护理病床 技术领域
    本申请涉及医疗护理设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种护理病床。
背景技术
    护理病床主要应用于医疗领域,对于行动不便的患者,可以在病床上平躺,也可以将病床切换为轮椅模式,从而方便患者移动位置。例如申请号为201310427798.3的中国专利公开了一种护理轮椅床,包括床板和床架,床板由床架支撑,床板由头背板、座板、腿板和脚板四段床板块铰接组成。座板中间有排便孔,排便孔左右边侧的床板铰接托臀盖板。
    针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为存在以下缺陷:
    常见的护理轮椅床无论是平躺模式还是轮椅模式,座板的两侧无任何隔挡部件,患者容易从病床的两侧掉落下来,安全性不足;且针对行动不便的患者,需要长期躺在或者坐在护理病床上,患者的背部长时间与头背板接触,很容易出汗或者产生酸痛感,舒适性不足。
发明内容
    本申请提供一种护理病床,以改善以下技术问题:常见的护理轮椅床安全性不足和舒适性不足。
    本申请提供一种护理病床,采用如下的技术方案:
    一种护理病床,包括移动式底座,所述移动式底座的两侧设置有支撑侧板,两块所述支撑侧板的顶部之间设置有座板,所述座板的两端分别铰接有头背板和腿板,所述腿板远离所述座板的一端铰接有脚板,所述头背板的一侧和一所述支撑侧板的外侧之间、所述头背板的另一侧和另一所述支撑侧板的外侧之间均铰接有扶手。
    在本申请的一种可实现的技术方案中,所述座板和所述头背板之间设置有用于调节两者间角度的第一驱动件,所述座板和所述腿板之间设置有用于调节两者间角度的第二驱动件,所述第一驱动件和所述第二驱动件位于所述座板和所述移动式底座之间。
    在本申请的一种可实现的技术方案中,所述扶手的一端设置有与所述头背板侧部相连接的铰接耳,所述扶手的一端和所述支撑侧板的外侧之间铰接有L形连杆。
    在本申请的一种可实现的技术方案中,所述扶手为板状结构,所述扶手临近所述L形连杆的一端垂直设置有安装板。

    本申请实施例的护理病床的有益技术效果大致如下:
    由于扶手7的端部分别与头背板4、支撑侧板2铰接设计,所以扶手7不会影响调节头背板4和座板3之间的角度,而且扶手7对患者具有良好的隔挡限位作用,有效防止患者从病床的两侧掉落下来,安全性更高,同时扶手7还可以供患者搁置手臂,更加舒适;

    扶手7的一端设置有与头背板4侧部相连接的铰接耳71,扶手7的一端和支撑侧板2的外侧之间铰接有L形连杆72,上述设计的扶手7,可以使铰接安装更加稳定牢固,尤其是L形连杆72的设计,当移动式护理病床在轮椅模式下,扶手7可以相对保持水平状态,患者可以用来平放手臂,舒适性更高。
    扶手7为板状结构,扶手7临近L形连杆72的一端垂直设置有安装板10,安装板10的底部和扶手7之间通过螺钉可拆卸装配。
    安装板10可以用来安装交互屏幕或者操控面板之类的功能模块,而且上述设计的安装板10可以提供较佳的展示角度,方便患者于平躺或者坐立状态下查看信息。
    移动式底座1包括底板11和多个滚轮12,滚轮12转动安装于底板11的外侧,滚轮12的直径大于底板11相对于行驶地面之间的高度。上述设计的移动式底座1,结构更加稳固,而且底板11还可以提供较大的安装位置,以便在底板11上安装其他功能模块的部件。
    滚轮12为麦克纳姆轮,麦克纳姆轮相比于普通胶轮来说,更灵活方便并支持全方向移动。
    头背板4远离座板3的端部设置有头枕部41,头枕部41可以与头背板4一体成型,也可以可拆卸装配,头枕部41可以使患者乘坐或者平躺时,更加舒适。
    头背板4上设置有通风孔42,通风孔42为圆形,通风孔42不仅可以减轻重量、减少耗材,而且还方便从头背板4的背面对患者颈部进行按摩或者其他治疗处理。
    座板3上设置臀部孔31,臀部孔31不仅可以减轻重量、减少耗材,而且还方便从座板3的背面对患者臀部进行按摩或者其他治疗处理,尤其是针对部分严重患者,方便承接或导出大、小便。
    腿板5上间隔设置有两个条形孔51,条形孔51的长度方向为座板3朝向脚板6的方向,条形孔51不仅可以减轻重量、减少耗材,而且还方便从腿板5的背面对患者腿部进行按摩或者其他治疗处理。
    臀部孔31和条形孔51均为腰圆形孔,而且臀部孔31和条形孔51相互垂直。
    而且座板3和头背板4之间设置有用于调节两者间角度的第一驱动件8,座板3和腿板5之间设置有用于调节两者间角度的第二驱动件9,第一驱动件8和第二驱动件9位于座板3和移动式底座1之间。
    第一驱动件8和第二驱动件9可以为市面上常见的气缸、电动推杆等,而且第一驱动件8和第二驱动件9的两端均为铰接安装方式。
    通过采用上述技术方案,第一驱动件8和第二驱动件9为半隐藏式设计,不会影响患者平躺或者坐立,第一驱动件8可以驱使头背板4相对于座板3转动一定的角度,第二驱动件9可以驱使腿板5相对于座板3转动一定的角度,操控更加方便。
    通风散热装置100安装于头背板4的背面,且通风散热装置100与通风孔42对应布置,通风孔42的设计,有利于通风散热装置100朝向患者背部吹风,散热效果更好。
    通风散热装置100为方形直流散热风扇,头背板4的背面设置有第一嵌槽43,方形直流散热风扇可拆卸安装于第一嵌槽43内,第一嵌槽43为通风散热装置100提供了安装位置,而且通风散热装置100具有一定的隐藏效果。
    头背板4的背面设置有两个第二嵌槽44,震动按摩装置200设置有两组,且两组震动按摩装置200分别可拆卸安装于第二嵌槽44内,第二嵌槽44为震动按摩装置200提供了安装位置,而且震动按摩装置200具有一定的隐藏效果。
    通风孔42位于头背板4的中心位置处,两个第二嵌槽44分别位于通风孔42的两侧,且第二嵌槽44位于通风孔42远离座板3的一侧,两个第二嵌槽44和一个第一嵌槽43均为矩形状且形成T形状。
    通风散热装置100和通风孔42可以刚好对应于患者背部中间位置,且位于第二嵌槽44内的两个震动按摩装置200,可以对应于患者的两个肩部,对患者肩部的按摩效果更好。
    震动按摩装置200为微型震动电机,微型震动电机购买方便,操控简单,运行稳定,而且占用体积小,方便安装固定。

Claims (17)

  1.     一种护理病床,其特征在于,包括移动式底座,所述移动式底座的两侧设置有支撑侧板,两块所述支撑侧板的顶部之间设置有座板,所述座板的两端分别铰接有头背板和腿板,所述腿板远离所述座板的一端铰接有脚板,所述头背板的一侧和一所述支撑侧板的外侧之间、所述头背板的另一侧和另一所述支撑侧板的外侧之间均铰接有扶手。
  2.     根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述座板和所述头背板之间设置有用于调节两者间角度的第一驱动件,所述座板和所述腿板之间设置有用于调节两者间角度的第二驱动件,所述第一驱动件和所述第二驱动件位于所述座板和所述移动式底座之间。
  3.     根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述扶手的一端设置有与所述头背板侧部相连接的铰接耳,所述扶手的一端和所述支撑侧板的外侧之间铰接有L形连杆。
  4.     根据权利要求3所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述扶手为板状结构,所述扶手临近所述L形连杆的一端垂直设置有安装板。
  5.     根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述移动式底座包括底板和多个滚轮,所述滚轮转动安装于所述底板的外侧,所述滚轮的直径大于所述底板相对于行驶地面之间的高度。
  6.     根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述滚轮为麦克纳姆轮。
  7.     根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述头背板远离所述座板的端部设置有头枕部。
  8.     根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述头背板上设置有颈部孔。
  9.     根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述座板上设置臀部孔。
  10.     根据权利要求1所述的移动式护理病床,其特征在于,所述腿板上间隔设置有两个条形孔,所述条形孔的长度方向为所述座板朝向所述脚板的方向。
  11.     根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述头背板上设置有通风散热装置和震动按摩装置,所述通风散热装置用于朝向患者的背部吹风,所述震动按摩装置用于带动所述头背板的局部震动。
  12.      一种护理病床,其特征在于,包括移动式底座,所述移动式底座的两侧设置有支撑侧板,两块所述支撑侧板的顶部之间设置有座板,所述座板的两端分别铰接有头背板和腿板,所述腿板远离所述座板的一端铰接有脚板,所述头背板上设置有通风散热装置和震动按摩装置,所述通风散热装置用于朝向患者的背部吹风,所述震动按摩装置用于带动所述头背板的局部震动。
  13.     根据权利要求11或12所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述头背板上设置有通风孔,所述通风散热装置安装于所述头背板的背面,且所述通风散热装置与所述通风孔对应布置。
  14.     根据权利要求13所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述通风散热装置为方形直流散热风扇,所述头背板的背面设置有第一嵌槽,所述方形直流散热风扇可拆卸安装于所述第一嵌槽内。
  15.     根据权利要求11或12所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述头背板的背面设置有两个第二嵌槽,所述震动按摩装置设置有两组,且两组所述震动按摩装置分别可拆卸安装于所述第二嵌槽内。
  16.     根据权利要求15所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述通风孔位于所述头背板的中心位置处,两个所述第二嵌槽分别位于所述通风孔的两侧,且所述第二嵌槽位于所述通风孔远离所述座板的一侧。
  17.     根据权利要求11或12所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述震动按摩装置为微型震动电机。
