Description
本申请要求了申请日为2023年02月08日,申请号为202320189421.8,发明名称为“插座组件及魔方插座”的中国专利申请的优先权,该专利申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及一种插座组件及魔方插座,属于插座技术领域。
魔方插座作为插座的一种,由于其体积小巧,方便携带,且可以同时插多个插头也不会产生干涉,因此其越来越受人们的喜爱。
现有技术中,由于魔方插座的体积较小,第一铜条主干与第二铜条之间以及第三铜条主干与第二铜条之间的间距较小,需要在第一铜条与第二铜条之间以及第三铜条与第二铜条之间设置多个绝缘隔板隔离以确保安全的电气间隙,因此,魔方插座在装配第一铜条、第三铜条与第二铜条时,需要组装绝缘隔板,使得魔方插座组装工艺复杂,且导致生产成本高。
有鉴于此,确有必要提出一种插座组件及魔方插座,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种插座组件及魔方插座,能够简化结构。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种插座组件,包括:
电连接组件,包括均沿第一方向延伸的第一铜条、第二铜条和第三铜条,所述第一铜条、所述第二铜条和所述第三铜条沿第二方向依次间隔排布,所述第一铜条设有第一电连接头,所述第二铜条设有第二电连接头,所述第三铜条设有第三电连接头,所述第一铜条和所述第二铜条之间设有第一绝缘件,所述第二铜条和所述第三铜条之间设有第二绝缘件;以及
保护门组件,包括沿第二方向延伸的底座,所述底座设于所述电连接组件一侧并遮挡所述第一电连接头、所述第二电连接头和所述第三电连接头,所述底座设有沿第一方向延伸第一绝缘板和第二绝缘板,所述第一绝缘板和第二绝缘板夹持所述电连接组件。
可选的,所述第一绝缘件和所述第二绝缘件之间通过卡柱相连,所述第二铜条位于所述第一绝缘件和所述第二绝缘件之间;所述第一绝缘件和所述第二绝缘件分别设有第一卡槽和第二卡槽,所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽背向设置,且所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽分别用于收容所述第一铜条和所述第三铜条,所述第一绝缘件和所述第二绝缘件上还分别设有第三卡槽和第四卡槽,所述第三卡槽和所述第四卡槽相对设置并共同用于收容所述第二铜条。
可选的,所述保护门组件设置在所述电连接组件的外侧,所述保护门组件还包括保护门,所述保护门配置为可沿所述底座滑动,所述保护门在外力作用下自第一状态切换至第二状态。

为实现上述目的,本申请还提供了一种魔方插座,包括如上所述的插座组件,所述魔方插座还包括壳体,所述壳体侧面具有至少一个插孔,所述壳体设有容纳腔,所述插座组件设于所述容纳腔中,所述插孔与所述保护门组件对应设置;所述插孔包括三相插座和二相插座,所述保护门组件包括与所述三相插座对应的第一保护门和与所述二相插座对应的第二保护门,所述第一保护门和所述第二保护门分别与所述复位件的两端抵接。
可选的,所述壳体为立方体,且所述插孔设有四个并分别位于所述壳体的一个侧面上,所述保护门组件设有四个并分别对应任一所述插孔。
可选的,所述壳体的一个侧面设有插头,所述插头与所述电连接组件电性连接。
可选的,所述壳体的一个侧面设有开关,所述开关用于控制所述插头与所述电连接组件之间的通断。
可选的,所述壳体的一个侧面设有USB口,所述USB口具有至少一个。
本申请的有益效果是:本申请通过设置两层绝缘件即可隔绝三层铜条,在节约魔方插座内部空间的同时,能够保证安全性并降低生产成本。

如图1至图6所示,本申请揭示了一种魔方插座100,所述魔方插座100具有多个插孔101,且所述魔方插座100中设有绝缘组件以在多个插孔101之间进行绝缘。为了描述清楚,以下说明书部分将以所述魔方插座100为例进行详细说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,所述魔方插座100包括壳体10以及设置在所述壳体10中的插座组件,所述插座组件包括电连接组件20和保护门组件40,所述壳体10优选为立方体并具有六个侧面,其中,所述壳体10的一个侧面设有插头102,所述插头102与所述电连接组件20电性连接,所述插头102用于插接在外部电路中并为所述电连接组件20供电。需要进行说明的是,所述插座组件可以适用在任何插座类产品中,并不限于所述魔方插座100,具体可以根据需要进行设置,在此不做任何限制。
所述壳体10的一个侧面设有开关103,较佳地,设有所述开关103的该侧面与设有所述插头102的侧面相对设置,所述开关103用于控制所述插头102与所述电连接组件20之间的通断,所述开关103可以是物理开关103或电子开关103。需要进行说明的是,设有所述开关103的侧面上还可以设有USB口104,所述USB口104具有至少一个,优选为三个,当然具体数量可以根据需要进行设置,在此不做限制,并且所述开关103同样能够控制所述USB口104与所述插头102之间的通断。
其余侧面上均设有插孔101,即所述壳体10剩余的四个侧面上设有四个插孔101,且每个所述插孔101均与所述电连接组件20相对。
结合图5所示,具体地,所述电连接组件20依次包括第一铜条21、第二铜条22和第三铜条23,即,以任意方向下,所述第一铜条21、所述第二铜条22和所述第三铜条23按照顺序设置,例如,所述第一铜条21、所述第二铜条22和所述第三铜条23可以沿第一方向延伸,且所述第一铜条21、所述第二铜条22和所述第三铜条23沿第二方向依次间隔排布,所述第一方向可以与所述第二方向垂直。所述第二铜条22设置在所述第一铜条21和所述第三铜条23之间,所述第一铜条21包括四个第一电连接头,所述第二铜条22包括四个第二电连接头,所述第三铜条23包括四个第三电连接头,每个所述第一电连接头、所述第二电连接头和所述第三电连接头为一组,即所述第一电连接头、所述第二电连接头和所述第三电连接头共设有四组,每组所述第一电连接头、所述第二电连接头和所述第三电连接头均与任一所述插孔101对应设置。需要说明的是,其中,所述第一铜条21为L极,所述第二铜条22为E极,所述第三铜条23为N极。
结合图4所示,为避免所述第一铜条21、所述第二铜条22和所述第三铜条23之间产生干涉从而发生短路,所述第一铜条21和第二铜条22之间设有第一绝缘件31,所述第二铜条22和所述第三铜条23之间设有第二绝缘件32,所述第二铜条22位于所述第一绝缘件31和所述第二绝缘件32之间,且所述第一绝缘件31和所述第二绝缘件32之间通过卡柱33相连,所述第一绝缘件31和所述第二绝缘件32分别设有第一卡槽和第二卡槽,所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽背向设置,且所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽分别用于收容所述第一铜条21和所述第三铜条23,所述第一绝缘件31和所述第二绝缘件32上还分别设有第三卡槽和第四卡槽,所述第三卡槽和所述第四卡槽相对设置并共同用于收容所述第二铜条22。进一步地,为减轻重量以及降低成本,所述第一绝缘件31可以只隔绝所述第一电连接头和所述
第二电连接头,并且所述第一绝缘件31能够隔绝所有所述第一电连接头和所述第二电连接头,所述第二绝缘件32可以只隔绝所述第三电连接头和所述第二电连接头,并且所述第二绝缘件32能够隔绝所有所述第三电连接头和所述第二电连接头。
特别地,所述第一绝缘件31和所述第二绝缘件32能够相互组装,以将所述第二铜条22固定在所述第一绝缘件31和所述第二绝缘件32之间。
作为本申请的优选实施例,所述保护门组件40设置在所述电连接组件20的外侧,并位于所述电连接组件20和所述插孔101之间,所述保护门组件40优选设有四个并分别对应任一所述插孔101。所述保护门组件40包括底座41、保护门和复位件42,所述底座41沿第二方向延伸,所述保护门配置为可沿所述底座41滑动,所述保护门在外力作用下自第一状态切换至第二状态,在所述第一状态下,所述保护门阻挡所述插孔101,在所述第二状态下,所述保护门不阻挡所述插孔101。较佳地,所述保护门组件40还包括复位件42,所述复位件42优选为弹簧,所述复位件42用于对所述保护门自所述第二状态复位至所述第一状态。
结合图4所示,需要进行说明的是,所述插孔101呈五孔式设置并包括三相插座和二相插座,所述保护门组件40包括与所述三相插座对应的第一保护门43和与所述二相插座对应的第二保护门44,所述第一保护门43和所述第二保护门44分别与所述复位件42的两端抵接。当所述三相插座被使用时,外部三相插头通过所述三相插座并与所述第一保护门43抵接,所述第一保护门43相对于所述底座41移动,并暴露所述电连接组件20,使得外部三相插头与所述电连接组件20电性连接,此时所述第二保护门44不运动,当所述二相插座被使用时,外部二相插头通过所述二相插座并与所述第二保护门44抵接,所述第二保护门44相对于所述底座41移动,并暴露所述电连接组件20,使得外部二相插头与所述电连接组件20电性连接,此时所述第一保护门43不运动。
如图6所示,在本申请的优选实施例中,所述底座41上还设有朝向所述电连接组件20延伸的第一绝缘板411和第二绝缘板412,所述第一绝缘板411和所述第二绝缘板412可以是塑料材质并与所述底座41一体设置,所述第一绝缘板411和所述第二绝缘板412之间的距离大于所述第一铜条21和所述第三铜条23之间的距离,如此以使得所述第一绝缘板411和所述第二绝缘板412分别用于遮挡所述第一电连接头和所述第三电连接头,同时所述第一电连接头位于所述第一绝缘板411和所述第一绝缘件31之间,所述第三电连接头位于所述第二绝缘板412和所述第二绝缘件32之间,如此设置,所述第一电连接头、所述第二电连接头和所述第三电连接头的两侧均能够得到绝缘保护。
综上所述,本申请通过设置两层绝缘件即可隔绝三层铜条,并且通过保护门组件40设置绝缘板进一步进行绝缘保护,在节约魔方插座100内部空间的同时,能够保证安全性并降低生产成本。

Claims (10)
- 一种插座组件,其中,包括:电连接组件(20),包括均沿第一方向延伸的第一铜条(21)、第二铜条(22)和第三铜条(23),所述第一铜条(21)、所述第二铜条(22)和所述第三铜条(23)沿第二方向依次间隔排布,所述第一铜条(21)设有第一电连接头,所述第二铜条(22)设有第二电连接头,所述第三铜条(23)设有第三电连接头,所述第一铜条(21)和所述第二铜条(22)之间设有第一绝缘件(31),所述第二铜条(22)和所述第三铜条(23)之间设有第二绝缘件(32);以及保护门组件(40),设置在所述电连接组件(20)的外侧,包括沿第二方向延伸的底座(41),所述底座(41)设于所述电连接组件(20)一侧并遮挡所述第一电连接头、所述第二电连接头和所述第三电连接头,所述底座(41)设有沿第一方向延伸第一绝缘板(411)和第二绝缘板(412),所述第一绝缘板(411)和第二绝缘板(412)夹持所述电连接组件(20)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的插座组件,其中,所述第一绝缘件(31)和所述第二绝缘件(32)之间通过卡柱(33)相连,所述第二铜条(22)位于所述第一绝缘件(31)和所述第二绝缘件(32)之间;所述第一绝缘件(31)设有第一卡槽,所述第二绝缘件(32)设有第二卡槽,所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽背向设置,且所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽分别用于收容所述第一铜条(21)和所述第三铜条(23),所述第一绝缘件(31)设有第三卡槽,所述第二绝缘件(32)设有第四卡槽,所述第三卡槽和所述第四卡槽相对设置并共同用于收容所述第二铜条(22)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的插座组件,其中,所述保护门组件(40)还包括保护门,所述保护门配置为可沿所述底座(41)滑动,所述保护门在外力作用下自第一状态切换至第二状态。
- 根据权利要求3所述的插座组件,其中,所述保护门组件(40)还包括复位件(42),所述复位件(42)用于对所述保护门自所述第二状态复位至所述第一状态。
- 根据权利要求4所述的插座组件,其中,所述保护门组件(40)包括第一保护门(43)和第二保护门(44),所述第一保护门(43)和所述第二保护门(44)分别与所述复位件(42)的两端抵接。
- 一种魔方插座,其中,包括如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的插座组件,所述魔方插座(100)还包括壳体(10),所述壳体(10)侧面具有至少一个插孔(101),所述壳体(10)设有容纳腔,所述插座组件设于所述容纳腔中,所述插孔(101)与所述保护门组件(40)对应设置;所述插孔(101)包括三相插座和二相插座,所述保护门组件(40)包括与所述三相插座对应的第一保护门(43)和与所述二相插座对应的第二保护门(44),所述第一保 护门(43)和所述第二保护门(44)分别与所述复位件(42)的两端抵接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的魔方插座,其中,所述壳体(10)为立方体,且所述插孔(101)设有四个并分别位于所述壳体(10)的一个侧面上,所述保护门组件(40)设有四个并分别对应任一所述插孔(101)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的魔方插座,其中,所述壳体(10)的一个侧面设有插头(102),所述插头(102)与所述电连接组件(20)电性连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的魔方插座,其中,所述壳体(10)的一个侧面设有开关(103),所述开关(103)用于控制所述插头(102)与所述电连接组件(20)之间的通断。
- 根据权利要求7所述的魔方插座,其中,所述壳体(10)的一个侧面设有USB口(104),所述USB口(104)具有至少一个。
