请参见图1-图3所示,本发明的一种带伸展功能的按摩椅,包括底架1、支撑架2、第一驱动机构,支撑架2包括一体成型或连接在一起的靠背架21和座架22,特别的,靠背架21和座架22可设为可相对转动的形式,以调节靠背架21和座架22之间的夹角。所述支撑架2活动连接在底架1上,第一驱动机构设置于底架1,并连接所述支撑架2,以驱使所述 支撑架2相对所述底架22转动至倒背状态。具体,支撑架2可转动地铰接在所述底架1上,但不局限于此,在其它实施例中,所述支撑架采用滑动导向机构滑动连接在底架上,并采用直线式的第一驱动机构驱动。所述倒背状态不是固定的一个平躺的状态,可根据不同按摩椅的椅架结构和不同按摩程序需求调成不同的倒背角度为倒背状态。所述支撑架2上设置有顶腰结构和第二驱动机构,在所述支撑架2呈倒背状态且使用者躺靠在所述靠背架21和座架22上时,通过所述第二驱动机构驱使所述顶腰结构伸出,以推顶使用者的腰部和/或臀部,使使用者的背部的至少一部分与所述支撑架2分离,从而达到伸展按摩的效果。
本实施例中,所述顶腰结构上设有顶腰板3,所述顶腰板3可以推顶使用者的腰部,使得使用者的背部和臀部均与所述支撑架2分离。所述顶腰结构的一端转动连接于所述支撑架2,且转动件的转动轴线位于所述支撑架2的左右水平方向上。所述顶腰板3设置于顶腰结构的另一端,且顶腰板3与顶腰结构之间形成预设夹角,在所述支撑架2呈向前复位的状态时,所述预设夹角位于所述靠背架21和座架22的衔接处,且所述预设夹角的大小与所述靠背架21和座架22在复位状态的夹角大小适配。具体,所述预设夹角大于90°,小于140°,使所述顶腰板3与顶腰结构大致形成L字形。
本实施例中,所述顶腰结构包括乘坐板4,所述乘坐板4对应使用者的臀部设置以供使用者乘坐,所述顶腰板3设置在所述乘坐板4上且所述顶腰板3相对所述乘坐板4倾斜设置。所述乘坐板4背离所述靠背架21的一端转动连接于所述座架22,所述第二驱动机构设置于所述座架22。
本实施例中,所述第二驱动机构包括电机6、扇形齿轮7和齿轮8,扇形齿轮7转动连接于所述支撑架2,电机6设置于所述支撑架2,且其输出轴通过齿轮8与所述扇形齿轮7啮合;所述扇形齿轮7周向上的一端与所述顶腰结构(即乘坐板4)转动连接。由于所述第二驱动机构设置于所述座架22,因此,所述扇形齿轮7具体转动连接于所述座架22,并位于所述乘坐板4下方,且所述扇形齿轮7的转动轴线位于所述座架22的左右水平方向上,所述扇形齿轮7的弧形面朝向所述座架22后方,所述扇形齿轮7的周向上朝上的一端与所述乘坐板4靠近所述靠背架21的一端转动连接,且转动轴线位于座架22的左右水平方向上。
本实施例中,所述顶腰板3呈沿所述支撑架2的左右方向延伸的长条状态,且所述顶 腰板3与使用者腰部接触的部位呈圆弧面,和/或,所述顶腰板3外部设置有防护套,所述防护套可以是皮套、塑胶套或其它软质材料制成的防护套。如此,可以避免顶腰板3接触人体腰部时刮伤腰部。
本实施例中,所述靠背架21上设置有肩部按摩机构。本发明还包括小腿和/或脚部按摩机构5,所述小腿和/或脚部按摩机构5设置在所述座架22的前端,且其转动轴线位于座架22的左右水平方向上。在所述支撑架2呈倒背状态时,所述小腿和/或脚部按摩机构5呈抬升状态,并可以夹紧使用者的腿部和/或脚部。所述小腿和/或脚部按摩机构5可以采用另一套驱动机构驱动,以实现抬升,也可以采用传动机构与所述第一驱动机构联动,使得第一驱动机构驱使支撑架2向后倒背时,带动小腿和/或脚部按摩机构5同步向上抬升。
本发明的一种带伸展功能的按摩椅,当需要倒背时,在第一驱动机构的驱动下,整个支撑架2向后倒背,同时,小腿和/或脚部按摩机构5向上抬升,如图2、图3,使用户实现零重力按摩效果。在倒背状态且使用者躺靠在所述靠背架21和座架22上,当需要对使用者的躯干骨进行拉伸按摩时,只需启动电机6,带动齿轮8旋转,齿轮8与扇形齿轮7啮合,因而扇形齿轮7上滑带动乘坐板4向上转动,如图2、图3所示,使得顶腰板3向上推顶使用者的腰部,并使使用者的背部离开靠背架21,臀部离开座架22,只有使用者的肩部依然留在靠背架21上,并由肩部按摩机构进行按摩,使用者的小腿及脚部则由抬升的小腿且使用者躺靠在所述靠背架21和座架22上脚部按摩机构5提供按摩和夹紧,如图4所示。因此,本发明在倒背状态,通过所述顶腰结构和第二驱动机构的协调配合,使使使用者的躯干骨得到最大程度的伸展,从而使使用者获得更好的拉伸按摩效果。
当拉伸按摩结束后,电机6带动齿轮8翻转,使得扇形齿轮7下滑而带动整个顶腰结构向下转动,最终回复到如图1所示的状态。
实施例二
请参加图5所示,本发明的一种带伸展功能的按摩椅,其与上述实施例一的区别在于:所述第二驱动机构包括气泵和气囊9,气囊9设置于所述支撑架2,且其气嘴接通所述气泵的进出气口。
在倒背状态,当需要对使用者的躯干骨进行拉伸按摩时,只需通过气泵给气囊9充气, 充气鼓起并推动乘坐板4向上转动,如图5所示,使得顶腰板3向上推顶使用者的腰部,并使使用者的背部离开靠背架21,臀部离开座架22,从而使使用者的躯干骨得到最大程度的伸展,使使用者获得更好的拉伸按摩效果。当拉伸按摩结束后,通过气泵将气囊9中的气抽出,使气囊9逐渐泄气,从而使整个顶腰结构在自重和人体作用下向下转动,最终回复到如图1所示的状态。
实施例三
请参见图6、图7所示,本发明的一种带伸展功能的按摩椅,其与上述实施例一、实施例二的区别在于:所述顶腰结构包括推动板10,所述推动板10的一端铰接在所述靠背架21上,所述顶腰板3设置在所述推动板10的另一端,且相对所述推动板10倾斜设置,所述第二驱动机构设置于所述靠背架21。本实施例中,所述第二驱动机构可以采用如实施例一所述的电机6、齿轮8和扇形齿轮7组成的驱动机构,也可以采用如实施例二所述的气泵和气囊9组成的驱动机构。区别仅在于在本实施例中所述第二驱动机构设置于所述靠背架21。
在倒背状态,当需要对使用者的躯干骨进行拉伸按摩时,推动板10在第二驱动机构的驱动下向上转动,如图6所示,使得顶腰板3向上推顶使用者的腰部,并使使用者的背部离开靠背架21,臀部离开座架22,仅使用者的肩部和小腿部停留在按摩椅上,如图7所示,从而使使用者的躯干骨得到最大程度的伸展,使使用者获得更好的拉伸按摩效果。
本发明的一种带伸展功能的按摩椅,未涉及部分(如所述第一驱动机构、肩部按摩机构、小腿和/或脚部按摩机构5等的构造及工作原理等)均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。
上述实施例仅用来进一步说明本发明的一种带伸展功能的按摩椅,但本发明并不局限于实施例,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均落入本发明技术方案的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带伸展功能的按摩椅,包括底架、支撑架、第一驱动机构,支撑架包括一体成型或连接在一起的靠背架和座架,支撑架活动连接在底架上,第一驱动机构设置于底架,并连接所述支撑架,以驱使所述支撑架相对所述底架转动至倒背状态;其特征在于:
    所述支撑架上设置有顶腰结构和第二驱动机构,在所述支撑架呈倒背状态且使用者躺靠在所述靠背架和座架上时,通过所述第二驱动机构驱使所述顶腰结构伸出以推顶使用者的腰部和/或臀部,使使用者的背部的至少一部分与所述支撑架分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带伸展功能的按摩椅,其特征在于:所述顶腰结构上设有顶腰板,所述顶腰板可以推顶使用者的腰部,使得使用者的背部和臀部均与所述支撑架分离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带伸展功能的按摩椅,其特征在于:所述顶腰结构包括乘坐板,所述乘坐板对应使用者的臀部设置以供使用者乘坐,所述顶腰板设置在所述乘坐板上且所述顶腰板相对所述乘坐板倾斜设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带伸展功能的按摩椅,其特征在于:所述乘坐板转动连接于所述支撑架,且乘坐板的转动轴线位于所述支撑架的左右方向上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带伸展功能的按摩椅,其特征在于:所述乘坐板的一端铰接在所述座架,所述第二驱动机构设置于所述座架。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的带伸展功能的按摩椅,其特征在于:所述顶腰结构包括推动板,所述推动板的一端铰接在所述靠背架上,所述顶腰板设置在所述推动板上且相对所述推动板倾斜设置,所述第二驱动机构设置于所述靠背架。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的带伸展功能的按摩椅,其特征在于:所述第二驱动机构包括电机、扇形齿轮和齿轮,扇形齿轮转动连接于所述支撑架,电机设置于所述支撑架,且其输出轴通过齿轮与所述扇形齿轮啮合;所述扇形齿轮周向上的一端与所述顶腰结构转动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的带伸展功能的按摩椅,其特征在于:所述第二驱动机构包括气泵和气囊,气囊设置于所述支撑架,且其气嘴接通所述气泵的进出气口。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的带伸展功能的按摩椅,其特征在于:还包括小腿和/或脚部按摩机构,所述小腿和/或脚部按摩机构设置在所述座架的前端,在所述顶腰结构推顶使用者 时,所述小腿和/或脚部按摩机构可以夹紧使用者的腿部和/或脚部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的带伸展功能的按摩椅,其特征在于:所述支撑架可转动地铰接在所述底架上,或者,所述支撑架采用滑动导向机构滑动连接在所述底架上。
