Abstract
一种康复训练器,包括座椅(1)、固定于座椅(1)底部的安装壳(3),安装壳(3)一侧侧壁固定连接有定位块(4),定位块(4)上转动连接有转动架(5),转动架(5)下端固定连接有两个对称分布的弧形套环(6),转动架(5)内部固定连接有连接块(7),安装壳(3)内部安装有调节组件,调节组件上设置有螺母块(9),螺母块(9)与连接块(7)之间固定连接有弹簧(10)。采用调节组件、螺母块(9)、弹簧(10)和连接块(7),操作调节组件,对螺母块(9)的水平位置进行调节,从而牵引弹簧(10)的一端,使得弹簧(10)呈拉伸的状态,此时当使用者使用弧形套环(6)向上抬起脚部训练时,增加了抬起的阻力,使得强度调节,调节时相对比现有的方式较为方便,不占用体积,且避免了砸伤脚部的情形。
Description
本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是涉及一种康复训练器。
临床手术后,康复效果一直都困扰着患者和医疗师,腿部损伤是临床较常见的创伤之一,伤后致残率较高,严重影响病人的生活质量和患者原有的劳动能力,腿部术后需要进行训练恢复,通过适宜的训练来改善下肢活动直至达到能够行走或者正常行走的目的。
现有的训练器虽然能对腿部进行训练目的,但是一般是采用配重片调节训练配重,一方面调节时由于配重片体积大,装卸麻烦;其次使用配重片发生意外掉落时会砸伤腿部,造成二次损伤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种康复训练器,以解决现有技术中存在的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的一种康复训练器,包括座椅、固定于座椅底部的安装壳,所述安装壳一侧侧壁固定连接有定位块,所述定位块上转动连接有转动架,所述转动架下端固定连接有两个对称分布的弧形套环;
所述转动架内部固定连接有连接块,所述安装壳内部安装有调节组件,所述调节组件上设置有螺母块,所述螺母块与连接块之间 固定连接有弹簧。
优选的,所述调节组件包括转动插设于安装壳内壁的丝杆、固定于丝杆一端的把手以及固定于安装壳内壁之间的导向杆,所述螺母块螺纹套接于所述丝杆上,所述导向杆活动贯穿螺母块设置,所述丝杆固定连接有把手的一端贯穿安装壳侧壁,所述把手位于安装壳外部。
优选的,所述安装壳侧壁开设有开口,所述开口位置与弹簧相对应。
优选的,所述开口为长方形口。
优选的,所述安装壳侧壁固定连接有抵杆,所述抵杆一端与转动架相抵接触。
优选的,还包括支架,所述座椅固定于所述支架上,所述支架一端与安装壳固定连接。
优选的,所述支架底部固定连接有支撑底板。
优选的,所述支撑底板呈工字型,所述支撑底板由中间的第一钢条和固定于第一钢条两端的第二钢条组成。
优选的,所述支架上固定连接有两个对称设置的扶杆,两个所述扶杆分布在座椅两侧。
优选的,所述弧形套环内壁固定连接有橡胶垫。
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型中,采用调节组件、螺母块、弹簧和连接块,操作调节组件,对螺母块的水平位置进行调节,从而牵引弹簧的一端,使得弹簧呈拉伸的状态,此时当使用者使用弧形套环向上抬起脚部训练时,增加了抬起的阻力,使得强度调节,调节时相对比现有的方式较为方便,不占用体积,且避免了砸伤脚部的情形。

下面结合具体的实施方式对本实用新型做进一步的解释说明。
如图1-6所示,本实施例提供的一种康复训练器,包括座椅1、固定于座椅1底部的安装壳3,安装壳3一侧侧壁固定连接有定位块4,定位块4上转动连接有转动架5,转动架5下端固定连接有两个对称分布的弧形套环6;
转动架5内部固定连接有连接块7,安装壳3内部安装有调节组件,调节组件上设置有螺母块9,螺母块9与连接块7之间固定连接有弹簧10。
操作调节组件,对螺母块9的水平位置进行调节,从而牵引弹簧10的一端,使得弹簧10呈拉伸的状态,此时当使用者使用弧形套环6向上抬起脚部训练时,增加了抬起的阻力,使得强度调节,调节时相对比现有的方式较为方便,不占用体积,且避免了砸伤脚部的情形。
调节完成后训练时,使用者坐在座椅1上,然后将双脚伸入至两个对应的弧形套环6内,向上抬起腿部,使转动架5向上抬起,从而弹簧10被拉开,对患者的腿部进行锻炼。
在本实施例中,调节组件包括转动插设于安装壳3内壁的丝杆16、固定于丝杆16一端的把手14以及固定于安装壳3内壁之间的导向杆15,螺母块9螺纹套接于丝杆16上,导向杆15活动贯穿螺母块9设置,丝杆16固定连接有把手14的一端贯穿安装壳3侧壁,把手14位于安装壳3外部。
具体调节拉伸的强度时,转动把手14,带动丝杆16转动,丝杆16带动螺母块9远离转动架5运动,从而弹簧10拉伸,此时当患者将腿伸入弧形套环6,抬起转动架5时,阻力就会增加。
为了能够将弹簧10贯穿安装壳3,在安装壳3侧壁开设有开口8,开口8位置与弹簧10相对应。
此处的开口8为长方形口,也可以选用其他的形状,只需要开口8允许弹簧10通过即可。
为了在不使用该装置时,始终保持转动架5的竖直状态,在安装壳3侧壁固定连接有抵杆11,抵杆11一端与转动架5相抵接触,当对弹簧10进行阻力调节时,转动架5也为竖直状态。
为了对座椅1进行支撑,本实施例还包括支架12,座椅1固定于支架12上,支架12一端与安装壳3固定连接。
为了实现对支架12的支撑目的,在支架12底部固定连接有支撑底板13。
在本实施例中,支撑底板13呈工字型,支撑底板13由中间的第一钢条和固定于第一钢条两端的第二钢条组成,这样的结构使得支撑更加稳定。
为了使得手部能发力,辅助脚部抬起,在支架12上固定连接有两个对称设置的扶杆2,两个扶杆2分布在座椅1两侧,手握扶杆2进行发力,并且扶杆2也能防止使用者从座椅1两侧跌落。
为了使得腿部与弧形套环6接触时更加的舒适,不被磕伤,弧 形套环6内壁固定连接有橡胶垫。

- 一种康复训练器,其特征在于,包括座椅(1)、固定于座椅(1)底部的安装壳(3),所述安装壳(3)一侧侧壁固定连接有定位块(4),所述定位块(4)上转动连接有转动架(5),所述转动架(5)下端固定连接有两个对称分布的弧形套环(6);所述转动架(5)内部固定连接有连接块(7),所述安装壳(3)内部安装有调节组件,所述调节组件上设置有螺母块(9),所述螺母块(9)与连接块(7)之间固定连接有弹簧(10)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种康复训练器,其特征在于,所述调节组件包括转动插设于安装壳(3)内壁的丝杆(16)、固定于丝杆(16)一端的把手(14)以及固定于安装壳(3)内壁之间的导向杆(15),所述螺母块(9)螺纹套接于所述丝杆(16)上,所述导向杆(15)活动贯穿螺母块(9)设置,所述丝杆(16)固定连接有把手(14)的一端贯穿安装壳(3)侧壁,所述把手(14)位于安装壳(3)外部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种康复训练器,其特征在于,所述安装壳(3)侧壁开设有开口(8),所述开口(8)位置与弹簧(10)相对应。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种康复训练器,其特征在于,所述开口(8)为长方形口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种康复训练器,其特征在于,所述安装壳(3)侧壁固定连接有抵杆(11),所述抵杆(11)一端与转动架(5)相抵接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种康复训练器,其特征在于,还包括支架(12),所述座椅(1)固定于所述支架(12)上,所述支 架(12)一端与安装壳(3)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种康复训练器,其特征在于,所述支架(12)底部固定连接有支撑底板(13)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种康复训练器,其特征在于,所述支撑底板(13)呈工字型,所述支撑底板(13)由中间的第一钢条和固定于第一钢条两端的第二钢条组成。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种康复训练器,其特征在于,所述支架(12)上固定连接有两个对称设置的扶杆(2),两个所述扶杆(2)分布在座椅(1)两侧。
