Abstract

Description
본 문서에 개시된 실시예들은, 미세 섬유 직물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
고농도 미세 먼지 및/또는 황사에 의한 대기 오염이나 각종 폐기물 및 화학 물질로 인한 수질 오염과 같은 환경의 악화, 세균, 바이러스를 포함한 감염병 문제로 인해 위생 관리 및 청결도 유지를 위한 다양한 제품들이 등장하고 있다. 예를 들어, 공기 청정기나 정수기와 같이 실내 공기나 음용수를 정화하기 위한 정화 장치들이 등장하였고, 일상 생활 전반에서 정화 장치의 사용이 확대되고 있다. 일반적으로, 이러한 정화 장치들에는 공기나 물을 여과하기 위한 필터(filter)가 사용된다. 예컨대, 공기 또는 음용수가 필터를 통과하는 과정에서 오염 물질, 각종 세균 및/또는 바이러스가 필터에 의해 제거될 수 있다. 최근에는, 초미세먼지(fine particulate matter)나 감염병 바이러스의 여과가 가능한 필터의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 예를 들어, 이러한 필터는 나노 미터 또는 마이크로 미터 단위의 직경의 미세 섬유(또는 나노 섬유) 소재로 형성될 수 있다.

본 개시의 일 실시예에 따르면, 미세 섬유 직물의 제조 방법이 제공될 수 있다. 상기 제조 방법은 고분자 용액을 준비하는 동작 및 상기 고분자 용액을 전기 방사하여 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하는 동작을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 고분자 용액은 셀룰로오스 아세테이트(cellulose acetate) 또는 에틸 셀룰로오스(ethyl cellulose)를 포함하는 고분자 물질 및 에틸 유산염(ethyl lactate) 또는 에틸 아세테이트(ethyl acetate)를 포함하고 상기 고분자 물질에 대한 질량비가 약 1: 45 내지 약 2:1인 조성물로 구성될 수 있다.

도 2a 내지 도 8b은, 일 실시예에 따른 미세 섬유의 구조를 예시할 수 있다. 본 개시에서, "미세 섬유 직물"은 지름이 수십~수백 nm인 초극세실안 "미세 섬유"와 그 집합을 포괄하여 지칭하는 것으로 이해될 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 미세 섬유 직물은 전기적으로 하전된 고분자 용액을 전기력(electric force)을 이용하여 수십~수백 nm 직경의 실 형태로 뽑아내는 전기 방사(electrospinning) 공정으로 형성 또는 제조될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 도 2a 내지 도 8b의 미세 섬유 직물은, 필터(예: 도 1의 필터 조립체(101), 도 10의 필터(211) 및/또는 도 11 및 도 12의 필터 조립체(325))의 적어도 일부를 형성할 수 있다. 도 1을 다시 참조하면, 일 실시예에서, 필터층(101)을 형성함에 있어, 지지층(102)이 기판으로 활용될 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 필터층(101)은 고분자 용액을 기판(예: 지지층(102))의 적어도 일면에 전기 방사하여 미세 섬유 직물을 형성으로써 제작될 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 필터층(101)을 형성하는 미세 섬유는 대략 1 μm 이하의 지름을 가질 수 있으며, 도 1의 필터층(101)은 대략 100 μm 이하의 두께로 제작될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 고분자 용액은, 셀룰로오스계 고분자 물질 및 상기 고분자 물질을 녹이는 용매로 기능하는 조성물을 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 고분자 용액의 고분자 물질은 셀룰로오스 아세테이트(cellulose acetate) 또는 에틸 셀룰로오스(ethyl cellulose)를 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 고분자 용액의 조성물은 에틸 유산염(ethyl lactate) 또는 에틸 아세테이트(ethyl acetate)를 포함할 수 있다. 본 개시에서 고분자 물질 또는 조성물에 포함된 성분의 "질량 퍼센트(또는 무게 조성비)(단위: wt%)"는 고분자 용액의 전체에 대한 해당 성분의 질량 백분율로 이해될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 고분자 용액의 분자 물질과 에틸 유산염 또는 에틸 아세테이트의 질량비는 약 1: 45 내지 약 2:1일 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 고분자 용액은 고분자 물질(예: 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 또는 에틸 셀룰로오스)을 약 2wt% 내지 약 20wt%로 포함할 수 있고, 조성물에 포함된 에틸 유산염 또는 에틸 아세테이트를 약 10wt% 내지 약 90wt%로 포함할 수 있다. 다만, 본 개시의 실시예들에서, 고분자 물질은 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 또는 에틸 셀룰로오스를 선택적으로 포함하는 실시예에 제한되지 않고, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 및 에틸 셀룰로오스의 조합으로 이루어질 수도 있다. 본 개시의 실시예들에서, 조성물의 성분은, 에틸 유산염 또는 에틸 아세테이트를 선택적으로 포함하는 실시예에 제한되지 않고, 에틸 유산염 및 에틸 아세테이트의 조합으로 이루어질 수도 있다. 본 개시의 고분자 물질 및 조성물의 성분 및 함량은 상술한 바에 제한되지 않으며, 실제 제작하고자 하는 미세 섬유 직물 또는 도 1의 필터 조립체(100)의 사양에 따라 적절하게 설정 및 변경될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 고분자 용액의 조성물은, 황산 도데실 나트륨(Sodium dodecylsulfate), 폴리비닐 아세테이트(polyvinyl acetate), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(polyethylene lycol), 에탄올(ethanol), 물 및/또는 글리세린(glycerin) 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 미세 섬유 직물(예: 도 2a 내지 도 8b 참조)의 조성물은 약 10wt% 내지 약 70wt%의 에탄올(ethanol), 약 7wt% 내지 약 11wt%의 물 또는 0 내지 약 4wt%의 글리세린(glycerin) 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 미세 섬유 직물(예: 도 2a 내지 도 3b 및 도 5a 내지 도 6b 참조)의 조성물은 황산 도데실 나트륨(Sodium dodecylsulfate)을 0 내지 약 1wt%를 포함할 수 있다.

일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 고분자 용액을 준비하는 동작(11)에서, 상기 고분자 용액은 셀룰로오스 아세테이트(cellulose acetate) 또는 에틸 셀룰로오스(ethyl cellulose)를 포함하는 고분자 물질 및 에틸 유산염(ethyl lactate) 또는 에틸 아세테이트(ethyl acetate)를 포함하는 조성물로 구성될 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 고분자 물질과 에틸 유산염 또는 에틸 아세테이트의 질량비는 약 1: 45 내지 약 2:1일 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 고분자 용액은 고분자 물질(예: 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 또는 에틸 셀룰로오스)을 약 2wt% 내지 약 20wt%로 포함할 수 있고, 조성물에 포함된 에틸 유산염 또는 에틸 아세테이트를 약 10wt% 내지 약 90wt%로 포함할 수 있다. 본 개시의 고분자 물질은, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 또는 에틸 셀룰로오스를 선택적으로 포함하는 실시예에 제한되지 않고, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 및 에틸 셀룰로오스의 조합으로 이루어질 수도 있다. 본 개시의 조성물의 성분은, 에틸 유산염 또는 에틸 아세테이트를 선택적으로 포함하는 실시예에 제한되지 않고, 에틸 유산염 및 에틸 아세테이트의 조합으로 이루어질 수도 있다. 고분자 물질 및 조성물의 종류 및/또는 함량은 실제 제작하고자 하는 미세 섬유 직물 또는 도 1의 필터 조립체(100)의 사양에 따라 적절하게 설정 및 변경될 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 조성물은 10wt% 내지 70wt%의 에탄올(ethanol), 7wt% 내지 11wt%의 물 또는 0 내지 4wt%의 글리세린(glycerin) 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 고분자 용액을 준비하는 동작(11)에서, 고분자 용액의 조성물은 약 10wt% 내지 약 70wt%의 에탄올(ethanol), 약 7wt% 내지 약 11wt%의 물 또는 0 내지 약 4wt%의 글리세린(glycerin) 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다(도 2a 내지 도 8b 참조). 일 실시예에서, 고분자 용액의 조성물은 황산 도데실 나트륨(Sodium dodecylsulfate)을 0 내지 약 1wt%를 포함할 수 있다(도 2a 내지 도 3b 및 도 5a 내지 도 6b 참조).
본 개시의 실시예들에서, 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하도록 상기 고분자 용액을 전기 방사하는 동작(12)에서, 동작(11)의 고분자 용액은 전기 방사 장치의 노즐(nozzle)을 통해 극판(예: 도 1의 지지층(102))으로 전기 방사될 수 있고, 미세 섬유 또는 미세 섬유 직물을 형성할 수 있다. 상기 동작(12)에서, 전기 방사의 조건들, 예컨대 상기 노즐을 통해 방출되는 고분자 용액의 유량(feed rate), 온도, 상대 습도, 노즐 게이지(또는 너비나 폭) 및 노즐과 극판 사이의 거리인 전극 거리와 같은 조건들이 설정 또는 제어될 수 있다.
상기 동작(12)에서, 일 실시예(도 2a 내지 도 6b 참조)에 따르면, 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 고분자 용액의 고분자 물질은 약 7wt% 내지 약 12wt%의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 포함하고, 조성물은 약 60wt% 내지 약 82wt%의 에틸 유산염을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 고분자 용액은 약 17℃ 내지 23℃의 온도 및 0.5mL/h 내지 2.5mL/h의 유량 조건으로 전기 방사될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 도 2a 및 도 2b의 제1 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사 조건은, 약 1mL/h 내지 약 1.5mL/h의 유량, 약 14.5kV 내지 약 16.5kV의 전압, 약 19℃ 내지 약 21℃의 온도, 약 22% 내지 약 24%의 상대 습도, 약 20 내지 약 22의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 14cm 내지 약 16cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 제1 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사의 조건은, 약 1.2mL/h의 유량, 약 15.5kV의 전압, 약 20℃의 온도, 약 23%의 상대 습도, 약 21의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 15cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 도 3a 및 도 3b의 제2 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사 조건은, 약 0.8mL/h 내지 약 1.3mL/h의 유량, 약 14.5kV 내지 약 16.5kV의 전압, 약 20.5℃ 내지 약 23.5℃의 온도, 약 20% 내지 약 22%의 상대 습도, 약 20 내지 약 22의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 14cm 내지 약 16cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 제1 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사의 조건은, 약 1mL/h의 유량, 약 15.5kV의 전압, 약 21.3℃의 온도, 약 21%의 상대 습도, 약 21의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 15cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 도 4a 및 도 4b의 제3 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사 조건은, 약 0.5mL/h 내지 약 1.2mL/h의 유량, 약 17kV 내지 약 19kV의 전압, 약 17.5℃ 내지 약 19.5℃의 온도, 약 19% 내지 약 21%의 상대 습도, 약 20 내지 약 22의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 14cm 내지 약 16cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 제1 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사의 조건은, 약 0.8mL/h의 유량, 약 17.7kV의 전압, 약 18.5℃의 온도, 약 20%의 상대 습도, 약 21의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 15cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 도 5a 및 도 5b의 제4 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사 조건은, 약 0.8mL/h 내지 약 1.3mL/h의 유량, 약 14.5kV 내지 약 16.5kV의 전압, 약 20℃ 내지 약 22℃의 온도, 약 22% 내지 약 24%의 상대 습도, 약 20 내지 약 22의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 14cm 내지 약 16cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 제1 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사의 조건은, 약 1mL/h의 유량, 약 15.5kV의 전압, 약 20.9℃의 온도, 약 23%의 상대 습도, 약 21의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 15cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 도 6a 및 도 6b의 제5 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사 조건은, 약 1.8mL/h 내지 약 2.3mL/h의 유량, 약 16kV 내지 약 18kV의 전압, 약 21℃ 내지 약 23℃의 온도, 약 22% 내지 약 24%의 상대 습도, 약 20 내지 약 22의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 14cm 내지 약 16cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 제1 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사의 조건은, 약 2mL/h의 유량, 약 17kV의 전압, 약 21.8℃의 온도, 약 23%의 상대 습도, 약 21의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 15cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다.
상기 동작(12)에서, 일 실시예(도 7a 내지 도 8b 참조)에 따르면, 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 고분자 물질은 3wt% 내지 7wt%의 에틸 셀룰로오스를 포함하고, 상기 조성물은 32wt% 내지 40wt%의 에틸 유산염을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 동작(12)에서, 상기 고분자 용액은 23℃ 내지 27℃의 온도 조건에서 2mL/h 내지 3mL/h의 유량 조건으로 전기 방사될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 도 7a 및 도 7b의 제6 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사 조건은, 약 1.5mL/h 내지 약 3.5mL/h의 유량, 약 14.5kV 내지 약 16.5kV의 전압, 약 23℃ 내지 약 25℃의 온도, 약 17% 내지 약 19%의 상대 습도, 약 18 내지 약 20의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 14cm 내지 약 16cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 제1 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사의 조건은, 약 2.5mL/h의 유량, 약 15.8kV의 전압, 약 24.1℃의 온도, 약 18%의 상대 습도, 약 19의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 15cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 도 8a 및 도 8b의 제7 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사 조건은, 약 1.5mL/h 내지 약 3.5mL/h의 유량, 약 13kV 내지 약 15kV의 전압, 약 25℃ 내지 약 27℃의 온도, 약 17% 내지 약 19%의 상대 습도, 약 18 내지 약 20의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 14cm 내지 약 16cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 제1 예에 따른 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사의 조건은, 약 2.5mL/h의 유량, 약 14kV의 전압, 약 25.8℃의 온도, 약 18%의 상대 습도, 약 19의 노즐 게이지 및/또는 약 15cm의 전극 거리로 설정될 수 있다.
도 2a 및 도 8b를 참조하여 상술한 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하기 위한 전기 방사 조건은 예시적인 것으로서, 제조하려는 미세 섬유 직물 또는 필터(예: 도 1의 필터 조립체(100))의 사양 및/또는 고분자 용액의 성분 및 함량에 따라 변경될 수 있다.
도 10은 본 문서에 개시된 일 실시예에 따른 필터 조립체가 적용된 정화 장치로서, 마스크를 예시하는 도면이다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 필터 조립체(예: 도 1의 필터 조립체(100))는 마스크(200)와 같은 개인용 정화 장치 또는 보호 장구에 활용될 수 있다. 도 10의 필터(211)는 도 1의 필터 조립체(100)로 참조될 수 있다.
도 10을 참조하면, 마스크(200)는 필터 본체(201)와 필터 본체(201)로부터 연장된 적어도 하나의 밴드 또는 스트링(string)(202)을 포함할 수 있다. 밴드 또는 스트링(202)은 필터 본체(201)를 사용자 신체(안면)에 착용할 수 있도록 사용자의 귀나 머리에 결착될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 필터 본체(201)는 사용자의 입과 코를 덮을 수 있는 크기와 형상을 가질 수 있으며, 겉감(212)과 안감(213) 사이에 배치된 필터(211)(예: 도 1의 필터층(101))를 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 겉감(212)(및/또는 안감(213))은 도 1의 지지층(102)과 보호층(103) 중 어느 하나일 수 있다. 이 경우, 도 10의 필터(211)는 실질적으로 도 1의 필터층(101)에 의해 구현될 수 있다. 예컨대, 도 1의 필터 조립체(100)는, 그 자체로서 적절한 형상으로 제작되어 필터 본체(201)를 형성할 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 사용자가 호흡할 때, 외부에서 흡입되는 공기는 실질적으로 필터 본체(201) 또는 필터(211)를 통과하게 되며, 공기 중의 부유물질은 겉감(212)이나 지지층(102)(또는 보호층(103))에 의해 걸러지고, 세균이나 바이러스는 필터층(101)을 통과하면서 적어도 부분적으로 제거될 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 앞서 살펴본 바와 같이, 필터층(101) 또는 필터층(101)의 미세 섬유는 비정질 금속 산화물을 포함함으로써 공기가 통과할 때 세균이나 바이러스를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있다.
도 10은 본 문서에 개시된 일 실시예에 따른 필터 조립체(예: 도 1의 필터 조립체(100))가 적용된 정화 장치(300)로서, 공기 청정기를 예시하는 도면이다. 도 11은 도 10의 공기 청정기를 나타내는 분리 사시도이다.
도 10과 도 11을 참조하면, 본 문서에 개시된 일 실시예에 따른 필터 조립체(100)를 포함하는 정화 장치(300)는 예를 들면, 공기 청정기로서, 일반 가정, 사무실 등 건물 실내에 설치되어 공기를 청정화하는 기능을 제공하는 생활 가전 제품을 포함할 수 있다. 공기 청정기는 공기 중에 부유하는 분진이나 가스를 포집 또는 제거할 수 있으며, 실시예에 따라 세균이나 바이러스를 제거 또는 비활성화할 수 있다. 정화 장치(300)는 송풍팬(331)을 포함함으로써 실내 공간의 공기를 순환시키되 각종 필터(321, 323, 325)를 통과시킬 수 있다. 실시예에 따라, 정화 장치(300)는 실내 공기의 온도 및 습도 조절 기능을 더 포함할 수 있다. 예컨대, 정화 장치(300)는 공기청정기, 에어컨 및/또는 가습기의 기능을 포함하는, 또는 선택적으로 조합된 가전 제품일 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 본 문서에 개시된 일 실시예에 따른 필터 조립체는 정수기, 냉장고, 김치 냉장고, 세탁기, 건조기, 의류 관리 장치, 신발장, 벽장, 정화조 및/또는 공기 조화 시스템에 탑재됨으로써 탈취, 항균 및/또는 항바이러스 기능을 제공할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 정화 장치(300)는 외관을 형성하면서 내부 공간을 제공하는 하우징(301), 하우징(301)의 일측에 형성되며 공기를 흡입하기 위한 흡입구(313), 하우징(301) 내부로 유입되어 정화된 공기를 배출하는 배출구(315a, 315b), 사용자 명령을 입력하기 위한 입력부(317), 정화 장치(300)의 동작 상태를 표시하기 위한 표시부(319a, 319b)를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 하우징(301)은 본체(311b), 본체(311b)와 결합 가능한 전면 커버(311a), 상부 커버(311c)를 포함할 수 있다. 하우징(301)에는 상기 언급한 구성요소 중 일부가 생략되거나, 또는 하나 이상의 다른 구성요소들이 더 추가될 수 있다. 도 11에서 본체(311b)로부터 전면 커버(311a) 또는 상부 커버(311c)가 분리 가능한 구성이 도시되나 이와 달리 일체로 형성될 수도 있다. 이 밖에 일 실시예의 적용 가능할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 흡입구(313) 및 배출구(315a, 315b)의 개수 및 위치는 어떤 특정일 실시예에 한정되지 않는다. 도 10 또는 도 11에는 흡입구(313)가 하우징(301)의 전면 커버(311a)에 형성된 것이 도시되고 제1, 2 배출구(315a, 315b)가 각각 전면 커버(311a) 및 상부 커버(311c)에 형성된 것이 도시되나, 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 입력부(317)는 정화 장치(300)를 턴온(turn-on) 또는 턴오프(turn-off)시키기 위한 전원 버튼, 정화 장치(300)의 구동 시간을 설정하기 위한 타이머 버튼, 입력부의 오 조작을 방지하기 위해 입력부의 조작을 제한하기 위한 잠금버튼을 포함할 수 있다. 이 밖에도 정화 장치(300)의 각종 제어정보를 입력하기 위한 버튼을 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 입력부(317)는 사용자의 가압을 통해 입력신호를 발생시키는 방식의 푸시 스위치(push switch) 또는 사용자의 신체 일부의 터치를 통해 입력 신호를 발생시키는 터치 스위치(touch switch) 방식이 채택될 수 있다. 만약, 입력부(317)가 터치 스위치 방식을 채용하는 경우, 입력부(317)는 표시부(319a)와 일체형으로 구현되는 것도 가능할 수 있다.

일 실시예에 따르면, 정화 장치(300)는 필터들, 예컨대, 프리 필터(321), 헤파 필터(HEPA filter)(323), 필터 조립체(325)(예: 도 1의 필터 조립체(100))와, 송풍팬(331)을 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 필터 조립체(325)(예: 도 1의 필터층(101) 또는 미세 섬유)가 광촉매 성분을 포함할 때, 정화 장치(300)는 광원(329)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 하우징(301)의 내부에서 광원(329)은 필터 조립체(325)로 빛을 조사하도록 배치 또는 설정될 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 정화 장치(300)는 상기 송풍팬(331)의 구동 및/또는 광원(329)의 조사(예: 필터 조립체(325)의 재생(recycling))을 위한 동작을 수행하기 위한 컨트롤러(335)를 포함할 수 있고, 정화 장치(300) 내부의 공기질을 검출하기 위한 센서(333)를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 프리 필터(321)는 공기 중의 부유물이나 이물질 중에서 비교적 큰 먼지 입자를 걸러내기 위한 구성으로서 흡입구(313)에 가장 가까이 배치될 수 있다. 헤파 필터(323)는 프리 필터(321)의 후방에 배치되어 프리 필터(321)에서 걸러지지 않은 미세 먼지 등을 거르기 위한 구성일 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 필터 조립체(예: 도 1의 필터 조립체(100))의 지지층(102) 및/또는 보호층(103)은 실질적으로 헤파 필터(323)와 동일한 재질 또는 구조를 가질 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 프리 필터(321)에서 일차적으로 먼지를 걸러내고, 프리 필터(321)보다 상대적으로 고성능인 헤파 필터(323)에서 이차적으로 먼지를 걸러낼 수 있다. 여기서 헤파 필터(323)는 예컨대 유리 섬유로 구성될 수 있다. 도면에 도시되진 않았으나, 프리 필터(321)와 헤파 필터(323) 사이 또는 헤파 필터(323)의 후방에 가스 흡착 성분(예: 활성탄)을 포함하는 탈취 필터를 더 포함할 수 있다. 필터들의 배치 순서는 도 10에 도시된 바에 따를 수 있고, 다른 순서로 배치되는 것도 가능하다. 또는 상기 필터들(321, 323, 325) 중 어느 하나의 필터(예: 프리 필터(321))를 생략하는 것도 가능하다.
일 실시예에서, 필터 조립체(325)(예: 도 1의 필터층(101) 또는 미세 섬유)가 광촉매 성분을 포함하는 경우, 광원(329)은 광촉매 성분을 포함하는 필터 조립체(325)를 향해 빛을 조사하도록 배치될 수 있다. 필터 조립체(325)의 광촉매 성분은 광원(329)으로부터 조사되는 빛과 반응하여 전자-정공 쌍을 발생시킬 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 광원(329)은 형광등이나 백열등과 같은 소자 또는 LED로 구현될 수 있으며, 백색광, 적색광, 녹색광, 청색광, 자외선, 가시광선, 적외선 중 적어도 한 종류의 빛을 발광할 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 광원(329)은 프레넬 렌즈, 볼록렌즈, 오목렌즈와 같은 렌즈 어셈블리와 조립체 형태로 제공될 수 있다. 실시예에 따라, 광원(329)의 밝기, 온도, 색, 광 초첨(포커싱), 발광 시점, 발광 방향 중 적어도 하나의 파라미터가 컨트롤러(335)에 의해 제어될 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 광원(329)은 생략될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 광원(329)은 하우징(301) 내부에서 공기의 흐름 방향을 따라 빛을 조사할 수 있다. 광원(329)에서 조사된 빛은 필터 조립체(325), 예를 들어, 도 1의 지지층(102)이나 보호층(103)을 투과하여 필터층(101)에 도달할 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 광원(329)은 공기의 흐름 방향과는 반대방향으로 빛을 조사하여 필터층(101) 내에서 광촉매 반응을 일으킬 수 있다. 실시예에 따라, 필터 조립체(325) 또는 필터층(101)으로 빛이 조사되는 방향은 다양하게 선택 또는 조합될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 송풍팬(331)은 흡입구(313)를 통해 정화 장치(300) 외부의 공기를 하우징(301) 내부로 유입시킬 수 있다. 송풍팬(331)에 의해 흡입된 공기는 각종 필터들(프리 필터(321), 헤파 필터(323), 필터 조립체(325))을 거치며 정화된 상태로 배출구(315a, 315b)를 통해 정화 장치(300) 외부로 배출될 수 있다. 송풍팬(331)은 컨트롤러(335)의 제어에 의해 동작할 수 있으며, 컨트롤러(335)의 제어에 따라 공기의 흐름을 제어할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 센서(333)는 정화 장치(300) 내부의 공기의 질을 측정하는 센서일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 센서(333)를 이용하여 공기에 포함된 물질의 종류 및 농도를 측정할 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 센서(333)는 정화 장치(300) 내부 공간, 예를 들면, 정화 장치(300)의 배출구(315a, 315b)에 인접한 위치에 배치될 수 있다. 또는 센서(333)는 정화 장치(300)의 내부 공간에서, 필터 조립체(325)에 인접한 위치에 배치될 수도 있다.

일반적으로, 미세 섬유(또는 나노 섬유)는 전기장을 이용하여 액체 상태의 고분자 용액을 ㎛∼㎚의 직경을 가지는 연속상의 섬유로 구현하는 전기방사 방식으로 제조될 수 있다. 전기방사는 고속·대량 생산이 가능하여, 수처리 필터, 바이오센서, 의류용 방투습 직물, 보호복, 인조피부 등에 다양한 산업 분야에서 미세 섬유의 제조 방식으로 응용되고 있다. 최근에는, 필터의 수요 급증과 그에 따른 폐기물의 처리 문제가 대두되면서, 전기방사용 고분자 용액으로서 생분해성 고분자를 함유한 친환경적 고분자 용액에 관한 연구 및 개발이 관심을 받고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 고분자 용액에 주로 사용되는 다이메틸아세트아미드(dimethylacetamide, DMAc), 아세톤(acetone), 이메틸메탄아마이드(dimethylmethanamide, DMF) 또는 테트라히드로푸란 (tetrahydrofuran, THF)와 같은 용매는 인체 및 환경에 모두 유해성을 지녀 문제될 수 있다. 따라서, 상기한 용매를 대체할 만한 친환경적인 용매로 제조된 고분자 용액 및 이를 이용한 미세 섬유 직물의 개발이 요구된다.
본 개시의 실시예들에 따르면, 생분해성의 셀룰로오스계 고분자 및 친환경적인 용매를 이용한 전기방사용 고분자 용액 및 이를 이용한 미세 섬유 직물 및 그 제조 방법이 제공될 수 있다.
본 문서에서 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 개시가 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따르면, 미세 섬유 직물(또는 미세 섬유)이 제공될 수 있다. 상기 미세 섬유 직물은, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트(cellulose acetate) 또는 에틸 셀룰로오스(ethyl cellulose)를 포함하는 고분자 물질과, 에틸 유산염(ethyl lactate) 또는 에틸 아세테이트(ethyl acetate)를 포함하는 조성물을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 고분자 물질과 상기 에틸 유산염의 질량비 또는 상기 고분자 물질과 상기 에틸 아세테이트의 질량비는 1: 45 내지 2:1일 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 미세 섬유 직물은, 고분자 물질을 2wt% 내지 20wt%로 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 미세 섬유 직물은, 상기 조성물을 10wt% 내지 90wt%로 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 미세 섬유 직물은, 상기 고분자 물질과 상기 조성물을 포함하여 이루어진 고분자 용액을 전기 방사함으로써 형성될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 미세 섬유 직물은, 다공성 구조를 포함하고, 정화 장치(예: 공기 정화 장치, 수처리기, 마스크)의 필터(101; 211; 325)의 적어도 일부를 형성할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 조성물은, 10wt% 내지 70wt%의 에탄올(ethanol), 7wt% 내지 11wt%의 물 또는 0 내지 4wt%의 글리세린(glycerin) 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함할 수 있다.

일 실시예에서, 상기 고분자 물질은 8wt% 내지 12wt%의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 포함하고, 상기 조성물은 67wt% 내지 82wt%의 에틸 유산염 및 13wt% 내지 17wt%의 에탄올을 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 고분자 물질은 8wt% 내지 12wt%의 에틸 셀룰로오스를 포함하고, 상기 조성물은 66wt% 내지 81wt%의 에틸 유산염, 13wt% 내지 16wt%의 에탄올 및 1wt% 내지 3wt%의 글리세린을 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 고분자 물질은 8wt% 내지 12wt%의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 포함하고, 상기 조성물은 64wt% 내지 80wt%의 에틸 유산염 및 16wt% 내지 20wt%의 에탄올을 포함할 수 있다.

일 실시예에서, 상기 조성물은, 폴리비닐 아세테이트(polyvinyl acetate) 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜(polyethylene lycol)을 에틸 유산염의 질량의 1/5 이하로 더 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 조성물은, 3wt% 내지 6wt%의 폴리비닐 아세테이트(polyvinyl acetate), 1wt% 내지 2wt%의 폴리에틸렌글리콜(polyethylene lycol), 40wt% 내지 50wt%의 에탄올 및 7wt% 내지 11wt%의 물을 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따르면, 미세 섬유 직물의 제조 방법이 제공될 수 있다. 상기 미세 섬유 직물의 제조 방법은, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트(cellulose acetate) 또는 에틸 셀룰로오스(ethyl cellulose)를 포함하는 고분자 물질 및 에틸 유산염(ethyl lactate) 또는 에틸 아세테이트(ethyl acetate)를 포함하는 조성물로 구성된 고분자 용액을 준비하는 동작(11) 및 미세 섬유 직물을 형성하도록 상기 고분자 용액을 전기 방사하는 동작(12)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 고분자 물질과 상기 에틸 유산염의 질량비 또는 상기 고분자 물질과 상기 에틸 아세테이트의 질량비는 약 1: 45 내지 약 2:1일 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 동작(11)에서, 상기 고분자 용액은 2wt% 내지 20wt%의 고분자 물질 및 10wt% 내지 90wt%의 조성물을 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 동작(11)에서, 상기 조성물은 10wt% 내지 70wt%의 에탄올(ethanol), 7wt% 내지 11wt%의 물 또는 0 내지 4wt%의 글리세린(glycerin) 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 고분자 물질은 7wt% 내지 12wt%의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 조성물은 60wt% 내지 82wt%의 에틸 유산염을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 고분자 용액은 17℃ 내지 23℃의 온도 조건에서 0.5mL/h 내지 2.5mL/h의 유량으로 전기 방사될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 고분자 물질은 3wt% 내지 7wt%의 에틸 셀룰로오스를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 조성물은 32wt% 내지 40wt%의 에틸 유산염을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 고분자 용액은 23℃ 내지 27℃의 온도 조건에서 2mL/h 내지 3mL/h의 유량으로 전기 방사될 수 있다.
본 개시의 실시예들에 따르면, 전기방사로 제조 가능하고 소비자의 건강과 환경에 화학적으로 무해한 생분해성의 셀룰로오스계 고분자 기반의 미세 섬유 직물이 제공될 수 있다.
본 개시에서 얻을 수 있는 효과는 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급하지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 개시가 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (15)
- 셀룰로오스 아세테이트(cellulose acetate) 또는 에틸 셀룰로오스(ethyl cellulose)를 포함하는 고분자 물질; 및에틸 유산염(ethyl lactate) 또는 에틸 아세테이트(ethyl acetate)를 포함하는 조성물을 포함하고,상기 고분자 물질과 상기 에틸 유산염의 질량비 또는 상기 고분자 물질과 상기 에틸 아세테이트의 질량비는 1: 45 내지 2:1인, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 물질을 2wt% 내지 20wt%로 포함하는, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,상기 조성물을 10wt% 내지 90wt%로 포함하는, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 물질과 상기 조성물을 포함하여 이루어진 고분자 용액을 전기 방사함으로써 형성된, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,다공성 구조를 포함하고, 정화 장치의 필터(101; 211; 325)의 적어도 일부를 형성하는, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제1 항 내지 제5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은, 10wt% 내지 70wt%의 에탄올(ethanol), 7wt% 내지 11wt%의 물 또는 0 내지 4wt%의 글리세린(glycerin) 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 0 내지 1wt%의 황산 도데실 나트륨(Sodium dodecylsulfate)을 더 포함하는, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 물질은 7wt% 내지 11wt%의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 포함하고,상기 조성물은 60wt% 내지 75wt%의 에틸 유산염, 11wt% 내지 15wt%의 에탄올, 1wt% 내지 3wt%의 글리세린 및 8 내지 10wt%의 물을 포함하는, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 물질은 8wt% 내지 12wt%의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 포함하고,상기 조성물은 64wt% 내지 79wt%의 에틸 유산염, 12 내지 15wt%의 에탄올 및 3wt% 내지 5wt%의 글리세린을 포함하는, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 물질은 8wt% 내지 12wt%의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 포함하고,상기 조성물은 67wt% 내지 82wt%의 에틸 유산염 및 13wt% 내지 17wt%의 에탄올을 포함하는, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 물질은 8wt% 내지 12wt%의 에틸 셀룰로오스를 포함하고,상기 조성물은 66wt% 내지 81wt%의 에틸 유산염, 13wt% 내지 16wt%의 에탄올 및 1wt% 내지 3wt%의 글리세린을 포함하는, 전자 장치.
- 제1 항 내지 제6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 물질은 8wt% 내지 12wt%의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 포함하고,상기 조성물은 64wt% 내지 80wt%의 에틸 유산염 및 16wt% 내지 20wt%의 에탄올을 포함하는, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제1 항 내지 제5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 물질은 3wt% 내지 7wt%의 에틸 셀룰로오스를 포함하고,상기 조성물은, 32wt% 내지 40wt%의 에틸 유산염을 포함하는, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은, 폴리비닐 아세테이트(polyvinyl acetate) 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜(polyethylene lycol)을 에틸 유산염의 질량의 1/5 이하로 더 포함하는, 미세 섬유 직물.
- 제13 항 또는 제14 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은, 3wt% 내지 6wt%의 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 1wt% 내지 2wt%의 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 40wt% 내지 50wt%의 에탄올 및 7wt% 내지 11wt%의 물을 더 포함하는, 미세 섬유 직물.
