述多媒体内容对应的文本内容进行语义提取,确定所述关键信息;其中,所述文本内容基于对所述多媒体内容进行语音识别而生成;或者
    基于所述多媒体内容对应的输入信息确定所述关键信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,确定与所述多媒体内容关联的所述目标用户,包括:对以下至少一项进行用户识别来确定所述目标用户:
    所述多媒体内容或者所述关键信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标用户包括以下至少一项:所述多媒体内容中的发言用户或者所述多媒体内容中提及的用户。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述关键信息推送至所述目标用户,包括:
    将所述关键信息发送至任务处理模块,以使所述任务处理模块基于所述关键信息生成待办任务,并由所述任务处理模块将所述待办任务推送至所述目标用户。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于对所述待办任务的触发操作,跳转至与多媒体内容关联的内容页面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多媒体内容基 于对多媒体会议的录制得到,所述与多媒体内容关联的内容页面包括以下至少一项:
    录制所述多媒体会议得到的会议内容详情页;或者
    呈现所述多媒体会议的会议信息页面。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述跳转至与多媒体内容关联的内容页面,包括以下至少一者:
    跳转至所述内容页面的待办任务展示区域;
    跳转至所述内容页面中与所述待办任务具有语义关系的文本呈现位置;
    跳转至所述内容页面中与所述待办任务具有语义关系的音视频呈现位置。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标用户为所述待办任务的属性。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,至少一部分所述目标用户具有修改所述待办任务的属性值的权限。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述待办任务的属性更新,同步更新所述内容页面中所呈现的所述待办任务的属性。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于对所述内容页面中、与所述待办任务对应的交互控件的触发操作,跳转至所述待办任务的任务内容详情页。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述待办任务显示在任务列表页面,则在所述待办任务的显示位置处显示自动生成标识。
  14. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    多媒体内容获取模块,用于获取多媒体内容;
    关键信息确定模块,用于确定与所述多媒体内容关联的关键信息和目标用户;
    关键信息推送模块,用于将所述关键信息推送至所述目标用户。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    存储器,用于存储可执行指令;
    其中,所述处理器用于从所述存储器中读取所述可执行指令,并执行所述可执行指令以实现上述权利要求1-13中任一项所述的信息处理方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,当所述计算机程序被处理器执行时,使得处理器实现上述权利要求1-13中任一项所述的信息处理方法。
