Claims (20)
- 분자 진단 장치의 동작을 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 분자 진단 장치는 샘플 준비 장치, 샘플 분석 장치 및 컴퓨터 장치를 포함하고,상기 컴퓨터 장치에서 상기 샘플 준비 장치 및/또는 상기 샘플 분석 장치의 구동 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈이 실행되는 단계; 상기 구동 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈의 실행 중에 상기 컴퓨터 장치에서는 user에 의한 핸들링 동작을 입력 받을 수 있는 U/I(user interface)가 제공되며;상기 구동 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈의 실행 중에, 상기 U/I 상에서 상기 핸들링 동작이 상기 컴퓨터 장치에 기 프로그램되어 있는 명령어에 의해 수행되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구동 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈에는 상기 핸들링 동작의 수행이 목적인 API(Application Programming Interface)는 마련되어 있지 않은,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.

- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 증폭 데이터는 사이클별 형광 세기값을 포함하고,상기 변환용 동작은상기 샘플 분석 장치에서 상기 증폭 데이터가 출력되면 수행되는,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 변환용 동작은상기 구동 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈에 마련된 선택 가능 항목들 중 상기 증폭 데이터의 포맷 변환을 명령하기 위한 하나 이상의 항목을 선택하는 동작, 상기 포맷 변환의 대상이 되는 증폭 데이터를 로딩하는 동작 및 상기 로딩된 증폭 데이터를 상기 포맷으로 변환하는 동작으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 선택 동작, 상기 로딩 동작 및 상기 변환 동작은 기 설정된 시퀀스에 따라 순차적으로 수행되는,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 핸들링 동작은윈도우 선택, 윈도우 띄우기, 윈도우 닫기 및 메뉴 선택으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분자 진단 장치는 자동 용기 실러를 더 포함하고,상기 샘플 분석 장치, 상기 샘플 준비 장치 및 상기 자동 용기 실러 각각은 상기 분자 진단 장치에 조립되어 있는(fabricated) stand-alone type의 장치이며,상기 핸들링 동작을 대체하는 상기 기 프로그램되어 있는 명령어는,상기 분자 진단 장치에서의 분자 진단 프로세스가 user의 핸들링 없이 연속적으로 수행되도록 제어하기 위한 명령어로서, 상기 샘플 준비 장치의 구동 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈, 상기 샘플 분석 장치의 구동 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈 및 상기 자동 용기 실러 중 적어도 하나에 대한 제어 명령어를 포함하는,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제어 명령어는,(a) 상기 샘플 준비 장치 또는 상기 샘플 분석 장치의 개구부에 대한 제1 제어 명령어, (b) 상기 샘플 준비 장치, 상기 자동 용기 실러 또는 상기 샘플 분석 장치의 실행에 대한 제2 제어 명령어, (c) 상기 샘플 준비 장치, 상기 자동 용기 실러 또는 상기 샘플 분석 장치의 동작 모니터링을 위한 제3 제어 명령어 및 (d) 상기 샘플 분석 장치에서 생성된 증폭 데이터를 분자 진단에서의 양음성 판독 모듈에서 해석 가능한 포맷으로 변환하기 위한 제4 제어 명령어로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 구동 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈의 실행 중에 제공되는 상기 U/I는,(a) 상기 샘플 준비 장치 또는 상기 샘플 분석 장치의 개구부 제어를 위한 핸들링 동작을 입력 받을 수 있는 제1 U/I, (b) 상기 샘플 준비 장치, 상기 자동 용기 실러 또는 상기 샘플 분석 장치의 실행을 위한 핸들링 동작을 입력 받을 수 있는 제2 U/I, (c) 상기 샘플 준비 장치, 상기 자동 용기 실러 또는 상기 샘플 분석 장치의 동작 모니터링을 위한 핸들링 동작을 입력 받을 수 있는 제3 U/I, 및 (d) 상기 샘플 분석 장치에서 생성된 증폭 데이터를 분자 진단에서의 양음성 판독 모듈에서 해석 가능한 포맷으로 변환하기 위한 핸들링 동작을 입력 받을 수 있는 제4 U/I로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 핸들링 동작이 상기 명령어에 의해 수행되는 중에,상기 U/I를 이용한 상기 user로부터의 입력을 금지하는 금지 메시지를 디스플레이하는 단계를 더 포함하는,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 핸들링 동작이 상기 명령어에 의해 수행되는 중에,상기 U/I를 이용한 상기 user로부터의 입력 시도를 차단(blocking)하는 단계를 더 포함하는,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 컴퓨터 장치에는 상기 분자 진단 장치의 중앙 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈이 포함되고,상기 중앙 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈의 실행 화면 및 상기 구동 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈의 실행 화면은 상기 컴퓨터 장치에서 한 화면에 디스플레이되는,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈의 실행 화면 및 상기 구동 제어용 소프트웨어 모듈의 실행 화면은상기 컴퓨터 장치에서 한 화면에서 서로 겹쳐지지 않도록 디스플레이되는,분자 진단 장치의 동작 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 포함된 각 단계를 수행하도록 프로그램된,컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 저장되어 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램.
