本实用新型涉及一种手持吸尘器,具体是一种改进型喷液式手持吸尘器。
手持吸尘器是一种手持使用的小型吸尘装置,通常适用于清洁较小的空间,例如沙发、键盘、台面等,其结构主要是由机壳、设置在机壳前部的吸尘刷、设置在机壳外的开关和出风口,以及设置在机壳内的尘腔、电池、电机、风叶轮和线路板等构成,该开关、线路板、电机和电池之间形成电路连接,该吸尘刷连通尘腔,并在尘腔内设置过滤组件,该风叶轮受电机驱动转动而形成吸风和排风,且吸风是经尘腔作用于吸尘刷,故能通过吸尘刷将外界的灰尘垃圾等吸入尘腔内储存,而排风是直接经出风口排出。然而,电池、电机、风叶轮和线路板都是直接敞开式设置在机壳内的,也就是直接与尘腔进行连通的,虽然尘腔内设置过滤组件不会阻挡吸风而只是将灰尘垃圾等阻挡在尘腔内形成储存,但是当吸尘刷从外界不小心吸入一些积水时,这些积水被吸风吸入而形成的水珠或水雾往往很难全部被尘腔内的过滤组件进行过滤,这样就会导致部分水珠或水雾穿过尘腔内的过滤组件进入机壳内,故使用长久后就会造成机壳内部形成潮湿的环境,这样就会影响机壳内部相关电器元件的使用寿命,也影响了手持吸尘器的使用可靠性。同时,实际使用中用户经常会遇到顽固污渍无法吸除的烦恼,此时往往还会在机壳内设有由水箱、喷液泵和喷液嘴依次连接而成的喷液系统,但是其中的水箱都是设置在机壳前部的,也就是采用水箱前置的结构,而从结构设计来看,容易占用机壳前部的有限空间,例如为了避免挤占机壳前部的尘腔空间和排风空间,只能将水箱隆起设置在机壳前部,这将极大影响手持吸尘器的体积小巧性,也不方便手持使用时去观察水箱内的液体容量;同时,该前置的水箱内由于储存液体而具备一定重量,容易在使用时出现前重后轻的现象,长久使用会造成手持疲累,故也极大影响了用户手持操作的舒适性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种能在使用时较好的避免机壳内出现潮湿环境,保证机壳内部相关电器元件的使用寿命和提高手持吸尘器使用可靠性,以及体积设计小巧、手持使用时方便观察水箱内的液体容量和手持操作舒适的改进型喷液式手持吸尘器。
本实用新型的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种改进型喷液式手持吸尘器,包括机壳、设置在机壳前部的吸尘刷、设置在机壳外的开关 和出风口,以及设置在机壳内的尘腔、电池、电机、风叶轮和线路板,该开关、线路板、电机和电池之间形成电路连接,该风叶轮受电机驱动转动,该吸尘刷连通尘腔,并在尘腔内设置过滤罩,所述的机壳内设有单独布置的风叶腔和出风风道,所述的风叶轮安装在风叶腔内,该风叶腔与尘腔形成连通,所述的出风通道分别连通风叶腔和出风口。
所述的机壳内设有由水箱、喷液泵和喷液嘴依次连接而成的喷液系统,该水箱安装在机壳后部。
所述的过滤罩顶面设有进风网,过滤罩的前部和两侧均设有过滤网孔。
所述的电机驱动风叶腔内的风叶轮转动并形成吸风和排风,该吸风经尘腔作用于吸尘刷,该排风经出风通道由所述出风口排出。
所述的风叶腔设置在尘腔后部并形成连通,风叶腔的两侧分别设有出风风道,每侧的出风风道均分别连通风叶腔和出风口。
所述的出风口密布在机壳两侧的侧板上,每侧的侧板上密布的出风口均与同侧设置的出风风道形成连通。
所述的机壳后部下侧设有安装槽,所述的水箱可拆式吻合配装在该安装槽内,并使水箱的外表面与机壳后部的外表面形成一体。
所述的机壳前部设有吸尘口,该吸尘口与尘腔连通,所述的吸尘刷可拆式配插在吸尘口内;所述的喷液嘴设置在机壳前部并位于吸尘刷上方。
所述的机壳顶部设有连体延伸的提环,所述的开关设置在提环的前部外表面上,该提环的前部内表面上设有驱动喷液泵工作的扳机。
所述的水箱为透明水箱,该水箱上设置掀盖。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型主要是在机壳内增设有单独布置的风叶腔和出风风道,该风叶腔内安装风叶轮,且风叶腔与尘腔形成连通,而出风通道分别连通风叶腔和出风口;这样,当电机驱动风叶腔内的风叶轮转动就会形成吸风和排风,该吸风经尘腔直接作用于吸尘刷,也就是通过吸尘刷可将外界的灰尘垃圾等直接吸入尘腔内储存,而排风经出风通道由出风口排出。显然,由于风叶腔、出风风道和出风口形成了单独布置的排风通道,也就是将整个排风过程与机壳内的电池、电机和线路板等进行完全隔开,故当吸尘刷从外界不小心吸入一些积水时,这些积水被吸风吸入形成的水珠或水雾即使无法被尘腔内的过滤组件完全过滤,也能通过单独布置的风叶腔和出风风道从出风口排出,从而在手持吸尘器的使用过程中能较好避免机壳内出现潮湿环境,保证机壳内部相关电器元件的使用寿命,也更好的提高了手持吸尘器的使用可靠性;同时,还将构成喷液系统的水箱安装在机壳后部,也就是采用了 后置结构的水箱,就不会占用机壳前部的有限空间,也就是在机壳前部再也不会出现难看的隆起而影响手持吸尘器的体积小巧性,同时也便于手持使用时能方便直观的观察到水箱内的液体容量;另外,后置的水箱更避免了手持吸尘器在使用时出现前重后轻的现象,即使长久使用也不会造成手持疲累,保证了用户手持操作的使用舒适性。

其中,机壳1前部设有吸尘口17,该吸尘口与机壳1内的尘腔4连通,而吸尘刷2为可拆式配插在吸尘口17内,则吸尘刷2也连通尘腔4,该吸尘刷2主要作为手持吸尘器的吸尘附件进行使用,故实际使用中吸尘口17内也可配插其它附件,例如吸尘扁头、吸尘擦等。
所述的机壳1顶部设有连体延伸的提环13以供手持,而机壳1外的开关132具体是设置在提环13的前部外表面上,线路板133则位于开关132下方并封闭设置在机壳1内;所述的机壳1后部设有电池8的充电接口6,可直接外接电源并提供电池8充电。
同时,开关132、线路板133、电机7和电池8之间形成电路连接,则电池8可为整 个电路连接供电,而开关132能够控制电机7的启闭。
所述的尘腔4内设置过滤罩9,该过滤罩不会阻挡通风,但是会将吸尘刷2从外界吸入的灰尘垃圾等通过过滤罩9进行阻挡而储存在尘腔4内;并且,过滤罩9的顶面设有进风网91,也就是将进风网设置在过滤罩9的顶面最高处,能方便吸取更多的进水,而过滤罩9的前部和两侧均设有过滤网孔92,并利用过滤网孔的过滤方式使垃圾不易堵塞。
所述的尘腔4后部设置风叶腔14并形成连通,该风叶腔内安装风叶轮5,而电机7的电机轴穿入风叶腔14内直接连接该风叶轮5,故电机7可驱动风叶腔14内的风叶轮5转动并形成吸风和排风。
所述的风叶腔14两侧分别设有出风风道15,每侧的出风风道均分别连通风叶腔14和出风口12,而出风口为密布在机壳1两侧的侧板11上,每侧的侧板11上密布的出风口12均与同侧设置的出风风道15形成连通。
因此,当电机7驱动风叶腔14内的风叶轮5转动而形成吸风和排风时,该吸风经尘腔4直接作用于吸尘刷2,也就是通过吸尘刷可将外界的灰尘垃圾等直接吸入尘腔4内储存,而排风则经两侧的出风通道15分别由两侧侧板11上的出风口12排出。
显然,由于风叶腔14、出风风道15和出风口12形成了单独布置的排风通道,也就是将整个排风过程与机壳1内的电池8、电机7和线路板133等进行完全隔开,故当吸尘刷2从外界不小心吸入一些积水时,这些积水被吸风吸入形成的水珠或水雾即使无法被尘腔4内的过滤罩9完全过滤,也能通过单独布置的风叶腔14和出风风道15从出风口12排出,从而在手持吸尘器的使用过程中能较好避免机壳1内出现潮湿环境,保证机壳1内部相关电器元件的使用寿命,也更好的提高了手持吸尘器的使用可靠性。
另外,机壳1内设有由水箱3、喷液泵134和喷液嘴16依次连接而成的喷液系统;其中,水箱3为透明水箱,可方便观察水箱内储存的清水或清洁液等液体容量。
所述的水箱3安装在机壳1后部,具体是将水箱3可拆式吻合配装在机壳1后部下侧的安装槽18内,且采用可拆式结构是为了便于水箱3的拆下灌注液体或清洗等,当水箱3与安装槽18形成吻合配装时,水箱3的外表面与机壳1后部的外表面将形成一体,以便于美观外形。
所述的水箱3与安装槽18之间分别设有相互配装的弹性卡扣32和卡槽33以构成可拆式配装,本实施例中是将弹性卡扣32设置在水箱3顶侧,相应的卡槽33也设置在安装槽18的顶侧,当然也可以通过其它类似结构来形成可拆式配装,而水箱3底侧外表面还设有掀盖31,当弹性卡扣32脱离卡槽33时,可起到方便省力的掀起水箱3脱离安装槽18的作 用。
同时,安装槽18内设有连接嘴19,当水箱3可拆式吻合配装在安装槽18内时,正好使水箱3的出水口与该连接嘴19形成密封连通,并且连接嘴19还经管道连接喷液泵134。
所述的喷液泵134设置在提环13内,实际结构中该喷液泵134可选择电动泵或手压泵,而提环13的前部内表面上设有驱动喷液泵134工作的扳机131。
所述的机壳1前部设有喷液嘴16,该喷液嘴也经管道连接喷液泵134,即喷液泵经管道分别连接水箱3和喷液嘴16。
所述的喷液嘴16设置在机壳1前部并位于吸尘刷2上方;这样,只需操作扳机131驱动喷液泵134工作,就能将水箱3内的液体经管道输送至喷液嘴16喷出而软化污渍,从而方便顽固污渍的吸除。
显然,由于采用了后置结构的水箱3,就不会占用机壳1前部的有限空间,也就是在机壳1前部再也不会出现难看的隆起而影响手持吸尘器的体积小巧性,同时也便于手持使用时能方便直观的观察到水箱3内的液体容量;另外,后置的水箱3更避免了手持吸尘器在使用时出现前重后轻的现象,即使长久使用也不会造成手持疲累,保证了用户手持操作的使用舒适性。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的具体实施例,本领域技术人员应该理解,任何与该实施例等同的结构设计,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种改进型喷液式手持吸尘器,包括机壳(1)、设置在机壳前部的吸尘刷(2)、设置在机壳外的开关(132)和出风口(12),以及设置在机壳内的尘腔(4)、电池(8)、电机(7)、风叶轮(5)和线路板(133),该开关(132)、线路板(133)、电机(7)和电池(8)之间形成电路连接,该风叶轮(5)受电机(7)驱动转动,该吸尘刷(2)连通尘腔(4),并在尘腔内设置过滤罩(9),其特征在于所述的机壳(1)内设有单独布置的风叶腔(14)和出风风道(15),所述的风叶轮(5)安装在风叶腔(14)内,该风叶腔与尘腔(4)形成连通,所述的出风通道(15)分别连通风叶腔(14)和出风口(12)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型喷液式手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的机壳(1)内设有由水箱(3)、喷液泵(134)和喷液嘴(16)依次连接而成的喷液系统,该水箱(3)安装在机壳(1)后部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型喷液式手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的过滤罩(9)顶面设有进风网(91),过滤罩(9)的前部和两侧均设有过滤网孔(92)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型喷液式手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的电机(7)驱动风叶腔(14)内的风叶轮(5)转动并形成吸风和排风,该吸风经尘腔(4)作用于吸尘刷(2),该排风经出风通道(15)由所述出风口(12)排出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型喷液式手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的风叶腔(14)设置在尘腔(4)后部并形成连通,风叶腔(14)的两侧分别设有出风风道(15),每侧的出风风道均分别连通风叶腔(14)和出风口(12)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型喷液式手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的出风口(12)密布在机壳(1)两侧的侧板(11)上,每侧的侧板(11)上密布的出风口(12)均与同侧设置的出风风道(15)形成连通。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种改进型喷液式手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的机壳(1)后部下侧设有安装槽(18),所述的水箱(3)可拆式吻合配装在该安装槽(18)内,并使水箱(3)的外表面与机壳(1)后部的外表面形成一体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型喷液式手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的机壳(1)前部设有吸尘口(17),该吸尘口与尘腔(4)连通,所述的吸尘刷(2)可拆式配插在吸尘口(17)内;所述的喷液嘴(16)设置在机壳(1)前部并位于吸尘刷(2)上方。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种改进型喷液式手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的机壳(1)顶部设有连体延伸的提环(13),所述的开关(132)设置在提环(13)的前部外表面上,该提环(13)的前部内表面上设有驱动喷液泵(134)工作的扳机(131)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种改进型喷液式手持吸尘器,其特征在于所述的水箱(3)为透明水箱,该水箱上设置掀盖(31)。
