技术领域
本申请涉及一种信息处理方法及装置。
背景技术
为了便于用户之间进行协作交流,出现了一些应用程序,该应用程序可以包括组织通信录,该组织通信录中可以包括多个成员,属于同一组织通信录中的成员可以通过所述应用程序进行会话交流。
但是,目前,属于同一组织通信录中的成员在利用该应用程序进行会话交流时,存在会话交流效率较低的问题。因此,急需一种方案,能够解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决或者至少部分解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供了一种信息处理方法及装置。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,应用于第一用户对应的客户端,所述方法包括:
展示第二用户的关联页面,所述关联页面中包括第一申请控件,所述第一申请控件用于申请与所述第二用户进行会话,所述第一用户和第二用户同属于第一组织通信录中的成员,第二用户集合被配置为第一用户集合中的用户不能向所述第二用户集合中的用户发送会话消息,所述第一用户属于所述第一用户集合,所述第二用户属于所述第二用户集合;
响应于针对所述第一申请控件触发的操作,向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息,所述会话申请消息指示所述第一用户请求与所述第二 用户进行会话。
可选的,在向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息之后,所述方法还包括:
将所述第一申请控件的状态变更为不可触发状态,或者取消展示所述第一申请控件。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请的发明人经过研究发现,属于同一组织通信录中的成员之间可以互相发送会话消息。例如,用户A和用户B为属于同一组织通信录中的成员,则用户A可以向用户B发送会话消息,用户B也可以向用户A发送会话消息。
但是,采用这种方式,用户体验并不是很好,例如,用户A和用户B虽然属于同一组织通信录中的成员,但是一般情况下,用户A和用户B之间并不具备会话需求,因此,若用户A向用户B发送会话消息,则会给用户B带来一定的干扰。或者,若用户B向用户A发送会话消息,则会给用户A带来一定的干扰。
为了避免上述问题,对于属于同一组织通信录中的成员而言,管理人员可以对这些成员进行相应的配置,例如,可以配置在工作上没有交集的两个部门的成员之间不能相互发起会话,也可以配置单个成员之间不能发起会话,如用户A不能向用户B发送会话消息。另外,考虑到属于同一组织通信录中的成员之间的会话需求会发生改变。因此,当成员之间的会话需求发生改变时,可以由管理人员适应性的修改针对这些成员的相关配置。例如,在用户A具备与用户B进行会话的需求的情况下,由管理人员更改用户A的相关配置,并配置用户A可以向用户B发送会话消息。
但是,采用管理人员更改配置的方式,效率较低,相应的,使得用户间 不能及时进行会话交流,导致用户间的会话交流效率较低。
为了解决上述问题,本申请实施例提供了一种信息处理方法及装置。该方法可以应用于第一用户对应的客户端。其中,所述第一用户和第二用户同属于第一组织通信录中的成员,第二用户集合被配置为第一用户集合中的用户不能向所述第二用户集合中的用户发送会话消息,所述第一用户属于所述第一用户集合,所述第二用户属于所述第二用户集合,换言之,第一用户不能向第二用户发送会话消息。对于这种情况,所述第一用户对应的客户端可以展示第二用户的关联页面,所述关联页面中包括第一申请控件,所述第一申请控件用于申请与所述第二用户进行会话。用户可以针对所述第一申请控件触发操作,相应的,所述第一用户对应的客户端可以响应于针对所述第一申请控件触发的操作,向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息,所述会话申请消息指示所述第一用户请求与所述第二用户进行会话。由此可见,利用本方案,在第一用户不能向所述第二用户发送会话消息的情况下,所述第一用户可以在第二用户的关联页面上触发相应的操作,从而申请向第二用户发送会话消息。利用本方案,第一用户可以在需要向第二用户发送会话消息的情况下,申请向第二用户发送会话消息。本方案与由管理人员更改相关配置相比,更加高效便捷,因此,本方案可以提升第一用户与第二用户进行会话交流的效率。
下面结合附图,详细说明本申请的各种非限制性实施方式。
示例性方法
参见图1,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种信息处理方法的信令交互图。在本实施例中,所述方法例如可以包括以下步骤:S101-S102。
S101:第一用户对应的客户端展示第二用户的关联页面,所述关联页面中包括第一申请控件,所述第一申请控件用于申请与所述第二用户进行会话。
在本申请实施例中,所述第一用户和第二用户均属于第一组织通信录中的成员。对于第一组织通信录中的成员而言,第二用户集合被配置为第一用户集合中的用户不能向所述第二用户集合中的用户发送会话消息,其中,所述第二用户集合包括所述第一组织通信录中的至少一个成员,所述第一用户集合也包括所述第一组织通信录中的至少一个成员。第一用户集合和第二用户集合没有交集。在一个示例中,所述第一用户属于所述第一用户集合,所 述第二用户属于所述第二用户集合。也就是说,所述第一用户不能向第二用户发送会话消息。
在一个示例中,所述第一用户对应的客户端可以从服务端获取第一配置信息,所述第一配置信息指示第二用户集合被配置为第一用户集合中的用户不能向所述第二用户集合中的用户发送会话消息,第一用户对应的客户端基于所述第一配置信息,可以确定所述第一用户不能向所述第二用户发送会话消息,相应的,使得第一用户无法通过所述第一用户对应的客户端向第二用户发送会话消息。
在所述第一用户不能向第二用户发送会话消息的情况下,所述第一用户对应的客户端可以展示第二用户的关联页面,并且,该关联页面中展示有用于申请与所述第二用户进行会话的第一申请控件,第一用户可以通过所述第一申请控件触发相应的操作,从而申请向第二用户发送会话消息。
在一个示例中,所述第一用户可以被配置为能够向所述第二用户发送会话申请消息,相应的,所述第一用户对应的客户端在确定所述第一用户可以被配置为能够向所述第二用户发送会话申请消息的情况下,可以在所述第二用户的关联页面中展示前述第一申请控件。作为一个示例,所述第一用户对应的客户端可以从服务端获取第二配置信息,所述第二配置信息用于指示所述第一用户可以被配置为能够向所述第二用户发送会话申请消息。相应的,所述第一用户对应的客户端可以基于所述第二配置信息,在所述第二用户的关联页面上展示所述第一申请控件。
在本申请实施例中,第二用户的关联页面,指的是与第二用户相关的页面。作为一个示例,所述第二用户的关联页面,可以是所述第二用户的信息展示页面,所述第二用户的信息展示页面中可以包括第二用户的至少一个属性信息,例如,包括第二用户的用户名、第二用户的头像、第二用户所属的部门等属性信息。另外,所述第二用户的信息展示页面中还可以包括用于与第二用户交互的至少一个交互控件。
在一个示例中,所述至少一个交互控件可以包括用于发起会话的第一交互控件。此处提及的用于发起会话的第一控件,例如可以是用于触发展示与第二用户的即时通信会话页面的控件,该即时通信会话页面可以用于发送会话消息。对于这种情况,在第一用户不能向第二用户发送会话消息的情况下, 若第一用户针对第一交互控件触发了操作,例如第一用户点击了所述第一交互控件,则所述第一用户对应的客户端可以响应于针对所述第一交互控件的触发操作,展示第三提示信息,所述第三提示信息用于提示所述第一用户不能向所述第二用户发送会话消息。这样一来,第一用户根据该第三提示信息,即可确定自身不能向第二用户发送会话消息,相应的,第一用户可以执行下一步操作,例如,可以针对第一申请控件触发操作,从而申请向第二用户发送会话消息。
另外,所述至少一个交互控件除了包括前述第一交互控件之外,还可以包括其它交互控件,例如,可以包括用于发起视频通话的第二交互控件,又如,可以包括用于发起语音通话的第三交互控件,等等,此处不一一详细说明。
在又一个示例中,在第一用户曾经与第二用户发生过会话的情况下,所述第二用户的关联页面,可以是第一用户与第二用户的历史会话页面,该历史会话页面中可以包括所述第一用户与所述第二用户的历史会话消息。在一个示例中,所述历史会话页面的预设区域可以展示有第四提示信息,所述第四提示信息用于提示所述第一用户不能与所述第二用户进行会话,以及,所述第一用户能够申请与所述第二用户进行会话。这样一来,第一用户基于该第四提示信息,即可确定自身当前不能向第二用户发送会话消息,但是,可以申请向第二用户发放会话消息,从而使得第一用户可以执行下一步操作,例如,可以针对第一申请控件触发操作,从而申请向第二用户发送会话消息。
本申请实施例不具体限定所述预设区域,所述预设区域可以是所述历史会话页面中的任意区域,例如,所述预设区域可以是所述历史会话页面的顶部区域。
在一个示例中,当所述第二用户的关联页面为所述历史会话页面时,前述第一申请控件也可以展示在所述预设区域。这样一来,前述第四提示信息和第一申请控件在同一区域,以便于第一用户在查看所述第四提示信息之后,针对与第四提示信息处于同一区域的第一申请控件触发操作。
S102:第一用户对应的客户端响应于针对所述第一申请控件触发的操作,向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息,所述会话申请消息指示所述第一用户请求与所述第二用户进行会话。
第一用户可以针对前述关联页面中的第一申请控件触发操作,例如,第一用户可以点击所述第一申请控件。相应的,所述第一用户对应的客户端可以向响应于针对所述第一申请控件触发的操作,向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息,该会话申请消息用于指示所述第一用户请求与所述第二用户进行会话。其中,第一用户请求与第二用户进行会话,可以是第一用户请求向第二用户发送会话消息。
本申请实施例不具体限定所述会话申请消息的消息格式和消息内容,在一个示例中,所述会话申请消息中可以包括所述第一用户的用户标识。
在又一个示例中,第一用户对应的客户端可以响应于针对所述第一申请控件触发的操作,展示信息输入界面。第一用户可以在所述信息输入界面中输入内容,例如,可以输入申请与第二用户会话的理由,进一步地,第一用户可以针对在所述信息输入界面中输入的内容触发的确认操作,所述第一用户对应的客户端可以响应于针对在所述信息输入界面中输入的内容触发的确认操作,获取在所述信息输入界面中输入的内容。对于这种情况,所述沟通申请消息中可以包括所述第一用户在所述信息输入界面中输入的内容。
在一个示例中,所述第一用户对应的客户端,可以直接向所述第二用户的客户端发送所述会话申请消息。
在又一个示例中,所述第一用户对应的客户端可以通过服务端向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送所述会话申请消息。
在又一个示例中,所述第一用户对应的客户端,可以通过机器人助手向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送所述会话申请消息。在一个示例中,所述机器人助手,可以理解成一个特殊的用户,其可以向第一组织通信录中的所有成员发送至少一种类型的通知消息,其中,所述至少一种类型的通知消息包括会话申请消息。
通过以上描述可知,在本申请实施例中,在第一用户不能向所述第二用户发送会话消息的情况下,所述第一用户可以在第二用户的关联页面上触发相应的操作,从而申请向第二用户发送会话消息。本方案与由管理人员更改相关配置相比,更加高效便捷,因此,本方案可以提升第一用户与第二用户进行会话交流的效率。
在一个示例中,为了避免第一用户对应的客户端频繁向第二用户对应的 客户端发送会话申请消息而给第二用户带来干扰,第一用户对应的客户端在向第二用户对应的客户端发送所述会话申请消息之后,可以将所述第一申请控件的状态变更为不可触发状态,或者,取消展示所述第一申请控件。这样一来,可以避免用户继续针对所述第一申请控件触发操作,从而使得第一用户对应的客户端继续向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送所述会话申请消息。
在一个示例中,将所述第一申请控件的状态变更为不可触发状态,可以理解成在第一用户针对所述第一申请控件触发操作之后,所述第一用户对应的客户端不再响应于针对所述第一申请控件的触发操作。
在一个示例中,为了满足第一用户向第二用户发送会话消息的需求,在第一用户对应的客户端向第二用户的客户端发送的会话申请消息没有被第二用户接受的情况下,可以允许第一用户再次触发所述第一申请控件,从而使得第一用户对应的客户端再次向第二用户的客户端发送会话申请消息。对应这种情况,在一个示例中,所述第一用户对应的客户端除了将所述第一申请控件的状态变更为不可触发状态,或者取消展示所述第一申请控件之外,还可以展示第一提示信息,例如,可以在所述第一申请控件在所述关联页面中对应的展示区域展示所述第一提示信息,该第一提示信息用于提示再次触发所述第一申请控件所需满足的条件。这样一来,所述第一用户可以根据第一提示信息,确定何时再触发所述第一申请控件,从而再次申请向所述第二用户发送会话消息。
本申请实施例不具体限定再次触发所述第一申请控件所需满足的条件。所述第一申请控件所需满足的条件可以根据实际情况确定。
在一个示例中,所述再次触发所述第一申请控件所需满足的条件,可以是再次触发所述第一申请控件的第一时刻与当前触发所述第一申请控件的第二时刻之间的时间间隔,大于或者等于预设时间间隔。本申请实施例不具体限定所述预设时间间隔,所述预设时间间隔可以根据实际情况确定,例如,所述预设时间间隔可以是12小时。采用这种方式,可以使得第二用户对应的客户端在所述预设时间间隔内不会频繁接收到所述第一用户的客户端发送的会话申请消息,从而可以减少对第二用户带来的干扰。
在又一个示例中,所述再次触发所述第一申请控件所需满足的条件,可以是所述会话申请消息被所述第二用户阅读。换言之,在第二用户尚未阅读 前述会话申请消息的情况下,第一用户不可再次触发所述第一申请控件,采用这种方式,可以避免第二用户在阅读未读消息时,同时阅读到多条第一用户对应的客户端发送的会话申请消息,相应的,可以减少对第二用户带来的干扰。
如前所述,第一用户对应的客户端多次向第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息,会给第二用户带来一定的干扰。因此,若第一用户对应的客户端在预设时间段之前,曾经向所述第二用户的客户端发送过会话申请消息,则第一用户对应的客户端在执行S102之前,可以展示第二提示信息,所述第二提示信息用于提示用户确定是否再次发送会话申请消息。例如,所述第一用户对应的客户端可以以弹窗的形式展示所述第二提示信息。若第一用户针对所述第二提示信息触发了确认操作,则所述第一用户对应的客户端可以执行S102。相应的,若第一用户针对所述第二提示信息触发了取消操作,则所述第一用户对应的客户端可以不执行S102,采用这种方式,可以有效减少给第二用户带来的干扰。
在一个示例中,所述第一用户对应的客户端在展示所述第二提示信息时,还可以展示与所述第二提示信息对应的确认控件和与所述第二提示信息对应的取消控件。第一用户可以通过所述确认控件,触发针对所述第二提示信息的确认操作。例如,所述第一用户可以点击所述确认控件,从而触发针对所述第二提示信息的确认操作。相应的,第一用户可以通过所述取消控件,触发针对所述第二提示信息的取消操作。例如,所述第一用户可以点击所述取消控件,从而触发针对所述第二提示信息的取消操作。
S103:第二用户对应的客户端展示所述会话申请消息。
第二用户对应的客户端接收到第一用户对应的客户端发送的会话申请消息之后,可以展示所述会话申请消息。
在一个示例中,所述第二用户对应的客户端可以在组织通信录对应的页面中展示所述会话申请消息。
在又一个示例中,若第一用户对应的客户端通过机器人助手向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送所述会话申请消息,则第二用户对应的客户端可以在机器人助手对应的页面中展示所述会话申请消息。对于这种方式,所述第二用户即可通过所述机器人助手对应的页面,查看所述会话申请消息。在一个 示例中,所述机器人助手对应的页面,可以是所述机器人助手对应的会话页面。
在一个示例中,所述第二用户的信息流中可以包括多个其它用户发送的消息,所述多个其它用户发送的消息,可以包括所述机器人助手发送的所述会话申请消息。对于这种情况,S103在具体实现时,可以是在所述第二用户的信息流中展示所述机器人助手发送的所述会话申请消息。其中,在所述第二用户的信息流中展示所述机器人助手发送的所述会话申请消息,可以是在所述第二用户的会话列表中展示与所述机器人助手的会话标识。另外,所述第二用户对应的客户端还可以显示新消息提醒,从而提示所述第二用户接收到了新消息,以便于第二用户尽快查看所述会话申请消息。

S104:第二用户对应的客户端响应于针对所述会话申请消息触发的接受操作,向服务端发送第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述第二用户接受了所述第一用户的会话申请。
在一种实现方式中,第二用户查看所述会话申请消息之后,可以针对所述会话申请消息触发接受操作。在一个具体的示例中,所述第二用户对应的客户端在展示所述会话申请消息时,还可以展示与所述会话申请消息对应的接受控件。第二用户可以通过所述接受控件,触发针对所述会话申请消息的确认操作。例如,所述第二用户可以点击所述接受控件,从而触发针对所述会话申请消息的接受操作。第二用户针对所述会话申请消息触发接受操作之后,第二用户对应的客户端响应于针对所述会话申请消息触发的接受操作,向服务端发送第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述第二用户接受了所述第一用户的会话申请。相应的,所述服务端可以向所述第一用户对应的客户端发送所述第一指示信息,以指示所述第二用户接受了所述第一用户的会话申请。第一用户对应的客户端可以基于所述第一指示信息,确定第一用户能够向第二用户发送会话消息。
在一个示例中,若第二用户接受了所述第一用户的会话申请,则所述第一用户可以针对所述第二用户的信息展示页面中的第一交互控件触发操作, 从而向第二用户发送会话消息。
在又一个示例中,若第二用户接受了所述第一用户的会话申请,则所述第一用户可以在和所述第二用户的历史会话页面中,向所述第二用户发送会话消息。
在一个示例中,若前述第二用户的关联页面为第一用户与所述第二用户的历史会话页面,则在第二用户接受了所述第一用户的会话申请之后,所述第一用户对应的客户端可以取消展示所述历史会话页面中展示的第四提示信息,这样一来,第一用户在确定所述历史会话页面中不包括第四提示信息之后,即可确定自身能够向第二用户发送会话消息。
在又一种实现方式中,第二用户查看所述会话申请消息之后,可以针对所述会话申请消息触发拒绝操作。在一个具体的示例中,所述第二用户对应的客户端在展示所述会话申请消息时,还可以展示与所述会话申请消息对应的拒绝控件。第二用户可以通过所述拒绝控件,触发针对所述会话申请消息的拒绝操作。例如,所述第二用户可以点击所述拒绝控件,从而触发针对所述会话申请消息的拒绝操作。第二用户针对所述会话申请消息触发拒绝操作之后,第二用户对应的客户端响应于针对所述会话申请消息触发的拒绝操作,向服务端发送第三指示信息,所述第三指示信息用于指示所述第二用户拒绝了所述第一用户的会话申请。相应的,所述服务端可以向所述第一用户对应的客户端发送第三指示信息,以指示所述第二用户拒绝了所述第一用户的会话申请。第一用户对应的客户端可以基于所述第三指示信息,确定第一用户依然不能够向第二用户发送会话消息。对于这种情况,所述第一用户通过再次触发所述第一申请控件的方式,再次申请向第二用户发送会话消息。
在另一种实现方式中,第二用户查看所述会话申请消息之后,可以忽略所述会话申请消息(既不触发接受操作,也不触发拒绝操作),对于这种情况,所述第一用户通过再次触发所述第一申请控件的方式,再次申请向第二用户发送会话消息。
通过以上描述可知,利用本方案,第一用户可以在需要向第二用户发送会话消息的情况下,申请向第二用户发送会话消息,并且,可以由第二用户确定是否接受第一用户的会话申请。本方案与由管理人员更改相关配置相比,更加高效便捷,因此,本方案可以提升第一用户与第二用户进行会话交流的 效率。
在一个示例中,第二用户在针对所述沟通申请消息触发接受操作之后,还可以在第一用户的关联页面中触发第一操作,该第一操作可以是针对所述接受操作的撤回操作。例如,在第一用户与第二用户会话结束之后,第二用户可以在第一用户的关联页面中触发第一操作。在一个示例中,所述第二用户可以通过在所述第一用户的关联页面中的相关控件触发所述第一操作,关于触发所述第一操作的控件,此处不做详细说明。
关于第一用户的关联页面,可以参考前文对于第二用户的关联页面的相关描述部分,此处不做重复描述。
相应的,所述第二用户对应的客户端可以响应于所述第一操作,向服务端发送第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示所述第二用户针对所述接受操作触发了撤回操作。在一个示例中,所述服务端可以将所述第二指示信息发送给第一用户对应的客户端,第一用户对应的客户端可以基于所述第二指示信息,确定第一用户不能够继续向第二用户发送会话消息。

在一个示例中,若第一用户针对会话消息控件201触发操作,则第一用户对应的客户端可以展示第三提示信息,所述第三提示信息用于提示所述第一用户不能向所述第二用户发送会话消息。
第一用户可以通过第一申请控件204触发相应的操作,从而向第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息。在向第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息之后,所述信息展示页面200更新为图2B所示,所述第一申请控件204变更为不可触发状态,并且,第一申请控件204对应的展示区域显示有第一提示信息“申请已发送,12小时后重试”。
在第二用户针对所述会话申请消息触发接受操作之后,第一用户可以针对会话消息控件201触发操作,从而向第二用户发送会话消息。
参见图2C,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种会话页面的示意图。图2C所示的会话页面为第一用户与第二用户的历史会话页面300。该历史会话页面300的顶部显示有第二用户的头像301和第二用户的用户名“XXX”。该历史会话页面中300中的302表示第一用户的头像,该历史会话页面300中包括第一用户与第二用户的历史会话消息,在图2C中以“***”表示。另外,该历史会话页面300中的会话窗口的顶部区域310中展示有第四提示信息“不能向对方发送会话消息,可以申请会话”,以及第一申请控件311。另外,历史会话页面中的320为会话消息输入区。
第一用户可以通过第一申请控件311触发相应的操作,从而向第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息。在向第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息之后,所述信息展示页面300更新为图2D所示,所述第四提示信息和第一申请控件取消展示,并且该历史会话页面中展示有提示信息“申请被接受,可以发送会话消息了”。相应的,第一用户可以在该历史会话页面300中向第二用户发送会话消息。
需要说明的是,图2A至图2D只是为了方便理解本方案而示出,其并不构成对本申请实施例的限定,图2A至图2D所示的页面中还可以包括其它内容,此处不做详细说明。
接下来,分别对第一用户对应的客户端和第二用户对应的客户端所执行的信息处理方法进行介绍。
参见图3,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种信息处理方法的流程示意图。图3所述的信息处理方法,可以应用于第一用户对应的客户端,该方法例如可以包括如下S201-S202。
S201:展示第二用户的关联页面,所述关联页面中包括第一申请控件,所述第一申请控件用于申请与所述第二用户进行会话,所述第一用户和第二用户同属于第一组织通信录中的成员,第二用户集合被配置为第一用户集合中的用户不能向所述第二用户集合中的用户发送会话消息,所述第一用户属于所述第一用户集合,所述第二用户属于所述第二用户集合。
S202:响应于针对所述第一申请控件触发的操作,向所述第二用户对应 的客户端发送会话申请消息,所述会话申请消息指示所述第一用户请求与所述第二用户进行会话。
关于S201-S202的具体实现,可以参考上文对于S101-S102中的相关描述部分,此处不做重复描述。另外,第一用户对应的客户端执行的其它操作,也可以参考上文对于第一用户对应的客户端所执行的方法步骤的描述部分,此处不做重复描述。
由此可见,在第一用户不能向所述第二用户发送会话消息的情况下,所述第一用户可以在第二用户的关联页面上触发相应的操作,从而申请向第二用户发送会话消息。利用本方案,第一用户可以在需要向第二用户发送会话消息的情况下,申请向第二用户发送会话消息。本方案与由管理人员更改相关配置相比,更加高效便捷,因此,本方案可以提升第一用户与第二用户进行会话交流的效率。
参见图4,该图为本申请实施例提供的又一种信息处理方法的流程示意图。图4所述的信息处理方法,可以应用于第二用户对应的客户端,该方法例如可以包括如下S301-S302。
S301:展示会话申请消息,所述会话申请消息指示第一用户请求与所述第二用户进行会话,所述第一用户和第二用户同属于第一组织通信录中的成员,第二用户集合被配置为第一用户集合中的用户不能向所述第二用户集合中的用户发送会话消息,所述第一用户属于所述第一用户集合,所述第二用户属于所述第二用户集合。
S302:响应于针对所述会话申请消息触发的接受操作,向服务端发送第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述第二用户接受了所述第一用户的会话申请。
关于S301-S302的具体实现,可以参考上文对于S103-S104中的相关描述部分,此处不做重复描述。另外,第二用户对应的客户端执行的其它操作,也可以参考上文对于第二用户对应的客户端所执行的方法步骤的描述部分,此处不做重复描述。
由此可见,利用本方案,在第一用户不能向所述第二用户发送会话消息的情况下,若第二用户针对前述会话申请消息触发了接受操作,则第一用户即可向第二用户发送会话消息,从而使得第一用户能够与第二用于进行会话 交流。本方案与由管理人员更改相关配置相比,更加高效便捷,因此,本方案可以提升第一用户与第二用户进行会话交流的效率。
示例性设备
基于以上实施例提供的方法,本申请实施例还提供了对应的装置,以下结合附图介绍该装置。
参见图5,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种信息处理装置的结构示意图,图5所示的信息处理装置500,可以应用于第一用户对应的客户端,所述装置500包括:第一展示单元501和发送单元502。
第一展示单元501,用于展示第二用户的关联页面,所述关联页面中包括第一申请控件,所述第一申请控件用于申请与所述第二用户进行会话,所述第一用户和第二用户同属于第一组织通信录中的成员,第二用户集合被配置为第一用户集合中的用户不能向所述第二用户集合中的用户发送会话消息,所述第一用户属于所述第一用户集合,所述第二用户属于所述第二用户集合;
发送单元502,用于响应于针对所述第一申请控件触发的操作,向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息,所述会话申请消息指示所述第一用户请求与所述第二用户进行会话。

展示单元601,用于展示会话申请消息,所述会话申请消息指示第一用户请求与所述第二用户进行会话,所述第一用户和第二用户同属于第一组织通信录中的成员,第二用户集合被配置为第一用户集合中的用户不能向所述第二用户集合中的用户发送会话消息,所述第一用户属于所述第一用户集合,所述第二用户属于所述第二用户集合;

本申请实施例还提供了一种设备,所述设备包括处理器和存储器;
所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中存储的指令,以使得所述设备执行以上方法实施例任一项所述的信息处理方法。
下面参考图7,其示出了适于用来实现本申请实施例的电子设备700的结构示意图。本申请实施例中的电子设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、 笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理)、PAD(portable android device,平板电脑)、PMP(Portable Media Player,便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV(television,电视机)、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图7示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图7所示,电子设备700可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)701,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)702中的程序或者从存储装置708加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)703中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM703中,还存储有电子设备700操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置701、ROM 702以及RAM 703通过总线704彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口705也连接至总线704。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口705:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置706;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置707;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置708;以及通信装置709。通信装置709可以允许电子设备700与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图7示出了具有各种装置的电子设备700,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。
特别地,根据本申请的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本申请的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在非暂态计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信装置709从网络上被下载和安装,或者从存储装置708被安装,或者从ROM702被安装。在该计算机程序被处理装置701执行时,执行本申请实施例的方法中限定的上述功能。

本申请实施例提供一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中, 所述程序被处理器执行时实现如上述任一实施例所述的方法。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,应用于第一用户对应的客户端,所述方法包括:
    展示第二用户的关联页面,其中,所述关联页面中包括第一申请控件,所述第一申请控件用于申请与所述第二用户进行会话,所述第一用户和所述第二用户同属于第一组织通信录中的成员,第二用户集合被配置为第一用户集合中的用户不能向所述第二用户集合中的用户发送会话消息,所述第一用户属于所述第一用户集合,所述第二用户属于所述第二用户集合;
    响应于针对所述第一申请控件触发的操作,向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息,其中,所述会话申请消息指示所述第一用户请求与所述第二用户进行会话。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述第一申请控件的状态变更为不可触发状态,或者取消展示所述第一申请控件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,还包括:
    展示第一提示信息,所述第一提示信息用于提示再次触发所述第一申请控件所需满足的条件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述再次触发所述第一申请控件所需满足的条件,包括:
    再次触发所述第一申请控件的第一时刻与当前触发所述第一申请控件的第二时刻之间的时间间隔,大于或者等于预设时间间隔。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其中,若所述第一用户的客户端在预设时间段之前向所述第二用户的客户端发送过会话申请消息,在向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    展示第二提示信息,所述第二提示信息用于提示用户确认是否再次发送会话申请消息;
    所述向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息,包括:
    响应于针对所述第二提示信息触发的确认操作,向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息,包括:
    通过机器人助手向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送所述会话申请消息。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述展示第二用户的关联页面,包括:
    展示所述第二用户的信息展示页面,其中,所述第二用户的信息展示页面,用于展示所述第二用户的至少一个属性信息以及用于触发与所述第二用户交互的至少一个交互控件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述至少一个交互控件,包括用于发起会话的第一交互控件,所述方法还包括:
    响应于针对所述第一交互控件的触发操作,展示第三提示信息,所述第三提示信息用于提示所述第一用户不能向所述第二用户发送会话消息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述第一用户被配置为能够向所述第二用户发送会话申请消息。
  10. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述展示第二用户的关联页面,还包括:
    展示所述第一用户与所述第二用户的历史会话页面,所述历史会话页面的预设区域展示有第四提示信息,所述第四提示信息用于提示所述第一用户不能与所述第二用户进行会话,以及,所述第一用户能够申请与所述第二用户进行会话;
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述会话申请消息被所述第二用户接受,取消展示所述第四提示信息。
  11. 一种信息处理方法,应用于第二用户对应的客户端,所述方法包括:
    展示会话申请消息,其中,所述会话申请消息指示第一用户请求与所述第二用户进行会话,所述第一用户和第二用户同属于第一组织通信录中的成员,第二用户集合被配置为第一用户集合中的用户不能向所述第二用户集合中的用户发送会话消息,所述第一用户属于所述第一用户集合,所述第二用户属于所述第二用户集合;
    响应于针对所述会话申请消息触发的接受操作,向服务端发送第一指示 信息,其中,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述第二用户接受了所述第一用户的会话申请。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述展示会话申请消息,包括:
    在机器人助手对应的页面中展示所述会话申请消息,其中,通过所述机器人助手向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送所述会话申请消息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述展示会话申请消息还包括:
    在所述第二用户的信息流中展示所述机器人助手发送的所述会话申请消息,并显示新消息提醒。
  14. 根据权利要求11-13中任一项所述的方法,还包括:
    响应于第二用户在第一用户的关联页面中触发的第一操作,向服务端发送第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示所述第二用户针对所述接受操作触发了撤回操作。
  15. 一种信息处理装置,应用于第一用户对应的客户端,所述装置包括:
    第一展示单元,配置为展示第二用户的关联页面,所述关联页面中包括第一申请控件,所述第一申请控件用于申请与所述第二用户进行会话,所述第一用户和第二用户同属于第一组织通信录中的成员,第二用户集合被配置为第一用户集合中的用户不能向所述第二用户集合中的用户发送会话消息,所述第一用户属于所述第一用户集合,所述第二用户属于所述第二用户集合;
    发送单元,配置为响应于针对所述第一申请控件触发的操作,向所述第二用户对应的客户端发送会话申请消息,其中,所述会话申请消息指示所述第一用户请求与所述第二用户进行会话。
  16. 一种信息处理装置,应用于第二用户对应的客户端,所述装置包括:
    展示单元,配置为展示会话申请消息,所述会话申请消息指示第一用户请求与所述第二用户进行会话,所述第一用户和第二用户同属于第一组织通信录中的成员,第二用户集合被配置为第一用户集合中的用户不能向所述第二用户集合中的用户发送会话消息,所述第一用户属于所述第一用户集合,所述第二用户属于所述第二用户集合;
    第一发送单元,配置为响应于针对所述会话申请消息触发的接受操作,向服务端发送第一指示信息,其中,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述第二用户接受了所述第一用户的会话申请。
  17. 一种设备,包括处理器和存储器;
    其中,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中存储的指令,以使得所述设备执行如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的方法。
