Description

一种洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于家用电器设备领域,特别涉及一种洗衣机,具体地说,涉及一种防止洗涤衣物被夹持的洗衣机。
背景技术
如图1和图2所示,现有的滚筒洗衣机一般包含有内筒300、外筒200、壳体100、减震系统、窗垫500、机门400等结构。外筒200经减震系统可振动的支撑安装于洗衣机壳体100内,内筒300同轴套设在外筒200内部,外筒200上安装电机等驱动装置,电机输出轴与内筒300相连,用于驱动内筒300绕轴旋转,以实现对内部盛放的衣物进行摔打洗涤的效果。外筒200一端封闭为外筒底、另一端设有开口构成外筒筒口,外筒筒口经窗垫500与壳体100的前板相连,以使得外筒筒口与壳体前板之间的间距既能被窗垫500封闭、又能利用窗垫500的伸缩变形实现外筒200振动时不与壳体100相干涉。还有,壳体100上安装可开闭的机门400,机门400与窗垫500相配合,使得闭合的机门400可对应封闭外筒筒口,令外筒200内形成盛水腔室。
为了便于用户观察外筒内部工作情况,一般在机门400上设置由可透视的玻璃等材质构成的观察窗,观察窗的至少部分向外筒内侧凸出,使得机门上形成了伸入窗垫中空区域的玻璃凸出部,玻璃凸出部与窗垫500之间会形成间隙。而现有的一些滚筒洗衣机为了外观设计的需求,一般将观察窗所在的圆心明显高于外筒200所在的圆心,这样就造成了观察窗玻璃与观察窗垫500之间的间隙比较大,会容易导致筒中洗涤的衣物掉落至上述间隙内。
而在衣物掉落至上述间隙后,会被上述间隙所夹持,而依然旋转的内筒300仍然会带动其他衣物提升,进而会造成衣物被磨损,甚至衣物被损坏等情况的发生。
还有,窗垫500为了实现与外筒筒口的振动连接,一般在窗垫500上会加设可产生弹性形变的褶皱,而进入观察窗玻璃与观察窗垫之间间隙内的衣物很容易被褶皱夹持,进而加剧了衣物的磨损,甚至在被夹持衣物过多时还会产生电机无法带动内筒300旋转等问题的发生。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种洗衣机,以实现防止衣物进入机门与窗垫之间间隙,进而降低衣物磨损、防止衣物被加持而产生洗衣机停转等问题发生,尤其是可以防止洗衣机 的洗涤衣物被窗垫褶皱所夹持的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种洗衣机,包括:壳体100,具有开口;外筒200,安装于壳体100内,具有与开口相对开设的外筒筒口21;内筒300,可绕轴旋转的安装于外筒200内,外筒筒口21和内筒筒口31相对开设于同一侧;窗垫500,两端分别与外筒筒口21、壳体100的开口相连,形成供衣物取放通道的衣物投放口;机门400,可开闭衣物投放口的安装于壳体100上;外筒200上设有向内径向凸出的、至少部分处于外筒筒口21内侧的遮挡部7,遮挡部7对窗垫500与机门400之间的间隙、和/或内筒筒口31与外筒筒口21之间的间隙进行遮挡。
进一步,机门400上设有伸入衣物投放口内的玻璃凸出部41,遮挡部7自外筒筒口21向内侧径向凸出,遮挡部7对玻璃凸出部41的外周壁与窗垫500内周壁之间的间隙进行遮挡;优选的,遮挡部7的凸出端与玻璃凸出部41的外周壁接触、或靠近设置,令遮挡部7在不因外筒晃动而对玻璃凸出部41造成干涉的前提下尽量减小遮挡部7与玻璃凸出部41之间的间隙,以使得遮挡部7可最大范围的对应遮挡窗垫500与玻璃凸出部41之间的间隙。
进一步,遮挡部7上设有至少一个向外筒200内部一侧凸出的凸起71;优选的,外筒200内设有内筒300,凸起71的至少部分自内筒筒口31伸入内筒300内,且凸起71与内筒300的内壁之间相隔间距,用于对内筒筒口31和外筒筒口21之间的间隙进行遮挡、并令凸起不会对内筒旋转过程造成干涉。
进一步,凸起71的凸出端与门体400的玻璃凸出部41的端面处于同一竖直面中;优选的,凸起71的凸出端、门体的玻璃凸出部41的端面和内筒300的筒口法兰均处于同一竖直面内。
进一步,遮挡部7的中部设有向外筒内部一侧凸出的折叠弯曲部,所述折叠弯曲部构成凸起71。
进一步,窗垫200的两端分别具有不同径向尺寸,较大径向尺寸的第一端3与外筒筒口21、较小径向尺寸的第二端4与壳体100上设置的开口分别相连;遮挡部7自内筒筒口21向内部径向凸出延伸,对窗垫500的第一端3和第二端4之间径向尺寸差值构成的、窗垫500与门体400的玻璃凸出部41之间的间隙进行遮挡;优选的,遮挡部7的内周径向尺寸小于等于第一端3的径向尺寸。
进一步,外筒200的轴线水平设置,遮挡部7为自外筒筒口21内壁径向向内凸出延伸的板状结构;遮挡部7沿外筒筒口的周向方向连续或间断的延伸;遮挡部7至少覆盖外筒筒口21的最低处;优选的,外筒筒口21处设有至少一道遮挡部7。
进一步,遮挡部7为自外筒筒口21内周侧向中心径向凸出的、覆盖 外筒筒口21下半部分的半圆弧形板;优选的,半圆弧形板的径向凸出高度自中心向两端逐渐收窄。
进一步,外筒200的前端由筒口法兰构成,筒口法兰的中部具有向前侧凸出延伸的一圈折边10,所述折边10内周壁围成外筒筒口21;窗垫500的第一端3对应套设在折边10的外周;折边10的端部设有向外筒筒口21内部凸出延伸的延伸筋,所述延伸筋构成遮挡部7。
进一步,遮挡部7朝向筒内部的一侧设有凸出的、沿筒口径向延伸的、间隔排布的多条支撑筋9,支撑筋9的端部与折边10的内周侧壁相连、或靠近设置。

采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
通过在外筒筒口处设置径向向内凸出的遮挡部,以利用遮挡部对机门与窗垫之间的间隙进行遮挡,利用遮挡部阻止洗衣机筒内衣物进入机门与窗垫之间间隙,尤其是可以防止衣物进入窗垫的褶皱内,进而实现了洗衣机运行过程中衣物防夹持的效果。同时,将遮挡部集成设置于外筒筒口,遮挡部延伸端可以利用自身可以产生弹性变形的材质特性,对具有向机门和窗垫之间间隙移动的衣物施加回弹力,进而实现遮挡部驱动衣物向筒内移动的效果。
还有,通过在外筒筒口处设置径向凸出的遮挡部,以利用遮挡部对 外筒筒口和内筒筒口之间的间隙进行遮挡,避免内筒内的衣物进入上述间隙,进而有效防止了洗衣机运行过程中衣物被夹持而产生磨损、甚至影响内筒停转等问题的发生。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,还提供了一种洗衣机,以实现防止衣物自内外筒筒口之间间隙进入外筒中,避免衣物被夹持、甚至导致洗衣机内筒停转等问题发生,进而达到洗衣机洗涤衣物过程中防止衣物被夹持的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:

采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
通过在外筒筒口处设置径向凸出的遮挡部,以利用遮挡部对外筒筒口和内筒筒口之间的间隙进行遮挡,避免内筒内的衣物进入上述间隙,进而有效防止了洗衣机运行过程中衣物被夹持而产生磨损、甚至影响内筒停转等问题的发生。

如图3至图10所示,一种洗衣机,包括:壳体100,具有开口;外筒200,安装于壳体100内,具有与开口相对开设的外筒筒口21;窗垫500,两端分别与外筒筒口21、壳体100的开口相连,形成供衣物取放通道的衣物投放口;机门400,可开闭衣物投放口的安装于壳体100上;外筒200上设有向内径向凸出的、至少部分处于外筒筒口21内侧的遮挡部7,遮挡部7对窗垫500与机门400之间的间隙进行遮挡。
通过在外筒筒口处设置径向向内凸出的遮挡部,以利用遮挡部对机门与窗垫之间的间隙进行遮挡,利用遮挡部阻止洗衣机筒内衣物进入机门与窗垫之间间隙,尤其是可以防止衣物进入窗垫的褶皱内,进而实现了洗衣机运行过程中衣物防夹持的效果。同时,将遮挡部集成设置于外筒筒口,遮挡部延伸端可以利用自身可以产生弹性变形的材质特性,对具有向机门和窗垫之间间隙移动的衣物施加回弹力,进而实现遮挡部驱动衣物向筒内移动的效果。
本发明实施例中,机门400上设有伸入衣物投放口内的玻璃凸出部41,遮挡部7自外筒筒口21向内侧径向凸出,遮挡部7对玻璃凸出部 41的外周壁与窗垫500内周壁之间的间隙进行遮挡;优选的,遮挡部7的凸出端与玻璃凸出部41的外周壁接触、或靠近设置,以使得遮挡部可以对洗衣机机门的凸出部与窗垫之间的绝大部分间隙进行遮挡,进而有效阻碍筒内衣物进入上述间隙。优选的,遮挡部7的凸出端与玻璃凸出部41的外周壁靠近设置,令遮挡部7在不因外筒晃动而对玻璃凸出部41造成干涉的前提下尽量减小遮挡部7与玻璃凸出部41之间的间隙,以使得遮挡部7可最大范围的对应遮挡窗垫500与玻璃凸出部41之间的间隙。即上述的靠近设置为,为了保证洗衣机运行过程中外筒晃动时遮挡部7与玻璃凸出部41之间不会产生相对碰撞等干涉情况的发生,需要在遮挡部7与玻璃凸出部41之间预留一定间隙,所述间隙为外筒晃动对应的筒口最大位移量,而遮挡部7的凸出端与玻璃凸出部41的外周壁靠近设置时对应的间距为上述的外筒晃动对应的筒口最大位移量。
本发明实施例中,外筒200内设有内筒300,凸起71的至少部分自内筒筒口31伸入内筒300内,且凸起71与内筒300的内壁之间相距间距,用于对内筒筒口31和外筒筒口21之间的间隙进行遮挡、并利用间距保持内筒旋转过程中不与凸起相接触避免旋转内筒受干涉影响。
本发明实施例中,遮挡部7上设有至少一个向外筒200内部一侧凸出的凸起71,以利用凸起改变遮挡部朝向筒内一侧的外轮廓,使得衣物被凸起可以改变移动方式,进而使得凸起可以推动衣物回移至筒内。
本发明实施例中,凸起71的凸出端与门体400的玻璃凸出部41的端面处于同一竖直面中;优选的,凸起71的凸出端、门体的玻璃凸出部41的端面和内筒300的筒口法兰均处于同一竖直面内,以使得凸起全部位于门体与窗垫之间的间隙内,有效对上述二者之间的间隙进行遮挡;同时,利用与内筒筒口法兰端面相平齐的凸起的凸出端,使得外筒筒口的凸出部并未伸入内筒内部、避免凸出部与内筒内部提升移动的衣物产生干涉,进而提升洗衣机的衣物洗涤效果。
本发明实施例中,遮挡部7的中部设有向外筒内部一侧凸出的折叠弯曲部,所述折叠弯曲部构成凸起71。本发明实施例中,凸起71由板材结构的遮挡部7自身一部分弯折构成,使得凸起71为内部中空的折叠结构,令衣物挤压凸起时,可以驱动凸起利用自身折叠结构产生变形,利用变形复位力驱使衣物向筒内回移。
本发明实施例中,窗垫200的两端分别具有不同径向尺寸,较大径向尺寸的第一端3与外筒筒口21、较小径向尺寸的第二端4与壳体100上设置的开口分别相连;遮挡部7自内筒筒口21向内部径向凸出延伸,对窗垫500的第一端3和第二端4之间径向尺寸差值构成的、窗垫500与门体400的玻璃凸出部41之间的间隙进行遮挡;优选的,遮挡部7的内周径向尺寸小于等于第一端3的径向尺寸,以保证遮挡部可以对窗垫和门体之间间隙的至少部分进行遮挡,进而实现了遮挡部阻碍筒内衣物 自筒口进入上述间隙的效果。
本发明实施例中,外筒200的轴线水平设置,遮挡部7为自外筒筒口21内壁径向向内凸出延伸的板状结构;遮挡部7沿外筒筒口的周向方向连续或间断的延伸;遮挡部7至少覆盖外筒筒口21的最低处;优选的,外筒筒口21处设有至少一道遮挡部7。通过将遮挡部至少设置于窗垫的最低处,以对窗垫最低处、最容易衣物下落口进入间隙的位置进行遮挡,进而提高了遮挡部对阻碍衣物进入窗垫与门体之间间隙的使用效果。
本发明实施例中,遮挡部7为自外筒筒口21内周侧向中心径向凸出的、覆盖外筒筒口21下半部分的半圆弧形板;优选的,半圆弧形板的径向凸出高度自中心向两端逐渐收窄。通过将遮挡部设置为半圆弧形,以使得遮挡部可以对筒口下半部分进行遮挡,有效放置了衣物下落过程中进入门体与窗垫之间间隙情况的发生;同时,由于衣物在筒内上半部分时不会向前移动,且衣物受重力作用在上半部分时稳定性较差,令衣物被门体与窗垫上半部分间隙夹持的几率极低,而在上班部分不设遮挡部,可以有效降低外筒生产成本、且能利用遮挡部对外筒快速进行组装定位。当然,本发明实施例中,还可以将遮挡部7设置为一圈环形结构,可以减少外筒桶口的不规则形状,还能简化外筒加工工艺、降低外筒对衣物磨损。
本发明实施例中,外筒200的前端由筒口法兰构成,筒口法兰的中部具有向前侧凸出延伸的一圈折边10,所述折边10内周壁围成外筒筒口21;窗垫500的第一端3对应套设在折边10的外周;折边10的端部设有向外筒筒口21内部凸出延伸的延伸筋,所述延伸筋为圆弧状或圆弧状、其构成遮挡部7。延伸筋的径向方位的中部区域设有周向延伸的凸起71,凸起71由延伸筋自身向筒内方向折叠弯曲的褶皱构成,凸起71外周侧部分的延伸筋呈自外周向内周逐渐向筒内倾斜延伸的斜面,以增大延伸筋的弹性复位力,进而对衣物回推向筒内方向移动的回推力增大。进一步优选的,在凸起71外周侧部分的延伸筋呈自外周向内周先逐渐向筒外倾斜延伸、后向筒内倾斜延伸的回折斜面,以进一步提升遮挡部自身的结构强度,有效时增大其向筒内方向一侧的弹性复位力。
本发明实施例中,遮挡部7朝向筒内部的一侧设有凸出的、沿筒口径向延伸的、间隔排布的多条支撑筋9,支撑筋9的端部与折边10的内周侧壁相连、或靠近设置。支撑筋9的端部与折边10相连,使得相连处可以直接对折边提供支撑作用力;而在支撑筋9的端部与折边靠近设置时,靠近设置的间隔距离尽量小,一般应小于遮挡部7的最大变形量,以使得遮挡部7受外力作用而振动变形时,支撑筋8的端部与折边相接触,实现了支撑筋8对遮挡部7提供足够的支撑作用力,用于防止遮挡部7变形过大而无法复位等情况的发生。
优选的,所述的支撑筋9设置于凸起71外周侧,支撑筋9的凸出高 度低于凸起71的凸出高度、并低于构成外筒筒口21的折边10的延伸高度,以保证支撑筋并不向筒内凸出、与旋转的内筒相干涉等问题的发生;进一步优选的,所述的支撑筋9设于凸起71外周侧的、延伸筋的向筒外一侧倾斜延伸部分的内壁上,支撑筋9沿环形窗垫的径向延伸,且支撑筋的延伸端的宽度远小于与延伸筋相连处的宽度。

如图7至图10所示,本发明实施例中介绍了一种洗衣机,包括:壳体100,具有开口;外筒200,安装于壳体100内,具有与开口相对开设的外筒筒口21;窗垫500,两端分别与外筒筒口21、壳体100的开口相连,形成供衣物取放通道的衣物投放口;内筒300,可绕轴旋转的安装于外筒200内,外筒筒口21和内筒筒口31相对开设于同一侧;机门400,可开闭衣物投放口的安装于壳体100上;外筒200上设有向筒内凸出的遮挡部7,遮挡部7对内筒筒口31与外筒筒口21之间的间隙进行遮挡。

如图7至图10所示,本发明实施例中,遮挡部7的端部的径向尺寸小于内筒筒口31的径向尺寸,以使得遮挡部至少部分可以位于内筒筒口内周侧,利用遮挡部对内外筒之间间隙进行有效遮挡。
如图7至图10所示,本发明实施例中,遮挡部7的至少靠近延伸端部分为向筒内倾斜的斜面,以使得遮挡部7的至少部分可以伸至外筒筒口21和内筒筒口31之间的间隙区域,以保证遮挡部对内外筒之间间隙的有效遮挡。
本发明实施例中,遮挡部7的端部设有向内筒300内部一侧凸出的凸部81,凸部81对遮挡部7与内筒筒口31之间的轴向间隙进行遮挡;优选的,凸部81至少部分伸入内筒筒口31内,以提升遮挡部对内外筒之间间隙的遮挡程度。
如图7至图10所示,本发明实施例中,凸部81朝向内筒筒口31的外周壁由圆弧曲面82构成;优选的,内筒筒口31的外端面为与凸部81外周壁的圆弧曲面82同心不等径的圆弧面,以利用上述曲面对衣物进行引导,可以进一步避免内外筒之间间隙对衣物夹持、尤其是可以避免对 夹持的衣物造成损坏等现象的发生。优选的,凸部81为沿延伸方向逐渐收窄径向尺寸的锥形凸,凸部81的靠近窗垫本体1内部的内周侧为平滑的圆弧面,凸部81的远离窗垫本体1内部的外周侧为上述逐渐增大曲率弯曲的弧面,以使得凸部81在窗垫本体1的径向方向的尺寸逐渐收窄的设置,进而实现尽量降低凸部81对内筒300旋转的干涉作用。
本发明实施例中,遮挡部7自外筒筒口21内周侧向中心径向凸出,遮挡部7沿外筒筒口21周向连续或非连续的延伸,遮挡部7至少覆盖外筒筒口21的最低处。优选的,遮挡部7为沿外筒筒口21周向延伸的一圈环形,环形的内周径向尺寸小于内筒筒口31的内周径向尺寸,以保证遮挡部沿外筒筒口延伸一圈,使得遮挡部可以对各个方位的衣物均能进行遮挡,有效杜绝衣物进入内外筒筒口之间间隙等情况的发生。
如图7至图10所示,本发明实施例中,外筒200的前端由筒口法兰构成,筒口法兰的中部具有向前侧凸出延伸的一圈筒形折边10,所述折边10的内周侧围成外筒筒口21;折边21的外周对应套设有窗垫500的第一端3;折边21的端部设有向筒口内部凸出延伸的一圈环形延伸筋,所述延伸筋构成遮挡部7。
本发明实施例中,遮挡部7朝向筒内部的一侧设有凸出的、沿筒口径向延伸的、间隔排布的多条支撑筋9,支撑筋9的端部与折边21的内侧壁相连、或靠近设置。
本发明实施例中,遮挡部7的至少部分径向向内凸出于窗垫500的第一端3,窗垫500的第二端4与壳体100相连,以形成供衣物向筒内取放的衣物处理口;壳体100上安装有机门400,机门对应开闭衣物投放口;机门上设有伸入衣物投放口内的玻璃凸出部41,遮挡部7对窗垫500内壁与玻璃凸出部41之间的间隙进行遮挡。
本发明实施例中,遮挡部7上可以同时集成设置凸部81和凸起71,以使得遮挡部7可以同时对筒内衣物进入内外筒筒口之间间隙和窗垫与门体之间间隙进行阻挡,有效避免了洗衣机洗涤过程中衣物被加持等问题的产生。同时,所述的凸部81可以与凸起相交错排布的两部分,也可以由遮挡部7上设置的单一部分构成,还可以同时集成设置于遮挡部7的同一部分处(并未在附图中注明)。
本发明实施例中,为了提升窗垫500的结构强度,在窗垫本体1的外周壁上设有径向延伸的、间隔排布的多道加强凸,各加强凸用于改变窗垫本体1在周向上的厚度,令窗垫本体1在圆周方向上不易被挤压变形。
如图3至图10所示,窗垫500包括环状窗垫本体1;窗垫本体1的第一端3相连处为由无锥度或较小锥度构成的第一部分,第一部分的径向尺寸自第一端向内逐渐缩小或不变;窗垫本体1的第二端4相连处为由无锥度或较小锥度构成的第二部分,第二部分的径向尺寸自第二端向 内逐渐缩小或不变;第一部分和第二部分相连部分为竖直延伸的环形,环形连接部分的内外两侧分别与第一部分和第二部分相连,环形的连接部分上设有多道褶皱2,以使得窗垫1可以利用褶皱2实现伸缩变形。
同时,窗垫本体1的第二端4所设的第二连接结构为自端部向内外周侧分别凸出的安装凸筋,外周侧的安装凸筋与洗衣机的壳体100内壁相连、外周侧的安装凸筋与门体400外周壁相贴合接触实现门体400闭合后密封;窗垫本体1的第一端3所设的第一连接结构为自端部向外周侧凸出的安装凸筋,外周侧的安装凸筋与洗衣机的外筒筒口21的外壁面相连。
本发明实施例中,在洗衣机的壳体100的开口处设有向壳体外侧、径向向外延伸弯折的弯折部,窗垫本体1的第二端4所设的外周侧的安装凸筋套设在弯折部外壁上,并在套接处绕设有至少一圈钢丝等,令窗垫本体1的第二端4与壳体100实现固定相连。优选的,为了减小壳体外侧的凸出高度,可以将壳体100的开口外围设置一圈向内凹陷的凹槽,凹槽的内周侧壁围成开口,且上述的弯折部设于凹槽的内周侧壁上,以使得窗垫本体1的第二端所设的外周侧的安装凸筋位于壳体外侧、并对应套接在弯折部的外壁上。
同时,在外筒筒口21的折边10处设有向筒外侧、径向向外延伸弯折的弯折部,窗垫本体的第一端3所设的外周侧的安装凸筋设在外筒筒口21的折边10上所设的弯折部外壁上,并在套接处绕设有至少一圈钢丝等,同样可以令窗垫本体1的第一端3与外筒筒口21实现固定相连。
还有,为了提升窗垫本体1与外筒筒口的连接可靠性,将窗垫本体1的第一端3所设的外周侧的安装凸筋与遮挡部的至少部分外壁面相贴合接触,以增大窗垫本体与外筒筒口之间的接触面积、提升窗垫的安装稳固度。
本发明实施例中,窗垫本体1的最底部还设有一排残水口11,排残水口11将窗垫本体1最外围处的褶皱2的最低处与外部相连通,使得褶皱2内的残水可以经排残水口11流入洗衣机外筒200内,实现了窗垫500内部防残水留存的目的。排残水口11设置于窗垫本体1的第一端3所设的第一连接结构与第一部分相连处、即第一部分与连接部分相构成的向外凸出的褶皱2处。

  1. 一种洗衣机,包括:
    壳体(100),具有开口;
    外筒(200),安装于壳体(100)内,具有与开口相对开设的外筒筒口(21);
    窗垫(500),两端分别与外筒筒口(21)、壳体(100)的开口相连,形成供衣物取放通道的衣物投放口;
    机门(400),可开闭衣物投放口的安装于壳体(100)上;
    其特征在于:
    外筒(200)上设有向内径向凸出的、至少部分处于外筒筒口(21)内侧的遮挡部(7),遮挡部(7)对窗垫(500)与机门(400)之间的间隙进行遮挡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:机门(400)上设有伸入衣物投放口内的玻璃凸出部(41),遮挡部(7)自外筒筒口(21)向内侧径向凸出,遮挡部(7)对玻璃凸出部(41)的外周壁与窗垫(500)内周壁之间的间隙进行遮挡。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)的凸出端与玻璃凸出部(41)的外周壁接触、或靠近设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)上设有至少一个向外筒(200)内部一侧凸出的凸起(71)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:外筒(200)内设有内筒(300),凸起(71)的至少部分自内筒筒口(31)伸入内筒(300)内,且凸起(71)与内筒(300)的内壁之间相隔间距,用于对内筒筒口(31)和外筒筒口(21)之间的间隙进行遮挡、且不会干涉内筒(300)旋转。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:凸起(71)的凸出端与门体(400)的玻璃凸出部(41)的端面处于同一竖直面中;
    优选的,凸起(71)的凸出端、玻璃凸出部(41)的端面和内筒(300)的筒口法兰均处于同一竖直面内。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)的中部设有向外筒内部一侧凸出的折叠弯曲部,所述折叠弯曲部构成凸起(71)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:
    窗垫(200)的两端分别具有不同径向尺寸,较大径向尺寸的第一端(3)与外筒筒口(21)、较小径向尺寸的第二端(4)与壳体(100)上设置的开口分别相连;
    遮挡部(7)自外筒筒口(21)向内部径向凸出延伸,对窗垫(500) 的第一端(3)和第二端(4)之间径向尺寸差值构成的、窗垫(500)与门体(400)的玻璃凸出部(41)之间的间隙进行遮挡;
    优选的,遮挡部(7)的内周径向尺寸小于等于第一端(3)的径向尺寸。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:
    外筒(200)轴线水平设置,遮挡部(7)为自外筒筒口(21)内壁径向向内凸出延伸的板状结构;遮挡部(7)沿外筒筒口的周向方向连续或间断的延伸;遮挡部(7)至少覆盖外筒筒口(21)的最低处;
    优选的,外筒筒口(21)处设有至少一道遮挡部(7)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)为自外筒筒口(21)内周侧向中心径向凸出的、覆盖外筒筒口(21)下半部分的半圆弧形板;

    外筒(200)的前端由筒口法兰构成,筒口法兰的中部具有向前侧凸出延伸的一圈折边(10),所述折边(10)内周壁围成外筒筒口(21);窗垫(500)的第一端(3)对应套设在折边(10)的外周;折边(10)的端部设有向外筒筒口(21)内部凸出延伸的延伸筋,所述延伸筋构成遮挡部(7)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:
    遮挡部(7)朝向筒内部的一侧设有凸出的、沿筒口径向延伸的、间隔排布的多条支撑筋(9),支撑筋(9)的端部与折边(10)的内周侧壁相连、或靠近设置。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)的至少部分向外筒内部凸出,用于对外筒筒口与内筒筒口之间的间隙进行遮挡。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:窗垫(500)上设有向内部凸出的凸筋,凸筋的凸出端部与遮挡部(7)靠近或接触设置,用于对遮挡部的延伸端进行支撑。
  15. 根据权利要求1至14任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)与外筒(200)一体设置。
  16. 一种洗衣机,包括:
    外筒(200),具有外筒筒口(21);
    内筒(300),可绕轴旋转的安装于外筒(200)内,具有与外筒筒口(21)相贯通的内筒筒口(31);
    其特征在于:
    外筒(200)上设有向筒内凸出的遮挡部(7),遮挡部(7)对应遮 挡内筒筒口(31)与外筒筒口(21)之间的间隙。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:
    外筒筒口(21)的径向尺寸大于内筒筒口(31),且外筒筒口(21)相对内筒筒口(31)向外凸出;外筒筒口(21)的内周壁设有向筒口内部径向凸出延伸的遮挡部(7),遮挡部(7)位于内筒筒口(31)的筒外一侧,遮挡部(7)的至少部分位于内筒筒口(31)的内周侧。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)的端部的径向尺寸小于内筒筒口(31)的径向尺寸。
  19. 根据权利要求16至18任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)自外筒筒口(21)的内周壁向筒口中心方向凸出延伸,遮挡部(7)的至少部分的延伸方向向内筒(300)内部方向倾斜。
  20. 根据权利要求16至19任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)的端部设有向内筒(300)内部一侧凸出的凸部(81),凸部(81)对遮挡部(7)与内筒筒口(31)之间的轴向间隙进行遮挡;
    优选的,凸部(81)至少部分伸入内筒筒口(31)内。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:凸部(81)朝向内筒筒口(31)的外周壁由圆弧曲面(82)构成;
    优选的,内筒筒口(31)的外端面为与凸部(81)外周壁的圆弧曲面(82)同心不等径的圆弧面。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:凸部(81)与内筒筒口(31)之间相间隔设置。
  23. 根据权利要求17所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)的端部设有多道凸部(81),各道凸部(81)沿外筒筒口(21)周向延伸、并沿外筒筒口(21)径向间隔排布。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:各凸部(81)的凸出高度依次递减,越靠近外筒筒口(21)外周方向的凸部的高度越低。
  25. 根据权利要求16至24任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)自外筒筒口(21)内周侧向中心径向凸出,遮挡部(7)沿外筒筒口(21)周向连续或非连续的延伸,遮挡部(7)至少覆盖外筒筒口(21)的最低处。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)为沿外筒筒口(21)周向延伸的一圈环形,环形的内周径向尺寸小于内筒筒口(31)的内周径向尺寸。
  27. 根据权利要求16至26任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:
    外筒(200)的前端由筒口法兰构成,筒口法兰的中部具有向前侧凸出延伸的一圈筒形折边(10),所述折边(10)的内周侧围成外筒筒口 (21);折边(21)的外周对应套设有窗垫(500)的第一端(3);折边(21)的端部设有向筒口内部凸出延伸的一圈环形延伸筋,所述延伸筋构成遮挡部(7)。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)朝向筒内部的一侧设有凸出的、沿筒口径向延伸的、间隔排布的多条支撑筋(9),支撑筋(9)的端部与折边(21)的内侧壁相连、或靠近设置。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)的至少部分径向向内凸出于窗垫(500)的第一端(3),窗垫(500)的第二端(4)与壳体(100)相连,以形成供衣物向筒内取放的衣物处理口;壳体(100)上安装有机门(400),机门对应开闭衣物投放口;机门上设有伸入衣物投放口内的玻璃凸出部(41),遮挡部(7)对窗垫(500)内壁与玻璃凸出部(41)之间的间隙进行遮挡。
  30. 根据权利要求16至29任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:遮挡部(7)与外筒(200)与一体设置;或者,遮挡部(7)与为固定安装在外筒(200)与上的独立件。
