背景技术
众所周知,插座,又称电源插座、开关插座。插座是指有一个或一个以上电路接线可插入的座,通过它可插入各种接线。
这样便于与其他电路接通。通过线路与铜件之间的连接与断开,来达到最终达到该部分电路的接通与断开。
目前的插座大多具有平板式本体,插孔位于本体上,这样设计使得空间内的使用插孔数量比较少,而且插孔均为两孔或三孔的电源线插座,功能使用单一,无法实现多种使用的需求。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种方便装配的塔式插座。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种方便装配的塔式插座,包括基座、第一装配体、第二装配体、防护壳和塔式连接组件,所述基座内设置有空腔,所述基座左右两侧分别设置有贯通所述空腔的圆孔和矩形孔,所述空腔内设置有控制塔式连接组件接断电用的控制开关,所述控制开关的控制按钮贯通所述基座正面侧壁,所述第一装配体和第二装配体均设置为两组,所述基座上方四边均设置有用于装配第一装配体和第二装配体的连接槽,所述第一装配体左右布置,所述第二装配体前后布置,所述基座中心设置有连接座,所述连接座上设置有与所述空腔连接的接线孔,所述连接座上设置有所述塔式连接组件,所述塔式连接组件包括支撑框和十字连接片,所述支撑框设置为三组从上之下依次布置,每组所述支撑框内嵌入有所述十字连接片,所述支撑框上设置有分线孔和通风孔,所述分线孔和通风孔均设置在所述十字连接片周侧,所述分线孔和通风孔均与所述接线孔贯通,所述第一装配体和第二装配体远离所述基座中心一侧均设置有三孔接线槽和两孔接线槽,所述第一装配体和第二装配体内均设置有与所述三孔接线槽和两孔接线槽适配的接线板,所述第一装配体和第二装配体靠近所述基座中心一侧均设置有用于和接线板连接的排孔,所述排孔设置为三组分别与对应的十字连接片端部相适配,所述基座上设置有罩住所述第一装配体、第二装配体和塔式连接组件的防护壳,所述防护壳上设置有与所述三孔接线槽和两孔接线槽相适配的插孔。

该方便装配的塔式插座,第一装配体呈L型,第一装配体上还设置有USB接口,可以实现USB连接,与USB接口连接的电路板往往需要高散热效率,第一装配体下方设置有第一散热孔,基座上方设置有第二散热孔,可以实现高效散热,在支撑框上设置有若干通风孔与接线孔连接,方便空气流通散热。
该方便装配的塔式插座,在防护壳上设置有铰接架和铰接壳,方便提拿设备,铰接壳一端通过铰接柱与铰接架上的铰接槽连接,铰接槽呈弧形,可以使铰接壳与防护壳错位,方便提拿,铰接壳另一端与防护壳上的卡合板连接,方便稳定装配。

本实施例中,第一装配体2呈L型,第一装配体2相较于第二装配体3更宽,塔式连接组件呈前后长、左右端的矩形体,在装配时,首先装配两组第一装配体2,所述连接槽为普通的正面与上面开口式,则不能实现稳定的装配,因此本实施例中,所述连接槽呈倒T型,所述第一装配体2和第二装配体3下方均设置有对应连接槽适配的凸缘,第一装配体2下端滑入对应的连接槽,此时对应的十字连接片6端部插入对应的第一装配体2的插孔,在插孔处设置有用于锁紧接线板与十字连接片6端部的螺栓,驱动该螺栓的孔位于第一装配体2的侧面,第二装配体3的插孔处同样设置有用于装配十字连接片6端部和接线板的螺栓,第二装配体3与第一装配体2采用同样的方式与基座1和塔式连接组件连接,本实施例中首先装配第一装配体2会留出更大的操作空间方便装配第二装配体3,相反,若先装配第二装配体3,则会难以装配第一装配体2;
塔式连接组件包括支撑框5和十字连接片6,三组支撑框5和十字连接片6分别与对应的接线板的三个连接处适配,设备整体方便排线布线,结构简单,本实施例中,所述塔式连接组件还包括顶盖16,所述连接座4和支撑框5上方四角均设置有卡槽,所述顶盖16和支撑框5下方四角均设置有卡柱,对应的所述卡柱与对应卡槽卡合连接,支撑框5与连接座4之间采用卡合连接,支撑框5与支撑框5之间采用卡合连接,顶盖16与支撑框5之间采用卡合连接,方便装配与拆卸,防护壳10扣在基座1上,包裹住第一装配体2、第二装配体3和塔式连接组件,方便提供良好的防护,设备四周每面均可以实现三孔连接和两孔连接。
在实际使用过程中,单三孔连接和两孔连接并不能满足人们的需求,为了解决上述问题,所述第一装配体2远离所述基座1中心一端还包括USB接口13,所述第一装配体2内还设有电路板,所述电路板一端与所述USB接口13连接,所述电路板另一端与所述接线板连接,所述USB接口13设置再所述三孔接线槽7和两孔接线槽8的下方,所述防护壳10上还设置有与所述USB接口13适配的传输孔,通过USB接口13方便进行USB连接充电。
上述设备在实际使用过程中发现,带有USB接口13的第一装配体2,需要更为高效的散热量,所述第一装配体2下方设置有用于散热的第一散热孔14,对应的所述连接槽底壁设置有与所述空腔贯通的第二散热孔15,所述第一散热孔14与所述第二散热孔15相适配。
在实际使用过程中,需要保证防护壳10的强度,为了满足上述需求,所述防护壳10内壁四角设置有加强筋17,所述基座1上四角设置有导向槽22,所述加强筋17下方与对应的导向槽22相适配,所述基座1下方设置有与所述空腔适配的底壳23,所述加强筋17下方设置有螺孔,所述底壳23四角设置有螺钉,每组螺钉均贯通所述基座1并与对应的螺孔螺纹连接,加强筋17对准导向槽22并插入,方便实现防护壳10与基座1的装配,底壳23与基座1采用可拆连接,方便装配,底壳23上的螺钉贯通基座1的导向槽22并与对应的加强筋17的螺孔连接,连接稳定。
在实际使用过程中,需要提拿设备,为了满足上述需求,所述防护壳10上方设置有铰接架18和铰接壳19,所述铰接架18上壁与所述铰接壳19上壁齐平,所述铰接架18靠近防护壳10中心一侧设置有铰接槽25,所述铰接壳19靠近所述防护壳10中心一侧设置有铰接柱24,所述铰接柱24与所述铰接槽25相适配,所述防护壳10上远离所述铰接架18一端设置有卡合板20,所述铰接壳19远离所述铰接架18一端设置有与所述卡合板20适配的装配槽,所述铰接槽25呈弧形,铰接壳19端部通过铰接槽25与卡合板20连接,方便装配,用手可以抬起铰接壳19,铰接壳19通过铰接柱24与铰接架18的铰接槽25连接,本实施例中,铰接槽25呈弧形,可以根据需求,来使铰接壳19与防护壳10错位与完全接触,方便满足不同环境下的需求。
上述结构在实际使用过程中,铰接壳19中心容易空鼓,被按压后容易塌陷,为了保证其使用的稳定性,所述防护壳10上方设置有用于支撑所述铰接壳19的支撑筋21,所述支撑筋21设置在所述铰接架18与所述卡合板20之间。
上述结构在实际使用过程中发现,第一散热孔14和第二散热孔15容易堆积尘土,导致设备无法正常使用,为了解决上述问题,本实施例中,所述基座1上方设置有沉槽,所述第一散热孔14和第二散热孔15内均设置有若干栏栅,所述沉槽设置在所述第一散热孔14的栏栅的上方,所述沉槽内设置有用于所述第一散热孔14和第二散热孔15防尘用的防尘框,所述防尘框上壁和所述沉槽上壁与所述连接槽底壁齐平,防尘框可以保证是空气在第一散热孔14和第二散热孔15在空气流通时将尘土阻隔,防尘框方便拆卸清洗。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种方便装配的塔式插座,包括基座(1)、第一装配体(2)、第二装配体(3)、防护壳(10)和塔式连接组件,其特征在于:所述基座(1)内设置有空腔,所述基座(1)左右两侧分别设置有贯通所述空腔的圆孔(11)和矩形孔,所述空腔内设置有控制塔式连接组件接断电用的控制开关,所述控制开关的控制按钮贯通所述基座(1)正面侧壁,所述第一装配体(2)和第二装配体(3)均设置为两组,所述基座(1)上方四边均设置有用于装配第一装配体(2)和第二装配体(3)的连接槽,所述第一装配体(2)左右布置,所述第二装配体(3)前后布置,所述基座(1)中心设置有连接座(4),所述连接座(4)上设置有与所述空腔连接的接线孔(12),所述连接座(4)上设置有所述塔式连接组件,所述塔式连接组件包括支撑框(5)和十字连接片(6),所述支撑框(5)设置为三组从上之下依次布置,每组所述支撑框(5)内嵌入有所述十字连接片(6),所述支撑框(5)上设置有分线孔和通风孔,所述分线孔和通风孔均设置在所述十字连接片(6)周侧,所述分线孔和通风孔均与所述接线孔(12)贯通,所述第一装配体(2)和第二装配体(3)远离所述基座(1)中心一侧均设置有三孔接线槽(7)和两孔接线槽(8),所述第一装配体(2)和第二装配体(3)内均设置有与所述三孔接线槽(7)和两孔接线槽(8)适配的接线板,所述第一装配体(2)和第二装配体(3)靠近所述基座(1)中心一侧均设置有用于和接线板连接的排孔(9),所述排孔(9)设置为三组分别与对应的十字连接片(6)端部相适配,所述基座(1)上设置有罩住所述第一装配体(2)、第二装配体(3)和塔式连接组件的防护壳(10),所述防护壳(10)上设置有与所述三孔接线槽(7)和两孔接线槽(8)相适配的插孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方便装配的塔式插座,其特征在于:所述第一装配体(2)远离所述基座(1)中心一端还包括USB接口(13),所述第一装配体(2)内还设有电路板,所述电路板一端与所述USB接口(13)连接,所述电路板另一端与所述接线板连接,所述USB接口(13)设置再所述三孔接线槽(7)和两孔接线槽(8)的下方,所述防护壳(10)上还设置有与所述USB接口(13)适配的传输孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种方便装配的塔式插座,其特征在于:所述连接槽呈倒T型,所述第一装配体(2)和第二装配体(3)下方均设置有对应连接槽适配的凸缘。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种方便装配的塔式插座,其特征在于:所述第一装配体(2)下方设置有用于散热的第一散热孔(14),对应的所述连接槽底壁设置有与所述空腔贯通的第二散热孔(15),所述第一散热孔(14)与所述第二散热孔(15)相适配。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种方便装配的塔式插座,其特征在于:所述塔式连接组件还包括顶盖(16),所述连接座(4)和支撑框(5)上方四角均设置有卡槽,所述顶盖(16)和支撑框(5)下方四角均设置有卡柱,对应的所述卡柱与对应卡槽卡合连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种方便装配的塔式插座,其特征在于:所述防护壳(10)内壁四角设置有加强筋(17),所述基座(1)上四角设置有导向槽(22),所述加强筋(17)下方与对应的导向槽(22)相适配,所述基座(1)下方设置有与所述空腔适配的底壳(23),所述加强筋(17)下方设置有螺孔,所述底壳(23)四角设置有螺钉,每组螺钉均贯通所述基座(1)并与对应的螺孔螺纹连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种方便装配的塔式插座,其特征在于:所述防护壳(10)上方设置有铰接架(18)和铰接壳(19),所述铰接架(18)上壁与所述铰接壳(19)上壁齐平,所述铰接架(18)靠近防护壳(10)中心一侧设置有铰接槽,所述铰接壳(19)靠近所述防护壳(10)中心一侧设置有铰接柱(24),所述铰接柱(24)与所述铰接槽(25)相适配,所述防护壳(10)上远离所述铰接架(18)一端设置有卡合板(20),所述铰接壳(19)远离所述铰接架(18)一端设置有与所述卡合板(20)适配的装配槽,所述铰接槽(25)呈弧形。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种方便装配的塔式插座,其特征在于:所述防护壳(10)上方设置有用于支撑所述铰接壳(19)的支撑筋(21),所述支撑筋(21)设置在所述铰接架(18)与所述卡合板(20)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种方便装配的塔式插座,其特征在于:所述基座(1)上方设置有沉槽,所述第一散热孔(14)和第二散热孔(15)内均设置有若干栏栅,所述沉槽设置在所述第一散热孔(14)的栏栅的上方,所述沉槽内设置有用于所述第一散热孔(14)和第二散热孔(15)防尘用的防尘框,所述防尘框上壁和所述沉槽上壁与所述连接槽底壁齐平。
