本发明涉及电动升降桌技术领域,尤其是一种拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构及升降平台。
背景技术
电动升降桌以其可电动调节桌面高度的功能受到人们喜爱。电动升降桌桌架一般包括脚板、升降立柱、框架等。现有技术中电动升降桌框架通常由多个横梁、纵梁焊接组成。中国专利(CN217390195U)公布了一种桌面框架和升降立柱简便安装的技术方案,其升降立柱的安装框架由多个横梁和焊片焊接组成,使得桌架在包装设计上整体尺寸较大,包装成本和运输成本非常高。
另外,焊接过程中,为保证安装框架与升降立柱的配合,安装框架需借助较复杂的焊接定位工装和检具来保证精度,因而焊接成本较高,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中之不足,提供一种拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,可减少加工制造过程中的焊接工序,降低包装和运输成本,并且实现简易、快速组装。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,用于连接升降立柱和桌板,所述框架包括横梁组件,所述横梁组件包括两平行设置的横梁、卡设于两所述横梁中部的第一连接件和卡设于所述两横梁端部的第二连接件,所述第一连接件和第二连接件均设有与所述横梁相适配的卡口部和倒扣部,所述横梁上设有与所述倒扣部适配的卡槽,所述卡口部卡入所述横梁,所述倒扣部卡入所述卡槽中,将所述第一连接件、第二连接件和两横梁可拆卸地固定为一体。
进一步地,所述第一连接件和第二连接件的卡口部的宽度大于所述横梁的宽度,所述卡口部与所述横梁之间设有锁紧插片。
进一步地,所述锁紧插片具有楔形部和倒钩部。
进一步地,所述楔形部的角度为1°~10°。

本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明公开的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构组装简单而且拆卸方便,不需要借助工具就可以完成框架的拼装,另外,使用锁紧插片将横梁与第一连接件以及第二连接件涨紧,锁紧更加牢固,可以满足电动升降平台刚性和强度的测试要求;
(2)本发明公开的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构减少了生产制造过程中的焊接工序,降低了制造难度和成本,提高了产品品质;
(3)本发明中第一连接件以及第二连接件与横梁卡接后,倒扣部只卡接在横梁的厚壁范围内,没有突入横梁的内壁,横梁的内壁保持中空且顺畅,不影响中间连接杆在横梁内部的伸缩,有效提高了横梁组件横向伸缩范围;
(4)本发明公开的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构由各零件拼装组成,拼装前为条束状的散件,有利于减小包装体积和降低包装成本,也同时降低运输成本;
(5)本发明中第一连接件和第二连接件可分别伸长,可将其作为纵梁使用,在节省纵梁的同时还能保证升降平台的刚性和强度;尤其在三拼板台面升降平台和四腿升降平台上,将第一连接件和第二连接件加长作为纵梁使用,大大简化了框架架构,降低生产制造、包装、运输成本。

如图1~20所示,本实施例公开了一种拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构以及升降平台。如图1和图2所示,拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构用于连接升降立柱和桌板,框架主要包括横梁组件10,横梁组件10又包括两平行设置的横梁11、第一连接件12、第二连接件13。其中,第一连接件12通过卡槽和倒钩结构卡在两横梁11中间,第二连接件13同样通过卡槽和倒钩结构卡在横梁11的端部。第一连接件12和第二连接件13通过自身定距和限位的作用将两横梁11固定成一体,组成横梁组件10。横梁组件10通过紧固件与台面40进行连接。另外,横梁11为中空的管材,中间连接杆20可插入横梁11,将两组横梁组件 10连接起来,组成一套完整的框架。图1中,第一连接件12加长,可作为纵梁使用,图2中,第一连接件12、第二连接件13只起卡接作用,在横梁组件10端部另安装有纵梁30。
结合图3~图7所示,为了实现第一连接件12、第二连接件13与横梁11的卡设,在横梁11上设置卡槽一11a和卡槽二11b,第一连接件12上设置卡口部一12a和倒扣部一12b,卡口部一12a卡入横梁11上,倒扣部一12b卡入卡槽一11a中。第二连接件13与第一连接件12结构相似,同样设置卡口部二13a和倒扣部二13b,卡口部二13a卡入横梁11上,倒扣部二13b卡入卡槽二11b中。此时,第一连接件12、第二连接件13与两横梁11组成结构稳定的围框,即横梁组件10。
此种技术方案下,卡口部一12a和卡扣部二13a要求与横梁11的尺寸一致,因此对尺寸精度要求较高,且倒扣部一12b和倒扣部二13b是分别硬性卡入卡槽一11a和卡槽二11b中,因此卡入横梁11时比较困难。优选地,如图4和图5所示,卡口部一12a和卡扣部二13a尺寸略大于横梁11的尺寸,并在卡口部一12a和卡扣部二13a处设置锁紧插片14,通过锁紧插片14消除卡口部一12a、卡扣部二13a与横梁11的间隙。安装时,先将横梁11与第一连接件12进行卡接,由于卡口部一12a的尺寸大于横梁11的尺寸,因此很容易卡入,并将倒扣部一12b卡入横梁的卡槽一11a之中。由于卡口部一12a尺寸略大于横梁11的尺寸,因此卡口部一12a还留有一定的间隙,然后再将锁紧插片14插入间隙中,通过楔形部14a涨紧卡口部卡扣部一12a、卡扣部二13a和横梁11,实现固定连接。使用同样的方法即可安装第二连接件13。
另外,在现有技术中,连接在横梁中部的纵梁一般采用焊接方式,即使采用卡接或螺钉连接的方式,一般也会有零件卡入横梁内壁,造成中间连接杆无 法伸缩。本发明公开的技术方案中,如图4和图5所示,倒扣部一12b和倒扣部二13b分别卡入卡槽一11a和卡槽二11b后没有突入横梁11的内壁,横梁11的内壁仍然中空且保持通畅。中间连接杆20可插入横梁11中,不受其他零件阻挡,不受第一连接件12卡接位置的限制,大大提升了横梁组件的伸缩范围。而且卡槽一11a、卡槽二11b为横梁11上开设的小孔,其对横梁11强度造成的影响非常小,同时保证了框架的整体强度要求。
优选地,如图8(a)和图8(b)所示,锁紧插片14具有楔形部14a和倒钩部14b。楔形部14a可插入卡口部一12a、卡扣部二13a,卡口部一12a、卡扣部二13a与锁紧插片14接触的一面设置与楔形部14a同样的角度,将第一连接件12、第二连接件13与两横梁11分别进行涨紧。由于楔形部14a具有楔形的角度,可通过插入的深度填补连接件和横梁之间的间隙,因此可以降低卡口部一12a、卡扣部二13a与横梁11的尺寸制造精度。优选地,楔形部14a的角度为1°~10°。
第一连接件12和第二连接件13上还分别设有与倒钩部14b适配的倒钩槽一12c和倒钩槽二13c。锁紧插片14的楔形部14a连接有倒钩部14b,倒钩部14b整体卡入第一连接件12或第二连接件13的两壁之内,且通过将倒钩部14b卡入倒钩槽一12c或倒钩槽二13c内。倒钩部14b可以有效防止锁紧插片14在使用过程中脱落。
优选地,如图8所示,锁紧插片14为塑料件,通过注塑一体成型工艺制造。锁紧插片14的楔形部14a和倒钩部14b之间存在间隙,使得倒钩部14b更容易形变,便于安装人员进行手动拼接框架。
如图6所示,第一连接件12和第二连接件13由底板和两侧垂直连接的侧板组成,截面形状为U型。两侧板对底板起加强作用,提高了第一连接件12 和第二连接件13底板的抗弯强度。卡口部一12a、卡扣部二13a、倒扣部一12b、倒扣部二13b均处于侧板上,两侧板上的卡口部一12a、卡扣部二13a、倒扣部一12b、倒扣部二13b同时卡入横梁11时,使得卡接更加稳定。优选地,第一连接件12还设有支撑部一12d和卡线孔一12e,第二连接件13上还设有支撑部二13d和卡线孔二13e。
第二连接件13与横梁11的端部进行连接时,支撑部一12d、支撑部二13d适配地卡入横梁11的管壁之内,对横梁11的管壁起支撑作用。由于横梁11的管口处是其强度较为薄弱的地方,支撑部一12d、支撑部二13d适配地卡入横梁11的管口后,可有效消除横梁11因管壁太薄产生的风险。同样地,横梁11可在保证力学性能的情况下适当减薄壁厚,降低生产成本,减少资源使用。
另外,卡线孔一12e、卡线孔二13e可卡入线束,起到固定线束的作用。第一连接件12和第二连接件13上还设有若干安装孔,用于与台面固定连接。
为适应不同尺寸的台面,框架一般做成可横向伸缩的方式。现有技术中通常采用三段式连接方式,即框架两侧各有一组横梁组件,中间套设中间连接杆,并用紧定螺钉将中间连接杆和横梁进行固定,通常紧定螺钉至少需要8颗,此方案安装时比较费时费力。本实施例公开的技术方案为:如图9~图11所示,横梁11为中空的管材,中间连接杆20套设在横梁11之内,横梁11与中间连接杆20之间设有若干第一滑动片21和第二滑动片22。第一滑动片21设有凸台21a,中间连接杆20上设置与凸台21a适配的安装孔20a,第一滑动片21通过凸台21a与安装孔20a卡设在中间连接杆20上。并且,凸台21a设置倒扣结构,凸台21a卡入安装孔20a后,通过倒扣结构使第一滑动片21与中间连接杆20保持贴合,避免掉落。
横梁11上还设有防脱槽11c,中间连接杆20穿入横梁11后,防脱倒钩22b 卡入防脱槽11c,在卡挡部22a和防脱倒钩22b的作用下,使得第二滑动片22固定在横梁11上。横梁11和中间连接杆20进行套设,且通过第一滑动片21和第二滑动片22消除二者之间的间隙。在需要调节框架的宽度时,只需将两横梁组件10向外拉伸即可,无需再对中间连接杆20进行锁紧。中间连接杆20上还设置有避让孔20b,第二滑动片22上设有防脱倒钩22a。当中间连接杆20安装好第一滑动片21和第二滑动片22后穿入横梁11中,防脱倒钩22b受管壁挤压变形,可进入避让孔20b内。安装后,第一滑动片21固定于中间连接杆20端部,并插入横梁11内部。第二滑动片22固定于横梁11端部,不随中间连接杆20滑动。
另外,第一滑动片21的侧边设有包角部21b,包角部21b可包住中间连接杆20,防止内壁发生刮擦。第一滑动片21和第二滑动片22还分别设有适配的倒角部一21c和倒角部二22c,当中间连接杆20与横梁11进行抽拉时,倒角部一21c、倒角部二22c先接触并互相嵌入,使得第一滑动片21和第二滑动片22互相涨紧,可有效防止中间连接杆20与横梁11在横向调节时拉脱。
如图12所示为另外一种实施例,横梁组件10中的两个横梁11和横梁二11’为尺寸截面大小不同的两种中空的管材,其中横梁二11’可插入到另外一组横梁组件10的横梁11中。两组横梁组件10互相对插,可进行横向伸缩以达到调整框架尺寸的目的。
本实施例公开的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构有多种应用方式,分别举例如下:
如图1所示,一种升降平台,第一连接件12向两侧延长有加长部,此第一连接件12可作为纵梁使用,台面40固定在第一连接件12上,此方案可减少纵梁的使用。
如图2和图13所示,第一连接件12和第二连接件13尺寸比较小,只起到固定两横梁11的作用。框架另外设置纵梁30,纵梁30卡设在横梁组件10端部,台面40固定在第一连接件12和纵梁30上。
如图14所示,一种三拼板升降平台,为了减小包装体积,其台面40由前后三块小台面拼接而成。此时,第一连接件12可向两侧延伸进行加长,其分别与三块小台面进行锁定,通过第一连接件12和第二连接件13或者纵梁30将三拼板台面锁定为一体,通过此种设计大大简化了框架结构。
如图15所示,一种三拼板升降平台,为了减小包装体积,其台面40由左右三块小台面拼接而成。此时,第一连接件12可向两侧延伸进行加长,其分别与三块台面进行锁定,通过第一连接件12和第二连接件13或者纵梁30将三拼板台面锁定为一体,通过此种设计大大简化了框架结构。
如图16所示,一种四腿升降平台,为了将两组框架进行连接,可将第一连接件12或第二连接件13进行加长,同时卡住两组框架的横梁组件10,将两组升降平台框架连接为一体。现有技术方案中,四腿升降平台为了保证稳定性,将两组框架通过中间梁焊接成一体,此方案不但增加了焊接成本,而且框架焊接后包装运输都很不方便。采用本实施例公开的连接方式,不但大大提高了框架的整体结构强度,提升了升降平台的稳定性,而且有效减少了连接梁的使用、降低了包装、运输成本。
如图17和图18所示,一种升降平台台面组件,台面40背面有与框架适配的凹槽,框架可隐藏地安装在台面40的凹槽里,其中第一连接件12反向安装,使得框架与台面40平齐,最大程度上保证桌下美观度。
另外,本实施例还公开一种框架与台面免工具快速安装的方式,结合图18和图19所示,框架与台面40采用由膨胀套41和膨胀钉42组成的组合膨胀螺 钉进行快速连接。膨胀套41的胀紧部设有倒刺型螺纹,并沿圆周方向分成若干块,安装时,先把膨胀套41塞入安装孔,然后将膨胀钉42用力按压入膨胀套41之中,膨胀套41在膨胀钉42的压力作用下胀开,与台面的安装孔固定,进而将框架和台面40固定为一体。采用本方法,使得台面与框架安装更简便,不使用工具,徒手就可安装完成,安装效率更高。
如图20所示,本实施例公开一种拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,框架上设有若干用于连接的凹槽,升降立柱上设有与凹槽适配的凸包,升降立柱上还设有锁止组件,当升降立柱与框架安装时,凸包嵌入凹槽中并与之配合,并在锁止组件的作用下完成升降立柱和框架的锁定,以达到快速安装的目的。
上述实施方式只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,用于连接升降立柱和桌板,其特征在于:所述框架包括横梁组件,所述横梁组件包括两平行设置的横梁、卡设于所述两横梁中部的第一连接件和卡设于两所述横梁端部的第二连接件,所述第一连接件和第二连接件均设有卡口部和倒扣部,所述横梁上设有与所述倒扣部适配的卡槽,所述卡口部卡入所述横梁,所述倒扣部卡入所述卡槽中,将所述第一连接件、第二连接件和两横梁可拆卸地固定为一体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一连接件和第二连接件的卡口部的宽度大于所述横梁的宽度,所述卡口部与所述横梁之间设有锁紧插片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述锁紧插片具有楔形部和倒钩部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述楔形部的角度为1°~10°。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一连接件和第二连接件上设有与所述倒钩部适配的倒钩槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一连接件和第二连接件包括底板以及与所述底板垂直连接的两侧板。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一连接件和第二连接件还设有支撑部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一连接件和第二连接件还设有卡线孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述横梁为中空的管材,所述横梁内套设中间连接杆,所述横梁与所述中间连接杆之间设有若干第一滑动片和第二滑动片。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一滑动片设有凸台,所述第一滑动片通过所述凸台卡设在所述中间连接杆 上。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述第二滑动片上设有卡挡部和防脱倒钩,所述第二滑动片通过防脱倒钩卡设在所述横梁上。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一滑动片和所述第二滑动片两侧边缘处设有包角部,所述第一滑动片和所述第二滑动片上还分别设有倒角部。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一连接件和/或第二连接件向两侧延伸有加长部。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构,其特征在于:所述两横梁为两种截面不同的尺寸,其中一个横梁可套设于另一个横梁之内。
  15. 一种升降平台,其特征在于:包括台面和如权利要求1-14中任一项所述的拼装式框架的可拆卸连接结构。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的升降平台,其特征在于:所述台面为前后三拼板,所述台面与拼装式框架固定安装为一体。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的升降平台,其特征在于:所述台面为左右三拼板,所述台面与拼装式框架固定安装为一体。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的升降平台,其特征在于:所述台面固定连接有两组所述拼装式框架,两组拼装式框架通过所述第一连接件和第二连接件固定连接为一体。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的升降平台,其特征在于:所述台面背面设有与拼装式框架适配的凹槽,拼装式框架嵌入地安装到所述台面之内。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的升降平台,其特征在于:拼装式框架通过组合膨胀螺钉快速安装到所述台面上。
