Description
本实用新型涉及搅拌器技术领域,尤其涉及一种两用料理装置。
为了满足人们日益追求的健康多样化的食品,现有技术中有较多针对面粉类、肉类、果汁类的食品的各种加工机器,但这些机器均只能实现单一的功能,用户需要对应地购买多种产品才可以满足使用需求。造成现有的绞肉机通常只有绞肉功能,果汁机只能用于榨果汁,功能较为单一,降低了料理装置的实用性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状,提供一种两用料理装置,该装置不仅能够实现绞肉功能,同时也可以进行榨汁,使用方便,提高了料理装置的实用性。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种两用料理装置,包括
搅拌主体,该搅拌主体上具有一装配空间,该搅拌主体上具有一控制单元;
动力单元,该动力单元装配于搅拌主体内,所述动力单元上通过一传动轴穿至装配空间;
搅拌杯,该搅拌杯安装在装配空间内,所述搅拌杯内底部设有一中空的轴管;
可替换的搅拌单元,该搅拌单元置于搅拌杯内套接在轴管上,所述传动轴穿过轴管与搅拌单元连接。
优选的,所述搅拌单元包括绞肉装置以及与绞肉装置互为替换结构的榨汁装置。
优选的,所述绞肉装置包括套接在轴管上的搅拌轴以及至少分布有2片在搅拌轴上的搅拌刀具,所述搅拌轴上设有一插轴,所述传动轴插入搅拌轴内。
优选的,所述榨汁装置包括过滤部以及连接在过滤部内的搅拌器,所述搅拌器底端连接有一与传动轴连接的套管,所述套管插入轴管内,所述搅拌器上交错分设有若干条凸棱。
优选的,所述搅拌器呈半球形结构设置,所述搅拌器的外沿还延伸有至少两个支撑片,所述支撑片抵压在过滤部的内表面。
优选的,所述过滤部底部分设有若干过滤孔。
优选的,所述动力单元包括电机、与电机连接的主动齿以及与主动齿配合连接的从动齿,所述主动齿与从动齿并列布置,所述从动齿与传动轴连接。
优选的,所述过滤部上边缘的两侧分设有方便拿取的限位把手。
优选的,所述搅拌主体上还设有与控制单元电性连接的控制按钮。

实施例1
如图1至图2所示,本实用新型提供了一种两用料理装置,包括
搅拌主体1,该搅拌主体1上具有一装配空间10,该搅拌主体1上具有一控制单元11;
动力单元2,该动力单元2装配于搅拌主体1内,所述动力单元2上通过一传动轴20穿至装配空间10;
搅拌杯3,该搅拌杯3安装在装配空间10内,所述搅拌杯3内底部设有一中空的轴管30;
可替换的搅拌单元4,该搅拌单元4置于搅拌杯3内套接在轴管30上,所述传动轴20穿过轴管30与搅拌单元4连接;
所述装配空间10可以是搅拌主体1上开设的空间,也可以是搅拌主体1从底部向外延伸有一底座,该底座与搅拌主体1形成的空间,都能很好的适配搅拌杯3和搅拌单元4的装配,所述搅拌主体1上的控制单元11用于控制动力单元2的动作启停,同时可以进行调速,实现不同的搅拌要求;所述动力单元2通过一系列的传动,能够配合传动轴20向上穿过轴管30后与搅拌单元4连接,从而带动搅拌单元4动作;
本设计通过动力单元2驱动搅拌单元4动作,不仅能够实现绞肉功能,同时也可以对橙子等水果进行榨汁,使用方便,提高了料理装置的实用性。
本实施例中,所述搅拌单元4包括绞肉装置5以及与绞肉装置5互为替换结构的榨汁装置6;所述绞肉装置5为一套,能够针对肉类进行搅碎处理,榨汁装置6为另一套,能够针对蔬果榨汁处理,从而实现可替换的两套搅拌单元4,进而在一台料理装置上同时兼备两种功能。
本实施例中,所述绞肉装置5包括套接在轴管30上的搅拌轴40以及至少分布有2片在搅拌轴40上的搅拌刀具41,所述搅拌轴40上设有一插轴400,所述传动轴20插入搅拌轴40内;所述搅拌轴40通过套接在轴管30上固定,同时传动轴20插入搅拌轴40内,方便传动轴20带动搅拌轴40动作,所述搅拌轴40的两侧壁上分设有两片弧形的搅拌刀具41,方便对肉、蔬菜等进行搅碎处理。
本实施例中的搅拌单元4为绞肉装置5使用时,首先打开搅拌盖31,搅拌轴40上端与搅拌盖31脱离,然后放入食材在搅拌杯3内,再盖上搅拌盖31,同时对应搅拌轴40插入插孔固定,从而稳定搅拌轴40,最终通过控制按钮12控制动力单元2启动搅拌,实现绞肉或打蔬菜、果泥等目的。
实施例2
如图2所示,所述搅拌杯3上连接有搅拌盖31,所述搅拌盖31内壁设有便于插轴400插入的固定单元;所述搅拌盖31用于在上述搅拌单元4使用时盖在搅拌杯3上,从而避免搅拌过程中有碎屑飞出的情况。所述搅拌盖31内壁的固定单元方便插轴400配合,从而有效避免转动过程中出现较大晃动的情况,提升了搅拌单元4结构的稳定性;该固定单元优选为插孔,通过将插轴400插入插孔,达到增强搅拌单元4稳定性的目的。
实施例3
如图3至图5所示,所述榨汁装置6包括过滤部42以及连接在过滤部42内的搅拌器43,所述搅拌器43底端连接有一与传动轴20连接的套管430,所述套管430插入轴管30内,所述搅拌器43上交错分设有若干条凸棱431;所述过滤部42能够在搅拌器43搅拌器43转动榨汁时,对果汁进行有效过滤后进入搅拌杯3内,所述搅拌器43上的凸棱431能够在搅拌器43转动时,对橙子等水果实现切削动作;
本实施例在使用时,比如对橙子进行榨汁,首先将橙子切半放在搅拌器43的表面,人手向下按橙子,然后启动动力单元2,动力单元2驱动搅拌器43转动,此时搅拌器43上的凸棱431会持续挤压切削果肉,果汁会沿搅拌器43流入过滤器,经过过滤器上的 过滤孔420过滤后,最终将果汁汇集至搅拌杯3内。
本实施例中,所述搅拌器43呈半球形结构设置,所述搅拌器43的外沿还延伸有至少两个支撑片422,所述支撑片422抵压在过滤部42的内表面;所述支撑片422分别限位在过滤部42的内表面,从而在搅拌器43转动时沿过滤部42内表面动作,起到导向作用,提升搅拌器动作的合理性。
本实施例中,所述过滤部42底部分设有若干过滤孔420;所述过滤部42底部的过滤孔420能够有效过滤搅拌器43榨汁过程中产生的残渣,避免流入搅拌杯3内,对果汁起到有效的过滤作用。
本实施例中,所述动力单元2包括电机21、与电机21连接的主动齿22以及与主动齿22配合连接的从动齿23,所述主动齿22与从动齿23并列布置,所述从动齿23与传动轴20连接;动力单元2的传动是通过电机21驱动主动齿22转动,同时从动齿23啮合同步转动,最终带动传动轴20转动,实现搅拌单元4的动作;当然也可以采用其他动力传动的方式使传动轴20转动,达到搅拌单元4动作的目的。
本实施例中,所述过滤部42上边缘的两侧分设有方便拿取的限位把手421;所述限位把手421不仅方便使用者的拿取清洗方便,而且可以增强过滤部42结构的稳定性。
本实施例中,所述搅拌主体1上还设有与控制单元11电性连接的控制按钮12;所述控制按钮12匹配控制单元11实现料理装置的绞肉和榨汁功能。

本实用新型中使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接、粘贴等常规手段,在此不再详述。

Claims (9)
- 一种两用料理装置,其特征在于:包括搅拌主体,该搅拌主体上具有一装配空间,该搅拌主体上具有一控制单元;动力单元,该动力单元装配于搅拌主体内,所述动力单元上通过一传动轴穿至装配空间;搅拌杯,该搅拌杯安装在装配空间内,所述搅拌杯内底部设有一中空的轴管;可替换的搅拌单元,该搅拌单元置于搅拌杯内套接在轴管上,所述传动轴穿过轴管与搅拌单元连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种两用料理装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌单元包括绞肉装置以及与绞肉装置互为替换结构的榨汁装置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种两用料理装置,其特征在于:所述绞肉装置包括套接在轴管上的搅拌轴以及至少分布有2片在搅拌轴上的搅拌刀具,所述搅拌轴上设有一插轴,所述传动轴插入搅拌轴内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种两用料理装置,其特征在于:所述榨汁装置包括过滤部以及连接在过滤部内的搅拌器,所述搅拌器底端连接有一与传动轴连接的套管,所述套管插入轴管内,所述搅拌器上交错分设有若干条凸棱。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种两用料理装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌器呈半球形结构设置,所述搅拌器的外沿还延伸有至少两个支撑片,所述支撑片抵压在过滤部的内表面。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种两用料理装置,其特征在于:所述过滤部底部分设有若干过滤孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种两用料理装置,其特征在于:所述动力单元包括电机、与电机连接的主动齿以及与主动齿配合连接的从动齿,所述主动齿与从动齿并列布置,所述从动齿与传动轴连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种两用料理装置,其特征在于:所述过滤部上边缘的两侧分设有方便拿取的限位把手。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种两用料理装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌主体上还设有与控制单元电性连接的控制按钮。
