Abstract
本发明公开了一种男性手持式小便器、与其配套的马桶盖及含有其的马桶,男性手持式小便器包括配套水箱、小便器座、小便器及滑槽导尿口;配套水箱置于马桶水箱中,与马桶水箱内侧壁贴合;小便器座与马桶水箱外侧壁贴合,其上有进水口圆顶嘴单元和"一"字圆顶嘴单元,配套水箱中的软管与小便器座上的进水口圆顶嘴单元相连接,且配套水箱与小便器座共同悬架在马桶水箱侧壁上;小便器放置于小便器座的卡槽中,分为蓄水层单元、断流层单元、便池层单元和便池盖单元,其与小便器座上的进水口圆顶嘴单元连接,形成虹吸现象为小便器蓄水层单元蓄水,与小便器座上的"一"字圆顶嘴单元连接,通过弹簧楔子和定滑轮的组合,使蓄水层单元在闲置时,不会滴漏,便池层单元的便池口下侧有一可上下滑动推拉小便器便池盖的开关,保证闲置时,小便器便池盖的闭合;滑槽导尿口置于坐便器一侧,下表面与坐便器一侧上表面粘连,与一侧有凹槽的马桶盖坐垫配套,起到支撑作用,小便器下方通过软管连接至坐便器上的滑槽导尿口,该滑槽后端内置弹簧连接的可上下移动的楔子,闲置时,滑槽上的滑动模块滑至后端,带动弹簧楔子卡住导尿管,使得下口闭合。本发明的男性手持式小便器能在闲置时自动蓄水,使用时自动清洗,使用方便,小便器上下开口在闲置时皆可保持封闭状态,不易产生异味,且能有效杜绝男性小便时尿液四溅的现象,适于推广应用。
Description
本发明涉及马桶领域,特别是涉及一种男性手持式小便器、马桶盖及马桶。
在日常生活中,男女通常共用一个卫生间,使用时,尤其是在小便时,因男女生理结构的不同,男性小便时的排尿口与马桶便池有一定的高度落差,使得小便时尿液不容易落入马桶便池中,容易造成尿液四溅至马桶盖及马桶周边,使用起来有一定的紧张感、很不方便且需要时常清理尿渍。
由此可见,上述现有的马桶盖及马桶在使用上,显然仍存在不便和缺陷,而亟待加以进一步改进。如何能创设一种新的使用方便且能让男性的使用过程变得轻松、卫生的马桶盖及马桶,成为当前业界亟需改进的目标。

本发明采用手持式的使用方法,使用时,男性排尿口与小便器便池紧密贴合,且小便器便池内置一张滤网,使用时能有效防止便液四溅。
本发明自备配套水箱,使用时置于马桶水箱中,配套水箱与小便器座上的进水口顶嘴通过软管连接,使用时,将小便器置于小便器座的卡槽中,即可触发虹吸效应,为小便器上端储水层储水,取用小便器时,小便器座上的“一”字顶嘴与小便器分离,定滑轮张力消失,弹簧楔子复位使得小便器蓄水层在重力作用下开始滴漏清洗小便器便池。
本发明的男性手持式小便器的便池口下侧有一可上下滑动推拉小便器便池口盖的开关,保证闲置时,小便器便池口盖的闭合;小便器下方通过软管连接至坐便器上的滑槽导尿口,该滑槽后端内置弹簧连接的可上下移动的楔子,闲置时,滑槽上的滑动模块滑至后端,带动弹簧楔子卡住导尿管,使得下口闭合。
本发明还提供了一种马桶,包括马桶本体及与马桶本体相连接的男性手持式小便器,所述男性手持式小便器采用上述男性手持式小便器。
上述仅是本发明技术方案的概述,为了能够更清楚了解本发明的技术手段,以下结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
图1是本发明一实例中男性手持式小便器的备用水箱与小便器座的剖面图,它还包括备用水箱与小便器座的俯视图及小便器座细节部分的放大图;
图2是本发明一实例中男性手持式小便器的小便器总成图,它还包括男性手持式小便器的爆炸图及小便器细节部分的发大图;
图3是本发明一实例中男性手持式小便器的滑槽导尿口的俯视图及侧视图(马桶圈一侧镂空与滑槽导尿口对应贴合)。
参考图1、2、3所示,本实施例提供了一种男性手持式小便器,包括配套水箱1、小便器座2、小便器3、滑槽导尿口4及马桶圈5;配套水箱1与小便器座2分别与马桶水箱侧壁的内、外两侧贴合,二者通过软管连接,共同悬挂在水箱侧壁上;小便器3放置在小便器座2的卡槽中,其底部凹槽与小便器座上的顶嘴衔接;滑槽导尿口4粘接在马桶便池边缘一侧上,导尿口端位于马桶便池内侧,另一端通过软管与小便器3相连;马桶圈5靠近滑槽导尿口一侧下端镂空,与滑槽导尿口对应贴合。
配套水箱1浸没于马桶水箱中,上方的进水口11使其能源源不断的从马桶水箱中获得补充,海绵垫片12起到支撑保护悬挂的作用,引水管13一端置于配套水箱1底部,另一端与小便器座2上的吸水口圆顶嘴21连通;小便器座2上还设有一“一”字圆顶嘴22,当小便器3置于小便器座2的卡槽23中时,小便器3的底部与小便器座2上的吸水口圆顶嘴21衔接形成虹吸为小便器3上端的蓄水层32注水,蓄水层32注满水后,浮球322顶住气口,形成密闭,气室321中的空气不再进入蓄水层32,小便器3与“一”字圆顶嘴22衔接,使定滑轮332受应力拉动弹簧楔子331阻断蓄水层下端软管333滴漏,断流层33得以断流;滴漏层34不再有水流流出,小便器3滴漏清洗暂停;同样的,取用坐便器3时,虹吸注水无法完成,且断流层33未受“一”字圆顶嘴22的应力而正常滴漏清洗;取用坐便器3时,上推器身上的增程开关313,定滑轮315受应力拉动池口盖31上的连杆311向下运动,弹簧314受到挤压,便池盖31落位于内置的便池盖槽312中,同理,结束使用时,则定滑轮315应力消失,弹簧314释放弹性势能推动池口盖31复位;小便器3的便池层35中还设有一过滤网352,其倾斜放置于便池内,可有效防止尿液溅射,使用过程中,滴漏清洗口353向下滴漏清洗过滤网352上的尿渍,通过下端的漏尿口351排出小便器3;滑槽导尿口4与小便器3的下端通过软管相连接,取用小便器3时,软管受应力带动滑槽导尿口4上的滑动模块41在轨道42上滑动至前端靠近使用者,滑动模块41上的“L”形挡板412的平移时,触发滑槽导尿口后端的可上下移位的弹簧楔子43,完成打开或封闭滑动模块41上导尿软管411的功能。
上述男性手持式小便器可单独售卖,其可安装在马桶本体上,两者共同形成一个完整的马桶。本实例中弹簧楔子结构和定滑轮结构设置有多个,当然也可采用其它方式,如在弹簧楔子结构中设置其它弹性机构的形式,只要能实现上述功能的所有替换方式均在本发明的保护范围之内。
综上所述,本发明的男性手持式小便器能在使用时自动蓄水、自动清洗且在闲置时,其能方便的闭合上端便池口盖及下端导尿口管,防止异味产生,切合男性生理特点,有效杜绝了小便时因尿道口与马桶便池高度落差过大造成的尿渍四溅的现象,适于推广应用。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,本领域技术人员利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许简单修改、等同变化或修饰,均落在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (8)
- 一种男性手持式小便器,其特征在于,包括配套水箱、小便器座、小便器、滑槽导尿口及马桶圈。所述配套水箱与小便器座分别与马桶水箱侧壁的内、外两侧贴合,二者通过软管连接,共同悬挂在水箱侧壁上;小便器放置在小便器座的卡槽中,其底部凹槽与小便器座上的顶嘴衔接;滑槽导尿口粘接在马桶便池边缘一侧上,导尿口端位于马桶便池内侧,另一端通过软管与小便器相连;马桶圈靠近滑槽导尿口一侧下端镂空,与滑槽导尿口对应贴合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的男性手持式小便器,其特征在于,所述配套水箱完全浸没于马桶水箱中,且与马桶水箱内壁贴合,保持静止状态,上方的进水口使其能源源不断的从马桶水箱中获得补充,引水管一端置于配套水箱底部,另一端与小便器座上的吸水口圆顶嘴连通。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的男性手持式小便器,其特征在于,所述小便器座上设有一进水口圆顶嘴和一“一”字圆顶嘴,当小便器置于小便器座的卡槽中时,小便器的底部与小便器座上的吸水口圆顶嘴衔接形成虹吸为小便器上端的蓄水层注水,蓄水层注满水后,浮球顶住气口,形成密闭,气室中的空气不再进入蓄水层,小便器与“一”字圆顶嘴衔接,使定滑轮受应力拉动弹簧楔子阻断蓄水层下端软管滴漏,断流层得以断流;滴漏层不再有水流流出,小便器滴漏清洗暂停;同样的,取用坐便器时,虹吸注水无法完成,且断流层未受“一”字圆顶嘴的应力而正常滴漏清洗。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的男性手持式小便器,其特征在于,所述配套水箱与小便器座之间通过粘接或挂钩的方式分别悬挂在马桶水箱侧壁的内外两侧。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的男性手持式小便器,其特征在于,所述小便器器身上设有增程开关,推动增程开关,定滑轮受应力拉动便池盖上的连杆向下运动,弹簧受到挤压,便池盖落位于内置的便池盖槽中,同理,结束使用时,则定滑轮应力消失,弹簧释放弹性势能推动池口盖复位;小便器的便池层中还设有一过滤网,其倾斜放置于便池内,可有效防止尿液溅射,使用过程中,滴漏清洗口向下滴漏清洗过滤网上的尿渍,通过下端的漏尿口排出小便器。
- 根据权利要求1或5所述的男性手持式小便器,其特征在于,所述滑槽导尿口与小便器的下端通过软管相连接,取用小便器时,软管受应力带动滑槽导尿口上的滑动模块在轨道上滑动至前端靠近使用者,滑动模块上的“L”形挡板的平移时,触发滑槽导尿口后端的可上下移位的弹簧楔子,完成打开或封闭滑动模块上导尿软管的功能。
- 根据权利要求1或6所述的男性手持式小便器,其特征在于,所述马桶圈靠近滑槽导尿口一侧下端镂空,与滑槽导尿口对应贴合。
- 一种马桶,包括马桶本体及与马桶本体相连接的男性手持式小便器,其特征在于,所述男性手持式小便器采用权利要求1--7中任一项所述的男性手持式小便器。
