一种动物生命体征实时监测系统,包括:信号采集传感器(110)、可穿戴织物(120)及信号分析平台(130),所述信号采集传感器(110)用来检测生理信息参数,所述信号采集传感器(110)固定于所述可穿戴织物(120)上,所述信号分析平台(130)用于获取所述生理信息参数,并对所述生理信息参数进行分析,所述生理信息参数包括动物心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧饱和度及运动步数。该动物生命体征实时监测系统,克服现有的动物生理信息监测装置的系统复杂、无法穿戴、测量参数单一、需要体内植入等缺陷,实现了在对小动物正常生命活动无干扰的情况下,实时监测小动物在运动过程中心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧等生理信息,能够实时监测并远程记录小鼠生命体征数据变化。

动物生命体征实时监测系统 技术领域
本申请涉及实验动物体征监测技术领域,特别涉及一种动物生命体征实时监测系统。
背景技术
现有的小动物穿戴织物功能较为单一,通常用来固定小动物以对其进行针刺等操作。针对小动物生理信息监测的装置,普遍设备复杂、无法穿戴且测量参数较少。有植入式的小动物生理信息监测技术,但是会对小动物的正常生理信息造成干扰。
目前已有的发明相近专利有用于小鼠固定及针刺的固定衣,申请号为201420853966.5的专利《实验小鼠的固定衣及固定装置》提出了一种在医学动物实验中使用的小鼠固定衣及固定装置;申请号为201320727782.X的专利《小鼠腹背针刺固定器》提出了一种小鼠腹背针刺固定器,可同时进行小鼠背部和腹部的针刺;申请号为200510019571.0的专利《小鼠哮喘模型体征监测装置》实现了对小鼠哮喘模型体征的精确测量与分析,适用于哮喘的病因及发病机理的基础研究。这些装置测量参数较为单一。申请号为201920519555.5的专利《一种用于探测小鼠生命体征的监测装置》使用毫米波雷达及数字信号模块,对小鼠的心率、呼吸速率进行分析处理,但是精度不高;申请号为202111134089.7的专利《一种基于大数据的实验室麻醉信息处理系统及方法》 通过心电图采集模块、血压采集模块和血氧饱和度采集模块等采集相应数据,通过调节麻醉药物浓度,对麻醉信息进行处理。但是该系统装置及操作都较为复杂。以上针对于小鼠的体外生理信息监测发明,测量参数都较为单一,且系统复杂。目前市面上还有一些体内植入的小动物生命体征监测装置,但是对小鼠损伤较大,且影响到正常的生理信息参数。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要针对现有技术中存在的缺陷提供一种可实现动物正常生命活动无干扰的情况下,实时监测动物生理信息的动物生命体征实时监测系统。
为解决上述问题,本申请采用下述技术方案:
本申请的目的之一,提供了一种动物生命体征实时监测系统,包括:信号采集传感器、可穿戴织物及信号分析平台,所述信号采集传感器用来检测生理信息参数,所述信号采集传感器固定于所述可穿戴织物上,所述信号分析平台用于获取所述生理信息参数,并对所述生理信息参数进行分析,所述生理信息参数包括动物心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧饱和度及运动步数。
在其中一些实施例中,所述信息采集传感器连接嵌入式主控STM32F103C8T6,并通过广播协议使用蓝牙网关接收所述生理信息参数,并将所述生理信息参数传输至所述信号分析平台,所述信号分析平台根据所述生理信息参数获取动物的心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧饱和度及运动步数。
在其中一些实施例中,所述信号采集传感器包括PPG绿光模组,所述PPG 绿光模组根据光电容积脉搏波描记法获取动态心率参数,所述信号分析平台对所述动态心率参数进行时域分析,计算出心率值。
在其中一些实施例中,所述信号采集传感器包括PPG红光和红外光模组。所述PPG红光和红外光模组根据血液中含有的氧合血红蛋白HbO2和血红蛋白Hb对不同波长的光有不同的吸收特性,获取所述血氧饱和度参数,所述信号分析平台根据血氧饱和度参数计算出相应的比值,得到血氧值。
在其中一些实施例中,所述信号采集传感器包括高导热温度传感器,所述高导热温度传感器可连续测量动物体表温度,所述信号分析平台根据所述体表温度通过内置算法计算出体温。
在其中一些实施例中,所述信号采集传感器包含加速度计,采用三轴加速度计的a x,a y,a z参数,所述信号分析平台通过中值滤波及波峰检测获取
运动步数。
在其中一些实施例中,所述信号分析平台根据所述心率值,得到呼吸率。
在其中一些实施例中,所述可穿戴织物采用有弹性的织布,在所述可穿戴织物靠近动物心脏的位置,设置有固定所述信号采集传感器的固定口袋。
本申请采用上述技术方案,其有益效果如下:
本申请提供的动物生命体征实时监测系统,包括:信号采集传感器、可穿戴织物及信号分析平台,所述信号采集传感器用来检测生理信息参数,所述信号采集传感器固定于所述可穿戴织物上,所述信号分析平台用于获取所述生理信息参数,并对所述生理信息参数进行分析,所述生理信息参数包括动物心率、 呼吸频率、体温、血氧饱和度及运动步数,本申请提供的动物生命体征实时监测系统,克服现有的动物生理信息监测装置的系统复杂、无法穿戴、测量参数单一、需要体内植入等缺陷,实现了在对小动物正常生命活动无干扰的情况下,实时监测小动物在运动过程中心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧等生理信息。能够实时监测并远程记录小鼠生命体征数据变化,得到较好的数据结果。

所述信号采集传感器110用来检测生理信息参数。所述生理信息参数包括动物心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧饱和度及运动步数。
在本实施例中,所述信息采集传感器110连接嵌入式主控STM32F103C8T6,并通过广播协议使用蓝牙网关接收所述生理信息参数,并将所述生理信息参数传输至所述信号分析平台,所述信号分析平台根据所述生 理信息参数获取动物的心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧饱和度及运动步数。
请参阅图2,所述可穿戴织物120采用有弹性的织布,在所述可穿戴织物120靠近动物心脏的位置,设置有固定所述信号采集传感器110的固定口袋。
在其中一些实施例中,所述信号采集传感器110包括PPG绿光模组,所述PPG绿光模组根据光电容积脉搏波描记法获取动态心率参数,所述信号分析平台对所述动态心率参数进行时域分析,计算出心率值。
在其中一些实施例中,所述信号采集传感器110包括PPG红光和红外光模组。所述PPG红光和红外光模组根据血液中含有的氧合血红蛋白HbO2和血红蛋白Hb对不同波长的光有不同的吸收特性,获取所述血氧饱和度参数,所述信号分析平台根据血氧饱和度参数计算出相应的比值,得到血氧值。
在其中一些实施例中,所述信号采集传感器110包括高导热温度传感器,所述高导热温度传感器可连续测量动物体表温度,所述信号分析平台根据所述体表温度通过内置算法计算出体温。
在其中一些实施例中,所述信号采集传感器110包括加速度计及陀螺仪,采用加速度计的a x,a y,a z和陀螺仪的m x,m y,m z,所述信号分析平台130利用中值滤波及波峰检测获取运动步数。
在其中一些实施例中,所述信号分析平台130根据所述心率值,得到呼吸率。
本申请上述实施例提供的动物生命体征实时监测系统,所述信号采集传感 器110用来检测生理信息参数,所述信号采集传感器110固定于所述可穿戴织物120上,所述信号分析平台130用于获取所述生理信息参数,并对所述生理信息参数进行分析,所述生理信息参数包括动物心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧饱和度及运动步数。本申请提供的动物生命体征实时监测系统,克服现有的动物生理信息监测装置的系统复杂、无法穿戴、测量参数单一、需要体内植入等缺陷,实现了在对小动物正常生命活动无干扰的情况下,实时监测小动物在运动过程中心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧等生理信息。能够实时监测并远程记录小鼠生命体征数据变化,得到较好的数据结果。
以下结合具体实施例1对本申请上述实施例提供的技术方案进行详细说明。
本实施例以小鼠为例。6-8周健康的白色小鼠;用尾吊法将小鼠以5°进行悬吊(后肢去负荷);小鼠可以进行正常生长和活动。
本实施例中,该装置由可穿戴织物、信号采集传感器(主要是光学传感器)和生理信息采集分析系统三部分组成。(可参见图1及图2)
穿戴衣目的是用来固定信号采集传感器,读取动态心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧饱和度SPO2等数据;并且同时使小鼠可以自由活动。因此该穿戴衣采用有弹性的织布,尺寸根据实验小鼠体型制成。为小鼠前肢留出空穴,使小鼠可以自由活动。在穿戴衣靠近小鼠心脏的位置,留出传感器的固定口袋及探测信号的空穴,使信号可以正常采集。信息采集传感器连接嵌入式主控。STM32F103C8T6,并通过广播协议使用蓝牙网关接收数据。将数据开发到我们的生理信息采集系统平台,并通过相关算法计算出小鼠的心率、呼吸频率、 体温、血氧饱和度SPO2等。
具体实现方法为:动态心率由PPG绿光模组测量,精度为5bpm、10bpm和15bpm,连续测量250ms数据广播一次。功耗超低且精确,支持广播协议读取,支持SDK/API APP读取。根据光电容积脉搏波描记法,由于动脉里有血液流动,对光的吸收有变化,得到的信号分为直流DC信号和交流DC信号。通过时域分析,计算出心率值。根据小鼠心腹面的左冠状动脉分布,设计柔性信号采集装置大小为长24mm,宽10mm。
血氧SPO2由PPG红光和红外光模组测量,功耗较高,约800uA。由于血液中含有的氧合血红蛋白HbO2和血红蛋白Hb对不同波长的光有不同的吸收特性,信号分析平台通过相关算法计算出相应的比值,得到血氧值。
体表温度由高导热温度传感器测量,连续测量小鼠体表温度,并且连续广播。精确度为±0.1摄氏度。信号分析平台通过内置算法,结合体表温度,计算出体温。信号分析平台结合测量的心率,计算出呼吸率。
运动步数主要采用加速度计的a x,a y,a z和陀螺仪的m x,m y,m z,利用中值滤波及波峰检测,解析出运动步数。采样率为25Hz。
测量得到的数据通过蓝牙连接协议上传到生理信息监测系统,使用该系统时,第一步先对用户(即小鼠)的年龄、体重进行配置,并连接传感器设备,如图3所示,为本实施例提供的信息分析平台的配置页面示意图。
第二步进入该系统总览页面,开始采集小鼠生理信息,如图4所示,为本实施例提供的系统总览页面示意图。
第三步进入详细参数页面,观察实时数据。心率、呼吸频率、体表温度每间隔30秒输出一次结果,形成折线图;血氧每2分钟输出一次测量结果,再画出柱状图。
具体实施方式:实验小鼠体征监测,由无束缚穿戴衣、传感器、受试实验小鼠、体征观察舱、电子计算机组成,受试实验小鼠悬吊。
请参阅图5,是本申请实施例实验后的效果图,可以准确测量并记录实验小鼠的心率,可知结果满足预期及要求的。
结果显示本发明设计了一个动物生命体征实时监测系统,可以实现小动物无束缚运动过程中心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧饱和度SPO2等参数的记录,从而方便探究在正常生命活动过程中小动物相关生理信息的变化。
可以理解,以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种动物生命体征实时监测系统,其特征在于,包括:信号采集传感器、可穿戴织物及信号分析平台,所述信号采集传感器用来检测生理信息参数,所述信号采集传感器固定于所述可穿戴织物上,所述信号分析平台用于获取所述生理信息参数,并对所述生理信息参数进行分析,所述生理信息参数包括动物心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧饱和度及运动步数。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的动物生命体征实时监测系统,其特征在于,所述信息采集传感器连接嵌入式主控STM32F103C8T6,并通过广播协议使用蓝牙网关接收所述生理信息参数,并将所述生理信息参数传输至所述信号分析平台,所述信号分析平台根据所述生理信息参数获取动物的心率、呼吸频率、体温、血氧饱和度及运动步数。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的动物生命体征实时监测系统,其特征在于,所述信号采集传感器包括PPG绿光模组,所述PPG绿光模组根据光电容积脉搏波描记法获取动态心率参数,所述信号分析平台对所述动态心率参数进行时域分析,计算出心率值。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的动物生命体征实时监测系统,其特征在于,所述信号采集传感器包括PPG红光和红外光模组。所述PPG红光和红外光模组根据血液中含有的氧合血红蛋白HbO2和血红蛋白Hb对不同波长的光有不同的吸收特性,获取所述血氧饱和度参数,所述信号分析平台根据血氧饱和度参数计算出相应的比值,得到血氧值。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的动物生命体征实时监测系统,其特征在于,所述信号采集传感器包括高导热温度传感器,所述高导热温度传感器可连续测量动物体表温度,所述信号分析平台根据所述体表温度通过内置算法计算出体温。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的动物生命体征实时监测系统,其特征在于,所述信号采集传感器包括加速度计及陀螺仪,采用加速度计的a x,a y,a z和陀螺仪的m x,m y,m z,所述信号分析平台利用中值滤波及波峰检测获取运动步数。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的动物生命体征实时监测系统,其特征在于,所述信号分析平台根据所述心率值,得到呼吸率。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的动物生命体征实时监测系统,其特征在于,所述可穿戴织物采用有弹性的织布,在所述可穿戴织物靠近动物心脏的位置,设置有固定所述信号采集传感器的固定口袋。
