根据本发明的第一方面实施例的轮距可调的童车车架,包括主框架、滑动架,主框架包括主支撑杆组及侧支撑杆组,主支撑杆组可滑动设置有第一滑动件,侧支撑杆组的一端可转动连接至第一滑动件,侧支撑杆组的另一端可转动连接有第二滑动件,主支撑杆组的端部可转动连接有第三滑动件,主框架设置有第一轮组,滑动架设置有第二轮组,滑动架分别与第二滑动件和第三滑动件可滑动连接,主支撑杆组、侧支撑杆组及滑动架形成三连杆机构,滑动架能够相对于主框架移动,以改变第一轮组和第二轮组之间的距离。
根据本发明实施例的轮距可调的童车车架,至少具有如下有益效果:可以根据需要对童车的轮距进行调整,满足不同的使用要求。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二滑动件和/或第三滑动件被定位在滑动架时,第一滑动件能够相对于主支撑杆组滑动并能够改变三连杆机构,以折叠或展开童车车架,以使得不调整第二滑动件或第三滑动件的前提下能够折叠或展开车架,方便使用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述第一滑动件、所述第二滑动件和所述第三滑动件三者中至少一个能够相对于所述三连杆机构滑动,使三连杆机构发生变形,以使童车车架能够收叠或展开。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第一滑动件与主支撑杆组之间设置有定位机构,以定位第一滑动件与主支撑杆组的相对位置,以实现车架展开或折叠状态时的锁定。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二滑动件与滑动架之间设置有能够定位第二滑动件与滑动架的定位机构,和/或,第三滑动件与滑动架之间设置有能够定位第三滑动件与滑动架的定位机构,以定位滑动架的位置,固定童车的轮距。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二滑动件与滑动架之间、第三滑动件与滑动架之间均设置有定位机构,以提高车架的稳定性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第一轮组设置在侧支撑杆组,配合第二轮组形成前后滚轮支撑结构,满足童车的移动功能。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第一轮组设置在主支撑杆组的前端,第二轮组设置在滑动架靠近后段的位置,此时后拉滑动架,也可满足轮距的调节功能。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第一滑动件和/或第二滑动件和/或第三滑动件为套筒,通过套装结构实现可滑动功能。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二滑动件与第三滑动件相互独立,即第二滑动件与第三滑动件可独立滑动且不干涉,可使得车架的活动更为灵活。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二滑动件与第三滑动件通过连接结构连接,使得第二滑动件与第三滑动件固定连接,有利于提高车架的稳定性,并且能够具有轮距调节功能。
在本发明的一些实施例中,主框架设置有用于安装第一座位的安装结构,以安装第一座位。
在本发明的一些实施例中,滑动架设置有用于安装第二座位的安装位,以安装第二座位。
在本发明的一些实施例中,主支撑杆组的上端可滑动设置有手推杆组,以便于使用者控制童车,并可根据不同的使用者调整手推杆组的位置,提高通用性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,主支撑杆组包括两组分别分布在童车车架两侧的主支撑杆,手推杆组呈U型结构并分别连接至两组主支撑杆,以连接两组主支撑杆,提高结构强度。
在本发明的一些实施例中,手推杆组包括横杆及两组分别可转动连接至横杆两端的连接杆,连接杆与主支撑杆可滑动连接,实现手推杆组的伸缩功能,横杆与连接杆可转动连接,可用于调整横杆的方向或收叠横杆。
在本发明的一些实施例中,侧支撑杆组包括两组相对分布在童车车架两侧的侧支撑杆,第二滑动件可转动连接至侧支撑杆的下端,侧支撑杆的上端可转动连接至第一滑动件,侧支撑杆的下端延伸设置有用于连接第一轮组的延伸段,形成双侧支撑结构,并满足轮距调节功能。

如图1至图4所示,根据本发明实施例的轮距可调的童车车架,包括主框架100、滑动架200,主框架100包括主支撑杆组110及侧支撑杆组120,主支撑杆组110可滑动设置有第一滑动件510,侧支撑杆组120的一端可转动连接至第一滑动件510,侧支撑杆组120的另一端可转动连接有第二滑动件520,主支撑杆组110的端部可转动连接有第三滑动件530,主框架100设置有第一轮组300,滑动架200设置有第二轮组400,滑动架200分别与第二滑动件520和第三滑动件530可滑动连接,主支撑杆组110、侧支撑杆组120及滑动架200形成三连杆机构,滑动架200能够相对于主框架100移动,以改变第一轮组300和第二轮组400之间的距离,即可以根据需要对童车的轮距进行调整,满足不同的使用要求。
具体的,如图1、图2所示,第一轮组300和第二轮组400之间的距离较小,此时童车车架可以缩短至较小,操控和放置都较为灵活,并可满足单座使用的要求(如图6所示);如图3、图4所示,向前推动滑动架200,使得第二轮组400前移,增大第一轮组300和第二轮组400之间的距离,由于支撑的跨度及空间增大了,故而能够安装两个座位(如图7所示),并且具有较高的稳定性;如图5所示,第一滑动件510、第二滑动件520或第三滑动件530的发生相对滑动时,均能改变三连杆机构的形状,从而达到折叠状态,并且可通过移动滑动架200减少收叠时的占用空间,以方便童车的放置。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述第一滑动件510、所述第二滑动件520和所述第三滑动件530三者中至少一个能够相对于所述三连杆机构滑动,使得三连杆机构发生变形,以使童车车架能够收叠或展开。
即,主支撑杆组110、侧支撑杆组120及滑动架200形成三连杆机构,可以利用第一滑动件510、第二滑动件520、第三滑动件530三者中的至少一个滑动结构,改变三连杆机构的形状,实现童车车架的折叠和展开。
具体的,所述第一滑动件510、所述第二滑动件520、所述第三滑动件530对于所述三连杆机构滑动,是指,第一滑动件510相对主支撑杆组110滑动,或,所述第二滑动件520相对于滑动架200滑动,或,所述第三滑动件530相对于滑动架200,从而使三连杆机构发生变形
如图5所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,第二滑动件520和/或第三滑动件530被定位在滑动架200时,第一滑动件510能够相对于主支撑杆组110滑动并能够改变三连杆机构的形状,以折叠或展开童车车架,能够在不调整第二滑动件520或第三滑动件530的前提下折叠或展开车架,方便使用,操作更为简易快捷。
具体的,在具体实施过程中,滑动架200移动至所选位置后,为保证机构稳定性,通常需要锁定第二滑动件520和/或第三滑动件530,此时可通过滑动第一滑动件510进行车架的收叠或展开,故而,在本发明中,折叠或展开时,可不需解锁第二滑动件520及第三滑动件530,进行解锁车架的折叠或展开开关即可,减少操作,方便使用。
需要说明的是,在具体实施过程中,使用者也可解锁第二滑动件520和/或第三滑动件530后再进行折叠或展开操作,也可满足使用的功能。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第一滑动件510与主支撑杆组110之间设置有定位机构,以定位第一滑动件510与主支撑杆组110的相对位置,以实现车架展开或折叠状态时的锁定。
具体的,定位机构可为插销定位机构、弹珠定位机构、螺钉顶压定位机构或凸轮顶压机构等,可在车架展开时定位第一滑动件510与主支撑杆组110的相对位置,从而保持车架的展开状态,保持车架的稳定性,或,可在车架折叠时定位第一滑动件510与主支撑杆组110的相对位置,从而保持车架的折叠状态,使得车架在折叠放置时不会意外展开。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二滑动件520与滑动架200之间设置有能够定位第二滑动件520与滑动架200的定位机构,和/或,第
三滑动件530与滑动架200之间设置有能够定位第三滑动件530与滑动架200的定位机构,以定位滑动架200的位置,固定童车的轮距。
具体的,当滑动架200滑动至设定的位置后,可以通过定位机构定位第二滑动件520与滑动架200的相对位置,和/或,第三滑动件530与滑动架200的相对位置,从而使得滑动架200相对于主框架100固定,达到固定童车的轮距的效果。
能够想到的是,在本发明的一些实施例中,也可在滑动架200与主框架100设置定位机构定位滑动架200的位置,如在主框架100上设置插销,在滑动架200上设置多个沿滑动方向分布的插销孔,也可达到固定童车的轮距的效果。
在本发明的一些实施例中,定位机构为插销机构,在第二滑动件520和/或第三滑动件530滑动设置有插销,在滑动架200上设置多个沿滑动方向分布的插销孔,插销能够插入不同的插销孔,从而达到不同的定位效果。
能够想到的是,在本发明的一些实施例中,定位机构还可为弹珠定位机构、螺钉顶压定位机构或凸轮顶压机构等,在此不作详述。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二滑动件520与滑动架200之间、第三滑动件530与滑动架200之间均设置有定位机构,以提高车架的稳定性。
能够想到的是,在本发明的一些实施例中,也可仅在第二滑动件520与滑动架200之间或第三滑动件530与滑动架200之间设置定位机构,也可满足定位滑动架200的要求。
如图1至图7所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,第一轮组300设置在侧支撑杆组120,配合第二轮组400形成前后滚轮支撑结构,满足童车的移动功能。
具体的,如图2所示,第二轮组400设置在滑动架200的前段,主支撑杆组110配合第三滑动件530连接至滑动架200靠近前段的位置,侧支撑杆组120配合第二滑动件520连接至滑动架200靠近后段的位置,形成三角支撑结构,且侧支撑杆组120继续向下延伸并设置第
一轮组300,使得第二轮组400与第一轮组300分别形成前后滚轮支撑结构。
能够想到的是,在本发明的一些实施例中,第一轮组300也可直接或间接的设置在主支撑杆组110,如,可在主支撑杆组110上延伸设置辅助支撑杆用于安装第一轮组300,也可达到支撑要求,并也能够实现前后轮距的调节。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第一轮组300设置在主支撑杆组110的前端,第二轮组400设置在滑动架200靠近后段的位置,此时后拉滑动架200,也可满足轮距的调节功能。
如图1至图7所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,第一滑动件510和/或第二滑动件520和/或第三滑动件530为套筒,通过套装结构实现可滑动功能。
具体的,第一滑动件510、第二滑动件520和第三滑动件530为套筒,滑动架200呈框型结构,且两侧为直管,第二滑动件520和第三滑动件530套装在该直管上,以用于调整滑动架200的位置,实现轮距调节,主支撑杆组110包括两组分别分布在童车车架两侧的主支撑杆111,第一滑动件510套装在主支撑杆111上,以用于展开或收叠车架。
能够想到的是,在本发明的一些实施例中,第一滑动件510、第二滑动件520及第三滑动件530还可为滑轨滑槽结构,如将第一滑动件510、第二滑动件520和第三滑动件530设置为T型或燕尾型结构,在对应的杆件上设置T型槽或燕尾槽,也可满足可滑动设置的功能。
在本发明的一些实施例中,侧支撑杆组120与第一滑动件510之间、侧支撑杆组120与第二滑动件520之间、主支撑杆组110与第三滑动件530之间通过转动关节连接。
具体的,第一滑动件510、第二滑动件520、第三滑动件530为套筒,套筒上设置有连接关节,连接关节与对应的杆件进行转动连接。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二滑动件520与第三滑动件530相互独立,即第二滑动件520与第三滑动件530可独立滑动且不干涉,可使得车架的活动更为灵活。
具体的,第二滑动件520与第三滑动件530可独立滑动且不干涉,可在车架的展开或收叠时更为灵活(接触定位机构的前提下)。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二滑动件520与第三滑动件530通过连接结构连接,使得第二滑动件520与第三滑动件530固定连接,有利于提高车架的稳定性,并且能够具有轮距调节功能。
具体的,第二滑动件520与第三滑动件530可通过连杆或套装在滑动架200上的套管连接,使得二者联动,此时可通过滑动第一滑动件510来展开或收叠车架,第二滑动件520和第三滑动件530仅用于与滑动架200配合,实现轮距调节功能。
能够想到的是,在本发明的一些实施例中,第二滑动件520与第三滑动件530可为一体式结构,即整体为一长型滑动件,主支撑杆组110和侧支撑杆组120分别转动连接至该长型滑动件的两端。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二滑动件520与第三滑动件530位于滑动架200两端之间,即,第二滑动件520与第三滑动件530可设置在滑动架200靠近中部的位置,第二滑动件520与第三滑动件530可为独立结构或通过连接机构连接,也可满足轮距调节功能及车架折叠的需求。
如图1、图3所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,主框架100设置有用于安装第一座位910的安装结构,以安装第一座位910。
具体的,如图6、图7所示,安装结构为插装座911,第一座位910能够通过插装机构可拆卸的安装至主框架100,能够想到的是,安装结构还可为扣装结构等。
在本发明的一些实施例中,滑动架200设置有用于安装第二座位920的安装位,以安装第二座位920。
具体的,如图7所示,滑动架200为由管件围闭形成的框型结构,安装位位于滑动架200两侧的管件,第二座位920设置有能够扣
装在该管件上的扣件921,通过扣件921与管件的配合实现第二座位920的可拆卸安装,实现单座与双座的切换功能。
如图1、图3所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,主支撑杆组110的上端可滑动设置有手推杆组130,以便于使用者控制童车,并可根据不同的使用者调整手推杆组130的位置,提高通用性。
具体的,手推杆组130通过套管插接的滑动结构设置在主支撑杆组110,以能够伸缩调整手推杆组130的位置,手推杆组130与主支撑杆组110之间还配置有定位机构,以定位手推杆组130伸出的长度。
能够想到的是,在本发明的一些实施例中,手推杆组130也可固定设置于主支撑杆组110。
如图1、图3所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,主支撑杆组110包括两组分别分布在童车车架两侧的主支撑杆111,手推杆组130呈U型结构并分别连接至两组主支撑杆111,以连接两组主支撑杆111,提高结构强度。
能够想到的是,在本发明的一些实施例中,主支撑杆组110还可配置其它辅助杆组,如在两组主支撑杆111之间设置横支撑杆,或在两组主支撑杆111之间设置交叉分布的剪叉状杆组等,以提高结构强度或满足不同的使用功能。
如图1、图3所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,手推杆组130包括横杆131及两组分别可转动连接至横杆131两端的连接杆132,连接杆132与主支撑杆111可滑动连接,实现手推杆组130的伸缩功能,横杆131与连接杆132可转动连接,可用于调整横杆131的方向或收叠横杆131。
具体的,横杆131与连接杆132通过转动关节进行连接,并具有定位机构,如图5所示,收叠时,横杆131可转动翻折,以减少收叠时所占据的空间。
能够想到的是,在本发明的一些实施例中,手推杆组130还可为固定结构的U型管。
如图1、图3所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,侧支撑杆组120包括两组相对分布在童车车架两侧的侧支撑杆121,第二滑动件520可转动连接至侧支撑杆121的下端,侧支撑杆121的上端可转动连接至第一滑动件510,侧支撑杆121的下端延伸设置有用于连接第一轮组300的延伸段121a,形成双侧支撑结构,并满足轮距调节功能。
具体的,侧支撑杆组120与主支撑杆组110、滑动架200形成双侧的三角支撑结构,具有较好的结构强度。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第一轮组300包括分布在车架两侧的滚轮,滚轮之间通过连接轴连接,以增强车架的结构强度。
能够想到的是,在本发明的一些实施例中,第一轮组300可不设置在侧支撑杆121上,取消上述实施例侧支撑杆121的下部,将第一轮组300设置在主支撑杆组110的前端,第二轮组400设置在滑动架200靠近后段的位置,此时拉动滑动架200,也可满足轮距的调节功能。
需要说明的是,在本发明的一些实施例中,所涉及的滑动副机构及转动副机构中,均可配置定位机构,以固定滑动位置或转动位置,实现车架的调整功能(如折叠、展开、升高或降低等)。
如图6、图7所示,图6、图7是本发明的童车车架具体应用时的结构示意图,如图6所示,当童车车架调整至轮距较小时,童车车架可用于安装第一座位910,形成单座童车;如图7所示,当童车车架调整至轮距较大时,童车车架可用于安装第一座位910和第二座位920,形成双座童车。
如图6、图7所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,滑动架200用于安装载物篮930,可用于放置物品,且由于滑动架200未整体滑动结构,调整轮距时并不影响载物篮930正常使用。
具体的,载物篮930可为布质篮或塑料网篮。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (12)
- 一种轮距可调的童车车架,其特征在于,包括:主框架(100),所述主框架(100)包括主支撑杆组(110)及侧支撑杆组(120),所述主支撑杆组(110)可滑动设置有第一滑动件(510),所述侧支撑杆组(120)的一端可转动连接至所述第一滑动件(510),所述侧支撑杆组(120)的另一端可转动连接有第二滑动件(520),所述主支撑杆组(110)的端部可转动连接有第三滑动件(530),所述主框架(100)设置有第一轮组(300);滑动架(200),所述滑动架(200)设置有第二轮组(400),所述滑动架(200)分别与所述第二滑动件(520)和所述第三滑动件(530)可滑动连接,所述主支撑杆组(110)、所述侧支撑杆组(120)及所述滑动架(200)形成三连杆机构,所述滑动架(200)能够相对于所述主框架(100)移动,以改变所述第一轮组(300)和所述第二轮组(400)之间的距离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的轮距可调的童车车架,其特征在于,所述第二滑动件(520)与所述滑动架(200)之间设置有定位机构;和/或,所述第三滑动件(530)与所述滑动架(200)之间设置有定位机构。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的轮距可调的童车车架,其特征在于,所述第一滑动件(510)、所述第二滑动件(520)和所述第三滑动件(530)三者中至少一个能够相对于所述三连杆机构滑动,以使童车车架能够收叠或展开。
- 根据权利要求1所述的轮距可调的童车车架,其特征在于,所述第一滑动件(510)、所述第二滑动件(520)和/或所述第三滑动件(530)为套筒。
- 根据权利要求1所述的轮距可调的童车车架,其特征在于,所述第二滑动件(520)与所述第三滑动件(530)相互独立。
- 根据权利要求1所述的轮距可调的童车车架,其特征在于,所述第二滑动件(520)与所述第三滑动件(530)通过连接结构连接;和/或,所述第二滑动件(520)与所述第三滑动件(530)位于所述滑动架(200)的两端之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的轮距可调的童车车架,其特征在于,所述主框架(100)设置有用于安装第一座位(910)的安装结构;和/或,所述滑动架(200)设置有用于安装第二座位(920)的安装位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的轮距可调的童车车架,其特征在于,所述主支撑杆组(110)的上端可活动设置有手推杆组(130)。
- 根据权利要求1或8所述的轮距可调的童车车架,其特征在于,所述主支撑杆组(110)包括两组分别分布在童车车架两侧的主支撑杆(111),两组所述主支撑杆(111)分别连接至呈U型结构的手推杆组(130)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的轮距可调的童车车架,其特征在于,所述手推杆组(130)包括横杆(131)及两组分别可转动连接至所述横杆(131)两端的连接杆(132),所述连接杆(132)与所述主支撑杆(111)可滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的轮距可调的童车车架,其特征在于,所述第一轮组(300)设置在所述侧支撑杆组(120)。
- 根据权利要求1或11所述的轮距可调的童车车架,其特征在于,所述侧支撑杆组(120)包括两组相对分布在童车车架两侧的侧支撑杆(121),所述第二滑动件(520)可转动连接至所述侧支撑杆(121)的下端,所述侧 支撑杆(121)的上端可转动连接至所述第一滑动件(510),所述侧支撑杆(121)的下端延伸设置有用于与所述第一轮组(300)连接的延伸段(121a)。
