发明内容
本申请旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种头部按摩器,满足了用户的多样化的按摩需求,柔性主体轻便且触感好,能更好的地贴合在头部,且降低按摩过程按摩部振动引发的主体部的振动,提升按摩的舒适度,提升用户体验。
根据本申请实施例的头部按摩器,包括柔性主体、多个按摩部和主控模块;所述柔性主体配置成适于佩戴于头部;所述多个按摩部包括第一按摩部和第二按摩部,所述第一按摩部和所述第二按摩部在所述柔性主体上前后布置,所述第一按摩部设于所述柔性主体上与头部前侧相对应的位置,并配置成按摩头部前侧,所述第二按摩部设于所述柔性主体上与头部后颈处相对应的位置,并配置成按摩头部后颈处;所述主控模块与所述柔性主体相连,并与所述第一按摩部和所述第二按摩部电连接。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
结合图1,本申请提供了一种头部按摩器100,包括柔性主体10、多个按摩部和主控模块20。柔性主体10配置成适于佩戴于头部,多个按摩部以对需要按摩的部位进行按摩,多个按摩部包括第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12,第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12在柔性主体10上前后布置,第一按摩部11设于柔性主体10上与头部前侧相对应的位置,并配置成按摩头部前侧,第二按摩部12设于柔性主体10上与头部后颈处相对应的位置,并配置成按摩头部后颈处。主控模块20与柔性主体10相连,并与第一按摩部11和第二按摩部 12电连接,可以控制第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12的打开与关闭,用户可针对按摩部位的按摩需求,在主控模块20上可设有对应的按摩程序,通过主控模块20可随时打开或关闭对应的按摩部。根据本申请提供的头部按摩器100,柔性主体10轻便且触感好,柔性主体10佩戴在与头部相对应的位置,相对于硬质的主体结构,柔性主体10能更好地贴合在用户的头部,可以适应不同用户的头围,佩戴舒适,减轻用户佩戴头部按摩器100的负重感。头部按摩部器100包括多个按摩部,既可以对头部进行按摩,也可以对颈部进行按摩,满足了用户的多样化需求,按摩部与主控模块20电连接,可以是多个按摩部分别与主控模块20电连接,以实现多个按摩部相互独立。例如,用户需要对头部前侧按摩时,可通过主控模块20打开第一按摩部11,用户需要对后颈处按摩时,可通过主控模块20打开第二按摩部12,若需要同时对头部和后颈处按摩时,可通过主控模块20将第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12同时打开,通过将第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12设置成相对独立的形式,满足了用户的多样化需求。多个按摩部在柔性主体10上前后布置,通过设置成柔性主体10,柔性主体10可将多个按摩部在工作过程中振动吸收掉,减少柔性主体10上的振动,提升了按摩过程中的舒适性。
根据本申请的头部按摩器100,柔性主体10上安装有多个按摩部,多个按摩部可包括第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12,第一按摩部11配置成按摩头部前侧,第二按摩部12配置成按摩头部后颈处,还可包括第三按摩部13、第四按摩部14等,例如可以将第三按摩部13可配置成按摩头顶,第四按摩部14配置成用于按摩眼部周围,多个按摩部可包括气囊按摩功能、热敷按摩功能、振动按摩功能及电击按摩功能中至少一种,多个按摩部可实现相同或不同的按摩功能,针对不同的按摩部位,选择不同的按摩功能。例如针对头部前侧和后颈处可配置成气囊按摩,气囊循环充气与放气,模拟人手揉捏的形式;针对头顶区域可配置成振动按摩,可舒缓头疼等问题;针对眼部可配置成热敷按摩或气囊按摩,以还原眼保健操的手法。当然,多个按摩部还可配置成其它的按摩形式,可以根据实际使用需求进行调整,可根据用户的需要,调整按摩部的数量及按摩功能,丰富了头部按摩器100的按摩体验及提升按摩舒适度。
另外设置气囊模组相比传统的按摩机芯可以减轻头部负重感,进一步提升用户佩戴及使用头部按摩器100的舒适度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,柔性主体10可由不同的材料制成,例如可以是PET、聚氨酯、乳胶或其它材料构成,使头部按摩器100更轻便,且柔性主体10可以更好的贴合到用户的头部,触感更好,佩戴舒适。
在本申请的一些实施例中,柔性主体10由柔性材料制成,柔性材料可包括皮革层和海绵层,其中,海绵层具有良好的弹性和透气性,提升用户佩戴头部按摩器的舒适性,通过 设置皮革层包裹海绵层,皮革层能够对海绵层进行防护,提升头部按摩器的使用寿命。
在本申请的一些实施例中,皮革层和海绵层可通过热压或者缝合制成,皮革层和海绵层可通过热压制成,或者通过缝合制成,也可以是通过热压和缝合组合的方式制成,使皮革层和海绵层能够稳定地连接,提升柔性主体的结构强度,多个按摩部可嵌于柔性主体10内,通过将多个按摩部嵌于柔性主体10内,柔性主体10能够有效吸收按摩部产生的振动和噪音,避免振动和噪音传递至用户头部上,另外,柔性主体10在按摩过程中能够提供一定的缓冲,避免多个按摩部直接按摩头部造成对皮肤的刺激和不适,提升按摩舒适度。
结合图3,在本申请的一些实施例中,柔性主体10还可包裹于多个按摩部的外侧,也就是说柔性主体10接触到身体的需要按摩的部位,柔性主体10可在按摩时对按摩部位缓冲,且柔性主体10可吸收按摩部产生的振动,避免振动传递至主体上,提升按摩舒适度。
结合图1和图6,在本申请的一些实施例中,第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12的至少一个可包括气囊模组110,也就是说第一按摩部11上可包括气囊模组110,或第二按摩部12上可包括气囊模组110,或第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12上都包括气囊模组110,气囊模组110配置成适于充气和放气,通过对气囊模组110循环充气和放气以推动按摩部对身体的部位进行按摩,模拟了人手揉捏的形式,提升按摩舒适性。头部按摩器100还可包括气泵模组15和气阀模组16,气阀模组16连接于气泵模组15和气囊模组110之间。气泵模组15可对气囊进行充气和放气,气阀模组16连接于气泵模组15和气囊模组110之间,气阀模组16可控制对气囊模组110的充气和放气。气阀模组16上可设有多个连通管路,连通管路与气囊模组110对应,以控制对应气囊模组110的打开和关闭,这样,在气阀模组16的控制下,第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12可实现同步或异步充气与放气,实现第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12的按摩功能同步或异步进行,以满足用户的不同使用需求。
其中,气泵模组15和气阀模组16可以设于头部按摩器100的不同位置,例如,可以设置在柔性主体10上,也可以与柔性主体10分离,设置在柔性主体10与主控模块20之间。
在上述实施例中,气囊模组110还可设置成不同的按摩力度,例如,不同用户对于按摩力度的需求不同,可以通过调节气泵模组15的充气的速度或者充气的量,气泵模组15可与主控模块20电连接,通过主控模块20可控制整气泵模组15的充气模式,可对应调整气囊模组110的按摩力度,给用户提供不同的按摩体验。
其中,结合图6,气阀模组16可以与主控模块20电连接,通过主控模块20可控制气阀模组16,气阀模组16上可设有多个连通管路,多个连通管路分别连接对应的气囊模组110,通过主控模块20实现多个按摩部上的气囊模组110的进气口的关闭和打开,以实现不同按摩部的工作的独立性,在主控模块20的控制下可以按用户需求实现灵活的按摩手 法,提升用户体验。
进一步地,结合图1和图4,第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12中的至少一个还包括按摩头113,也就是说第一按摩部11可包括按摩头113,或第二按摩部12可包括按摩头113,或第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12都包括按摩头113,气囊模组110设于按摩头113和柔性主体10之间。气囊模组110在充气和放气过程中,带动按摩头113对需要按摩的部位进行按摩,通过设置按摩头113,实现对按摩穴位的精准按摩,提升按摩过程的舒适性。
结合图1、图2和图6,在本申请的一些实施例中,气囊模组110可包括多个气囊,例如第一按摩部11可包括多个气囊,多个气囊围绕头部前侧设置,以对头部前侧的位置进行多方位的按摩;第二按摩部12也可包括多个气囊,多个气囊围绕后颈处设置,以对后颈处的位置进行多方位的按摩。其中,气囊模组110可包括第一气囊111和第二气囊112。具体地,第一按摩部11或第二按摩部12可包括第一气囊111和第二气囊112,气阀模组16上可设有多个连接管路,连接管路的数量可与气囊的数量对应,气阀模组16通过管路与对应的气囊连接,例如气阀模组16可通过两个管路分别连接第一气囊111和第二气囊112,第一气囊111和第二气囊112通过气阀模组16连接气泵模组15,这样,可通过气阀模组16控制打开或关闭第一气囊111和第二气囊112的进气管路。第一气囊111和第二气囊112的进气管路可同时打开,或单独打开其中的一个,或第一气囊111和第二气囊112交替打开或关闭,实现第一气囊111和第二气囊112交替对身体的部位进行按摩。第一气囊111和第二气囊112可并排设置,第一气囊111和第二气囊112可设于人体头部前侧的位置,按摩头部前侧区域,或者第一气囊111和第二气囊112可设置在人体后颈处相对应的位置,按摩后颈部的区域,通过并排设置的两个气囊同时对头部前侧区域或后颈区域进行按摩,可增大按摩的面积,提升按摩效果。
其中,第一气囊111和第二气囊112可以是连接成一体的结构,两个气囊为一体的结构,连接稳固,可提高气囊工作过程中的稳定性,两个气囊可同时进气和放气,以同时对头部前侧或后颈处的位置进行按摩,通过设置成一体的结构,使按摩更加舒适。
在上述实施例中,气囊模组110可包括第一气囊111和第二气囊112,第一气囊111和第二气囊112可通过管路连接,气阀模组16可连接第一气囊111或第二气囊112,通过设置两个气囊,且气囊通过管路连接,两个气囊可同时充气和放气,提升按摩过程中的稳定性。
进一步地,第一气囊111和第二气囊112可由气泵模组15同步或异步充气。第一气囊111和第二气囊112可分别与气阀模组16管路连接,在气阀模组16的控制下,可实现第一气囊111和第二气囊112同步或异步充气。举例而言,可以设置成第一气囊111和第二气囊112可同步充气与放气,两个气囊同步工作,带动按摩头113对需要按摩的部位进行 按摩。或者第一气囊111和第二气囊112中的一个可单独充气与放气,以实现单独对一个部位进行按摩。当然,还可以设置成第一气囊111和第二气囊112异步充气,第一气囊111充气的同时,第二气囊112放气;第一气囊111放气的同时,第二气囊112充气,这样,可对按摩部位形成间歇性的按摩。实现按摩形式多样性,满足不同用户的多样化需求,提升用户体验。
其中,第一气囊111和第二气囊112可配置成相互独立的充气和放气,气阀模组16上可设有多个连接管路,连接管路的数量与气囊的数量对应,多个连接管路分别连接对应的气囊,这样,可以通过气阀模组16分别控制对应的气囊的工作,使第一气囊111和第二气囊112的充气和放气是相互独立的。气阀模组16与气泵模组15管路连接,气阀模组16和气泵模组15分别与主控模块20电连接,可以通过主控模块20上选择对应的功能,以驱动气阀模组16控制对应的气囊的管路的打开或关闭,实现不同气囊的相互独立的充气和放气。
在上述实施例中,第一气囊111和第二气囊112沿柔性主体10的法向在柔性主体10的法平面上投影面积大于1平方厘米。这样,可利于气囊的加工,同时气囊与人体穴位接触面积更大,更能适应不同人体头围及形状,使得气囊能有效按摩到人体穴位,提升按摩效果及按摩舒适度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,头部按摩器100还可包括消音模块17,消音模块17设于气囊模组110和气阀模组16之间,消音模块17可降低气囊模组110在充气与放气过程中的噪音,从而可以提升用户的按摩舒适感。消音模块17内可设有消音棉,结构简单,且能有效降低气囊模组110在充气与放气过程中的噪音。
其中,气泵模组15可与柔性主体10分离,并通过管路连接气囊模组110,可降低柔性主体10的重量,提升柔性主体10佩戴的舒适性。气泵模组15与柔性主体10分离,使气泵模组15远离用户佩戴区域,可降低气泵对气囊充气与放气过程中产生的噪音对用户的影响,且通过管路连接结构简单。
进一步地,气阀模组16中的至少一部分可与柔性主体10分离,并通过管路连接气囊模组110,可进一步降低柔性主体10的重量,提升柔性主体10佩戴的舒适性,提升用户体验,且通过管路连接结构简单,故障率低。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12可分别设于柔性主体10上对应头部的太阳穴和后颈部风池穴的位置,实现对两个部位的精准按摩,提升按摩效果。柔性主体10可由柔性材料制成,使柔性主体10可以更好的贴合到用户的头部,提升佩戴的舒适性。柔性材料可包括皮革层和海绵层,多个按摩部可嵌入在柔性主体10内,使按摩过程更舒适,且柔性材料可以吸收按摩部按摩过程中产生的振动,避免振动传递到主体上, 提升按摩过程的舒适度,提升用户体验。第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12可独立控制于主控模块20。具体地,第一按摩部11可设于柔性主体10上对应头部的太阳穴的位置,第一按摩部11上可设有气囊模组110,气囊模组110可包括第一气囊111和第二气囊112,第一气囊111和第二气囊112分别位于头部左右两侧的太阳穴的位置,以精准地对头部两侧的太阳穴位置进行按摩。第二按摩部12可设于柔性主体10上对应后颈部风池穴的位置,第二按摩部12上可设有气囊模组110,气囊模组110可包括第一气囊111和第二气囊112,第一气囊111和第二气囊112可分别位于后颈部上两侧风池穴的位置,以精准地对风池穴的位置进行按摩。第一气囊111和第二气囊112可分别与气阀模组16管路连接,也就是说第一气囊111和第二气囊112可配置成相互独立的充气和放气,可由气泵模组15进行同步充气或异步充气,用户可根据自身需求选择需要的按摩程序。
结合图2,在本申请的一些实施例中,多个按摩部还可包括第三按摩部13,第三按摩部13安装于柔性主体10上,并设于柔性主体10上与头部头顶对应的位置,以按摩头部头顶,第三按摩部13与主控模块20电连接,其中,第三按摩部13相对于第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12独立动作。当用户有对头顶部位的按摩需求时,可随时通过主控模块20开启或关闭第三按摩部13。
进一步地,第三按摩部13可包括至少两个振动模块,振动模块与主控模块20电连接,并由主控模块20独立控制,至少两个振动模块配置成分别对应于头部头顶处的不同区域。通过振动模块给人体的头顶区域进行按摩,每个振动模块由主控模块20独立控制,也就是说两个振动模块可单独振动,或者同步振动,丰富按摩手法,提升按摩体验感。
结合图5,在本申请的一些实施例中,多个按摩部还可包括第四按摩部14,第四按摩部14安装于柔性主体10上,并与主控模块20电连接,第四按摩部14设于柔性主体10上与眼部周围对应的区域,以配置成按摩眼部周围。其中,第四按摩部14相对于第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12由主控模块20独立控制。第四按摩部14可以配置成对眼部周围提供气囊按摩、热敷按摩、振动按摩及电击按摩中的至少一种,优选地,第四按摩部14提供热敷按摩,主控模块20独立控制第四按摩部14,当用户有眼部按摩需求时,可随时通过主控模块20打开或关闭。
结合图3,在本申请的一些实施例中,头部按摩器100还可包括调节部40,调节部40设于柔性主体10的周侧,调节部40被配置成用于调节柔性主体10的径向尺寸。例如不同用户的头围不同,通过调节部40,可调节柔性主体10的尺寸,以适应更多用户的头围尺寸,使柔性主体10可以稳定的佩戴在用户的头上,适应性更强。
其中,头部按摩器100还可包括限制部50,限制部50与柔性主体10相连,并配置成与头部配合以定位柔性主体10。通过设置限制部50,当柔性主体10在按摩时,限制部50 与用户的头部周圈抵接,以限制柔性主体10按摩过程中上下窜动,提升按摩过程中的舒适度。例如,当第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12为气囊按摩时,气囊充气膨胀以对身体的部位进行挤压,同时,因气囊膨胀后为类球面形态,作用于按摩表面的力并非100%垂直于按摩表面,此时,头部按摩器100会受到纵向垂直的力影响而上下窜动,第一按摩部11和第二按摩部12的气囊按摩会因窜动而移位,影响按摩效果。通过设置限制部50抵接于人体头部周围,抵消纵向垂直的分力,提升按摩效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种头部按摩器,其特征在于,包括:
    柔性主体,所述柔性主体配置成适于佩戴于头部;
    多个按摩部,所述多个按摩部包括第一按摩部和第二按摩部,所述第一按摩部和所述第二按摩部在所述柔性主体上前后布置,所述第一按摩部设于所述柔性主体上与头部前侧相对应的位置,并配置成按摩头部前侧,所述第二按摩部设于所述柔性主体上与头部后颈处相对应的位置,并配置成按摩头部后颈处;
    主控模块,所述主控模块与所述柔性主体相连,并与所述第一按摩部和所述第二按摩部电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的头部按摩器,其特征在于,所述第一按摩部和所述第二按摩部中的至少一个包括气囊模组,所述气囊模组配置成适于充气和放气,
    所述头部按摩器还包括气泵模组和气阀模组,所述气阀模组连接于所述气泵模组和所述气囊模组之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的头部按摩器,其特征在于,所述第一按摩部和所述第二按摩部中的至少一个还包括按摩头,所述气囊模组设于所述按摩头和所述柔性主体之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的头部按摩器,其特征在于,所述气囊模组包括第一气囊和第二气囊,
    其中,所述第一气囊和所述第二气囊并排设置;
    和/或,所述第一气囊和所述第二气囊连接成一体结构;
    和/或,所述第一气囊和所述第二气囊之间通过管路连接;
    和/或,所述第一气囊和所述第二气囊由所述气泵模组同步或异步充气;
    和/或,所述第一气囊和所述第二气囊配置成相互独立的充气和放气;
    和/或,所述第一气囊和所述第二气囊沿所述柔性主体的法向在所述柔性主体的法平面上的投影面积大于1平方厘米。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的头部按摩器,其特征在于,所述头部按摩器还包括消音模块,所述消音模块设于所述气囊模组和所述气阀模组之间;
    和/或,所述气泵模组与所述柔性主体分离,并通过管路连接所述气囊模组;
    和/或,所述气阀模组中的至少一部分与所述柔性主体分离,并通过管路连接所述气囊模组。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的头部按摩器,其特征在于,所述第一按摩部和所述第二按摩部分别设于所述柔性主体上对应头部的太阳穴和后颈风池穴的位置;
    或,所述柔性主体由柔性材料制成,所述柔性材料包括皮革层和海绵层;
    或,所述多个按摩部嵌于所述柔性主体内。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的头部按摩器,其特征在于,所述多个按摩部还包括:
    第三按摩部,所述第三按摩部安装于所述柔性主体上,并设于所述柔性主体上与头部头顶对应的位置,以按摩头部头顶,所述第三按摩部与所述主控模块电连接;
    其中,所述第三按摩部相对于所述第一按摩部和所述第二按摩部独立动作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的头部按摩器,其特征在于,所述第三按摩部包括至少两个振动模块,所述振动模块与所述主控模块电连接,并由所述主控模块独立控制,所述至少两个振动模块配置成分别对应于头部头顶处的不同区域。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的头部按摩器,其特征在于,所述多个按摩部还包括:
    第四按摩部,所述第四按摩部安装于所述柔性主体上,并与所述主控模块电连接,所述第四按摩部设于所述柔性主体上与眼部周围对应的区域,以配置成按摩眼部周围,
    其中,所述第四按摩部相对于所述第一按摩部和所述第二按摩部由所述主控模块独立控制。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的头部按摩器,其特征在于,所述头部按摩器还包括调节部,所述调节部设于所述柔性主体的周侧,所述调节部被配置成用于调节所述柔性主体的尺寸;
    和/或,所述头部按摩器还包括限制部,所述限制部与所述柔性主体相连,并配置成与头部配合以定位所述柔性主体。
