Description

一种低温惰性气体等离子的皮肤治疗装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种低温惰性气体等离子的皮肤治疗装置。
背景技术
美容行业都通过物理方法,向皮肤传递能量的方式来重塑或改善肤质。常见的物理方法有:激光或强光、机械波或超声波即HIFU、射频即高频电流、微电流、微波、等离子等方法。其中,等离子能暂时性切断细胞粘附分子即CAMs,增加皮肤吸收率;保护膜电位平衡,增进老化细胞的弹力;促进水分分子的循环和热摩擦,从而促进胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的再生。等离子能快速进入皮肤层,促进胶原蛋白的生成,重建弹性蛋白纤维,有效增加皮肤弹性,并预防皮肤老化。
但是,现有等离子产生方法都以高频高压高功率电离为主,产生的等离子属于火花放电乃至弧光放电,其温度和功率都很高。作用至皮肤时,由于急剧发热,造成水分严重丢失,组织发生凝固性坏死,甚至碳化或汽化。这就限制了其适用范围和使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种低温惰性气体等离子的皮肤治疗装置,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提高皮肤治疗装置使用的安全性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:本发明提供一种低温惰性气体等离子的皮肤治疗装置,包括控制主机、压电陶瓷等离子发生器和数字电压驱动器;所述数字电压驱动器和所述压电陶瓷等离子发生器分别与所述控制主机信号连接;
惰性气体罐通过气管与喷气嘴连通,所述气管上设置有气阀,所述控制主机能够控制所述气阀的启闭;喷气嘴呈环形且套设在所述压电陶瓷等离子发生器上,所述喷气嘴上罩设有治疗头,所述治疗头中具有空腔,所述喷气嘴的喷气口与所述空腔连通,所述治疗头与皮肤接触的端面上设置 有多个与所述空腔相通的出气孔,所述压电陶瓷等离子发生器的输出电极位于所述空腔中且靠近所述端面,所述压电陶瓷等离子发生器的输出电极与所述端面之间具有间隔。
优选的,还包括与所述控制主机信号连接的显示器,所述显示器用于显示所述低温惰性气体等离子的皮肤治疗装置置的工作状态。
优选的,所述控制主机上设置有开关,所述开关用于控制所述控制主机的启闭。
优选的,所述压电陶瓷等离子发生器用于将低电压通过升压电路升至正高压及负高压,利用正高压及负高压电离空气,产生大量的正离子及负离子即等离子。
优选的,所述治疗头用于接触人体皮肤,进行治疗。
优选的,所述数字电压驱动器用于驱动所述压电陶瓷等离子发生器。
优选的,所述喷气嘴用于喷出气体,排开空气,所述喷气嘴喷出的气体经所述治疗头作用于人体皮肤上。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:
本发明的低温惰性气体等离子的皮肤治疗装置能够直接长时间作用于皮肤,促进细胞膜交换代谢过程,改善肤质;气体分子的激发高效而安全;采用治疗头及喷气相结合方式,设计人性合理,方便临床应用。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种低温惰性气体等离子的皮肤治疗装置,包括控制主机1、显示器2、开关3、压电陶瓷等离子发生器4、治疗头5和数字电压驱动器6。
其中,显示器2、数字电压驱动器6和压电陶瓷等离子发生器4分别与控制主机1信号连接;显示器2用于显示低温惰性气体等离子的皮肤治疗装置置的工作状态。控制主机1上设置有开关3,开关3用于控制控制主机1的启闭,控制主机1开启后能够自动开启数字电源驱动器6、压电陶瓷等离子发生器4和气阀8,控制主机1关闭时能够自动关闭数字电源驱动器6、压电陶瓷等离子发生器4和气阀8。
压电陶瓷等离子发生器4用于将低电压通过升压电路升至正高压及负高压,利用正高压及负高压电离空气,产生大量的正离子及负离子即等离子。
惰性气体罐7通过气管9与喷气嘴10连通,气管9上设置有气阀8,控制主机1能够控制气阀8的启闭;喷气嘴10呈环形且套设在压电陶瓷等离子发生器4上,喷气嘴10上罩设有治疗头5,治疗头5中具有空腔,喷气嘴10的喷气口与治疗头5中的空腔连通,治疗头5与皮肤接触的端面上设置有多个与上述空腔相通的出气孔,压电陶瓷等离子发生器4的输出电极位于空腔中且靠近上述与治疗头5与皮肤接触的端面,压电陶瓷等离子发生器4的输出电极与上述端面之间具有间隔。治疗头5用于接触人体皮肤,进行治疗,治疗头5为现有产品,在选用时可以根据具体需求选 择合适的治疗头,比如治疗头5的变换放电形式有火花、电晕、介质阻挡,可针对不同治疗需求进行选择更换使用,设计人性合理,方便临床应用。
数字电压驱动器6用于驱动压电陶瓷等离子发生器4,具有极高的转换效率即90%以上、极高的功率密度,气体分子的激发高效、安全。
喷气嘴10用于喷出惰性气体,排开治疗头5的空腔中的空气,同时压电陶瓷等离子发生器4将低电压通过升压电路升至正高压及负高压,使得压电陶瓷等离子发生器4的输出电极与人体皮肤之间的区域内形成电场(该电场主要存在与治疗头5的空腔内),该电场中的气体(即经喷气嘴10喷入的惰性气体)被电离产生正离子及负离子即等离子,且这些等离子随高速流动的惰性气体经治疗头5上的多个出气孔均匀作用于人体的皮肤;当等离子体与皮肤接触时,其中的正离子与负离子在空气中进行正负电荷中和,瞬间产生巨大的能量释放,并把在这个过程中生成的离子电子,快速有效地作用到皮肤细胞,促进细胞膜代谢交换,促进其它物质吸收即功能性护肤品或药品、促进有利于皮肤弹力的胶原蛋白的生成,减少皮肤皱纹,改善弹力下降,防止皮肤老化;同时经治疗头5上的多个出气孔快速流出的惰性气体直接作用于人体皮肤上,使人体会感觉清凉舒适,在减少电离时发生的热量的同时、也减轻了电离时的疼通感。
本实施例的低温惰性气体等离子的皮肤治疗装置通过等离子体对人体皮肤进行治疗有以下优点:
(1)杀菌除螨:等离子体能使物质变成电离,经过重组所产生的效应具有杀菌作用,针对过敏性皮炎,青春痘等有改善效果。它是一种特殊的电流射频技术,可以代替抗生素安全有效杀死面部各种细菌及螨虫;
(2)焕肤抗皱:等离子体状态下的物质反应将细胞极大化重组,促进细胞活化,具有改善皱纹,美白,色素沉着的效果。促进细胞再生,有利于皮肤胶原蛋白的生成,焕发肌肤活力,减少皮肤皱纹,皮肤老化等问题;
(3)美白祛痘:激发肌肤活力,促进肌肤代谢,抑制黑色素合成,淡化色素,淡化痘印;
(4)促进吸收:等离子体对水具有亲合力的作用,化妆前能极好地帮助皮肤对维他命精华和胶原蛋白等高分子物质的吸收。与护肤品一起使用时能有效成分渗透到皮肤里,使其发挥更好的效果。

    惰性气体罐通过气管与喷气嘴连通,所述气管上设置有气阀,所述控制主机能够控制所述气阀的启闭;喷气嘴呈环形且套设在所述压电陶瓷等离子发生器上,所述喷气嘴上罩设有治疗头,所述治疗头中具有空腔,所述喷气嘴的喷气口与所述空腔连通,所述治疗头与皮肤接触的端面上设置有多个与所述空腔相通的出气孔,所述压电陶瓷等离子发生器的输出电极位于所述空腔中且靠近所述端面,所述压电陶瓷等离子发生器的输出电极与所述端面之间具有间隔。
