本申请提供的烧烤炉,在非使用状态(例如运输或存放)时,罩盖收叠于炉体,在烧烤使用时,可以将罩盖展开形成位于燃烧腔上方的烹饪室,在使用完毕再将罩盖收叠于炉体。因此,本申请提供的烧烤炉在非使用状态时通过收叠罩盖能够使得整体结构紧凑小巧,便携性好,而且可以节省运输和存储空间。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施方式及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。另外,“内、外”是指相对于各部件本身的轮廓的内、外。

烧烤炉具有用于容纳燃料进行燃烧的燃烧室,使用烧烤炉进行烧烤操作时,燃烧室的热量向上流动至上方的烧烤架对烧烤架上的食物进行加热,为减少烧烤架上方的热量散发,可以在燃烧室上方设置烹饪室,(即在燃烧室上方设置由罩盖围绕形成的空间)燃烧室的热量可以向上进入烹饪室,使得烹饪室温度升高,从而利于提升食物成熟的速度。
烧烤炉上设置烹饪室会导致烧烤炉的体积较大,为解决烧烤炉体积大、便携性差的问题,本申请的一些实施例提供一种烧烤炉100。
如图1-图3所示,烧烤炉100包括:
烧烤架6,用于放置待烹饪的食物;
炉体1,炉体1具有支撑烧烤架6的支撑面18,这里支撑面18可以直接支撑烧烤架6,或者通过中间件间接支撑烧烤架6;
罩盖2,罩盖2可操作地相对于炉体1运动至第一状态和第二状态,以形成覆盖烧烤架6的第一状态和第二状态,在第一状态(如图1所示的状态),烧烤炉100处于非使用状态,支撑面18所在的平面180与罩盖2围设形成具有第一体积的第一腔室;在第二状态(如图2所示的状态),烧烤炉100处于使用状态,支撑面18所在的平面180与罩盖2围设形成具有第二体积的第二腔室,第一体积小于第二体积。
本申请提供的烧烤炉100,设置罩盖2可收叠,在第一状态时,罩盖2可收叠于炉体1,此时罩盖2覆盖烧烤架6,使得灰尘不会进入烧烤炉的内部,保持烧烤炉内部不易生锈和产生灰尘,便于运输或存放;在进行烧烤使用时,可以将罩盖2展开形成位于燃烧腔上方的烹饪室,在烹饪室内烧烤可以减少烧烤时的热量散发,有助于提升烧烤速度。
因此,本申请提供的烧烤炉100在非使用状态时通过收叠罩盖2,能够使得整体结构紧凑小巧,便携性好,而且可以节省运输和存储空间。
在使用状态时,罩盖2相对于炉体1展开,罩盖2围设覆盖烧烤架6,形成第二腔室,第二腔室可以理解为烹饪室,使得在烧烤架6上方有足够的空间放置烹饪的食物。
在一些实施方式中,定义第一体积为V1,定义第二体积为V2,根据烧烤炉的类型,如:便携式,中型及大型等,第一体积V1和第二体积V2的取值可以参考表1,这里烧烤炉的类型根据适用场景和烧烤对象区分。
第二体积V2与第一体积V1的比值V2/V1的值满足2.4≤V2/V1≤4.8,优选地,2.6≤V2/V1≤3.7,例如,取值为3.02。如此,使得烧烤炉在第一状态相比于第二状态,位于烧烤架上方的体积明显缩小,在非使用状态时,烧烤炉更易于存放和运输。如果V2/V1取值过小,则使用状态和非使用状态体积变化不明显,不能实现收纳紧凑的效果;如果V2/V1取值过大,一种做法是使得第一体积V1足够的小,但实现方法有限,且V1很难做到无限的小,另一种做法是使得第二体积V2足够的大,这样,势必会造成烧烤炉整体体积的无限增大。
在一些实施方式中,如图4所示,定义烧烤架6在支撑面所在的平面的投影面积为S1,在第一状态时,定义烧烤炉100在支撑面所在的平面180的投影面积为S2,我们将不同类型的烧烤炉进行区分,通常来讲,便携式烤炉的烹饪面积范围在100in.2~300in.2,中型烤炉的烹饪面积范围在300in.2~500in.2,大型烤炉的烹饪面积范围在500in.2以上,这里的烹饪面积可以是包含上下层两层烧烤架或者三层及以上烧烤架的总面积。烧烤架6在支撑面所在的平面的投影面积S1、在第一状态时,烧烤炉在支撑面所在的平面180的投影面积S2以及烧烤炉整机体积取值可以参考表2,这里S1为最大单层烧烤架的投影面积或者多层烧烤架投影后的投影面积。
烧烤架6在支撑面所在的平面的投影面积S1与支撑面所在的平面180的投影面积S2的比值S1/S2的值满足0.53≤S1/S2≤0.8,优选地,0.53≤S1/S2≤0.63,例如,取值为0.54。如此,烧烤炉处于正常放置位置时,从俯视角度看,烧烤架6占整个烧烤炉面积的大部分,即有效可烧烤面积较大。
烧烤架6在支撑面所在的平面的投影面积S1与烧烤炉体积V的比值S1/V的值满足0.045≤S1/V≤0.066,优选地,0.045≤S1/V≤0.057,例如,取值为0.057。支撑面所在的平面180的投影面积S2与烧烤炉体积V的比值S2/V的值满足0.08≤S2/V≤0.12,优选地,0.08≤S2/V≤0.1,例如,取值为0.10。这样,烧烤炉的高度在有限范围内,烧烤炉的布局更加合理紧凑。
在一些实施方式中,如图1所示,定义炉体1的高度为H1,定义烧烤炉在第一状态时的高度为H2,不同类型的烧烤炉炉体1的高度H1和烧烤炉在第一状态时的高度H2取值可以参考表3。
烧烤炉100在第一状态的高度H2与炉体1的高度H1的比值H2/H1的值满足1.06≤H2/H1≤1.83,优选地,1.2≤H2/H1≤1.4,例如,取值为1.27。可见,相对于炉体1本体,在第一状态下的烧烤炉整体高度较小,即在收纳状态时,位于炉体1上方的空间的高度较小。
在一些实施方式中,在第一状态,罩盖2至少部分覆盖炉体1或罩盖2至少部分收叠于炉体1,从而形成第一腔室;在第二状态,罩盖2相对于炉体1展开,从而形成第二 腔室。
在一些实施方式中,罩盖2具有第一侧25以及与第一侧25相对的第二侧26,罩盖2在第一侧25通过转轴27与炉体1转动连接,罩盖2通过转轴27相对与炉体1旋转,实现第一状态和第二状态的切换。
在一些实施方式中,如图1所示,沿垂直于支撑面18所在的平面180的方向A,第二侧26的长度L2大于第一侧25的长度L1。
如图1和图2所示,罩盖2的靠近烧烤炉100前侧的位置的前端可转动地连接于炉体1,罩盖2通过转动使得后端向上运动而从第一状态转换至第二状态。
其中,本申请所述的“前”和“后”是相对于烧烤炉使用状态而言的,进行烧烤操作时,烧烤人员所在的位置为“前”,烧烤炉的相对的另一侧为“后”。
该实施方式中,罩盖2的后端高度大于前端高度,这样,在后端向上转动至第一状态时,罩盖2形成后端高于前端的烹饪腔,而在将后端向下转动至第二状态时,具有较高高度的后端收叠于炉体,可以大大减少体积。
为使得罩盖2能够保持在第一状态和第二状态,罩盖2与炉体1之间设置有第一锁止机构23,第一锁止机构23设置为在罩盖2转动至第二状态时能够将罩盖2保持在第二状态。
在一些实施方式中,如图1和图2所示,第一锁止机构23包括第一锁止件231,第一锁止件231可移动地设置在罩盖2上,在罩盖2处于第二状态时,第一锁止件231插入炉体1上设置的第二锁止孔(由于罩盖2遮挡,图中未显示)中。
进一步地,第一锁止机构23设置为在罩盖2转动至第一状态时也能够将罩盖2保持在第一状态。
第一锁止机构23还包括第一弹性件232,在罩盖2处于第一状态时,第一锁止件231在第一弹性件232的作用下能够插入炉体1上设置的第一锁止孔11(参考图5)中,从而将罩盖2保持在第一状态;在罩盖2处于第二状态时,第一锁止部在第一弹性件232的作用下插入炉体1上设置的第二锁止孔(由于罩盖2遮挡,图中未显示)中,从而将罩盖2保持在第二状态。第一锁止机构23也可以不设置第一弹性件,通过手动操作卡扣、螺钉或者销等形式实现罩盖2分别在第一状态和第二状态的固定。
可选地,在炉体1上设置有限位部12,如图5所示,在罩盖2从第二状态转动至第一状态时由限位部12限位,此时第一锁止件231可以正对且插入第一锁止孔11中。
在一些实施方式中,罩盖2包括罩体21以及可操作地相对罩体21活动的盖体22,盖体22设置为能够打开和关闭烹饪腔。在进行烧烤操作时,通过盖体22打开烹饪腔,以形成暴露至少部分烧烤架6的第三状态,此时可以放置待烹饪的食物或取出已经完成烧烤的食物;通过关闭烹饪腔可以有助于提升烧烤食物的成熟速度。
在一些实施方式中,盖体22与罩体21转动连接,以打开和关闭烹饪腔。
如图6和图7所示的实施方式,罩体21的第一侧25和第二侧26之间设置有两个侧板211以及连接在两个侧板211后端的端板,盖体22设置为可转动地连接于后端的端板,以能够打开和关闭由侧板和端板围绕形成的烹饪腔。
其中,位于两侧的侧板211具有从前至后逐渐升高的部分,两侧的侧板211的前端分别可转动地连接于炉体1。
该实施方式中,设置侧板211具有从前至后逐渐升高的部分,在将罩盖2的后端向上转动至第二状态时,罩盖2的后端升起可以形成烹饪室,而且设置罩盖2的后侧高, 而沿朝向前侧的方向逐渐降低,可以方便进行烧烤操作。
如图7所示,端板包括上下布置的第一端板212和第二端板213,其中,位于上方的第二端板213相比第一端板212向前倾斜。罩盖2上设置有排烟孔2131,优选的,排烟孔2131设置在端板上,这里,第二端板213上设置有排烟孔2131,烹饪室内的烟气可以从排烟孔2131排出。
在一些实施方式中,盖体22的后端设置为可转动地安装于罩体21,且盖体22设置为能够转动至直立状态且保持在直立状态。
如图7-图9所示,盖体22的后端通过转轴可转动地安装在罩体21后端,其中,罩体21的后端设置有支撑部214,盖体22的后端设置有配合部223,在打开烹饪室时,将盖体22向后转动至配合部223支撑在支撑部214上,此时盖体22可以保持在直立状态,无需使用其它物体来支撑盖体,操作简单方便,而需要盖体22封盖烹饪室时,则将盖体22直接向下转动即可。
在一些实施方式中,盖体22设置为可脱离罩体21。如图10所示(并参考图8),罩体21的后端设置有转轴槽215,盖体22的转轴可转动地安装于转轴槽215,转轴可以从转轴槽215的槽口脱出转轴槽215,从而使得盖体22脱离罩体21,盖体22脱离罩体21,可以方便进行清洗。
在盖体22的前端与罩体21之间可设置第二锁止机构24,在盖体22关闭烹饪腔时,第二锁止机构24能够将盖体22锁止于罩体21。
可选地,如图6和图12所示,第二锁止机构24包括第二锁止件241以及第二弹性件242。其中,第二锁止件241可移动地设置在罩体21上,在盖体22关闭烹饪腔时,第二锁止件241在第二弹性件242的弹力作用下能够插入盖体22上的锁止孔221而将盖体22锁止于罩体21。
由于烧烤过程中盖体22的温度较高,手动打开盖体22存在烫伤的危险,为方便打开盖体22,烧烤炉100还包括设置在盖体22上的手柄4,通过手柄4来打开盖体22。
在一种可能的实施方式中,如图11所示,手柄4可以包括手柄主体41以及设置在手柄主体41上的抓握部42,抓握部42为由条状件螺旋卷绕在手柄主体41上的螺旋结构。
可选地,该螺旋结构可以设置为从抓握部42的两端向中间部位的方向在径向方向上的尺寸逐渐变大,这样,在具有较好的手感的同时,还使得螺旋结构的抓握部42与手柄主体41之间形成间隙,具有较好的防烫效果,保护使用者的免受高温伤害。
另外,螺旋结构的抓握部42可以相对于手柄主体41旋转,因此,当用于手握抓握部42时,螺旋结构可以相对于手柄主体41旋转,而相对于手固定,从而手无需随着盖,22的转动而转动。
在盖体22关闭烹饪腔时,如图12所示,第二锁止件241在第二弹性件242的弹力作用下插入盖体22的锁止孔221内,此时盖体22处于锁止状态。但解锁盖体22也存在烫伤的风险,为方便解锁盖体22,在一个可能的实施方式中,可以通过手柄4来解锁盖体22。
如图13所示,手柄4上设置有解锁部件41,在手握手柄4且按压解锁部件41的按压部411时,解锁部件41上的推动部412能够将第二锁止件241推出锁止孔221而使得盖体22与罩体21解锁。
图14显示了通过手柄4将解锁后的盖体22向上掀起而打开烹饪腔的状态,通过手 柄4带动盖体22向下转动关闭烹饪腔。
可选地,手柄4设置为能够在使用状态和收起状态之间转动。在手柄4转动至使用状态时,推动部412对应于第二锁止件241伸出锁止孔221的部分,从而按压解锁部件41能够将第二锁止件241推出锁止孔221。
图12显示了手柄4处于收起状态,在烧烤炉100处于非使用状态时,盖体22锁止与罩体21,且手柄4转动至收起状态,可以利于结构的紧凑性。图11显示了手柄4从收起状态向使用状态转动的状态,图13和图14显示了手柄4转动至使用状态。
进一步的,手柄4通过转轴连接于盖体22,在转轴的两侧分别设置有手柄保持部222,如图12,在手柄4处于收起状态时,手柄4保持在右侧的手柄保持部222上,如图14,在手柄4处于使用状态时,手柄4保持在左侧的手柄保持部222上。可以理解的是,盖体22并不限于通过转动的方式打开和关闭烹饪腔,例如也可以设置盖体22移动,即向后移动至一定位置时打开烹饪腔,而向前移动至一定位置时关闭烹饪腔。
在一些实施方式中,烧烤炉100还包括上搁置架5,烧烤架6设置在炉体1的上方位置,上搁置架5间隔地设置在烧烤架6上方。烧烤架6用于烧烤食物,上搁置架5可以用于放置烧烤完毕的食物或者待烧烤食物,在第二状态时,烧烤炉100的第二腔室可以容纳上搁置架5,更加有效地利用了烧烤的空间。
可选地,如图15所示,上搁置架5包括主体架51以及可转动地连接于主体架51的支撑臂52,支撑臂52设置为可拆卸地挂在罩盖2上。为避免盖体22转动而影响支撑臂52,支撑臂52挂在罩体21上。
上搁置架5的后端抵靠在罩盖2的后端端板上,且上搁置架5的后端设置有向上翻折的弯折部511,弯折部511可以防止食物从后端滚落。
由于在烧烤食物过程中,烧烤架5上的食物会向下滴落油脂,因此,如图16所示,烧烤炉100还包括滴油盘8,滴油盘8设置在烧烤架6下方,用于接收烧烤架6上的食物滴落的油脂。
由于烧烤架6的边缘与滴油盘8之间具有间隙,以使得热量和烟气在该间隙流动并从该间隙上升至食物处。但是,设置间隙所存在的问题是,烧烤架6的边缘处滴落的油脂会从该间隙滴落,为解决该问题,在一个可能的实施方式中,如图17和图3所示,烧烤炉100包括:支撑架7,支撑架7安装在炉体1上,烧烤架6的边缘支撑在支撑架7上。其中,支撑架7包括围绕烧烤架6的边缘设置的向上延伸的止挡71以及从止挡71沿向内且向下延伸的导引部72,导引部72用于引导从烧烤架6的边缘滴落的油脂落到滴油盘8。
可选地,滴油盘8的结构可以参考图16和图18,滴油盘8的中间位置向下凹陷的凹陷部82,从而下方的燃烧腔内的火焰可以沿底油盘8的下表面扩散加热。滴油盘8的下方还设置有靠近前端的前支架83和靠近后端的定位部84,定位部84用于将该滴油盘定位于合适的位置,前支架83可以支撑于围绕燃烧室的结构上(例如风箱上),从而支撑滴油盘8。
滴油盘8的后端位置设置有滴油孔81,围绕中间凹陷部82的上表面沿从前向后的方向逐渐向下倾斜,从而滴落到滴油盘8上的油液可以沿倾斜的表面流道滴油孔81中,然后从滴油孔81流至下方设置的滴油收集盒9内(参考图19)。
可以理解的是,滴油盘8的结构并不限于上述所描述的结构,其它类型的结构也可,只要能够承接从烧烤架6上滴落的油滴。
其中,滴油收集盒9以及上搁置架5在非使用状态时均可以放置在烹饪腔内,罩盖2处于收叠状态时,罩盖2与烧烤架6之间具有空间,滴油收集盒9以及上搁置架5拆卸后可以放置在该空间内。如图20显示了罩盖2从第一状态展开至第二状态时,滴油收集盒9以及上搁置架5位于烹饪腔内时的状态,其中的上搁置架5从罩盖2上拆卸后支撑臂52转动至收叠状态放置在烧烤架6上。
在一些实施方式中,该烧烤炉100还包括支撑腿3,支撑腿3可操作地相对于炉体1运动,以支撑炉体1或收叠于炉体1。在运输或存放时,可将支撑腿3收叠(如图21所示的状态),这样可使得烧烤炉结构紧凑,体积小。在使用时,将支撑腿3展开,使得烧烤炉的具有燃烧室的炉体与地面或支撑该烧烤炉的桌面具有一定的间隙,支撑腿3可以通过相对于炉体转动或者滑动的形式实现收叠和展开。
在一些实施方式中,炉体1上还可设置用于将燃料送进燃烧室的螺旋推进器、用于点燃燃料的点火棒以及用于向燃烧室提供风力的风扇,炉体1上还可设置用于提供电力的电池包以及控制器等,电池包为可再充电电池,可以为螺旋推进器、风扇和点火棒提供电力。其中,料斗、风扇以及电池包中的至少一个位于第二腔室和燃烧室的外部。在一些实施方式中,螺旋推进器、风扇、电池包以及控制器等在炉体上的设置方式不限制,在此不进行详细描述。
该烧烤炉所采用的燃料可以为颗粒燃料,颗粒燃料是从生物质压缩制成的供暖燃料,最常用类型是木颗粒。作为木头燃料的一种形式,木颗粒通常从锯木及其他木制品产生的压实的锯末或其他废物制成,燃烧效率高,而且燃烧时间长。
在一些实施方式中,烧烤炉100的料斗和风扇上方还设置有盖板17,盖板17与炉体1活动设置,可以在打开和关闭位置切换,当盖板17打开时,可以向料斗中投放颗粒状燃料。如图9所示,盖板17可以为两个件,可以分别打开,暴露料斗及风扇之一,在图9中,亦可以只打开料斗上方的盖板,而风扇上方的盖板与炉体1固定连接。
在另一些实施方式中,图22-图27为一种烧烤炉200从支撑腿3a和罩盖2a折叠于炉体1a,至展开支撑腿3a,展开罩盖2a,打开盖体22a直至盖体22a相对于炉体1a保存直立状态,这里的直立状态可以是与支撑面所在的平面垂直90度,也可以是大于90度的倾斜状态。
在一些实施方式中,如图25所示,罩盖2a具有第一侧25a以及与第一侧25a相对的第二侧26a,罩盖2a在第一侧25a通过转轴27a与炉体1a转动连接,罩盖2a的转轴27a具有转动轴线,罩盖2a的外轮廓具有:从沿着转动轴线的方向观察时具有以转动轴线为中心的第一圆弧R1;炉体1a的外轮廓110具有:从沿着转动轴线的方向观察时具有以与转动轴线靠近或者重合的位置为中心的第二圆弧R2。即,将烧烤炉200向垂直于转轴27a转动轴线的平面投影,罩盖2a的外轮廓和炉体1a的外轮廓呈圆弧段。优选地,罩盖2a在靠近第二侧26a的位置具有端板210,第一圆弧R1为端板210在垂直于转轴27a转动轴线的平面的投影,第二圆弧R2为炉体1a靠近第二侧26a的外轮廓110在垂直于转轴27a转动轴线的平面的投影。第一圆弧R1与第二圆弧R2的圆心靠近,这里的靠近可以是两个圆心距离10mm的范围内;优选地,两个圆心重合。这样,罩盖2a的外轮廓与炉体1a的外轮廓110具有相同或相近的圆心位置,在第一状态,罩盖2a和炉体1a外轮廓能够近距离的保持固定位置,在第二状态,罩盖2a能够相对炉体1a展开,完全形成在炉体1a的上方,围成第二腔室,使得空间利用率最大化,同时,在造型上使得烧烤炉整体美观大方。
在一些实施方式中,如图26所示,罩体21a的第一侧25a和第二侧26a之间设置有两个侧板211a以及连接在两个侧板211a后端的端板210,罩盖2a上设置有排烟孔2131a,优选的,排烟孔2131a设置在端板210上,烹饪室内的烟气可以从排烟孔2131a排出。
在一些实施方式中,如图27所示,烧烤炉200还包括烧烤架6a和上搁置架5a,烧烤架6a设置在炉体1a的上方位置,上搁置架5a间隔地设置在烧烤架6a上方。烧烤架6a用于烧烤食物,上搁置架5a可以用于放置烧烤完毕的食物或者待烧烤食物,当烧烤炉200位于第二状态时,上搁置架5a可以可拆卸地挂在罩盖2a上或者可拆卸地设置在烧烤架6a上,用于对烧烤后的食物进行保温。
在一些实施方式中,参见图23、图28(a)和图28(b),第一锁止机构23a包括第一锁止件231a和第一弹性件232a,端板210上设置有握持部233以及设置在握持部233上的按压部234,当握持端板210上的握持部233时,可以同时按压该按压部234,按压部234与第一锁止件231a连接,故可以单手操作,通过按压部234解锁第一锁止件231a,使得第一锁止件231a脱离第一锁止孔11a或者第二锁止孔(由于罩盖2a遮挡,图中未显示),同时可以顺时针或者逆时针转动罩盖2a,以实现第一状态与第二状态的转变。当松开按压部234时,在第一弹性件232a的作用下,第一锁止件231a复位至锁止孔中,实现罩盖2a在第一状态和/或第二状态时的固定。
优选地,第一锁止件231a和第一弹性件232a有两个,分别位于按压部234的两侧,以使得罩盖2a处于第一状态或第二状态时稳定地保持在特定位置。
在一些实施方式中,如图29-图33所示,盖体22a具有第一端以及与第一端相对的第二端,第一端设置为可转动地安装于罩体21a,第二端设置有手柄4a,手柄4a具有空槽43a,盖体22a设置有轴承41a和轴承42a,手柄4a能够相对于盖体22a向远离炉体1a方向移动,当手柄4a远离炉体1a移动时,可以握持手柄4a,以转动盖体22a打开和关闭烹饪腔。在其他实施方式中,也可以通过将盖体22a相对于罩体21a滑动,或者转动操作手柄4a,打开和关闭烹饪腔,这样,在具有较好的手感的同时,还具有较好的防烫效果,保护使用者的免受高温伤害。
在一些实施方式中,图34和图35显示了罩盖2a从第一状态展开至第二状态时,滴油收集盒9a的位置,滴油收集盒9a可活动地设置在炉体1a上,当烧烤炉在第二状态时,滴油收集盒9a隐藏式的安装在炉体1a上,此时,从沿着转轴27a的转动轴线的方向观察,滴油收集盒9a的外轮廓面与炉体1a的外轮廓110重合,使得烧烤炉整体美观,无棱角,易于清洁。
可选地,如图23所示,烧烤炉200还包括把手15,优选地,把手15有两个,分别设置在炉体的两个侧面,便于搬运和移动烧烤炉。
在一些实施方式中,如图27、图36、图37所示,烧烤炉200还包括燃烧室、火罐120、料斗121、螺旋推进器127、风扇124以及电池包13等;火罐120设置在炉体1a内,燃烧室用于燃烧火罐120中的颗粒状燃料为第二腔室提供热量或烟;料斗121用于为颗粒状燃料提供存储空间,在料斗121上方设置有防护网122,以防止使用者接触料斗内部,带来安全问题。螺旋推进器127设置在送料管125内,位于料斗121和燃烧室之间,送料管125内还设置有点火棒126,点火棒126伸入火罐120中,用于点燃颗粒状燃料,螺旋推进器127并被配置为将颗粒状燃料从料斗121选择性地输送到燃烧室以用于燃烧;风扇124通过从炉体1a上进风孔123处进风,将空气吹入到燃烧室,或者允许氧气进入燃烧室,电池包13用于为螺旋推进器127、风扇124以及点火棒126中的至 少一个提供电力。在第一状态和/或第二状态,料斗121、风扇124以及电池包13中的至少一个位于第二腔室和燃烧室的外部。在其他可能的实施方式中,也可以通过交流电或者车载电源为螺旋推进器127、风扇124以及点火棒126中的至少一个提供电力。
料斗121、风扇124以及电池包13中的至少一个位于第二腔室和燃烧室的外部,具体地,可以设置在烧烤炉的前侧或者左侧(以烧烤人员操作视角定义),如此设置,使得料斗121风扇124以及电池包13不占用烹饪室的空间,实现高的空间利用率,同时,料斗121及风扇124的上方还可以用来放置食物或者烧烤器材,且烹饪室的热量不会影响料斗121中存储的颗粒状燃料,使得烧烤炉整机更加紧凑的同时,结构合理,使用方便。
可选地,烧烤炉200内还设置有温度传感器10,温度传感器10位于烹饪腔内,用于检测烹饪腔的温度,以控制螺旋推进器127以及风扇124等的工作。在防护网122及风扇124上方还设置有盖板17a,盖板17a与炉体1a活动设置,可以在打开和关闭位置切换,当盖板17a打开时,可以透过防护网122向料斗121中投放颗粒状燃料。盖板17a可以为一体件,如图27所示,打开盖板17a可暴露防护网122及风扇124。
炉体1a内还设置有控制板(图中未示出),控制板连接电池包13、螺旋推进器127的进料电机,风扇124、点火棒126以及温度传感器10等,炉体1a靠近料斗121的外侧还设置有操作键16,旋转或者按压操作键16可通过控制板控制烹饪室的温度,实现对不同食物的不同烧烤模式。
在一些实施方式中,如图39-40所示,炉体1a的外周壁具有凹槽130,电池包13至少部分设置于凹槽130内。可选地,电池包13不凸出于凹槽130。
在一些实施方式中,烧烤炉200还包括电池仓盖131,电池仓盖131可操作地相对于炉体1a运动,以覆盖或露出电池包13。可选地,在电池仓盖覆盖电池包时,电池仓盖与炉体的外周壁齐平,如此,使得电池包干净整洁,烧烤炉整体美观,且易于烧烤炉表面油渍的清洁。
可选地,凹槽130还可以容纳不同大小的电池包13,即可使用不同容量的电池包13为烧烤炉供电。
在此需说明的是,在又一些实施方式中,罩盖连接于炉体的连接方式并不限于转动连接方式,也可以是移动,即罩盖与炉体滑动连接。例如,如图41-44所示,烧烤炉300包括炉体1b和罩盖2b,罩盖2b可以相对于炉体1b升降至第一状态和第二状态,以形成覆盖烧烤架的第一状态和第二状态,在第一状态(如图41所示的状态),烧烤炉300处于非使用状态,罩盖2b通过下降收叠于炉体1b,支撑面所在的平面与罩盖2b围设形成具有第一体积的第一腔室;在第二状态(如图42所示的状态),烧烤炉300处于使用状态,将罩盖2b相对于炉体1b上升形成烹饪室,支撑面所在的平面与罩盖2b围设形成具有第二体积的第二腔室,第一体积小于第二体积。在第一状态时,烧烤炉300体积缩小,收纳运输方便。
罩盖2b包括罩体21b以及可操作地相对罩体21b活动的盖体22b,盖体22b设置为能够打开和关闭烹饪腔。在进行烧烤操作时,通过盖体22b打开烹饪腔,以形成暴露至少部分烧烤架的第三状态,此时可以放置待烹饪的食物或取出已经完成烧烤的食物。
烧烤炉300还包括支撑腿3b,支撑腿3b设置在炉体1b下方,用于支撑炉体,该实施例支撑腿3b较短,故不单独相对于炉体1b运动进行折叠,在其他实施例中,可以根据烧烤炉的整体大小以及高度要求,设置支撑腿3b,还可以在支撑腿3b下方设置滚轮等等,以实现便于运输的目的。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述烧烤炉包括:
    烧烤架,用于放置待烹饪的食物;
    炉体,所述炉体具有支撑所述烧烤架的支撑面;
    罩盖,所述罩盖可操作地相对于所述炉体运动,以形成覆盖所述烧烤架的第一状态和第二状态,在所述第一状态,所述支撑面所在的平面与所述罩盖围设形成具有第一体积的第一腔室,在所述第二状态,所述支撑面所在的平面与所述罩盖围设形成具有第二体积的第二腔室,所述第一体积小于所述第二体积。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,定义所述第一体积为V1,定义所述第二体积为V2,V2/V1的值满足2.4≤V2/V1≤4.8,优选的,2.6≤V2/V1≤3.7。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,定义所述烧烤架在所述支撑面所在的平面的投影面积为S1,在所述第一状态,定义所述烧烤炉在所述支撑面所在的平面的投影面积为S2,S1/S2的值满足0.53≤S1/S2≤0.8,优选地,0.53≤S1/S2≤0.63。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,定义所述炉体的高度为H1,定义所述烧烤炉在所述第一状态时的高度为H2,H2/H1的值满足1.06≤H2/H1≤1.83,优选地,1.2≤H2/H1≤1.4。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,在所述第一状态,所述罩盖覆盖所述炉体的至少部分外轮廓,在所述第二状态,所述罩盖相对于所述炉体展开。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述罩盖具有第一侧以及与所述第一侧相对的第二侧,所述罩盖在所述第一侧通过转轴与所述炉体转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,沿垂直于所述支撑面所在的平面的方向,所述第二侧的长度大于第一侧的长度。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述转轴具有转动轴线,所述罩盖的外轮廓具有:从沿着所述转动轴线的方向观察时具有以转动轴线为中心的第一圆弧;所述炉体的外轮廓具有:从沿着所述转动轴线的方向观察时具有以与所述转动轴线靠近或者重合的位置为中心的第二圆弧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述罩盖与所述炉体滑动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述烧烤炉还包括第一锁止机构,所述第一锁止机构被配置为:在所述罩盖运动至所述第二状态时能够将所述罩盖保持在所述第二状态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述第一锁止机构包括第一锁止件,所述第一锁止件可移动地设置在所述罩盖上,在所述罩盖处于所述第二状态时,所述第一锁止件插入所述炉体上设置的第二锁止孔中。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述第一锁止机构被配置为:在所述罩盖运动至所述第一状态时能够将所述罩盖保持在所述第一状态。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述罩盖包括罩体以及可操作地相对所述罩体活动的盖体,所述盖体能够打开以形成暴露至少部分所述烧烤架的第三状态。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述盖体与所述罩体转动连接。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述盖体具有第一端以及与所述 第一端相对的第二端,所述第一端设置为可转动地安装于所述罩体,所述第二端设置有手柄,所述手柄能够相对于所述盖体向远离所述炉体方向移动。
  16. 根据权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述烧烤炉还包括用于放置食物的上搁置架,所述上搁置架设置在所述烧烤架上方;和/或所述上搁置架包括主体架以及可转动地连接于所述主体架的支撑臂,所述支撑臂可拆卸地挂在所述罩盖上。
  17. 根据权利要求1-12中任意一项所述烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述烧烤炉还包括:
    支撑架,所述支撑架包括导引部,所述烧烤架通过所述导引部支撑在所述支撑面上;
    滴油盘,所述滴油盘设置在所述烧烤架下方;
    其中,所述导引部用于引导从所述烧烤架边缘滴落的油脂落到所述滴油盘。
  18. 根据权利要求1-12中任意一项所述烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述烧烤炉还包括:
    燃烧室,用于燃烧颗粒状燃料为所述第二腔室提供热量和/或烟;
    料斗,用于为所述颗粒状燃料提供存储空间;
    螺旋推进器,位于所述料斗和所述燃烧室之间,并被配置为将所述颗粒状燃料从所述料斗选择性地输送到所述燃烧室以用于燃烧;
    风扇,所述风扇将空气吹入到所述燃烧室,或者允许氧气进入燃烧室,以及
    电池包,用于为所述螺旋推进器和/或所述风扇提供电力;
    在所述第一状态和/或所述第二状态,所述料斗、所述风扇以及所述电池包中的至少一个位于所述第二腔室和所述燃烧室的外部。
  19. 根据权利要求18中所述烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述炉体的外周壁具有凹槽,所述电池包至少部分设置于所述凹槽内。
  20. 根据权利要求19中所述烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述电池包不凸出于所述凹槽。
  21. 根据权利要求20中所述烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述烧烤炉还包括电池仓盖,所述电池仓盖可操作地相对于所述炉体运动,以覆盖或露出所述电池包。
  22. 根据权利要求21中所述烧烤炉,其特征在于,在所述电池仓盖覆盖所述电池包时,所述电池仓盖与所述炉体的外周壁齐平。
  23. 根据权利要求1-12中任意一项所述烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述烧烤炉还包括支撑腿,所述支撑腿可操作地相对于所述炉体运动,以支撑所述炉体或收叠于所述炉体。
