L'invention concerne un appareil de levage de lits de ballast de dalle flottante sur une longue distance, comprenant : un chariot de voie (2), un panneau de batterie (2-1) étant disposé sur le chariot de voie (2), des bras mécaniques (2-2) étant disposés aux deux extrémités du chariot de voie (2), et les bras mécaniques (2-2) étant reliés à un mécanisme de levage/abaissement à engrenage à vis sans fin (1) au moyen de griffes mécaniques ; et une pluralité de manchons externes (3) agencés en deux colonnes, des lits de ballast étant disposés sur les surfaces supérieures des manchons externes (3), le milieu des manchons externes (3) étant évidé et relié au mécanisme de levage/abaissement à engrenage à vis sans fin (1), le chariot de voie (2) se déplaçant entre deux lits de ballast, un cadre de support (1-4) étant disposé au fond du mécanisme de levage/abaissement (1), et le cadre de support (1-4) étant relié amovible aux manchons externes (3). La présente demande permet d'obtenir l'informatisation et la commande mécanique, ainsi que le levage unique d'un lit de ballast unique, ce qui améliore l'efficacité de travail et libère de la main-d'œuvre.
