Description

一种适用于窄领的快速衣架 技术领域
本发明涉及衣架技术领域，特别是涉及一种适用于窄领的快速衣架。
背景技术
对于衣领比较窄的衣服，或者是小朋友的衣服，传统衣架很难从窄衣领位置套进去，导致悬挂衣物过程花费的时间长，使用很不方便，同时还存在扯坏衣物的风险。
市面上也有一些支撑臂可以活动的衣架，但是大部分的功能都是为了方便旅行折叠收纳，并不具有快速方便的悬挂以及快速收取窄领衣物的功能，同时此外折叠衣架的结构设计复杂，无法在一只手由于拿衣物，而被占用的情况下，仅用另外一只手就可以完成衣服悬挂过程：①收缩衣架②穿过衣领③打开衣架④锁死衣架。进而无法适用于窄衣领衣物的悬挂使用。
鉴于此，本申请旨在提出一种适用于窄领的快速衣架，以更好地解决上述问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种适用于窄领的快速衣架，其结构简单，成本低，通过设置活动臂和松脱组件，可以快速、灵活地进行窄衣领衣物的悬挂、以及收取使用。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种适用于窄领的快速衣架，包括手持端、至少一个活动臂、松脱组件和复位件；
所述活动臂安装于所述手持端；
所述松脱组件安装于所述手持端，并与所述活动臂联动，用于带动所述活动臂靠近所述手持端收拢，以穿过窄衣领；或带动所述活动臂远离所述手持端张开、并锁止所述活动臂，以支撑衣服；
所述复位件安装于所述手持端，并与所述活动臂和/或所述松脱组件连接。
进一步地，所述松脱组件包括松脱杆和锁止连杆；
所述锁止连杆分别与所述松脱杆和所述活动臂连接，用于在所述活动臂复位时，自动锁止所述活动臂。
进一步地，所述锁止连杆设置为一体式联动杆。
进一步地，还包括开关件，所述开关件设置于所述手持端，并与所述松脱杆连接或联动连接。
进一步地，所述手持端设有挂钩，且所述手持端靠近所述挂钩开口的位置，设有防风格挡。
进一步地，所述开关件上设有防滑结构。
进一步地，所述开关件设为按压键。
进一步地，所述手持端上设有固定臂，所述固定臂用于与所述活动臂配合，进行衣物支撑。
进一步地，所述活动臂设有两个，两个所述活动臂分设于所述手持端的左侧和右侧，且两个所述活动臂分别与所述松脱杆连接或联动连接。
进一步地，所述松脱组件包括活动连杆和滚轮，所述活动臂上设有活动槽，所述活动连杆的一端伸入所述活动槽内，与所述活动槽内臂活动抵接，所述滚轮设于所述松脱杆与所述活动臂连接处。

如图1～图3所示，本实施例所述的适用于窄领的快速衣架，包括手持端1、至少一个活动臂2、松脱组件3和复位件4；
所述活动臂2安装于所述手持端1；
所述松脱组件3安装于所述手持端1，并与所述活动臂2联动，用于带动所述活动臂2靠近所述手持端1收拢，以穿过窄衣领；或带动所述活动臂2远离所述手持端1张开、并锁止所述活动臂2，以支撑衣服；
所述复位件4安装于所述手持端1，并与所述活动臂2和/或所述松脱组件3连接。
具体地，本实施例中，所述松脱组件3包括松脱杆31和锁止连杆32；
所述锁止连杆32分别与所述松脱杆31和所述活动臂2连接，用于在所述活动臂2复位时，自动锁止所述活动臂2。
进一步地，本实施例还包括开关件5，所述开关件5设置于所述手持端1，并与所述松脱杆31连接或联动连接。
本实施例结构简单，设计合理，相当于衣架一端的为固定臂12，其与手持端1一体设置，使用时，可以用单手握住手持端1，并用该只手按动开关件5，开关件5再带动松脱杆31和活动臂2联动，从而带动活动臂2收拢，以快速的穿过窄衣领，松手后，通过复位件4作用使活动臂2复位张开，并经锁止连杆32卡住活动臂2，进行衣物悬挂，从而快速的进行单手操作，进行窄衣领衣物的悬挂使用。
本实施例中，参见图1所示，为活动臂2张开状态的示意图，此时，锁止连杆32卡住活动臂2，可以进行稳固的衣服悬挂；参见图2所示，为活动臂2收拢状态的示意图，此时，由于活动臂2是收拢状态，可以灵活地将衣架穿过窄衣领，进行悬挂使用。
本实施例中，通过设置复位件4，便于带动活动臂2复位，对于支撑强度要求小的衣服，也可省略掉复位件4，但使用过程需要手动复位，且悬挂稳定性差，可能会有松脱情况，存在一定的不便。
本实施例中，为了增加悬挂的便利性，可以在所述手持端1上设置挂钩11，其结构简单，相较于夹子等结构，悬挂使用更加方便。
本实施例中的快速衣架，其适用的场景非常广，几乎可以横跨所有衣架领域，不论是晾晒、收纳，或者是商超使用，其虽然是采用活动臂2进行衣服支撑，但是松脱组件3复位锁死后，可以提供很强的支撑力度，承重很高，但是按动松脱按钮却是非常轻松的，可以轻松进行松脱取出。最重要的是，区别于传统快速松脱衣架复杂的结构、高昂的成本，本实施例提供的衣架结构简单，成本低，具有很强的市场竞争力。
使用本实施例提供的衣架时，在一只手必须拿衣服、被占用的情况下，仅用另外一只手就可以完成：①收缩衣架②穿过衣领③打开衣架④锁死衣架。 整个使用流程实测最快1.2秒就可以完成，而普通衣架挂起窄领衣服通常需要5-6秒，如果衣服的材质伸缩性比较差，则耗时会更久。而本实施例中的衣架取下衣服，只需要按动松脱组件3一键就可以了，大约0.5秒的时间，而普通衣架则需要2-3秒，因此，本实施例中的衣架，可以实现更为便捷的操作使用。
实施例2
本实施例中，所述开关件5设置为用于按压操作的开关键。
参见附图1-16所示，为了防止按压过程中出现滑动，可以在开关件5上设置防滑结构，具体的防滑结构可以是防滑纹路、按压环。
使用时，可以使开关件5与松脱杆31连接或联动连接，之后延伸出手持端1，以进行按压操作。
参见图1-图3、及图7-8所示，其中的开关件5是延伸出手持端1的底端；参见图4、图5-6、图9-16所示，其中的开关件5是延伸出手持端1的顶端，这样的设置，按压更加顺手，使用更加快速，同时，由于开关件5设置于手持端1上面，可适用于高领衣服，如将开关件5设置在手持端1下面，开关件5会沉在衣领下面，收衣服时看不到开关，导致使用不方便。
实施例3
参见图4-图6所示，本实施例与实施例1的区别在于，本实施例中，其中的松脱组件3包括活动连杆33，所述活动臂2上设有活动槽21，所述活动连杆33的一端伸入所述活动槽21内，与所述活动槽21内臂活动抵接。
本实施例中，通过将松脱组件3设置设为活动连杆33，在活动臂2上设置 活动槽21，使活动连杆33与活动臂2滑动连接，进行联动控制，其结构简单，操作使用方便，但在滑动过程中存在损耗。
参见图6所示，可以通过在所述活动连杆33与所述活动臂2连接处设置滚轮34，可以极大的减少摩擦，从而减少滑动过程损耗，提升耐用性。
实施例4
参见图7-图9所示，在实施例1的基础上，本实施例中设置有两个活动臂2，通过两个活动臂2同步张开或收拢，进行衣服的悬挂使用，但是本实施例中，使用时，需要把两个活动臂2同时穿过衣领，并且需要对准两个袖子的方向，导致操作快速度降低，不如实施例1-3中的衣架使用方便，且本实施例中的衣架需要控制松脱杆31在中线轨道滑动，否则导致活动臂2活动不同步，影响使用。
具体地，实施例1-3中的衣架通过设置固定臂12，使用时将固定臂12穿过一个衣袖，再用活动臂2穿过衣领，然后再穿过另外一个衣袖即可；而本实施例中的衣架需要控制松脱杆31在中线轨道滑动，否则导致活动臂2活动不同步，影响使用。
实施例5
在上述各实施例的基础上，参见10-16所示，本实施例中，开关件5设置在手持端1上面，且其中的锁止连杆32分别与活动臂2和松脱杆31活动连接，松脱杆31与开关件5联动连接，使用时，通过按压开关件5，带动松脱杆31转动，进而实现活动臂2的联动控制，由于开关件5设置于手持端1上面，可适用于高领衣服，如将开关件5设置在手持端1下面，开关件5会沉在衣领下面， 收衣服时看不到开关，导致使用不方便。
另外在本实施例中，参见图16中的A处所示，可以在靠近挂钩11开口的位置，设置一防风格挡，该防风格挡与整体衣架一体成型设置即可，以起到防风作用，避免悬挂过程或收衣服过程掉落，提升实用性。
另外在本实施例中，参见图16中的B处所示，可以在固定臂12一侧位置，设置一悬挂钩，在其它实施例中也可选择性设置于手持端1和/或固定臂12合适位置，以起到叠挂其它衣架作用，提升收纳实用性。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种适用于窄领的快速衣架，其特征在于，包括手持端、至少一个活动臂、松脱组件和复位件；
    所述活动臂安装于所述手持端；
    所述松脱组件安装于所述手持端，并与所述活动臂联动，用于带动所述活动臂靠近所述手持端收拢，以穿过窄衣领；或带动所述活动臂远离所述手持端张开、并锁止所述活动臂，以支撑衣服；
    所述复位件安装于所述手持端，并与所述活动臂和/或所述松脱组件连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于窄领的快速衣架，其特征在于，所述松脱组件包括松脱杆和锁止连杆；
    所述锁止连杆分别与所述松脱杆和所述活动臂连接，用于在所述活动臂复位时，自动锁止所述活动臂。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的适用于窄领的快速衣架，其特征在于，所述锁止连杆与所述松脱杆设置为一体式联动杆。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的适用于窄领的快速衣架，其特征在于，还包括开关件，所述开关件设置于所述手持端，并与所述松脱杆连接或联动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的适用于窄领的快速衣架，其特征在于，所述手持端设有挂钩，且所述手持端靠近所述挂钩开口的位置，设有防风格挡。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的适用于窄领的快速衣架，其特征在于，所述开关件上设有防滑结构。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的适用于窄领的快速衣架，其特征在于，所述开关件设为按压键。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的适用于窄领的快速衣架，其特征在于，所述手持端上设有固定臂，所述固定臂用于与所述活动臂配合，进行衣物支撑。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的适用于窄领的快速衣架，其特征在于，所述活动臂设有两个，两个所述活动臂分设于所述手持端的左侧和右侧，且两个所述活动臂分别与所述松脱杆连接或联动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于窄领的快速衣架，其特征在于，所述松脱组件包括活动连杆和滚轮，所述活动臂上设有活动槽，所述活动连杆的一端伸入所述活动槽内，与所述活动槽内臂活动抵接，所述滚轮设于所述松脱杆与所述活动臂连接处。
