在实际施工时,水泥搅拌桩需要先和相对应的桩位的位置相匹配时,才能使得水泥搅拌桩的施工位置准确,但是实际操作者中由于操作平台会阻挡操作者的视线,使操作者无法对准桩位,使得实际施工的位置不够准确,会产生偏差,这时就需要另外安排一个人观察,并与操作者配合沟通,使得水泥搅拌桩对准桩位,才能进行施工,使得人力被浪费,并且不同施工工地的桩位间距会出现不一致的情况,不便于操作者进行准确定位。

进一步优化方案,滑座4内壁沿定位杆9方向转动连接有若干滑轮21,滑轮21与定位杆9接触配合。滑轮21和定位杆9配合,降低定位杆9的磨损,提高定位精度。
进一步优化方案,安装板3上设置有刻度。通过在安装板3上设置刻度,便于对定位杆9的倾斜角度进行定位。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种水泥搅拌桩机用桩位定位装置,其特征在于:所述位置反馈机构包括固定连接在所述绕线辊(15)上的雷达传感器(16),所述安装座(2)上固定连接有接收器(17),所述接收器(17)与所述雷达传感器(16)对应设置,所述接收器(17)电性连接有终端显示系统。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种水泥搅拌桩机用桩位定位装置,其特征在于:所述安装板(3)上开设有环形槽(18),所述环形槽(18)内滑动连接有卡块(19),所述卡块(19)与所述环形槽(18)相适配,所述卡块(19)的截面形状为等腰梯形,所述卡块(19)顶端固定连接有支撑块(20),所述第二电机(10)固定连接在所述支撑块(20)的顶端。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种水泥搅拌桩机用桩位定位装置,其特征在于:所述滑座(4)内壁沿所述定位杆(9)方向转动连接有若干滑轮(21),所述滑轮(21)与所述定位杆(9)接触配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水泥搅拌桩机用桩位定位装置,其特征在于:所述安装板(3)上设置有刻度。
