一种医院专用阅片装置 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及医疗辅助设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种医院专用阅片装置。
背景技术
医学影像是指为了医疗或医学研究,对人体或人体某部分,以非侵入方式取得内部组织影像的技术与处理过程,得到的影像资料需要借助专门的灯箱进行查看,灯箱内设有光源,光源发出的光通过透光板照射到影像资料上,使影像资料呈现出人体内部组织的影像,以供医生对病人的疾病作出诊断。
阅片装置通常是由灯箱和透明板组成,使用时,医护人员将片子挂在透明板上进行观看。然而目前的阅片装置不能调节高度,并且对于大小不同的片子需要采用不同的阅片装置进行阅片,这无疑给观看者带来不便,影响工作效率。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种医院专用阅片装置,以解决上述阅片装置不能调节高度,且无法对不同大小的片子进行阅片的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供了一种医院专用阅片装置,移动底座,所述移动底座的表面上设有驱动件以及可转动的转轴,所述转轴上滑动连接有连接件,所述驱动件用于驱动所述转轴进行旋转,以带动所述连接件在所述转轴上进行升降运动;
托架,所述托架活动地设于远离所述移动底座的一端,并与所述连接件连接,且所述托架上至少设有一支撑板,所述支撑板上开设有安装位;
阅片箱,所述阅片箱安装在所述安装位内,并与所述支撑板的表面相平齐;
放片组件,所述放片组件设于所述支撑板的前表面,并位于所述阅片箱的发光侧的正前方;
其中,在所述驱动件驱动所述转轴旋转的情况下,所述托架被带动沿所述转轴的设置方向进行升降运动,以使所述阅片箱调节至所需的阅片高度。
本发明进一步设置为:所述驱动件包括驱动电机、主动轮和从动轮,所述驱动电机安装在所述移动底座的表面上,且所述驱动电机的输出端与所述主动轮连接,所述从动轮套接在所述转轴靠近所述移动底座的一端,且所述从动轮与所述主动轮之间连接有传动带。

综上所述,本发明的有益效果为: 
一方面,可以利用升降架对支撑板的高度进行灵活调节,以调节阅片箱的位置,满足对不同高度的阅片需求;另一方向,可以将活动条固定在不同的固定位内,进而改变固定条与活动条之间的放置位的大小,便于之后对不同大小的片子进行支撑,实现了对不同大小的片子进行阅片,提高了工作效率。

图1示出本发明一种医院专用阅片装置的一实施例结构示意图。参照图1,本公开实施例提供一种医院专用阅片装置,该医院专用阅片装置包括移动底座1、托架5、阅片箱7以及放片组件8。
具体而言,移动底座1的表面上设有驱动件3以及可转动的转轴2,转轴2上滑动连接有连接件4,驱动件3用于驱动转轴2进行旋转,以带动连接件4在转轴2上进行升降运动;托架5活动地设于远离移动底座1的一端,并与连接件4连接,且托架5上至少设有一支撑板6,支撑板6上开设有安装位;阅片箱7安装在安装位内,并与支撑板6的表面相平齐;放片组件8设于支撑板6的前表面,并位于阅片箱7的发光侧的正前方。
其中,在驱动件3驱动转轴2旋转的情况下,托架5被带动沿转轴2的设置方向进行升降运动,以使阅片箱7调节至所需的阅片高度。
结合图1,本实施例中,将托架5与连接件4进行连接,并在托架5上设置支撑板6,之后将阅片箱7安装在支撑板6的安装位内,然后在支撑板6的前表面上设置用于固定待查阅片子的放片组件8。若观察者需要调节观片的高度,则通过驱动件3驱动转轴2进行旋转,以使得连接在转轴2上的连接件4在转轴2上进行滑动,由于连接件4与托架5连接,进而带动托架5上的支撑板6进行运动,从而实现对支撑板6高度的调节,从而能够将阅片的高度调整至合适的位置,有利于观察者进行阅片,结构简单,调节方便。
这里,需要说明的是,“至少设有一支撑板6”是指一个或一个以上,可以根据所需阅片的数量进行相应的设置,体的设置数量需要根据实际情况而定,对此不作限定。
示例性地,支撑板6的数量可以是一个,将支撑板6固定在托架5上,之后在支撑板6的表面上开设安装位,并将阅片箱7固定在安装位内,然后在该支撑板6的前表面设置放片组件8,最后将托架5连接在转轴2上,从而完成对阅片装置的组装。观察者只需利用驱动件3驱动转轴2转动,以使得支撑板6可以进行升降调节,便于观察者能够根据自身的需求调整看片的高度,具有较好的体验效果。
在本申请的其他示例性中,支撑板6的数量可以是多个,通过将多个支撑板6并排地连接在托架5上,并且每个支撑板6上均单独设置阅片箱7和放片组件8,以使得观察者可以将多个需要比对的片子分别放置在不同的放片组件8上,进而方便将多组片子进行对比使用。
示例性地,上述实施例中,“驱动件3”可以是驱动电机31,也可以是能够驱动转轴2进行旋转的动力部件,对此不作限定。
由此,通过上述设置,可以利用转轴2的旋转来驱动连接件4的滑动,以使得托架5被带动进行升降运动,进而实现对支撑板6的高度进行灵活调节,从而调节阅片箱7的位置,满足对不同高度的阅片需求,为观察者进行阅片提供便利。
图2示出本发明一种医院专用阅片装置中驱动件3与连接件4的结构示意图。参照图2,在一种实施方式中,驱动件3包括驱动电机31、主动轮32和从动轮33,驱动电机31安装在移动底座1的表面上,且驱动电机31的输出端与主动轮32连接,从动轮33套接在转轴2靠近移动底座1的一端,且从动轮33与主动轮32之间连接有传动带34。
示例性地,若需要对阅片的高度进行调节,则通过驱动电机31驱动主动轮32进行转动,由于主动轮32通过传动带34与从动轮33传动连接,并且从动轮33套接在转轴2靠近移动底座1的一端,进而驱动转轴2进行旋转,以使得托架5被带动沿转轴2的设置方向进行升降运动,实现了对阅片高度的调节,结构简单,调节方便。
这里,需要说明的是,“转轴2的设置方向”是指垂直于移动底座1的方向,即为转轴2的竖直方向。
图3示出本发明一种医院专用阅片装置中连接件4的结构示意图。参照图3,在一种实施方式中,连接件4包括连接块41、左推拉杆42和右推拉杆43,连接块41上开设有用于转轴2连接的通孔44,左推拉杆42和右推拉杆43的一端分别与托架5朝向移动底座1的一端的两侧连接,左推拉杆42和右推拉杆43的另一端分别与连接块41的两端连接。其中,在转轴2被驱动旋转的情况下,连接块41被带动沿转轴2的设置方向运动,以使带动托架5进行升降运动。
示例性地,连接块41通过通孔44套接在转轴2上,之后在将左推拉杆42和右推拉杆43的一端与托架5一端的两侧连接,左推拉杆42和右推拉杆43的另一端与连接块41的两端连接,以使得驱动件3驱动转轴2进行旋转时,连接块41能被带动沿转轴2的设置方向运动,进而拉动托架5进行升降运动,从而实现了对阅片高度的调节,结构简单,调节方便。
参照图3,在一种实施方式中,连接块41的两端分别开设有第一缺口45和第二缺口46,第一缺口45和第二缺口46内分别设有第一连接轴47和第二连接轴48,左推拉杆42远离托架5的一端与第一连接轴47连接,右推拉杆43远离托架5的一端与第二连接轴48连接;左推拉杆42和右推拉杆43靠近托架5的一端均设有安装块49,安装块49与托架5固定连接。
图4示出本发明一种医院专用阅片装置中放片组件8连接在支撑板6上的结构示意图。参照图4,在一种实施方式中,放片组件8包括固定条81、活动条82以及透明板83,固定条81安装在支撑板6与阅片箱7的发光侧同一侧的表面的上部,支撑板6的两侧间隔设有多个固定位,活动条82可调节地连接在固定位内,且与固定条81之间形成放置位,透明板83设于放置位,用于固定待查阅的片子。
结合图4,本实施例中,可以将活动条82固定在对应的固定位内,进而调节放置位的大小,之后再将对应尺寸的透明板83放置在放置位内,便于之后对不同大小的片子进行支撑,实现了对不同大小的片子进行阅片,提高了工作效率。
这里,需要说明的是,上述实施例中,“多个”指的是两个或两个以上,可以实现活动条82根据需要固定在不同的固定位内,具体的设置数量需要根据实际情况而定,对此不作限定。
图5示出本发明一种医院专用阅片装置中放片组件8的结构示意图。参照图5,在一种实施方式中,放片组件8还包括第一支撑杆84和第二支撑杆85,第一支撑杆84与固定条81朝向活动条82的一侧连接,第二支撑杆85通过弹性件86与第一支撑杆84连接,且第二支撑杆85的另一侧与活动条82朝向固定条81的一侧连接,第一支撑杆84和第二支撑杆85均用于对透明板83进行支撑。
结合图5,示例性地,分别将第一支撑杆84和第二支撑杆85与活动条82和固定条81进行连接,之后再利用弹性件86将第一支撑杆84和第二支撑杆85之间进行连接,若根据查阅的片子尺寸需要对放置位的大小进行调整,则将活动条82朝远离或靠近固定条81的方向拉动,此时第二支撑杆85在弹性件86的作用下远离第一支撑杆84,直至活动条82拉动至合适的位置后固定在固定位内,此时对应尺寸的透明板83放置在放置位内,并由第一支撑杆84和第二支撑杆85对透明板83进行支撑,从而实现了对不同大小的片子进行阅片,结构简单,操作方便。
需要说明的是,为了实现将不同尺寸的透明板83放置在放置位内,透明板83与第一支撑杆84和第二支撑杆85的连接是可拆卸的连接方式,其可以是采用粘黏的连接方式,也可以是采用卡接的连接方式,还可以是采用其他的可拆卸的方式,对此不作限定。
参照图,5,在一种实施方式中,弹性件86包括弹簧861,弹簧861的两端分别设有第一连接柱862和第二连接柱863,第一连接柱862和第二连接柱863的另一端分别与固定条81和活动条82连接。
示例性地,分别在弹簧861的两端设置第一连接柱862和第二连接柱863,并将第一连接柱862和第二连接柱863分别连接在固定条81和活动条82上,实现了活动条82可以根据片子的大小靠近或远离固定条81,满足不同片子的看片需求,结构简单,操作方便。
参照图5,在一种实施方式中,固定条81朝向活动条82的一侧设有第一固定块87,第一固定块87通过第一固定柱与第一支撑杆84连接,活动条82朝向固定条81的一侧设有第二固定块88,第二固定块88通过第二固定柱与第二支撑杆85连接。
在一种实施方式中,固定位内嵌有磁性件,活动条82朝向支撑板6的表面设有与磁性件相适配的磁块。如此,在活动条82拉动至对应的固定位时,活动条82伸入至固定位内,此时磁块与磁性件相互吸紧,从而实现对活动条82的固定;若需要对活动条82的位置进行调节时,只需将活动条82朝远离支撑板6的方向拉起,使得活动条82从该固定位内脱离,之后再将活动条82拉动至相应的固定位内,从而实现对放置位的大小进行调节。
这里,需要说明的是,“磁性件”可以是具有磁性的磁体,“磁块”可以是磁铁,对此不作限定。当然对活动条82的固定除了采用磁性吸附的方式,还可以采用其他的连接方式,例如:卡接的连接方式、魔术贴的连接方式等。
图6示出本发明一种医院专用阅片装置的另一实施例结构示意图。参照图6,在一种实施方式中,移动底座1包括座体 11和万向轮12,座体 11与升降架远离支撑板6的一端连接,万向轮12安装在座体 11的下表面。如此,可以利用万向轮12的作用实现座体 11的移动,进行带动支撑板6移动至所需的位置,解决了传统阅片装置需要在固定区域进行阅片的问题。
参照图6,在一种实施方式中,还包括限位件13,限位件13可调节地设于座体 11的两侧,用于限制万向轮12的移动或停止。
示例性地,由于万向轮12的设置容易使得在阅片的过程中因外力的碰撞而导致支撑板6出现移动,进而影响阅片的效果。为此,本实施例中,在座体 11的两侧设置限位件13,当座体 11被移动至合适的位置后,将限位件13朝接触面拉动,使得限位件13与接触面进行接触锁止,避免出现支撑板6出现随意的移动。
需要说明的是,“限位件13”可以是吸盘,也可以是其他具有与接触面进行限位功能的部件,对此不作限定。。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种医院专用阅片装置,其特征在于,包括:
    移动底座,所述移动底座的表面上设有驱动件以及可转动的转轴,所述转轴上滑动连接有连接件,所述驱动件用于驱动所述转轴进行旋转,以带动所述连接件在所述转轴上进行升降运动; 
    托架,所述托架活动地设于远离所述移动底座的一端,并与所述连接件连接,且所述托架上至少设有一支撑板,所述支撑板上开设有安装位;
    阅片箱,所述阅片箱安装在所述安装位内,并与所述支撑板的表面相平齐;
    放片组件,所述放片组件设于所述支撑板的前表面,并位于所述阅片箱的发光侧的正前方;
    其中,在所述驱动件驱动所述转轴旋转的情况下,所述托架被带动沿所述转轴的设置方向进行升降运动,以使所述阅片箱调节至所需的阅片高度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医院专用阅片装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括驱动电机、主动轮和从动轮,所述驱动电机安装在所述移动底座的表面上,且所述驱动电机的输出端与所述主动轮连接,所述从动轮套接在所述转轴靠近所述移动底座的一端,且所述从动轮与所述主动轮之间连接有传动带。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医院专用阅片装置,其特征在于,所述连接件包括连接块、左推拉杆和右推拉杆,所述连接块上开设有用于转轴连接的通孔,所述左推拉杆和所述右推拉杆的一端分别与所述托架朝向所述移动底座的一端的两侧连接,所述左推拉杆和所述右推拉杆的另一端分别与所述连接块的两端连接;
    在所述转轴被驱动旋转的情况下,所述连接块被带动沿所述转轴的设置方向运动,以使带动所述托架进行升降运动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种医院专用阅片装置,其特征在于,所述连接块的两端分别开设有第一缺口和第二缺口,所述第一缺口和所述第二缺口内分别设有第一连接轴和第二连接轴,所述左推拉杆远离所述托架的一端与所述第一连接轴连接,所述右推拉杆远离所述托架的一端与所述第二连接轴连接;
    所述左推拉杆和所述右推拉杆靠近所述托架的一端均设有安装块,所述安装块与所述托架固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医院专用阅片装置,其特征在于,所述放片组件包括固定条、活动条以及透明板,所述固定条安装在所述支撑板与所述阅片箱的发光侧同一侧的表面的上部,所述支撑板的两侧间隔设有多个固定位,所述活动条可调节地连接在所述固定位内,且与所述固定条之间形成放置位,所述透明板设于所述放置位,用于固定待查阅的片子。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种医院专用阅片装置,其特征在于,所述放片组件还包括第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆,所述第一支撑杆与所述固定条朝向所述活动条的一侧连接,所述第二支撑杆通过弹性件与所述第一支撑杆连接,且所述第二支撑杆的另一侧与所述活动条朝向所述固定条的一侧连接,所述第一支撑杆和所述第二支撑杆均用于对所述透明板进行支撑。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种医院专用阅片装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括弹簧,所述弹簧的两端分别设有第一连接柱和第二连接柱,所述第一连接柱和所述第二连接柱的另一端分别与所述固定条和所述活动条连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种医院专用阅片装置,其特征在于,所述固定条朝向所述活动条的一侧设有第一固定块,所述第一固定块通过第一固定柱与所述第一支撑杆连接,所述活动条朝向所述固定条的一侧设有第二固定块,所述第二固定块通过第二固定柱与所述第二支撑杆连接。
  9.  根据权利要求5所述的一种医院专用阅片装置,其特征在于,所述固定位内嵌有磁性件,所述活动条朝向所述支撑板的表面设有与所述磁性件相适配的磁块。
  10.  根据权利要求1所述的一种医院专用阅片装置,其特征在于,所述移动底座包括座体和万向轮,所述座体与所述升降架远离所述支撑板的一端连接,所述万向轮安装在所述座体的下表面。
