Abstract
A disposable wearing fabric. The fabric is a single piece body (1) with a fully telescopic elastic force, and the piece body (1) is made of a TPU melt-blown non-woven fabric material, wherein the fabric material is cut (2), by means of an automatic machine, into a symmetrical cloth body (50) according to a die, and positions of the symmetrical cloth body (50) that are required to be combined are then hot-pressed and combined (3) by means of an ultrasonic pressing machine, so as to form a finished product (4). A sewing technique is not used during a manufacturing process, such that the contact surface of the finished product (4) is comfortable.

一般抛弃式衣物大多为不具弹性力的纸片所制,而以抛弃式纸裤为例,为达成穿套时能束紧在臀部上的需求,该抛弃式纸裤必须另外缝制有至少一弹性绳,而使臀部的束紧部位形成皱褶,在穿着上会造成不舒服感,且因另外缝制的弹性绳的存在,而使得对环境造成负担、无法回收、不环保的后果,本发明人即是有鉴于习知抛弃式衣物仍存有缺陷,乃予以研发,经多次努力乃发展出本发明。Generally, disposable clothing is mostly made of paper sheets without elasticity.
