  1.  エレベーター巻上機のブレーキ装置の内部空間に連通する開口部から、前記内部空間に設置された一対のブレーキパッドを引き抜く又は挿入する際に利用されるブレーキパッド挿抜補助具であって、
     前記一対のブレーキパッドは、前記開口部に面する正面部に、それぞれネジ穴部を備え、
     前記ブレーキパッド挿抜補助具は、
     第一平面部と第二平面部とが、長手方向に直交する断面においてL型になるように接続された本体部と、
     前記ネジ穴部のそれぞれに螺合される2本の引き抜き用長ネジと、
     前記2本の長ネジのそれぞれに螺合される2つの引き抜き用ナットと、を備え、
     前記第一平面部は、前記引き抜き用長ネジの外径よりも大径に形成された2つの貫通孔を有し、
     前記一対のブレーキパッドの引き抜き作業において、
     前記2本の引き抜き用長ネジのそれぞれは、前記2つの貫通孔のそれぞれに貫通させた状態において、一端が前記ネジ穴部のそれぞれに螺合されるように構成され、
     前記2つの引き抜き用ナットは、前記2本の引き抜き用長ネジのそれぞれの他端と前記本体部との間にそれぞれ螺合される

     前記本体部を前記開口部の外側面の側に配置し、前記2本の引き抜き用長ネジのそれぞれを、前記2つの貫通孔のそれぞれに貫通させ、一端を前記ネジ穴部のそれぞれに螺合させる第一設置工程と、
     前記2つの引き抜き用ナットを締め付ける工程と、

     前記一対の挿入用長ネジを締め付ける工程と、
     を備えるブレーキパッド挿抜方法。
