本申请涉及家用电器技术领域,例如涉及辅助洗护舱及洗衣机。
背景技术
随着社会发展以及生活水平的日益提高,人们对衣物的洗涤和护理要求也日益提高,原先用户大多只有洗净要求,现在还会考虑洗衣机洗后的衣物是否存在褶皱、变形等问题。例如人们的贴身衣物、丝巾或者雪纺衫等,如果与其他衣物一起置于洗衣机的洗衣筒内进行清洗,在洗衣筒高速运转时很容易与其他衣物缠绕在一起,并与其他衣物发生磨擦,造成磨损,影响衣物的质量。
为解决上述问题,相关技术中存在一种洗衣网兜,用户可以将小件衣物放置于洗衣网兜中,再将洗衣网兜置于洗衣筒中进行清洗。但是,由于小件衣物在洗衣网兜中进行清洗时,由于洗衣网兜的空间较小,水流冲刷力度不足,很容易导致清洗效果不好。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种辅助洗护舱及洗衣机,可以实现贴身衣物、丝巾或者雪纺衫的机洗,提高清洗效果,避免与其他衣物之间发生磨损。
本申请一实施例提供了一种辅助洗护舱,包括:
连接罩,被配置为连接洗衣机的洗衣筒的内壁,所述连接罩内设置有容置腔,所述容置腔内能够盛装待清洗衣物,所述连接罩的外形呈梭形结构,且所述连接罩上设置有多个镂空孔;
消毒组件,设置于所述连接罩上。
本申请一实施例还提供了一种洗衣机,包括洗衣筒及上述至少一个辅助洗护舱,至少一个所述辅助洗护舱沿所述洗衣筒的周向连接于所述洗衣筒的内壁。

在本实施例的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述和简化操作,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅仅用于在描述上加以区分,并没有特殊的含义。
本实施例提供一种洗衣机,如图11所示,该洗衣机包括壳体200和洗衣筒100,洗衣筒100可转动地设置于壳体200内,洗衣筒100内能够盛装待清洗衣物并进行清洗。
为了实现对人们的贴身衣物、丝巾或者雪纺衫等衣物的机洗,并保证清洗效果,如图1所示,本实施例还提供一种辅助洗护舱,该辅助洗护舱包括连接罩1和消毒组件3(参考图7),其中,连接罩1被配置为连接洗衣机的洗衣筒的内壁,连接罩1内设置有容置腔111,容置腔111内能够盛装待清洗衣物,连接罩1的外形呈梭形结构,且连接罩1上设置有多个镂空孔;消毒组件3设置于连接罩1上。
本实施例提供的辅助洗护舱,通过将连接罩1设置为镂空结构,一方面,可以减少该辅助洗护舱的重量,避免洗衣筒由于需要承受该辅助洗护舱给的较大的作用力导致损坏;另一方面,镂空结构的连接罩1可以起到起泡器的作用,在洗涤过程中生成丰富的泡沫,以提高清洗效果;通过将连接罩1设置为梭形结构,配合梭形结构上设置的镂空孔,在清洗的过程中可以增加水流的冲刷力,提升对衣物的清洗效果;通过设置消毒组件3,可以对容置腔111内的衣物进行消毒、杀菌,使洗涤更加干净、卫生。
需要说明的是,本实施例对消毒组件3的具体结构不作限定,相关技术中能够实现对衣物进行消毒的例如臭氧发生器、电解装置等消毒组件3均在本实施例的保护范围之内。
在一实施例中,如果将女士文胸直接置于连接罩1的容置腔111内进行洗涤时,文胸会团在容置腔111内,在清洗过程中很容易发生变形。为了解决这一问题,如图1-图3所示,本实施例提供的辅助洗护舱还包括仿形件2,仿形件2可拆 卸地设置于容置腔111内,仿形件2上设置有两个间隔排布的半球形凹槽211,两个半球形凹槽211能够分别容纳待洗涤文胸的两个罩杯。当用户需要利用洗衣机清洗文胸时,可以将文胸的两个罩杯分别置于仿形件2的两个半球形凹槽211中,以使文胸与洗衣筒内的其他衣物隔开,避免其他衣物对文胸造成挤压或者文胸与其他衣物缠绕在一起导致文胸发生变形,影响用户的穿戴体验;当用户需要洗涤例如丝巾等需要呵护的小件衣物时,还可以将仿形件2从连接罩1上拆卸下来,以扩大洗涤空间,再将小件衣物直接放置于容置腔111中,提高该辅助洗护舱的通用性,还能防止需要呵护的小件衣物与洗衣筒内的其他衣物之间发生摩擦。
在一实施例中,仿形件2为镂空结构,可以使置于辅助洗护舱内的文胸与洗衣筒内的洗涤水充分接触,进一步提高清洗效果。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,仿形件2为采用塑料材质一体成型的结构,加工工艺简单,加工效率较高,塑料材质的质量较轻,可以减小仿形件2安装于洗衣筒上时导致的洗衣筒的偏心程度,提高清洗过程的稳定性。
为了进一步减少在清洗过程中对文胸的磨损,如图3所示,仿形件2包括贴合部21和中间连接部22,贴合部21上设置有上述半球形凹槽211,贴合部21采用硅胶材质制成;中间连接部22围设于贴合部21的外周。采用这种设置方式,可以减小文胸与仿形件2之间的摩擦,降低文胸在清洗过程中的磨损。
在一实施例中,中间连接部22采用塑料材质制成,质地较轻,制造成本较低。其中,贴合部21和中间连接部22采用注塑工艺一体成型,加工工艺简单,方便制造。在加工时,可以将硅胶材质制成的贴合部21放入注塑模具中,再向注塑模具中注入注塑料,以使贴合部21和中间连接部22一体成型为仿形件2。
在一实施例中,如图4-图6并参考图1所示,连接罩1包括底壳11和盖体12,容置腔111设置于底壳11上;盖体12盖设于容置腔111的开口端。具体而言,盖体12的第一端转动连接于底壳11上,盖体12的第二端能与底壳11相锁合。用户可以通过打开盖体12实现文胸的取放,方便快捷;底壳11能够与盖体12相锁合,可以避免在清洗过程中,盖体12与底壳11相分离使文胸掉落到洗衣筒内导致文胸清洗后发生变形。
在本实施例中,在底壳11上设置有转动轴,在盖体12上设置有安装孔,转动轴的两端分别转动连接于盖体12的安装孔内,从而实现盖体12与底壳11之间的转动连接。当然,在其他实施例中,还可以将安装孔设置于底壳11上,将转 动轴设置于盖体12上,同样能够实现上述效果。
在一实施例中,连接罩1还包括锁合组件13,盖体12与底壳11通过锁合组件13相锁合,锁合组件13包括第一锁扣131、第二锁扣132和锁合件133,第一锁扣131设置于底壳11的外壁上;第二锁扣132设置于盖体12的外壁上;锁合件133上设置有插接槽1331,第一锁扣131和第二锁扣132能插接于插接槽1331内。当盖体12扣合于底壳11上后,第一锁扣131与第二锁扣132相贴合,用户再将锁合件133插在第一锁扣131与第二锁扣132外,实现盖体12与底壳11之间的紧密连接。
在一实施例中,第一锁扣131靠近盖体12的一侧设置有限位槽1312,第二锁扣132能够限位于第一锁扣131的限位槽1312内,防止在该辅助洗护舱随洗衣筒高速旋转时,第一锁扣131与第二锁扣132沿插接槽1331的延伸方向发生相对移动,导致第一锁扣131或者第二锁扣132从插接槽1331中脱离,进而使盖体12与底壳11相分离导致文胸从辅助洗护舱中掉落。
在一实施例中,第一锁扣131的截面形状为T形,插接槽1331的截面形状为T形。T形的第一锁扣131和T形的插接槽1331相配合,可以防止第一锁扣131与第二锁扣132沿垂直于插接槽1331的延伸方向的方向脱离锁合件133,从而保证底壳11与盖体12的稳定锁合。
在一实施例中,锁合件133上设置有弹性臂1332,第一锁扣131远离盖体12的一侧设置有锁定槽1311,弹性臂1332的自由端能够卡接于锁定槽1311内。当用户将盖体12扣合于底壳11上后,第二锁扣132容纳于第一锁扣131的限位槽1312内;用户可以将锁合件133沿插接槽1331的延伸方向插接于第一锁扣131和第二锁扣132外,当插接到位后,弹性臂1332能够卡接于锁定槽1311内,并在自身弹性作用下将第一锁扣131和第二锁扣132压紧,从而实现底壳11与盖体12更稳定的锁合。
在一实施例中,弹性臂1332朝向插接槽1331的一侧设置有导向斜面,用户在插接锁合件133时,第一锁扣131可以沿着导向斜面滑入插接槽1331中,从而使用户轻松地完成盖体12与底壳11之间的锁合。
在一实施例中,锁合件133上还设置有避让孔1333,弹性臂1332的固定端固定于避让孔1333的第一孔壁上,弹性臂1332的自由端与避让孔1333的第二孔壁之间存在间隙。其中,避让孔1333的第一孔壁和第二孔壁为沿插接槽1331的延伸方向相对的两个孔壁。采用这种设置方式,当用户需要将锁合件133从第一锁扣131和第二锁扣132上取下时,可以将手指伸入弹性臂1332与避让孔1333的第 二孔壁之间的间隙中,再将弹性臂1332的自由端朝远离插接槽1331的方向拨动,以使弹性臂1332的自由端从第一锁扣131的锁定槽1311中脱离,再顺势将锁合件133从第一锁扣131和第二锁扣132上拉出即可,方便且快捷。
在本实施例中,如图7-图10所示,容置腔111的腔壁上设置有下抵接柱112,盖体12的内壁上设置有上抵接柱121,当将仿形件2容置于容置腔111内时,下抵接柱112能够与仿形件2的下表面相抵接,上抵接柱121能够与仿形件2的上表面相抵接,从而使仿形件2稳定地置于容置腔111内,而不会随洗衣筒的高速旋转而相对连接罩1发生晃动。
在一实施例中,下抵接柱112的数量为多个,多个下抵接柱112沿容置腔111的周向间隔设置;上抵接柱121的数量为多个,多个上抵接柱121沿盖体12的周向间隔设置,以进一步保证仿形件2与连接罩1之间的相对固定。
在其他实施例中,仿形件2上设置有卡扣,容置腔111的腔壁上设置有卡槽,卡扣能够卡接于卡槽内,从而实现仿形件2与底壳11之间的可拆卸连接。在一实施例中,仿形件2上设置的卡扣的数量为多个,多个卡扣沿仿形件2的周向间隔排布,每个卡扣对应一个卡槽,以实现仿形件2与底壳11之间的稳固连接。还可以将卡扣设置于容置腔111的腔壁上,将卡槽设置于仿形件2上,同样能够实现上述效果。
在一实施例中,如图3和图8所示,容置腔111的腔壁上和仿形件2中的一个设置有定位柱113,另一个设置有与定位柱113对应的定位孔221,定位柱113能够穿设于定位孔221内。通过在底壳11和仿形件2上分别设置相配合的定位柱113和定位孔221,可以实现仿形件2与底壳11之间安装时的准确定位,提高安装效率。
在本实施例中,底壳11上相对的两个下抵接柱112上分别设置有上述定位柱113,节省容置腔111内的占用空间,布局合理,方便加工。
在一实施例中,底壳11的底部为弧形,以与洗衣筒的内壁相适配,增加底壳11与洗衣筒内壁之间的接触面积,一方面提高其与洗衣筒之间的连接稳定性;另一方面还能够减小承载有辅助洗护舱的洗衣筒的偏心量,使洗衣筒能够稳定旋转,实现清洗功能。
在本实施例中,如图4和图7所示,连接罩1的底部设置有磁性件14,以磁吸附于洗衣筒的内壁,方便该辅助洗护舱与洗衣筒之间的拆装。在一实施例中,磁性件14的形状为矩形,以增加连接罩1与洗衣筒之间的接触面积,提高该辅助 洗护舱的承载稳定性。在其他实施例中,磁性件14的形状也可以为圆形,本实施例对此不作限定。
在一实施例中,磁性件14的数量为多个,多个磁性件14间隔设置于底壳11上,以进一步提高辅助洗护舱的承载稳定性。在本实施例中,磁性件14的数量为四个,四个磁性件14均匀间隔设置于底壳11的底部周侧,在实现辅助洗护舱稳定承载的同时,尽量减少磁性件14的数量,一方面能够减轻辅助洗护舱的重量,减少洗衣筒的承重,同时提高辅助洗护舱受力的均匀性,另一方面还能够减低生产成本。
在其他实施例中,连接罩1还可以与洗衣筒的内壁相卡接,也能实现辅助洗护舱与洗衣筒之间的稳定连接。当用户需要清洗普通衣物时,可以将该辅助洗护舱从洗衣筒上拆除,以增加洗衣筒的洗涤空间,提高清洗效率。
在一实施例中,可以将该辅助洗护舱设置于洗衣筒内两个拨水叶之间,以实现辅助洗护舱的有效固定。
为了提高洗涤效率,洗衣机可以包括多个上述辅助洗护舱,多个辅助洗护舱沿洗衣筒的周向间隔排布,以同时对多个文胸进行清洗。在本实施例中,辅助洗护舱的数量为三个,在洗衣筒的承受范围内尽量增加辅助洗护舱的数量,在提高衣物清洗效率的同时,防止洗衣筒发生损坏,从而延长该洗衣机的使用寿命。在一实施例中,三个辅助洗护舱沿洗衣筒的周向均匀间隔排布,以使洗衣筒沿自身周向所受到的作用力尽量均匀,防止洗衣筒发生损坏。
本申请提供的洗衣机,通过应用上述辅助洗护舱,可以实现贴身衣物、丝巾或者雪纺衫的机洗,提高清洗效果,避免与其他衣物之间发生磨损。
在一实施例中,如图8和图9所示,消毒组件3的数量和种类可以为多个,多个消毒组件3选择性地可拆卸连接于底壳11上,用户可以根据需要清洗的文胸或者其他小件衣物的洗涤需求对消毒组件3进行更换,以实现杀菌、亮色等功能。示例性地,消毒组件3可以单个连接于连接罩1上,也可以多个消毒组件3全部连接于连接罩1上。
在一实施例中,可以将消毒组件3设置于底壳11的外部,以避免容置腔111内的小件衣物与消毒组件3的外壳之间发生摩擦,导致小件衣物在清洗过程中发生磨损,影响小件衣物的质量。
由于在利用该辅助洗护舱清洗文胸时,文胸置于仿形件2内,不会与容置腔111的腔底部相接触,因此也可以将消毒组件3设置于容置腔111的内部,同样能 够实现上述效果。
在一实施例中,当洗衣筒的内壁上承载有辅助洗护舱时,其不仅会承受较大的作用力,还会导致洗衣筒存在较严重的偏心现象,如果洗衣筒在这种情况下进行高速旋转,很容易发生损坏。因此,本实施例提供的洗衣机具有至少两种洗涤模式,即普通洗涤模式和珍护洗涤模式。当用户将辅助洗护舱放入洗衣筒内时,可以选择珍护洗涤模式,此时洗衣筒的转速、洗衣筒中的水位以及洗涤时间会与洗衣筒上承受的作用力以及偏心程度进行调整,以避免洗衣机损坏,从而延长洗衣机的使用寿命;当用户清洗普通衣物,不在洗衣筒中放入辅助洗护舱时,可以选择普通洗涤模式,以使洗衣筒能够高速旋转,从而提高洗涤效率和洗涤效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 辅助洗护舱,包括:
    连接罩(1),被配置为连接洗衣机的洗衣筒的内壁,所述连接罩(1)内设置有容置腔(111),所述容置腔(111)内能够盛装待清洗衣物,所述连接罩(1)的外形呈梭形结构,且所述连接罩(1)上设置有多个镂空孔;及
    消毒组件(3),设置于所述连接罩(1)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的辅助洗护舱,其中,所述消毒组件(3)的数量为多个,所述连接罩(1)可拆卸连接有至少一个所述消毒组件(3)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的辅助洗护舱,其中,所述连接罩(1)包括:
    底壳(11),所述容置腔(111)设置于所述底壳(11)上;
    盖体(12),所述盖体(12)的第一端转动连接于所述底壳(11)上;
    锁合组件(13),所述盖体(12)的第二端通过所述锁合组件(13)与所述底壳(11)相锁合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的辅助洗护舱,其中,所述锁合组件(13)包括:
    第一锁扣(131),设置于所述底壳(11)的外壁上;
    第二锁扣(132),设置于所述盖体(12)的外壁上;及
    锁合件(133),所述锁合件(133)上设置有插接槽(1331),所述第一锁扣(131)和所述第二锁扣(132)分别能插接于所述插接槽(1331)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的辅助洗护舱,其中,所述第一锁扣(131)靠近所述盖体(12)的一侧设置有限位槽(1312),所述第二锁扣(132)能够限位于所述限位槽(1312)内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的辅助洗护舱,其中,所述锁合件(133)上设置有弹性臂(1332),所述第一锁扣(131)远离所述盖体(12)的一侧设置有锁定槽(1311),所述弹性臂(1332)的自由端能够卡接于所述锁定槽(1311)内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的辅助洗护舱,其中,所述连接罩(1)的底部为弧形结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的辅助洗护舱,还包括仿形件(2),所述仿形件(2)能容置于所述容置腔(111)内,所述仿形件(2)上设置有两个间隔排布的半球形凹槽(211),两个所述半球形凹槽(211)设置为分别容纳待洗涤文胸的两个罩杯。
  9. 洗衣机,包括洗衣筒(100)和至少一个如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的辅助洗护舱,至少一个所述辅助洗护舱沿所述洗衣筒(100)的周向连接于所述 洗衣筒(100)的内壁。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其中,所述辅助洗护舱卡接于所述洗衣筒(100);或者所述辅助洗护舱磁吸附于所述洗衣筒(100)。
